駐車場が有料になった 食事＝朝食がお粗末になった　他のホテルとかわらない ビューホテル時代から使っているが　もうここを使うことはないと思う 後泊の９月３０日はもう　予約してあるので泊まります

服务很好，24小时便利店非常方便，食物口味众多，新鲜多样。酒店的接驳车提供了去机场最大的便利。酒店的草坪上，居然有个异常别致的小教堂，傍晚的时候，特别美。

设备稍微有点旧，但是非常干净。

因為下雨天待在酒店內的時間比較久，一樓有Family Mart方便購買東西及伴手禮

Le gros soucis de cet hotel est qu'il est divisé en deux partie. Une partie plus récente, correct et propre en adéquation avec le prix de la chambre. Une seconde partie très vétuste qui attend certainement des travaux. les chambres sont moisi par l'humidité. Un conseil, demander à être sur la partie neuve

一番の魅力はリーズナブル。 温泉入浴料金は別払いでしたが、それでもお得と感じました。

温泉入浴時間の最終受付が10時30分で早いこと。券売機で部屋づけできないこと。 温泉スタッフに笑顔がない。 退館時間を知らずに、時間過ぎてしまったら男性スタッフが声をかけてきたので、声でびっくりしてしまった。志願を過ぎてしまい申し訳なかったのですが、女性風呂は女性が、または音楽等でお知らせいただけると助かります。

We stayed for two nights and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent and very welcoming, featuring complimentary snacks, soft drinks, coffee, and tea from 12:00 PM to midnight (including soba noodles as a late-evening snack). The room and beds were very comfortable, the onsen was pleasant, and the location is highly convenient—just a few minutes' walk from the train station, shopping malls, and restaurants. We highly recommend it.

I was able to find some things to eat.

I am vegan and would have liked some better choices, but I was expecting choices to be limited. Because I'm not Japanese it was not always clear what I was supposed to do.

立地が高速降りてすぐでよくて、コンビニやコインランドリーが入っていて便利でした。 レストランも美味しかった。

ちょっと壁が薄いかな？っていうのがあり、夜中になっても隣の人の話し声や水洗の音が普通に聞こえてきて子供が起きないかとか自分達が寝れるか、逆に夜中の子供の鳴き声で他の部屋の人に迷惑をかけちゃわないか心配でした。

外国人スタッフだけが素晴らしかった。 外国人スタッフの接客だけが素晴らしい。 日本人スタッフはひどかった。

ひどい。 お化け屋敷かと思う汚さ、エレベーター、廊下、壁ははがれ汚れ、シミだらけ。極め付けは部屋まで。電気カバーにしみ、壁紙の汚れ、バスタブの汚さ、これが日本のホテルかと。インドの安宿の様な汚さだった。

第二次入住该酒店了。每一次都是为了第二天赶早机，所以这个机场的位置，交通都非常方便。员工服务非常热情和专业。他们有很多免费的服务，比如暂存行李等，都为旅行提供了很大的便利。

大浴場の利用時間が短すぎる。

部屋が古いのは仕方がないとして、部屋の湿気、お風呂の黒カビ、長い髪の毛も落ちていて不気味な印象でした。

La prima camera che ci hanno dato era datata, molto sporca e maleodorante, molto diversa da quella mostrata in foto. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio e ci hanno dato una camera occupata. Al terzo tentativo abbiamo avuto una camera che comunque era sporca (capelli sui letti, bagno sporco, moquette sporca).

別館に宿泊したのですが 湿気やホコリ等酷く、一晩中くしゃみや咳で大変でした。

成田空港から無料のバスが出ていた事とホテル内にコンビニがあったこと。

コンセントがほぼ無く、1か所からかなりのタコ足配線でそれぞれに配電していた。 3人が寝るだけの数時間だったがスマホの充電にかなり苦労した。 後、お風呂の浴槽、シャワーカーテン、トイレの下が前に使われた方の髪の毛だらけで鳥肌が立った。

空港からの無料シャトルバス。安かった。

旧館だったが、大変古い。壁も天井もシミだらけ。部屋の清掃も、微妙（着いた時にベッドの下に空のペットボトルが転がっていた）。ベッドはスプリング式のものだった。安かったので仕方ないとは思いつつ、あと二千円程度でもっと清潔で快適な宿泊ができるなら、今度からケチらないでおこうと思った。

나리타 공항에 늦게 도착해 하루 쉬어 가기에는 좋은 가격과 위치 셔틀 버스를 운행해서 좀더 편하게 묵을 수 있었다.

너무 낡은 객실 온천의 이른 종료 23시에 끝나는 온천이라 아쉬움 호텔 말곤 주변에 아무것도 없는 인프라 청결 상태가 생각보다 별로

天然温泉♨️に入れてよかったです✨お部屋も生活で5人で泊まることができ、ゆっくり楽しく過ごせました。

始発〜の送迎バスが第1ターミナルまで行ってもらえたら嬉しいです。というか、時間帯により寄ったり寄らなかったりで計画を立てるのがちょっと大変でした。

El personal es muy amable. Disponen de bus gratuito desde el aeropuerto y hacia el AEON Mall y la estación de Narita. Tienen una tienda de conveniencia muy equipada en el hotel.

Los espacios un poco antiguos y descuidados en algunas partes, y la habitación con tres camas con muy poco espacio para caminar.

The staff were really accommodating and very professional. Location was really nice as it was close to airport and Aeon Mall.

The garden rooms were really to OLD and i feel that it is not worth the price. I am not sure about the main building rooms facility but the rooms on the Garden view were OLD and really needs a renovation or not to be sold to customers as it does change the impression on the building it self. My booking was for 2 adults and 2 kids. But the pillows and towels in the room provided was only 2. The staff gave me additional pillows when i requested but they refused to provide additional towel as there is an extra fee of JPY 300 for each pack (1 small and 1 Big Towel per pack) as stated in their rules which was not stated when i booked thru booking.com. This was really unacceptable since my booking for 2 adults and 2 kids. But still they refused to provide since towels are provided based on the number or beds in the room and not on the booking which is completely ridiculous. We can also hear squeeky sounds inside the room which is really a sign that it is really old and lots of signs of molds all over the area and hallways. We stayed at room 2252 and it was on the far edge of the hotel. When i checked the garden view, on the upper right corner outside the window were spider webs with one big live one and some dead spiders. I really hope that the Hotel management will take the reviews of their customers seriously and act on it.

宿泊のみで利用しましたが、館内に24時間営業のコンビニがあるので大変助かりました。成田空港から無料のシャトルバスがあり、空港→ホテルは少し時間がかかりましたが、出発日のホテル→空港のシャトルは20分程で着き、スムーズでした。シャトルを何回か利用しましたが、かなり時間ピッタリの出発でした。チェックイン・アウト時スタッフさん方の対応はとても良かったです。

別館ガーデンウィングのお部屋で老朽化がかなり激しかったです。壁紙の汚れ・はがれ、カビ等。ただベッドリネンはきれいで寝心地も良かったです。また、清潔感はともかくシャワーの出は良かったです。

部屋の床布破れてるし、部屋のお風呂がシミみたいなのあって汚いと思った。 エレベーターの操作が難しく他の旅行客さんと乗った時、昔のエレベーターと言っていて納得 部屋まで行くにも迷う

部屋のドライヤーが音はすごいのに、風がすごく弱くて乾かせませんでした。 あと、部屋が少しカビ臭いように感じました。

Le ménage était léger. Etant donné que notre enfant séjournait gratuitement, le linge de bain était payant, ce que nous avons trouvé limite.

成田空港から朝早い便だったのでホテルからシャトルバスが出ていてよかった。 ホテルの中にファミリーマートがあって便利だった。　ロビーはとても広くて開放感がある。

掃除が全然行き届いていなかった。　部屋に入ると全体的にカビ臭い。 バスタブにもピンクのカビが生えていて気持ち悪かった。 旧館だったと思うがエレベーターを降りたあたりから全体的にカビ臭い。

大浴場があり久しぶりにゆったり湯ぶねに入れた。またローソンも24時間営業で便利。

部屋内にコンセントが無く電気ポットや携帯電話の充電もトイレでしか出来無い。ウイング棟の部屋が1Fから3Fの表示だがエレベーターは、ロビーから下の階しか無く乗っていた皆が勘違いしていた。

The location is good with a convenient shuttle, and staff were professional and courteous. The older facilities were charming, and the overall environment was nice. Our cheap room was adequate for a night's stay. The restaurants look wonderful, but we arrived late and took advantage of the on-site Family Mart, instead.

The lower level, where our room was, is showing its age and would benefit from some maintenance. The older appointments in the room still functioned fine and don't really need renovation--I enjoyed a bit of nostalgia--but the walls and floors need some love.

I was just looking for an affordable hotel close to the airport before an early flight. This hotel was such an unexpected delight! It's super cool, authentic, beautifully maintained retro style. Generous beds and bedding. Waking up to built-in working vintage alarm and radio system was wonderful. Free and regular airport shuttle. A Family Mart in the building. I loved it.

The convenience store in the property and the concierge was accommodating.

The buffet was extremely overpriced for the quality. The rooms were old and falling apart (chipped walling) My mattress was severely stained and heavily used as I could feel the springs. The public bath is offered at an additional price with strange hours.

7명 가족이라 함께 지낼 숙소가 없어서 부득이하게 2개룸을 예약했는데 4명 3명 지낼수 있는 숙소를 가진 유일한 호텔이여서 좋았어요

사진에 보이는 큰 건물이 아닌 옛날 건물이여서 너무 낡았지만 다른 옵션이 없었어요

こじんまりとしてたけど温泉？があった。

レストランで使えるクーポンをもらったのにお一人様だったからかレストランで断られた。席が空かないと言っていたがずっと空いていた。

こちらのホテルにはいつも温泉を楽しみにしています。 コスパが良いことも、大きいですね。
