Their airport shuttle service was good.

Property had too much dust. Ac was so low. They offered to change my room at 11pm at night but with kids it was hard to move again. I noticed they did not have aircon at its best even in lobby area. Food options they had was very expensive. Lucky they had family mart downstairs with rude staff as usual. Not a great experience.

Excelente personal y servicio de traslado y recogida en el aeropuerto. Family Mart dentro del hotel. Habitación amplia y bien equipada.

El baño de la habitación necesita revisión urgente. El techo tenía moho y la parte interior del fregadero tenía suciedad incrustada.

大浴場時間間に合わなくて入れなかったのが残念でした

La proximité avec l'aéroport, le service de navette gratuit,la rapidité de l'enregistrement, le Family Mart a même l'hôtel est génial!

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas vraiment avec des températures autour de 35! Il faisait plus frais dans le couloir que dans la chambre !

It was convenient to get to and from the airport, without being at the airport. The shuttle bus worked well and was easy to find. Our rooms were comfortable and had lots of amenities. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were helpful. A kombini on site was terrific too.

ロケーションは、良かった。日本庭園のような庭の広さがあり、その点は良かった。部屋の照明もこだわっているのが見えた。1つランクを上げて泊まると満足感が得られると思う。

レストランビュッフェのパンがとても残念だった。

大型スーツケースも問題無く積み込める快適なシャトルバスで空港との間を移動できた。始発が4時半なので早朝出発の便にも十分間に合った。大浴場に良いシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープがあり、部屋のアメニティ類も充実。寝心地の良いベッド。24時間営業のコンビニがロビーに併設。非常にリーズナブルな価格で快適に滞在でき、成田で前泊や後泊するときにはぜひまた泊まりたい。

大浴場の浴槽が４～５人できゅうくつに感じるサイズだったので、もう少し大きければ尚良かった。よく見るとカーペットや家具類に年季を感じたが、清掃や手入れはされていたので気になるほどでは無い。

食事の補充、スタッフの声掛けは良かった。

駐車場が有料、大浴場も大きくないのに有料とお得感があまりなかった。 食事の種類も思ったほどなかった。 その差別化で宿泊費を抑えてくれているのかな？とは思いますが… また、フロントの説明の中にエレベーターに乗る際カードをかざして下さいの説明がない為　混乱。 他の宿泊客も知らない様子だった。

一階にコンビニがあってとても便利！ スタッフも丁寧！早朝から無料バスが出ていて早朝のLCCに乗る時はとても重宝します。

今回8階は宿泊したが、エレベーターで上がる途中の階が喫煙部屋の階がありエレベーターが開いただけでめちゃくちゃタバコ臭くそれだけはちょっとしんどかった。。

We loved the hotel! There were great options for food, two restaurants I believe, and a 24/7 FamilyMart inside it that restocked food constantly. We enjoyed our stay here, we relaxed by the pool (it is not in pristine condition, but it was clean) and used the onsen as well. The shuttle was perfect. I am not sure if the hotel offered the shuttle drive from the train station to the hotel, we had to take a cab because otherwise it would have been difficult to get there from the train station (a bus drive that did not come often, and then 14 minutes of walking). The bed was comfortable, the bathroom large and clean. We recommend it, especially for a stay before a flight. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to visit Narita - but it seemed like a nice little town.

This hotel is close to Narita airport and it provides a free shuttle service. Its price is reasonable. Staff is attentive, helpful and professional.

The hotel overall needs to be updated and/or refurbished. Rooms are tired. Carpets need a steam-cleaning and shampooing. Dining room for breakfast was messy.

This was our first place we stayed in Japan from the airport with two little kids. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and kind. The facilities were very clean, and having the family mart and restaurant were great too. Highly recommend

チェックイン前と後にもプールに入れるのが嬉しかった。子供が凄く喜んでました。食事も美味しかったです。ベッドも、広いし子供とゆっくり寝れました。

施設には何も無いです。ただ、プールでの子供、中学生か高校生？？の沢山の男の子達がビート板で水面を叩いたりふざけあってて、かなり迷惑でした。子供が怖がって暫く泳げず、大暴れしてる、男の子達が居なくなってようやく遊びました。たまにホテルの人がみにくるか、看板を出してくれると、ありがたいです。

I liked how they offered a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, as well as one from the train station. The room was very comfortable, and there were a bunch of free amenities offered at the hotel as well.

The free Shuttle, it was so convenient. The rooms are so cozy and its a 15min car ride from the airport to the hotel.

Wir haben die letzte Nacht vor unserem Abflug dort übernachtet. Der Shuttlebus vom und zum Flughafen hat tadellos funktioniert. Toll fanden wir auch das hauseigene Schwimmbad mit angenehmer Wassertemperatur. Perfekt um noch vor dem Abflug zu entspannen

La posibilidad de los traslados al aeropuerto es perfecta para poder pasar una noche previa a la salida del vuelo. Las camas eran cómodas y el desayuno muy variado y muy rico todo. Que haya un convini en el propio hotel es un extra para poder cenar o picar algo.

La piscina es un plus, pero debería haber alguien vigilándola porque cuando estuvimos nosotros había varias personas con calzado de calle en la zona (pone claramente en los carteles que no se puede pasar con calzado exterior). Se nota que el hotel es antiguo y no estaría mal una actualización.

素泊まりでの利用でした。空港への送迎バスがあり便利でした。自家用車も10日間停めておくことができて快適でした。一階にコンビニがあり旅行グッズも取り扱いがあったので、とても良かったです！ホテルの方たちも良い方ばかりでした。客層は外国の方が多く、外国のホテルに泊まっている感覚になり楽しかったです。パジャマも用意してあり助かりました。

大浴場を利用したかったのですが、別料金でだったのが残念でした。現地についてから初めて知りました。わざわざ大浴場受付で追加料金を支払うのは面倒だったので、大浴場は利用しませんでした。最初からお風呂込みの値段で設定して欲しいです。先たらもっと快適な滞在になったと思います。

L'hôtel est spacieux et très agréable. Il est entouré d'arbres. Le Family Mart à l'intérieur, c'est génial. J'ai apprécié l'onsen et le sauna., pouvoir se rendre à Narita centre, au mall Aeon grâce à la navette. Le personnel est très pro et très serviable. L'offre bars et restaurants est superbe. Merciiii pour cet adorable séjour. Belle continuation :D

We liked the staff they were very helpful, shuttle service was very good, breakfast was good but everyday same menu no changes...above all everything was good.

The airconditions didn't work nicely we had 3 rooms but non of the rooms had nice air condition and it was very hot.

We had two rooms- one was newly refurbished and it was really good. The other was an old room- A/C was so weak- although they were happy to change our room the following day.

가성비가 좋은 편입니다. 호텔과 공항을 잇는 셔틀과, 호텔과 나리타역 그리고 근처몰(메가돈키, 무인양품, 유니클로 등 유명한 가게뿐 아니라 식자재를 구할 수 있는 큰 슈퍼도 있어요. 각종식당도 다양하게 있습니다.) 을 갈 수 있는 무료셔틀이 다닌다는 점이 가장 좋습니다. 로비에는 편의점이 있고, 직원들이 친절합니다.

작년 10월에 이어 올해 8월이 두번째 숙박이었는데, 작년엔 아무 문제 없었으나 이번 방문에는 객실온도가 너무 더웠어요. 프론트데스크에 문의했더니 중앙컨트롤 방식이라 객실에서는 조절이 안된다고 하시면서, 선풍기가 있는 방으로 바꿔주셨습니다. 적극적 대처는 감사했지만 더운건 여전해서 좀 아쉬웠어요. (자고일어난 아침 방온도가 27도 정도였던 것 같아요) 짐을 쌀때 더워서 좀 고생했습니다..

Me gustó mucho el desayuno, la variedad de comida clásica y local que tenían; me gustó que la piscina y el gimnasio estuvieran abiertos a las 10Pm; me gustó mucho la vista y la luz que entraba a las habitaciones y el entorno donde está el hotel. La piscina interior también estaba bien.

Que no se podía regular la temperatura de la habitación, hacia bastante calor; que no se promovió el uso de la piscina exterior (tampoco sé si se podía usar); el gimnasio podría estar abierto antes (6-7am).

Nunca había estado en un hotel así. Es enorme y tiene muchos servicios. Que haya un konbini en el interior se agradece mucho al estar en una ubicación apartada. La piscina es cómoda y práctica. Las habitaciones geniales.

Me gustó mucho el desayuno, que el hotel tiene un shuttle gratis para el aeropuerto, Narita station y Aeon mall lo cual hace que sea muy fácil moverte, te dejan un set de skin care muy rico en tu baño.

Las habitaciones todavia tienen alfombra y ya se ven un poco viejos los muebles. La programación de la TV podría mejorar.
