The location in the Museum District was fantastic! There were quite a number of restaurants nearby and it was an easy walk into the inner city. The shower was the best of our Europe tour so far... plentiful hot water. It was a very quiet location!

We had a arranged a junior suite so that when I snored I could get kicked out to the sofa bed :), however when I opened it up there was no sheet for it... a long dark hair and the duvet had brown and other stains. The reception desk was very apologetic and housekeeping took care of it immediately. The property does not have a parking area, but I was lucky to find a spot out front to unload and to pay for valet parking.

Struttura davvero piacevole e ideale per soggiornare a Vienna, anche in compagnia del nostro cagnolino. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di poter scegliere la camera matrimoniale Deluxe, che consiglio rispetto alla Superior, un po’ più contenuta negli spazi. Ottima posizione per vivere la città, con numerosi piccoli locali, caffetterie e punti di ristoro facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole e una struttura che consiglierei senza dubbio.

L’unico piccolo aspetto da tenere in considerazione è la presenza di una decina di gradini per raggiungere la hall, che con le valigie può risultare leggermente scomoda. Nulla di particolarmente rilevante, ma sicuramente un dettaglio utile da sapere, soprattutto all’arrivo e alla partenza.

Staff was so helpful with every request that I had. Location is superb, you can be anywhere within 15 minutes of walking if not you can use the metro and be there in 15 mins max. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Posizione imbattibile per chi vuole godersi tutto della città, compreso il Neubau e la metro è proprio davanti all hotel. Camere grandi, con tutti i comfort ok.

Poco arieggiate le camere e i corridoi e con la moquette andrebbero più arieggiate. Chiedere il cambio asciugamani una volta in più.

Easy and early check-in. No qualms.Also orange flavored water available at check-in. Free tap water and loads of coffee sachets. Supermarket in front of hotel. Volkspark and metro nearby, as is the Musemusquatier.

Room acutely tiny, single bed very small and mattress of cheapest quality! Don’t bother with breakfast…a lot of cheaper options available locally. Mini bar too expensive. Gym seemed uninviting pointless…I have more equipment in my home! better to jog in the beautiful local parks. Entrance a trifle, needing to negotiate a small flight of steep stairs. Assistance can be requested though.

Chambre super spacieuse et agréable. Personnel adorable et très poli. Petit-déjeuner varié et bon. Panne de courant à notre arrivée et cocktail offert. Ainsi que pour l’anniversaire de notre fils. Un bel hôtel.

Un peu excentré pour moi, je préfère l’hyper centre, mais quartier du parlement et des musées agréable. Cathédrale à 20 minutes de marche. Super terrasse dehors mais fermée les 3 soirs. Personnel du petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus réactif plutôt que de discuter sur son téléphone. Travaux le lundi matin de l’hôtel sous notre fenêtre. Réveil aux aurores peu agréable.

Très bon petit déjeuner, très varié. Il y en a pour tous les goûts.

Notre chambre située au 4eme étage était un peu bruyante (porte de l’ascenseur ?)

I enjoyed staying there. A lot of atrractions are in walking distance and tram and metro are just next to the hotel. Also supermarket and a lot of cafes are close to it. Hotel is located in quiet and safe area, staff is polite and nice Breakfast was good as well

The room is big, well air conditioned, good soundproofed. The staff was amazing, very helpful and welcome. They have excellent breakfast. Many things to see - 10-15 mins from the hotel, and there is a metro & tram stations very close

Elegí este hotel por las reseñas y sin duda fue todo un acierto!!! Repetiré cuando vuelva a Viena , porque tienen una ubicación inmejorable (al lado del Ayuntamiento y de la catedral de San Esteban ), a un paso de la parada del tranvía y metro. Trato excepcional de todo el personal , cambiaban las toallas todos los días , como nos dimos cuenta el primer día dentro que la cafetera estaba averiada , en los 5’ que tardaron en reponernos otra, nos subieron 3 cafés capuchinos por las molestias…las cápsulas tb las reponían todos los días…silencioso, todo limpísimo y aunque la fachada pueda engañar, por dentro está increíble. Es cierto que en la entrada hay unas escaleras, pero enseguida salen para subirte las maletas y tienen un timbre expresamente pensado para eso. Un 10, de verdad , Volveremos.

Perfect location for exploring Vienna, the staff was absolutely fabulous, from Reception (Thank you Elena), porter (Thank you Stefan) and the restaurant! Rooms are spacious, cleaned, and even nice could fresh water was waiting for us. Easy for parking and good access for the motorway...

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο την Βιέννης, πήγαμε σχεδόν σε όλα τα κεντρικά αξιοθέατα με τα πόδια. Πολύ καθαρό και ήσυχο δωμάτιο. Είχε αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι και προσεγμένα σαμπουάν στην τουαλέτα. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

Great location, nicely furnished, very clean.

I was given a lovely room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately each time the guests in the adjoining room closed their door, my door shook really loudly. Likewise when the cleaners closed their cupboard door close by. The on duty manager was very obliging when I shared my concerns at not being able to rest, and offered me a quieter room on the ground floor. I wonder how many others experience this issue.

Zimmer war kleiner als in der Buchung angegeben, war bei 2 Nächten aber in Ordnung.

Zentrale Lage, nettes Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Soweit hat es uns gut gefallen. Der Hinweis auf das sehr gute Wiener Leitungswasser!

Leider sind am Duschkopf der Regenbrause lange Haare geklebt. Den Parkplatz im nahegelegenen Parkhaus muss man vorab reservieren. Im Nachhinein ist eine Vergünstigung nicht mehr möglich. Der reguläre Preis für 24 Std. ist 37,50 €, der vergünstigte ist 32 €.

Die Lage

Eigentlich hat mir leider gar nichts gefallen. Bei der Ankunft wird einem alles sehr schnell erklärt, sodass man kaum die Möglichkeit hat, Fragen zu stellen. Online wurde das Frühstück mit 24,50 € pro Person angeboten, ich habe es nicht dazu gebucht. Vor Ort wurde mir dann gesagt, dass es neue Preise gibt und das Frühstück nur noch 15 € kostet. Mein Tipp daher: Lieber ohne Frühstück buchen und erst vor Ort entscheiden. Als ich ins Zimmer kam, war ich ziemlich enttäuscht. Der Teppich war alt und voller Flecken, ebenso der Toilettendeckel und das Waschbecken. Von Sauberkeit und Hygiene hatte ich definitiv etwas anderes erwartet. Die Matratze war komplett durchgelegen und die ganze Nacht war der Aufzug deutlich zu hören. Nach sieben Stunden Autofahrt bin ich erst gegen 22 Uhr angekommen und wollte eigentlich nur noch schlafen – das war leider kaum möglich. Beim Check-out am nächsten Morgen wurde ich gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung gewesen sei. Nachdem ich die Mängel geschildert hatte, wurde ich lediglich gefragt, warum ich sie nicht schon am Vorabend gemeldet hätte. Als ich verneinte, kam nur ein knappes: „Dann tut es uns leid.“ Das war für mich keine angemessene Reaktion auf die geschilderten Probleme. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für mich sehr enttäuschend und ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

We had a great stay. The hotel is clean and in an excellent location. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast offers a good variety of options. We also appreciated the complimentary toothbrush and other useful amenities available at the reception. The staff were happy to turn on the sauna for us without any hassle, which was a nice touch. We would gladly stay here again.

Das Valetparksystem hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer zur Gartenseite war wirklich ruhig und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr auswahlreich.

Das Personal war super professionell, zuvorkommend und gästefreundlich. Das hat uns begeistert. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Breakfast could have included more vegan options such as vegan cheese, granola and vegetables (e.g. mushrooms, beans). They could opt for vegan & cruelty free shampoo and shower gels.
