Hotel Josefshof am Rathaus

Buiten dat alles prima was, personeel, ontbijt en hygiëne, vonden wij het op de kamers heerlijk stil, bij het ontbijt zagen we pas hoeveel mensen er verbleven maar niets van gemerkt. Airco was ook prima.

Misschien nog een " luie" stoel op de kamer, ruimte genoeg.

Colazione ottima, staff gentilissimo, pulizia buona. L'hotel inoltre è vicinissimo a vari punti strategici.

Personale molto gentile e simpatico, stanza e bagno ampi e puliti, posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi e con una fermata della metropolitana molto vicino. Quartiete molto carino. Colazione buona e variata, ottimo il salmone , il Pane ed i formaggi.

Solo per cercare qualche difetto, in camera avrei gradito una crema corporale. La zona colazione è piccola e in ora punta diventa un po’ sconodo muoversi per il buffet.

Nice building and rooms, clean, great location, delicious breakfast.

Parking spaces are really small, you cannot fit in with an SUV. When we told this to the staff they just said that we should be able to fit in, although almost everyone had to park on two spaces because they couldn't fit in one. The ventilation in the bathroom was also really loud and on 24/7, you couldn't turn it off and it didn't really do anything.

Beautiful clean property! Great location! Very quick to get to public transportation yet super easy to walk around. Hotel literally within a few minutes to parliament, museum quarter and many restaurants! Large film festival going on 3 minutes from hotel at city hall… great location!! The breakfast was excellent and staff was so friendly! Rooms were so clean and maintained, beautiful bathroom! Loved this hotel! It was recommended to us through a friend. The woman who checked us in was working both the front desk and the bar! She was so nice and friendly and welcoming! There are many restaurants right up the street as well as a grocery store if needed. Great location!

Die zentrale Lage Nähe Rathaus ist hervorragend, der Innenhof Gold wert und die sehr zugewandten Mitarbeiter erfüllen gerne auch Sonderwünsche. Parkett/Dielen und ein großes Bad runden das Ganze ab. Großer Wohlfühleffekt.

Good location, easy walking to St Stephans. Small but comfortable room, breakfast was excellent. The small bar and lounge area were much appreciated. All members of staff were extremly friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here when visiting Vienna again.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage und tolles Frühstück

L'hotel est très bien situé: à côté du métro (ligne U2) et du tram, et à 15 min du centre de Vienne (le Grabben). Il également proche du quartier des musés et d'un jardin très agréable (Volksgarten). Le personnel est très serviable et très réactif. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec un vaste choix de salée et de sucré, et chose rare il est servi jusqu'à midi (tout comme les chambres qui se libèrent à midi). Je souhaiterai souligner la qualité de la literie qui est exceptionnelle. Enfin l'hotel est très silencieux.

Chambre confortable (supérieure Viennese élégance) mais pour une seule personne: Les meubles sont imposants par rapport à la surface et à deux, sur plusieurs jours, nous nous serions gênés. En bref, je n'ai pas apprécié l'agencement.

Everything was good.

Miła obsługa, klimatyczny hotel, przy samym centrum Wiednia. Spacerkiem do ratusza, w pobliżu stacji metra. Pyszne śniadanie, różnorodny wybór produktów, dobra kawa. Bardzo ładna sala restauracyjna. Czysto, wygodnie i komfortowo. Na plus zamykany garaż.

Jedna mała uwaga - ładowarka dla samochodu elektrycznego była zajęta przez samochód spalinowy i musieliśmy specjalnie poprosić recepcję o udostępnienie miejsca. Trwało to do następnego dnia, na szczęście zdążyliśmy naładować samochód przed podróżą powrotną.

Het hotel raad ik aan om zijn locatie, heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. De kamers zijn proper.

Struttura centrale, comoda per tutto

Posizione centrale ma in una via molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Parcheggio disponibile a pagamento in un garage proprio di fronte all’hotel. Stanze accoglienti e pulite. Personale disponibile e molto gentile. Colazione eccellente. Se mi ricapiterà di tornare a Vienna, certamente tornerò in questa struttura

The choice of drinks at the bar was very poor. So bad that we had to buy a full bottle of wine just to have a nice glass of wine and that was quite expensive Also the courtyard was very dark and seating a little uncomfortable. Maybe a tiny bit of music to live up the atmosphere. We felt like we walked into a morgue

The location was amazing. So much to see in walking distance and public transport so close. The hotel is very comfortable.

Camera meravigliosa, Posizione perfetta per visitare a piedi la città e con stazione della metropolitana vicinissima. Letto comodo. La colazione non l'ho fatta per il solito problema che le colazioni negli alberghi all'estero è troppo costosa per chi fa una colazione classica italiana con solo caffè e brioche.

Forse l'unico dettaglio è che i posti per parcheggiare l'auto nel loro garage sono molto stretti, ma in ogni caso sono riuscito ad utilizzarlo. Ecco perchè il punteggio rimane da 10 pieno.

Super comfortable bed, peaceful and nice staff. Breakfast is expensive and good cafes close by but it’s central Vienna so I should think it’s typical of hotels in the area. It was a great area as you can walk to the centre but are on the edge of cool residential area

Locația, curățenia și micul dejun excelent m-a determinat să fiu de 6 ani, clientul hotelului.

A fost un incident cu o recepționera a cărei atitudine mi s-a părut a fi cel puțin nepotrivită. Pentru că sunt oaspetele acestui hotel de mulți ani și tocmai pentru că îl cunosc bine, pentru că am așteptat chek in ul, am refuzat politicos informațiile privind micul dejun. Din acel moment, recepționera a omis cu bună știință să ne spună în care corp al clădirii se află camera, informație esențială pentru a ști ce lift trebuie folosit și chiar ne-a spus că nu ne-a infomat pentru că nu am dorit informațiile despre micul dejun. Cunoscând hotelul, mă așteptam la profesionalism, amabilitate și disponibilitate. Sper ca managerul hotelului să privească această situaţie ca pe un simplu "incident de parcurs ", pentru că prin această atitudine respectiva angajată nu va apuca să cunoască hotelul la fel de bine cum îl cunosc oaspeții fideli.

המלון נמצא במקום מרכזי (קרוב מאוד לפרלמנט) עם גישה נוחה. התארחנו בחדר "סוויטה" ששימש מעין דירה קטנה עם מטבחון, ספה, שולחן קפה ומעין חדר ארונות. היה נוח להכין קפה ואפילו אפשר לבשל דברים קלילים אם רוצים. הצוות היה אדיב מאוד ואפשר לנו להחליף את החדר השני שלקחנו כדי שהחדרים יהיו צמודים. בנוסף, התאפשר לנו לבצע צ'ק אאוט מאוחר בצורה נוחה ונעימה.

השירותים לא תאמו כלל את הציפיות שלנו - האסלה בנויה בצורה מאוד מוזרה וצפופה לקיר. בנוסף, המקלחת היא למעשה אמבטיה קטנה וצפופה שלא היה נעים להקתלח בה. בחדר נוסף שבו התארחנו לא היה ניתן לסגור את דלת הזכוכית החלבית של המקלחת עד הסוף - מה שפגע באינטימיות. בנוסף, במקלחות קיימת זכוכית חלבית שלא באמת מאפשרת תחושה נעימה למי שמתקלח.

Could to help to change the breakfast menu ? Because we stayed at there 4 nights and eat same manu everyday, boring.

Отель довольно близко от центра, имеет большую парковку (35€ сутки), шикарные завтраки. В целом очень атмосферный.

Ужасно жесткая дополнительная кровать, даже одну ночь спать мучение

Месторасположение, большой номер, комплименты от отеля-вода, сладости, подарок при отъезде

Номер не был готов к положенному времени и пришлось ждать ещё час! В паркинге отеля очень узкие места . Об этом надо предупреждать. В 3 минутах ходьбы , есть нормальный крытый паркинг, но нам об это не сказали!

Stanze grandi e comodissime. Colazione davvero super, con spremuta vera e addirittura il banco gelati. Affettati anche da affettatrice, direttamente. Plus assoluto, la colazione. Posizione ottima e centrale. Metro praticamente attaccata e a piedi 10 min dalle zone centralissime.

Es war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt und wir werden immer wieder kommen. Hier passt einfach alles. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt - zentral aber sehr ruhig.

לא אהבנו את השירות בקבלה, פקידי הקבלה עשו מספר טעויות וזה גרם לטיחה רבה, הדבר לא תרם לתחושה טובה בזמן החופשה. אנשים באים לבלות ולא לעסוק בענייני התשלומים בגלל שהפקידים לא עושים את העבודה שלהם באופן מקצועי

Hotel lindo, quarto super espaçoso, bonito, sem carpet, excelente banheiro, muito próximo ao centro histórico onde pudemos fazer a maiores dos passeios a pé a uma pequena caminhada , ficamos encantados com o hotel . Recebemos alguns mimos na chegada e na saída.

La déco de la chambre avec du klimt sur la paroi de la salle de bain. Localisation proche des festivités à l’hôtel de ville(concerts, foodtrucks) nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner. Plein de restos sympa juste à côté.

Personnel professionnel mais froid. Une jeune fille a l’accueil a relevé le niveau en nous offrant 2 apéros au bar de l’hôtel.

Tout, aucune ombre au tableau : l’emplacement, les chambres spacieuses et bien équipées, le petit déjeuner varié et de très bonne qualité et, pour animer tout cela, une équipe au top.

Ein Hotel in bester Lage. Nur ein paar Minuten vom Rathaus entfernt und somit alles fußläufig erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gibt's ebenfalls an jeder Ecke - Bus, U-Bahn, Straßenbahn. Das Personal war super eingespielt und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - Ein besonderes Dankeschön hier an Anna und Luca :-)

Sur le plan situation, l’hôtel est proche du Parlement, du Rathaus et naturellement du Ring. Les déplacements peuvent s’effectuer à pied, bien que le métro se situe à proximité. Hôtel à recommander.

Unser Aufenthalt in Wien war wie immer ein Erlebnis. Sehr zentrumsnah, sehr sauber. Kaffee im Zimmer, einfach super.

The location is fantastic — close to everything, yet on a quiet side street. I loved the room: decent size, comfy bed, and a spacious bathroom. Everything looks really nice, like an old-school hotel, but modern and clean.

Personal beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam und immer mit einem Lächeln. Großzügiges Zimmer.

Keine Bilder an den Wänden, das Zimmer wirkte dadurch unpersönlich. Der Toilettenpapierhalter war im "Rücken" angebracht.

The breakfast was simply delicious, with an excellent selection of fresh, high-quality food. Everything was beautifully presented and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for exploring Vienna on foot, with many of the city’s most famous attractions just a short walk away. This hotel exceeded all our expectations. We travel quite often, and the level of service, comfort, and attention to detail at Hotel Josefshof am Rathaus was truly exceptional. Lage und Zimmer

The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk from the Rathaus where we were competing. The staff, Balint and Anna at the reception were super friendly and helpful, Nathan at the bar was also very friendly and provided an excellent service, therefore the atmosphere in the hotel was very welcoming.

The hotel is in a great location—very close to Vienna's city center, yet in a quiet area. We could only stay for one night, but it was lovely. The staff was excellent and even let us check into our room a bit early. Everyone was super friendly and attentive throughout our stay. It's definitely a great option if we ever return to the city!

Die Lage war top und das Frühstück bis 12:00 Uhr war auch herrlich. So konnte man den Tag stressfrei beginnen. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank an die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption die immer ein offenes Ohr hatten und sich um die Gäste vorbildlich gekümmert haben!

Wir waren zu einer recht warmen Zeit da und die Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer hätte gern etwas mehr Leistung haben können. Bei 40 Grad draußen war es aber dennoch gut auszuhalten 👍

Tasteful decor of the common area and our room (in the newer building)

The wifi was terribly weak in our room for the 1st 2 days (Sat & Sun) and nothing could be done till Monday! The closer had a bit of peeled off decor. Very pricey breakfast at 29 euro/pax on the spot (did not try).

Très bel hôtel de charme, idéalement situé dans un quartier très calme mais à 15 minutes à pied du centre historique de Vienne. À proximité également des transports en commun (métro, tram) Personnel très compétent et très sympathique. Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Grand parking couvert et protégé (35 €/jour), ce qui n'est pas courant en centre ville.
