Einfaches Hotel an guter Lage. Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel vorhanden.

The room was clean and the location was great. Staff was very friendly.

Cleanliness, location, friendly staff.

Suggest handles at the bathtub. We’re seniors and would appreciate help getting out of tub. Also hooks on bathroom door are WAY too high. We didn’t have anywhere else to hang a bathrobe.

Location 10 min walk to town centre/lake / restaurant. A good family diner a 3 minute walk away which has great service and good breakfast. 2 very comfortable beds in a good size room Good shower

Smell of room which could have been due to a previous occupant smoking? Poor insulation as entry door has none. Could hear all outside noise . It did however always go quiet after 10pm on the 3 nights I stayed.

The Air Conditioner got to be rather noisy on the second night. It blew nice cold air but got to be a bit too noisy.

A little noisy from the roadside.

The location was good! Easy access and close to downtown. The rooms were clean and updated which really did surprise me so an 9 for that. Normally, I prefer a hotel to the drive up style of this inn, but there were chairs outside each room so you could sit and the world going by.

We had an interesting experience with cleaning which I have experienced a few times before. There was not a door hanger in the room to let them know our wishes. The first day we returned to the room our beds where not made up or waste paper baskets not emptied. I went to the office to get fresh towels, etc and mentioned this to attendant. He explained that they could not enter the room without permission, so I gave him our permission for the rest of our stay. The rooms were nicely cleaned after that. Bottom line, ask to have your rooms refreshed daily if you are staying a few days.

Good location, room was clean & comfortable.

Bathroom light & fan turned itself back on multiple times, ran all night, smell of overheating by morning. Body wash dispenser was empty. Could not get the TV to work. Coffee pods were not replaced. Bath tub pop up plug did not seal, unable to raise water level. Bathroom sink drain partially plugged.

Perfect location and very clean and was a great added touch to wake up to find towels on our motorcycles !

A quiet motel where we felt very comfortable. For its age, the room was very well-maintained. The value for money is perfectly fine!

There were a few small things we didn't like: the mattresses were very soft—maybe even sagging a bit—the room smelled a little like a wet dog (?), and overall, it was a bit dated.

Het rook in onze kamer niet lekker. Er werd voor ons gesprayd en wij hebben het lang laten luchten, maar maakte de ervaring wat minder.

Alles war sehr sauber und vor allem sehr groß.

There was a nice big room, great location and nice staff.

The room beside me were booked by 8 young men that they were partying till 1 am at night and didnt let me sleep. It was not hotel fault but the guest were very inconsiderate

Location was very convenient and parking was available and convenient. Room was clean, but the door stuck on the overhang when you entered the room. It's an older motel, so not luxurious, but clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Good mattress and good towels (and enough of them). Staff was lovely. We got an adorable little snack box given that we were there for the Ironman competition. Thoughtful.

The bed was clean and comfortable.

The furniture in the room was chipped and stained. The TV remote didn't work. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work. The room was stuffy. Many people were smoking on the shared balcony that runs the entire length of the 2nd floor. You can only enter your room through the shared balcony. The amount of smoke was disgusting and other guests are not supposed to be permitted to smoke on shared balconies in a motel. This policy is not in compliance with provincial rules. The smell was overpowering and wafted into my room when I opened the door.

The staff at check in was so friendly and nice. The room was clean and so tidy and quite spacious. The room price is quite fair as well. We liked the table and chairs infront of the big glass window. Many a girls chats were had there lol. We signed onto my Netflix and had a movie night lol. Very close to the downtown strip where we had a wonderful patio water view dinner at the Dock. The Nuttier Chocolatier is a must (Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream and the Maple butter tarts are a must lol). This hotel is a nice, clean affordable hotel with wonderful friendly staff. They noticed I had for gotten something when I checked out and called me right away to comeback and pick it up. Which was great because I was just down the street purchasing something lol.

I would have liked a microwave in the room.

Op de galerij kun je luidruchtige en rokend werkvolk treffen die voor de prijs hier overnachten. Het gebouw is echt een road motel.

A very clean Inn, with a pleasant owner. The Inn is ideally situated to downtown Huntsville, an easy 15-minute walk, and Arrowhead and Algonquin Parks.

Great location- easy to walk into town, restaurants etc. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Loved the black out curtains and the fact that there was a bath!

Location is close to everything as it’s right downtown, beds were comfy, staff was lovely. If I’m being honest, I expected this to be an “okay” stay. After staying, I have a new perspective on this hotel and can confirm I’ll be back next time I’m in the area. Great value for money!

There isn’t a microwave in each room, just one in a common room which isn’t really a negative as I didn’t need one, but something to keep in mind if you feel you may!

We asked for a room on the 2nd floor, and we loved it. The fact that we didn't have the parked cars in front of our window made a difference. We just sat on the comfy chairs in front of the huge window and enjoyed the calm snow fall (in January). Also, the room was big and the two queen size beds very comfortable.
