Knights Inn Huntsville

Great location and room, clean.

Smoking is allowed in covered entryway and room fills with secondhand smoke even with A/C off and windows/doors closed. Very anxiety inducing for a cancer survivor. Front desk was not much help and only offered air freshener to mask the carcinogens.

Frühstückservice lässt zu wünschen übrig

The location is close enough to the town centre, but not too close.

I don’t have any negative comments about the property.

The sign that said 50 dollars would be charged for taking food in the room (there was a microwave). Two nice older ladies took food from the breakfast back to the outdoor table and were "warned". Our coffee maker hadn't been cleaned. When we pointed it out he said well I could clean it. We said we could wait and next day still not cleaned. Bathroom sink kept clogging.

Zu Fuß zum Avery Beach 5 Min. Die Jungs fanden es toll. Ein günstiges Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Kleines Frühstück inklusive.

Prima hotel voor doorreizen naar Algonquin parc. Goed bereikbaar, gratis parkeren en schoon.

Bij aankomst moesten we zelf de slaapbank opmaken, dat vonden wij vervelend na een lange reis.

Sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und das Frühstück war wirklich in Ordnung. Die Nähe zu Huntsville und Tagesausflügen war top. Außerdem muss man die Sauberkeit loben und das Hotel ist bei Weitem schöner, als man auf den Fotos sehen kann

Man kann, wie so ziemlich in jedem Hotel hier, nicht lüften und die Luft im Zimmer war daher nicht sehr gut

Breakfast was simple but nice and enough, the room was very clean and spacious, they have an ice machine which is wonderful. The location and having BBQ onsite are amazing as well. We love this place !!!!

The position only

Totally overpriced. It is a low level motel and they advert it as a 3 stars. No way the room is 42 mq2. Maybe 15. Breakfast is a joke.

Apart from running out of coffee on the Saturday morning fir a while, everything was fine. Maybe use two flasks a Saturday??

Rooms were nicely renovated and modern. Bathroom/shower could be a little bigger but still good. Breakfast is very basic but still a little something for the morning - would have been nice to have breakfast from 7h30-10h30 instead of 7h30-9h30. Well located, short walking distance to downtown waterfront. Nice park and restaurants across the street and next door. Staff kind, friendly and considerate. Calm and quiet.

Our king bed was not comfortable on one side. It appeared that the mattress or box spring was not good.

Basically everything was great. Rooms were clean daily. Beds were large. Location was convenient for our visit. BBQ on site were a bonus. Nice property.

Room had too much unnecessary furniture like a big office chair which made moving around a bit cluttered.

Le motel est bien situé. Il se trouve face au lac, à 15 minutes à pied de Huntsville. Les lits sont très confortables. La chambre n’est pas très jolie mais fonctionnelle. Nous y avons séjourné deux nuits à 4 en famille.

Il y a une odeur d’humidité dans la chambre, ça ne sent pas très bon lorsqu’on entre. La climatisation est assez bruyante. L’isolation n’est terrible. La moquette! (No comment!) Le point négatif est le petit-déjeuner. Le pire que j’ai pu manger depuis que je voyage! Vaisselle jetable, produits industriels et chimiques, rien n’est frais mis à part les fruits (pas mûrs). Le choix est très limité (toasts, bagels, pancaks, céréales, deux choix de confitures, jus chimique, café en Thermos). C’est simple, nous avons préférer ne pas prendre de petit-déjeuner le deuxième jour. Autant ne rien proposer! On a vraiment le sentiment que tout a été optimisé pour avoir un coût de revient minimal!

Shower was good, free shampoo, soap, tissues. Had microwave and fridge, TV (was easy to work). Bed was comfortable and clean and they had a complimentary breakfast which was great. They had yogurt, bagels, white and brown bread, (toaster ovens), waffles, butter, syrup, jam, bananas, apples, a whole variety of cereals, milk, cream, muffins.

No compliments whatever. I stayed so I could walk for the bus to Toronto and leave the car there and stay another night there. I thought the price was very reasonable. Was very happy with this Motel.

The staff was ignorant took our deposit right away as I heard that they do that and pray on people that are low class very disrespectful I would never ever ever stay there again or recommend it

The location was good but the streets in downtown area are under construction which made travel difficult. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Parking was a little difficult as all parking spaces near my room were occupied with motorcycles. Overall this was a good experience and I would consider staying here again.

It was a great weekend away from home! Staff were great even though we arrived at midnight. We even stayed an extra night!

My expectations were low and I was only there for 2 nights. It met my location, price point, parking expectations and Wi-Fi was available. There was breakfast. The person managing when I was there, was accessible

The floor outside the bathroom was cold. (Indoor slippers are a must when travelling)

Suggestion: 1. Noticed that there’s no hooks or towel hangers in the bathroom. All the hangers are outside the bathroom. It’s difficult especially after showers. If a small hanger/hook can be attached to the bathroom door/wall it’ll be helpful. 2. If a protein source can be added to the breakfast’s menu. Simple boiled eggs or beans would be good. Rest all very good, loved the staff and overall experience was really good.

Basic motel. Good for a short stay of a night or two.

I came to rest and relax. Plus some tourism and shopping. The bed and pillows were really comfy and the blanket was excellent. My feet stayed warm all night 👍Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful stay.

Mattresses are lumpy and old.

The room was comfortable for a family of three, with a third sofa bed, fridge and a microwave. It was quiet and clean.

It's quiet, even when it's fully booked! The staff are friendly and available quickly if you need them.

Super clean and comfortable beds in warm rooms. Family running it are nice.

The one thing I was pleased to see was a larger mini fridge with a decent sized freezer.

Needs to be updated. Mattresses and carpet need to be replaced IMO. Or at least have to carpets steam cleaned...

I got room with 2 queens bed, desk chair, mini refrigerator and microwave which was good. breakfast was having cereals, milk, coffee, fruits, beagle, white and wheat breads, waffles & juice. Also I like the location as it is very close to Restaurants and scenic points such as sandhill Nursery, Lions Lookout, Huntsville Heritage Center and Train ride.

only I was unhappy that for family also they did not provided(only two) any extra bath towels.

Room was stinking, lots of hair in bed, we requested for extra linen and changed the sheets still itchy while sleeping. Paid $165 not worth it.

It’s not good and run by several Indians here. They treat you badly.

Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good.

Room was obviously old and curtains, carpet etc. need updating. There was patches on walls and not painted. Bathroom needed update!!

Height of toilet was difficult for senior citizens. If replacing toilets would recommend the higher model.

The location was great and the bed was comfortable. The room is spacious.

The room was damp and when we got into the bed the sheets felt damp as well. There was a dehumidifier in the room but it was not turned on. We got in late, so we turned it on when we went to bed but it was so loud and it kept turning off/back on that we could not keep it on. The bathroom smelt gross and the windows were covered in black mold.

Easy check-in, friendly staff. Walking distance from Main Street with lots of F&B options. Comfortable beds and fairly quiet rooms.

Sauberer Inn, Parkplatz vor der Tür, freundlicher Mitarbeiter, Zimmer war der Außentemperatur ensprechend gut geheizt.

Das Zusatzbett (Pull out sofa) war sehr unbequem, nicht zu empfehlen.

Coffee machine was super dirty. Even the mats in the room were really unclean, couldn't even walk barefoot. Also, the beddings looked unwashed, it had food stains. At least that should have been washed for the next guests.

Location was good. Room was nice and warm and clean.

We like the location, very close to downtown and all the amenities.
