Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis à la réception, avec un délicieux thé au melon, ainsi que des serviettes fraîches pour nous rafraîchir et nous nettoyer les mains. Le check-in était très fluide et agréable. Notre chambre était spacieuse, impeccablement entretenue et très confortable. Tout était pensé dans les moindres détails : draps et oreillers de très bonne qualité, matériaux soignés et peignoirs en coton épais, disponibles en grande taille. Après une expérience moins satisfaisante dans un autre hôtel à Mahé, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le niveau d’hygiène et de propreté du Paradise Sun. Toute l’équipe est adorable, souriante, attentionnée et toujours disponible. Un grand merci à chacun pour cette qualité de service. Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent et soigneusement présenté. Nous étions en demi-pension et avons beaucoup apprécié le fait que chaque soir propose un nouveau thème. Nous avons ainsi pu découvrir trois différentes pendant notre séjour, avec une cuisine variée et de qualité. Et bien sûr, l’emplacement est idéal : la magnifique plage est accessible directement à pied, et la proximité de la ville est très pratique pour faire du change ou acheter quelques souvenirs. Pour nous, c’est vraiment un sans-faute. Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. Nous recommandons le Paradise Sun les yeux fermés ! 🌴☀️❤️ Malak & Ayoub

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Sun and would definitely come back. Our room was cleaned every day and was always spotless, well organized, and very well maintained. The rooms themselves are beautiful, comfortable, and feel very fresh. The staff were incredibly warm, polite, and professional, and everything throughout the hotel felt very well organized. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. We especially loved that every evening had a different dinner theme, from Italian to Asian cuisine, so we had the chance to try something different every night. One of our favorite things was the view from our room. We had a direct view of the beach surrounded by palm trees, which made our morning coffee feel like a scene from a movie. If you are coming to Praslin, we would absolutely recommend staying at Paradise Sun. It made our time on the island even more special.

The rooms were not the most clean I had ants in my room and in at dinner none of the of the drinks are free even water costs money and it’s not cheap they could have let you bring your own water bottles or at least give one free water bottle but they charge you for that in my opinion it’s just greedy

Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und auch das Buffet am Abend wechselt jeden Abend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, meist mit Ausblick auf das Meer. Am Strand kann man sich ohne Aufpreis Kanus ausleihen. Weiterhin bietet das Hotel unterschiedliche Aktivitäten an, zu empfehlen ist die Sunset Tour, welche ebenfalls ohne Aufpreis buchbar ist.

Wir hatten leider nicht das beste Wetter (Anfang September) und sehr viel Seegras am Strand, besonders auf der linken Seite. Zudem gibt es Stachelrochen in Ufernähe, wodurch man sehr vorsichtig ins Meer gehen muss. Abends war die Musik von Nachbarhotel meist sehr laut bis 23 Uhr zu hören.

We had a pleasant stay at Paradise Sun. The food was not bad, always can find something to eat. The staff were very pleasant. Quit air condicioner ✌️😎 well equiped room :)

There were just a couple of downsides. We noticed quite a lot of tiny ants, which was a little annoying. Also, during our stay there was a large amount of seaweed washed up along the beach. Unfortunately, it was not being cleared away, and after some time it started to create quite an unpleasant smell. It’s a shame because the hotel has such a beautiful beachfront location. Apart from these issues, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Прекрасный отель с прекрасным расположением и персоналом. Отличные завтраки и ужины. Номера для 4 звезд тоже очень хорошие, чистые и основательные. Матрас и постельное белье превосходны. Тут писали про старый ремонт и скудное питание — абсолютно не согласен. Были два дня - ужины удивляли своим разнообразием - каждый день разная тематика (гриль, креол, морепродукты и тд.)

Rarement un hôtel nous a autant satisfait, le personnel est adorable, l’hôtel est planté sur une magnifique plage, tous les repas sont de qualité, les chambres sont très propres orienté vers la mer très confortables et bien agencées nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel

Very clean and well furnished rooms and common areas. Service is great, reception and bars work well. High quality and variety of food buffet, both at breakfast and lunch. Welcoming staff and complimentary product for sea activities are a good benefit. Also a sunset cruise is offered as a complimentary activity, which is a great idea.

As it was raining for most of the time we were there, unfortunately we noticed that some of the offered activities were cancelled. It would be nice to think of a plan-B in case of rain so that guests can be better entertained (some activities might be re-designed to be performed indoor, or it would be highly beneficial to have a gym or at least a roofed area where to practice yoga or similar). The resort itself is beautiful, but as all the apartments face the same two/three gardens and overlook one another, the sense of privacy and intimacy is somehow taken away. The feeling of exclusivity is also affected by the nearby resorts, as you can often hear their music even from inside the rooms. All in all, our stay was positive but we found it too expensive for the experience that is delivered (not as premium and exclusive as the price would make you think).

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue des chambres sur la plage. Les chambres ne sont pas très spécieuses mais très joliment décorées et confortables (literie, salle de bain, frigidaire...). Le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon. Juste ce qu'il faut pour bien commencer la journée. Il y a un thème pour le diner chaque soir, ce qui permet de varier les plats (Italien, asiatique, fruits de mer etc...), le buffet est très diversifié et très bon. Le personnel est au petit soin, très souriant, poli et serviable. Presque tout le monde parle français. L'hôtel est très proche du port et des points d'intérêts de l'ile de Praslin.

Rien de bien méchant, le volet de notre porte fenêtre était cassé, nous n'avons donc pas pu le fermer. Il y avait aussi quelques algues sur la plage et au début de l'eau, ce n'était pas incommodant pour autant, c'est la nature.

The breakfast was great. There were a number of choices on the buffet. And the service was v good. The dinner buffet every night was excellent, especially the salad table and the dessert table.

I read a lot of reviews beforehand and was a little skeptical, but eventually everything was perfect. First of all, the staff is excellent. They are responsive for everything, even for very specific requests (not gonna provide details, but want to assure that they will do everything they are capable for you). Secondly, the facilities and areas give you the experience almost as in best resorts on Maldives. The beach, the restaurant, the rooms, the area and views around - breathtaking. There were multiple "concerns" about breakfasts and dinners - nothing to have with the reality, the food scene is diverse and caters to every plate. Lots of things are included (kayaks, snorkeling stuff, games etc), lots of things can be ordered by request (like boat tours). They do daily activities for guests and their children. So overall - this is a great place to relax and forget about everything. High-quality service provided by professionals.

Nevertheless, I want to highlight some things for improvement: 1. Wi-Fi is deadly slow. Even if you need to do something simple, like check in for your flight or book a ferry, you will suffer a little. Beside the connection speed, it often disconnects, prompting you to log in again, multiple times a day. And it works this way no matter where you are - in the room, in the lobby, in the restaurant - everywhere. 2. Soundproofing would be ok if there was no music around and just a sound of waves. But if I get it right, there is a club or another hotel next to the Paradise Sun, and they play music so loud, like it's the last time in their lives. We were in the farthest room from those music lovers, and we were still hearing it through earplugs and feeling the vibrations. Luckily, the music was stopped at 23:00, but there were comments about the whole night raves. I can not imagine what was the experience in the rooms in the opposite side of the area, next to this club/hotel. Ouch. It could ruin everything. 3. Seaweed on the beach. I understand the hotel doesn't own the beach, all beaches are public, and I'm not sure if it's allowed to clean it (maybe there are some reasons), but I saw other hotels cleaning their sides. Even though it didn't bother us, it would be nice (if it's allowed) to clean this side of the beach. At least from an aesthetic point of view. The day we checked out, there was too much seaweed, it was look like there were more seaweed than sand.

Отель обновленный, все в отличном состоянии. Очень удобные номера. Отдельно хочу отметить Лучшие, тихие кондиционеры, которые абсолютно не мешают сну. Хорошая территория, все очень удобно расположено. Разнообразная еда на любой вкус.

Неглубокое море, это удобно для семей с маленькими детьми, но не очень удобно для взрослых. Выносит водоросли на берег и прибивает водоросли в воде. Но очень длинный пляж и можно пройти дальше и найти лучшее место.

We LOVED this hotel. The location was beautiful, the palm tree garden stunning, the beach beautiful and clean and the water just perfect. The rooms had this amazing view with the palm trees and the beach. The food was good for dinner and breakfast. The tea time was lovely and all the activies were nice. We enjoyed paddle boarding and I had a lovely massage (I paid extra for the massage, worth it). I can not stress enough how much I loved the room. It had 2 comfy beds, a dressing room and a lovelt bathroom. Very clean and very nice. Best resort I have ever been to. Also the birds... the birds were stunning so beautiful and so many different kinds. I loved feeding them. Also the live music, we heard 2 bands and they were great, I especially loved the band that sang on Monday.

I loved everything. I have read some negative reviews, but honestly everything was perfect, the staff was kind, the food was good like it was such a big variety that you just had to try and find something you liked (but I am not picky so I enjoyed most of the food)

Nous avons tout aimé ! Le charme incroyable de l’hôtel, mais avant tout l’accueil et la gentillesse incroyable du personnel !!! Nous avons tout un tas de petites attentions, premier diner sur la plage avec bougie et coupe de champagne offerte, des petits gâteaux dans la chambre, des petits mots avec chocolats en rentrant du dîner, de l’eau toujours à disposition dans la chambre. Une chambre impeccable tous les jours et très confortable. L’accès direct à une plage magnifique, la piscine, l’espace du complexe ! Et le petit plus les activités de l’hôtel super sympas : cours de cuisine et coupe noix de coco, coucher de soleil en bateau 👌🏻👍 Merci pour tout c’était incroyable 😍

The location, access to an amazing beach and breakfast.

The bedrooms are quite small even if well organized. The staff is always available but not ready to find solutions to daily requests or minor issues during the staying.

Very disappointing experience, especially for a hotel costing around €754 PER NIGHT. Reception called us twice at 8 p.m. and then sent a staff member to our room asking, “What time are you leaving?” — quite inhospitable. The T&Cs state that guests can enjoy 22 hours in the room; in reality, it was closer to 20. Don’t be fooled by the “dinner/half-board included” description on Booking.com. You are still required to leave a deposit at reception for dinner that was supposedly already included. No deposit? You pay for dinner. My friend and I were staying at the hotel, we were given only one room key. When we requested another, reception made us sign an undertaking to pay €100 if the second key was lost. Reception also sent us to our room prematurely while it was still being cleaned, and the saucy cleaner was rude and kicked us back out with an attitude. The internet connection was poor, and there were insects in the bed (understandable to some extent on a tropical island). The minute we checked out, while we were still waiting at the hotel for our ride, they disconnected our Wi-Fi. 😂 City tax is also charged separately, regardless of what you have already paid, so ask beforehand. No proper toiletries, no iron, and no coffee machine. For €754 per night, the service, amenities, and overall hospitality simply did not match the price.

Struttura ben gestita, camera bella, pulita e curata veramente come da foto che si vedono. Ma il valore aggiunto di questa struttura lo fa veramente tutto il personale, John il responsabile del Kiosk è coinvolgente e professionale simpatico e super disponibile.

Nice rooms and bathrooms with a gorgeous view. The evening themed buffets offered nice variety . Very kind staff, including the animator who proposed low key activities once or twice a day. Dive club on site is a bonus.

The morning buffet was repetitive and not particularly great.

Durante muchos años soñé con viajar a Seychelles, y Paradise Sun ha sido, sin duda, el lugar que ha hecho que ese sueño estuviera a la altura de todo lo que había imaginado. El buen gusto y el cuidado de sus instalaciones, la amabilidad extraordinaria de todo el equipo, una comida buenísima, la limpieza y la atención en cada detalle han hecho que nuestra estancia haya sido perfecta. Hemos intentado encontrar algún “pero” y, sinceramente, no lo hemos encontrado. Además, nos sorprendieron muchísimo todas las experiencias incluidas en la estancia: salidas en barco, snorkel, contemplar la puesta de sol desde el mar, música en vivo… pequeños grandes detalles que no esperábamos y que hicieron nuestra experiencia todavía más especial. Paradise Sun es uno de esos lugares que difícilmente olvidaremos. Nos llevamos un recuerdo maravilloso de estos días y, sin ninguna duda, lo recomendaremos. Gracias a todo el equipo por haber formado parte de nuestro sueño de Seychelles.

Ligging prachtig aan het strand. Kayak en sup mogelijkheden die gratis zijn was erg prettig. Hygiene heel goed en vriendelijk personeel die mee dacht aan onder andere halal maaltijden voor ons.

We vonden de drankjes beetje aan de hoge kant. Ondanks dat we van te voren hadden aangegeven dat wij wij uitsluitend halal of vegetarisch/vis eten en dit opgepakt zou worden. moesten we dit een aantal keer weer tijdens verblijf aangeven. Het was jammer omelet/ pannenkoek op zelfde plaat gebakken worden en niet apart. Niet heel erg maar prettig als dit gewoon tijdens boeking was geregistreerd

Beautifully renovated maintaining its original charm. Spectacular views over the bay and best location on this beach. Convenient facilities and easygoing holiday vibes.

The food is tending to be less local and more generic hotel food however this is probably what most guests prefer. I miss the citronelle tea that was common at breakfast. However they did make an exception for me I think it was better when everyone could enjoy this Seychellean treat .

Live Music during dinner was so loud it was not possible to have a conversation and did not work well with kids. Dinner Buffet was okay but hoped for more variation and options for kids.

The coconut grove village I called it. Stunning property, nested in Nature. Friendly staff trying to make your stay unique The animations and the creole night and dance :) highlight of the stay! A supermarket is not far 5 min walking- practical.

The Duc de Praslin hotel next to Paradise Sun, plays loud music several nights a week- till 11pm. So not every night but if you want a quiet night every night, mention it to be placed on the far left side.

The location is great! The staff was really nice and helpful. On our last day we had the trip back at 17h, while the check-out is at 10. They offered us a room to shower and prepare an hour before we left. It was really nice!

Weitläufiger, weißer Sandstrand, mit ausreichend Liegen, abwechslungsreiches Abendessen, täglich ein umfangreiches Themenbuffet, frisch zubereitet, lecker auch für Vegies, Zimmer: zwei Einzelbetten, sehr gute Matratzen, geräumiges Badezimmer, sehr gute Klimaanlage, großer Schrankraum, Terrasse mit Blick auf den sehr gepflegten Garten und Strand. Verlässliches, äußerst freundliches Personal, . Plan mit Freizeitangeboten z.B., Beach Volleyball, Gratisexkursionen, Yoga, Brettspiele; neben dem Hotel Tauchschule

Angebote der Exkursionen können von Anbietern im Hotel gebucht werden, diese sind teuer, im Village günstiger zu buchen. Ebenso Taxi - handeln lohnt sich.

Emplacement idyllique, personnel au top, c’était parfait. Sur une des plus belles plages de praslin. Les chambres orientées sur la vue, c’est magnifique.

On se lasse vite du buffet, mais c’est le cas que si vous restez longtemps. Il y a quand même pas mal de choix.
