Quality Hotel Ålesund

The hotel was centrally located and close to the bus station. The room although small was comfortable and looked out onto the sea. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Kurzer Fußweg ins Zentrum. Klasse Frühstücksbuffet.

Leider kein Meerblick trotz oberster Etage.

El hotel es muy elegante y con vistas impresionantes. El servicio muy bueno. La habitación muy cómoda y con buenas vistas. Pudimos probar el gimnasio y tenia una buena variedad de máquinas.

El baño no era muy cómodo porque al ducharse se salía todo el agua...

La camera era spaziosa, molto comoda per tre persone ed i letti erano confortevoli. Ottima la colazione. E' dotato di una bella terrazza ed è vicinissimo al centro della città. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima di effettuare il check in, ed abbiamo cenato lì dopo il check out. Essendo vicino al molo abbiamo potuto attendere nell'ampio e comodo salone la nave per Bergen fino ad oltre la mezzanotte

Il check in anticipato era a pagamento, ma hanno ospitato i nostri bagagli fino al momento di entrare in stanza

Gym, ontbijt, lobby, locatie.

We mochten niet eerder in de kamer dan 15 uur. Deze was wel klaar. En anders moesten we 12,50 euro per uur betalen. Beetje flauw.

God frokost, lite støy, bra service.

For smale senger. Det ene rommet var dårlig rengjort. Bruk av fitness rommet kl 09.00 burde vært kl 08.00 også i helgen. Det ene rommet stod med sjøutsikt når jeg bestilte, det var der ikke.

La localización y el desayuno.

Nous logions dans la chambre familiale qui était très spacieuse avec un coin lits superposés un peu à l'écart pour les enfants. La literie est très confortable et les rideaux occultants. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour découvrir Alesund à pied - nous étions heureux de ne plus avoir à prendre la voiture après une matinée sur la route. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les jeux dans le hall d'entrée et les parents le bar pour prendre l'apéro à côté. Nous avons pu laisser les valises dans une pièce sécurisée et commencer les visites en attendant que la chambre soit prête. Le petit déjeuner était pantagruélique et excellent. Un petit plus : l'hôtel organise des courses à pied guidées dans la ville le matin avec un habitant de la ville. Pour les runners, c'est un super moment d'échange et de découverte. Le personnel était adorable.

Comme nous étions à Alesund un dimanche soir, beaucoup de restaurants étaient fermés en ville. Par simplicité, nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel. Nous avons été déçus par le temps d'attente très important (alors que peu de tables occupées) et le peu de choix à la carte.

Très bel hôtel choisi en amont pour la proximité du bateau Hurtigruten Personnel charmant et très accueillant Repas du soir excellent...saumon...et cocktail parfait. Petit déjeuner parfait et varié Je recommande

If you’re planning to catch the Hurtigruten to Bergen, which leaves at 1 am, this is the best place – it’s just 2 minutes from the boarding point. They let you stay in the lobby, which offers some nice, comfortable spaces until then.

L'albergo è situato al centro di Alesund. La fermata del pullman dall'aeroporto è a poche centinaia di metri. La camera matrimoniale era molto bella e ampia. Con anche vista mare. Colazione molto abbondante con anche la possibilità di cenare la sera (cosa molto comoda quando si è stanchi e non si ha voglia di cerca un ristorante).

We had to leave early and they provided a lunch package

We mixed it up with quality hotel waterfront, which is on the other side of the old town. Actually we wanted to stay there to be closer to the ship terminal, but that’s not the fault of the hotel.

去山上、運河都很近；旁邊有收費停車場，基本都有位置；早餐也不錯

住在閣樓，進出需要小心撞頭，加上電視擺放位置，每次走過都不方便

Hotel molto bello e in ottima posizione con affaccio direttamente sul mare e una bella terrazza. Camera confortevole e spaziosa. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza della macchina per il caffè Nespresso e la vista mare dalla stanza.

Location, breakfast. One of the front desk staff was very helpful

Price was too high for the hotel. It would s not a 4 star hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are not you see in a 4 star hotel. I asked 3 times for additional pillow. Pillows were small and too soft, not very comfortable.

Location is excellent. The view from the windows of the "junior suite with see view" was marvelous. Also in the other room - "standard double room" the view from the window was nice (even if a bit to side). Breakfast was OK - not bad and not great.

As a whole, the standard of the hotel is not a 4 star hotel. On our first day (!) in one of the two rooms, the one who took a shower first found no soap in the dispenser. The sink was also partly clogged. Not that the hotel did not respond to our comments, but it shouldn't have happened that the room was not well prepared in advance. Upon arriving the hotel receptionist informed us that the hotel's policy is that there is no room cleaning unless we ask for that. This is strange for a 4 star hotel, at least they could state the opposite policy - a guest can ask not to clean the room on a specific day or days.

Stilig, rent, norsktalende i resepsjonen. Pene rom, fin beliggenhet ved sjøen.

Sov dårlig i natt pga.veldig varmt på rommet og ein del bråk frå det som vi antar var et lasteskip som la inn til bryggen i nærheten.

Sentralt og flott beliggenhet. Rent og flott på rom og felles areal. Flott og variert frokost.

Veldig trafikkert gate, ikke aircondition på rommet som resulterte i åpent vindu og mye støy gjennom natten. Ikke bra.

Breakfast has a fantastic selection of breakfast food; the room had an awesome view of the fjord along with our room being very clean and secure. we were also pleased with the hotel's location to the many attractions and restaurants in Aalesund. We highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints.

Ikke helt lagt opp til tre voksne på rommet, men det fungerte ok.

Tett vask på badet som ikke ble fikset, etter at beskjed ble gitt på dag1 under oppholdet. Trangt på rommet/badet.

Heel vriendelijke medewerkers aan de receptie, mooie, sfeervolle algemene ruimtes en ruime kamer. Fijn bed en beddengoed. En dekbed ook precies goed voor de huidige temperatuur. Goede ruime badkamer met shampoo, conditioner en bodylotion. Ontbijt keurig verzorgd met kwaliteitsproducten en werd op tijd en netjes bijgevuld.

Het enige dat we iets minder vonden waren de verouderd ogende gangen en de buitenkant van het gebouw. Maja, dat is zout op slakken leggen😉
