I had a truly wonderful and enjoyable stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the high level of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout the property. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the housekeeping team for their professionalism, dedication, and excellent service. My special thanks also go to the animation team, whose energy and enthusiasm added a great deal to the overall experience. Most importantly, I would like to express my deepest appreciation to the Hotel Manager. It is clear that a great deal of effort, leadership, and attention has been invested in creating such a well-organized and successful operation. Seeing the different departments working efficiently together is a true reflection of strong management and a dedicated team behind it. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. Your professionalism and hospitality are truly appreciated, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

We really enjoyed our time here ,,it’s a fuň place’’. Everyone is kind and willing to help whit anything. The entertainment team has a great sense of humor and knows how to create a lot of fun. Memo is kind and has a good sense of humor and a good selection of music.

We love the hotel in general, this is our 5th visit here, each time we have lots of fun with the animation team, we’ve mostly experienced Sheko & Magic but we always welcome the new coming members of the team and we really appreciate their hard work, the staff is super nice too, i definitely recommend this hotel:)

The people who work here form a cohesive , living organism that comes together in that wonderful sense of ease and that beautiful tranquility. An ideal place for a relaxing getaway. The hotel is tasteful, charming, well-maintained, and clean. The staff are very helpful yet unobtrusive, and always smiling. Special thanks to Mr. Sabry for his helpfulness and friendly smile on the beach, and to the waiter, Mr. Ahmed, in the restaurant for his prompt and pleasant service. There are two lovely beaches: one featuring a jetty and an impressive deep-water reef, and another in a small bay by the swing, where you can snorkel in the shallows during high tide. It is a pity the airport is quite far away, but the hotel is still well worth choosing. This is my second visit, and I will definitely be back.

Beautifull place with friendly people. Nour, the best bartender I've ever meet.

Upon arrival, I had to purchase a visa. An employee from an Egyptian travel agency partnering with Dertour.DE approached me and asked for my passport. I thought he was simply checking passengers, but he affixed a visa to my passport and demanded 33 euros instead of 30 dollars—a higher rate than the one offered by a bank just a few steps away. We even argued about my passport. There was a line behind me, so I had to pay and step aside. I told him he deceived, robbed, and scammed me, because the dollar isn't equal to the euro—30 dollars is 26.10 euros, not the 33 euros he was demanding. It was all to no avail. The next day, I mentioned it to the travel agency representative during a meeting, but he also shouted at me and declared that it was none of his business. Be careful: do not let your passport out of your hands, and buy your visa at a bank. There, you won't be cheated the way unscrupulous representatives of an Egyptian travel agency might cheat you. The hotel grounds are beautiful—clean and well-maintained. The hotel description highlights the saltwater lagoon, yet touching the water is prohibited. So why is it touted as a major attraction? Just for looking at? We go to the seaside for the sea itself. This hotel doesn't have a sea. The sea contains a large amount of old, dead coral—rocky formations that are off-limits for walking. On the beach, you can sit in water that is approximately 10 cm deep (20 cm at high tide). During my visit, the waves were so strong that I was tossed back and forth and pushed against the rocks, which was painful. That is why I decided to try the other lagoon. I nearly smashed my head against a large, protruding rock there, pushed against it by the water. For the adventurous, there is an option to swim near the pier, where the water is deep and the structure creates undercurrents. However, a red flag was often flying there, so I didn't even go near it. The hotel consists of various buildings and villas. They are impeccably clean, just like all the other areas, including the bar and restaurant. The furniture is in a style that doesn't appeal to me—worn, scratched, and featuring iron fittings. All the rooms have this same worn look. It is something one can get used to. There shouldn't be a torn curtain on the window. The employee responsible for hazardous items in the rooms should take note of dangerous, exposed electrical cords on the desk lamp. The hotel's waste pipes should be cleared so that wastewater from the toilet doesn't back up through the drain into the shower. Food. The food tasted excellent. The selection was rather poor. It was the same every day of the week. An all-inclusive arrangement calls for a bit more variety. Sweets. I only ate one piece of cake, so I really can't form a definitive opinion. They looked tempting, though. The "Tea Time" program. I went to see what it was. Nothing. It’s very strange that you can only have tea for one hour a day, from 4 to 5 p.m. The "hot snack" program. Since I was already there—at the poolside bar—I took a look at what was on offer. Apples, "dry" pieces of cake without filling. I saw they had pizza, so I asked for some. The cook didn't want to give it to me. I was taken aback, so I insisted on my request until I finally got it. Very strange. Staff – activities team. Very pleasant and entertaining. Staff – reception. Very professional approach. The staff—specifically the waiters—really ought to work on their behavior. They kept taking issue with where I was sitting and pointing at me. They would have happily banished me to the basement—even though there were plenty of empty tables around me. I have no idea what the problem was. On the surface, the staff seems friendly; they smile at the guests. But the moment a guest turns away, they point and laugh behind their back. It probably never even occurs to them that other guests see this and instantly realize the smile is fake—just a trick to wheedle a tip out of the customer. Although, perhaps there are exceptions?! It wasn't until the end of my stay that I realized I was seeing the same waiter from breakfast through to dinner, every single day. By then, I didn't have time to observe whether this was the standard practice for everyone. I also saw the cleaning staff working from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. As a safety specialist, I tend to notice these kinds of things; hotel management really ought to step in here to ensure employees have time for their personal lives.

One of the worst experience I had in my life. Name is luxury but service is dust. It went worse than expected. Not suitable for kids even the adults. Never again

La superficie de la chambre et la vue mer. Personnel très aimable. Très bon buffet. Piscines et plage très agréables

Le lit était un peu trop mou. Dans la salle de bain, les serviettes étaient vieilles et usées et la pomme de douche ne correspond pas au standing de l'hôtel

1) Le personnel est extrêmement compétent, rapide et serviable, en particulier le réceptionniste Ahmoud, qui avant et pendant le séjour fût toujours prêt à résoudre en quelque minute tous les problèmes. 2) Hotel de taille agréable, calme avec le récif corallien magnifique devant la porte à explorer avec tuba et masque! Pente extérieur du récif explorable autour du ponton avec surveillance. (mais attention pas de plage pour nager ou patauger à cause des oursins et du récif à protéger!). Fantastique centre de plongé dans l'enceinte de l'hotel avec un personnel très compétent (certifiés): Parents et enfants, nous avons passé la certification PADI open water diver au cours de notre séjour dans une ambiante féerique.

1) La possibilité de booker sur booking.com un séjour avec seulement petit déjeuner n'a aucun sens, puisque l'hotel (resort) est à 5km de El Quseir et les quelques restaurants et magasins de la ville. La pension complète est recommandable. 2) Le seul service de taxi mis à disposition au sein de l'accueil de l'hôtel pratique des prix élevés (navette aéroport et trajet vers la ville de El Quseir)

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, sei es beim Empfang oder im Restaurant. Das Essen war wie immer, sehr gut. Auch das Dessert-Buffet war sehr schön angerichtet und auch sehr gut. Da ich schon oft in diesem Hotel war, ist es für mich, wie wenn ich nach Hause käme. Einfach wunderschön. Sogar mein Zimmerwunsch wurde erfüllt, mit direktem Meeblick und nur ein paar Meter bis zum Strand.

Im Restaurant habe ich vermisst, dass kein Koch beim Dessert-Buffet war, der z.B frische Früchte schnitt oder ein ägyptisches Dessert vor Ort zubereitete. Leider funktionierte unsere Klimaanlage nicht gut. Wir hätten das Zimmer wechseln können aber das haben wir dankend abgelehnt, weil das andere Zimmer nicht so gut gelegen war, wie das das wir hatten.

We stayed in the Swissotel Resort in El Quseir for three nights in April. The hotel complex is beautiful: it is very well maintained and clean and the garden is very lavishly planted. You can observe various birds there, including the hoopoe, which share this oasis with the hotel visitors. Our room was very large and clean and had a pleasant climate. We also had a very spacious terrace just for us. We had booked half board and both the breakfast and dinner buffets . The buffet was very diverse. We particularly appreciated that all dishes were very well labeled (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) - perfect! There was always a large selection of delicious, home-baked bread (even pretzel rolls!). We can highly recommend the hotel.

Unfortunately it was very windy on the days we were at the hotel, so we couldn't snorkel on the house reef. However, at our request, a phone call was made to the neighboring hotel and we were able to buy a day pass and snorkel there (this other hotel has a bay and the sea is calmer there). Besides various fruits, a more varied selection of vegan desserts would be highly appreciated :)!

During our stay, he was always very attentive, kind, highly professional and customer-oriented. His approach to guests is exceptional – he treats everyone with the same level of care and respect. His positive attitude, helpfulness, and natural hospitality made a significant difference to our stay. He always made sure everything was perfect and that guests were satisfied. Great trip with Momo to snorkel. We saw Nemo, 4 sea turtles and coral reef. Guys from diving center are professionals. Trip was easy and not stressful at all.

The hotel is great, the room is wide clean, food is delicious with little varieties but good quality, all the workers there are polite and very welcoming, animation team is active.

The sea is rocky so it's better to bring your sea shoes with you. The cocktails are poor.

This was our fourth visit in Radisson. Everythink was perfect, rooms, service, restaurant. This year we made a trip from dive center at the hotel to Marsa Mubarak. The snorcheling was amazing. Turtles, dugong and beautiful reef. If you wanna to go to this trip ask Mr. Momo. He is the best and will answer all of your questions. We are looking forward to visit this hotel next year again.

The Trip with Momo Was great, nice team and we saw turtles. The food was very good and the Crew was very friendly. It was a little bit windy but still we were able to snorkling.

This was booked for 5 of us through our tour company. + Staff was super pleasant and responsive + Diving centre was great + Sooo nice and quiet at night and in the morning - The restaurant, beach and pools should have smoking / non-smoking sections. - The hotel is a bit run down. The mattresses and pillows are old and lumpy - The staff assumes everyone is German, which is a bit annoying - The hotel is ridiculously stingy with towels - All of us had intestinal issues during our stay - The hawkers on the beach and at the pool were incessant and annoying

Clean and tidy. May need some renovation but was still a good stay. Staff are friendly and helpful! Diving was well organized and friendly.

We booked the taxi from the airport to the hotel via the hotel for €80. This is a complete rip-off! Apart from being over-priced the car was dirty and dusty inside with half drank water bottles laying on the ha k seat. Ended up returning with a booking.com taxi for €32 - clean car, helpful driver, no issue with payment as it went directly through booking.com.

Everything was really clean and well looked after. The grounds were lovely and everything is laid out in a spacious way. Our room was directly onto the beach and really comfortable - not enormous, but big enough and a lovely style! Waleed kept everything spotlessly clean and was very friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant are really attentive. Mohammed was so friendly and welcoming and lovely as our first encounter for lunch! The outside area is really lovely with a view over the fountains at night. Ahmed is like a cheerful, efficient, endlessly cheerful whirlwind, moving round the tables making sure that everything is OK and you have all that you need. The food is really fresh, tasty, regularly changed and the salads especially are plentiful and varied. The wide variety of freshly baked bread and pastries were really tasty, and lovely to have local dishes too. I am a non meat eater, but found plenty to eat and if ever I wasn't sure about something, there was always someone nearby who could answer my questions. The beach where we were was not at all crowded and the beach staff really helpful. The guy at the beach bar was fabulous! In fact all of the staff were great, friendly, cheerful and really attentive. We dived everyday but the weather meant that for the majority of the time the jetty (and the way into the water for diving or snorkelling or on the house reef) was closed for the vast majority of the time we were there due to the windy conditions which was a shame. We dived elsewhere which was great but otherwise snorkelling was pretty limited without this option.

An area outside at the restaurant without smokers so you don't get affected by others' smoke blowing near you would be good. Also when we arrived (afternoon) we were given 2 towel cards, but there were no towels left which was a pity. Suggestion would be that on arrival you are given pool/beach towels in your room that you can then exchange and return for a card on departure.

Séjour : - Début Août 2025, pour 8 jours en All Inclusive. - En Famille (2 adultes, 1 ado 15 ans, 2 filles 9 ans) - 2 Chambres Points Positifs : - Nourriture de bonne qualité - Piscines bien entretenues - Personnel aimable et attentif - Wifi et Climatisation A Savoir : - Même si le vol indique Hurghada comme aéroport, l'hôtel n'est pas à Hurghada mais à 2 heure au Sud, à côté d'une petite ville nommée El Quseir. Et il n'y a rien à faire autour de l'hôtel ni même dans cette ville. - Le séjour est défini comme All Inclusive mais attention, certaines choses sont payantes (boissons alcoolisées après minuit, jus de fruit frais, certaines boissons...). - Pas de café à l'hôtel (même en payant). Ils offrent du café soluble nescafé. Pour un vrai café il faut aller en ville, à 3 km de l'hôtel. Pas de jus d'orange frais au petit déjeuner (contrairement au Radison Blu à Djerba), juste des pseudos jus sucrés. - On ne peut pas vraiment se baigner dans la mer car il y a 50 mètres de rochers avec 50 cm d'eau avant d'atteindre la mer (derrière la barrière de corail). On peut prendre le ponton mais l'escalier qui descend dans la mer n'est pas ouvert en cas de vent. Sur les 8 jours du séjour, l'accès n'était possible que 2 jours. - Vous ne devez pas jeter le papier toilette dans les WC. - Les prix des services médicaux de l'hôtel sont exorbitants (1000 € pour un simple examen...) - Beaucoup d'allemands qui mangent / boivent toute la journée. - 36 °C, UV au Max, - On s'ennuie assez vite

La spiaggia sicuramente è una delle migliori della zona perché ha vari accessi al mare anche senza l’utilizzo del pontile.

La struttura non è un 5 stelle come suggerito ma piuttosto un 3 stelle. Le camere e l’arredamento sono vecchi e usurati, tutta la struttura necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione completa. C’è solo un ristorante disponibile e il cibo è di scarsa qualità. Il personale è gentile solo con grosse mance. La pulizia in generale lascia a desiderare. I lettini della spiaggia sono vecchi e arrugginiti. Il Wi-Fi è pessimo, si discollega di continuo e appena fuori dalla camera non prende bene. I costi dei servizi extra sono esorbitanti. I lettini della piscina come quelli per la spiaggia, dopo una certa ora sono impossibile da rinvenire. Ho solo cose negative da dire riguardo questo posto mi dispiace.

Einfach rundum perfekt – wie ein Zuhause in der Ferne! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft rundum genossen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und werden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht – sämtliche Pflegeprodukte, die man braucht, sind vorhanden. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Kellner im Restaurant – sie sind nicht nur sehr aufmerksam, sondern haben auch immer einen kleinen Spaß auf den Lippen, was eine wunderbar entspannte Atmosphäre schafft. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich wie zu Hause, obwohl man weit weg von daheim ist. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Einfach nur traumhaft – rundum perfekt! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns in diesem Hotel unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die ruhige Lage und die entspannte Atmosphäre laden sofort zum Abschalten ein. Was uns besonders begeistert hat, war das Personal – angefangen bei den Reinigungsmitarbeitern über die Lifeguards bis hin zu den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern der Gastronomie: Jeder einzelne war durchweg freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Man spürt, dass hier mit echter Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Das Essen war hervorragend – vielfältig, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Ein besonderes Lob gilt auch einem der Manager, der sehr gut Deutsch sprach und sich persönlich Zeit nahm, wenn man ein Anliegen hatte. Ohne Umwege war er sofort zur Stelle, hat aufmerksam zugehört und sich bemüht, direkt eine Lösung zu finden – ein Service, wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann. Das WLAN war hin und wieder etwas langsam, aber ehrlich gesagt: Man ist im Urlaub, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und nicht, um ständig am Handy zu hängen – also für uns kein wirklicher Minuspunkt. Unser Fazit: Super, super, super! Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wir sind gestern nachhause geflogen und schauen für September oder Oktober eine erneute Reise zu planen. Absolute Empfehlung!

The room was ok as a tripple room comparing other hotel is small, tripple room should be accommodated for three beds not to add a bed . as for the dinner it was supper.

The air condition in some rooms were not good which lead to change to several room

If you reserve a mattress against some tip to the pool-/beach-boy they actually reserved it for you by 7AM. That was necessary since everybody just reserves the few spots with their towels in the early mornings.

The Management was terrible. Reception welcoming was "show me your passport" no greeting, no welcoming nothing. Breakfast was beside the egg-station not worth nothing. The child bed broke down twice, we had to fix it ourself since complaints left the management unimpressed.

The hotel doesn't have any water fountain but only distributes single bottles of water to guests, which creates a lot of plastic trash......

The hotel is located in the city center and provides all services. The reception was warm and the food tasted good. I loved the various Egyptian salads. The room had a direct view of the sea and was always decorated with beautiful flowers and towels. The room boy, Abdel Fattah, asked about the room every day. He is a kind and polite person who loves his work and does it at the highest level. The garden has beautiful plants and the boys do an excellent job. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place...

This is our first visit to this hotel and it will not be our last we enjoyed everything the beach the fish the restaurants served delicious and tasty meals and the room was always clean and professionally arranged we had a room server named Abdel Fattah he was very cheerful and had a big smile he was always helpful and made us smile thank you

I came here to have vacation on my own, to not be disturbed by anyone and anything, get warm and health at the sea side. And all of this was fulfilled thanks to very nice hotel resort, not the newest one but warm and familiar and well-established. Restaurant Absolutely gorgeous food!!!! I could always choose from many different delicious meals during the whole period of time. Thank you to cooks and my compliment to the absolutely professional and hardworking waiter Mr Abdullah who became my personal waiter naturally as I was dining at the same table indoors. Beach Clean and quiet. Perfect beach service. Room Perfectly cleaned up room everyday, thanks to Mr Abdelftaah whoo was helpful and unhesitating all of the time. I really enjoyed his creatives every day. Thank You! Spa and beauty The resort offers spa and beauty services. I tried the set of gorgeous massages and professional manicure. I can just recommend both! One week was just no enough. I am sure I will come back again!

We have just returned from this hotel which was an architectural masterpiece we really enjoyed everything we would like to thank all the staff at this outstanding hotel and in particular our room boy Abdel Fattah he is a polite quick witted and helpful person thank you for everything we plan to come back soon

We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Very clean and everything you would need. Definitely go for the all inclusive deal as there is nothing else around this hotel. The hotel is on the beach and there is good snorkeling . The staff are all very helpful. We went to scuba diving which is on the premises and it was excellent.

Old beds were very uncomfortable and the aircon didn't work very well. Consequently we did sleep well.

We had an amazing time, the property is quiet and relaxing, but there are nice activities and music if you want, what I really liked is the idea that the pool is separated into two, one (where the pool bar is) has music and activities, and the other is quiet if you would like to relax. The sea is amazing, they have a beautiful and comfortable beach, and of course great snorkeling spots. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, and you can sense how genuine and friendly everyone is, on top of providing world class speedy service. I have to also talk about the food, it is uncommon to find excellent food in an all-inclusive resort, usually the food is above average at best, but not here, the food was amazing, not only well prepared, but also the ingredients are fresh and of high quality, throughout our stay everything was extremely delicious, fresh and well presented, we would like to thank all the kitchen staff for an amazing food experience. Thank you Radisson Blu Quseir team, we will definitely come back.

Our mattress was not very comfortable, we didn't ask to change it TBH, but it was ok.

La chambre était très bien pour 4 personnes avec vue sur la mer. L hôtel dispose de 2 piscines et d un accès plage. Le restaurant est très bon et la nourriture est très variée. L option all inclusive est vraiment intéressante y compris au bar. La faune sous marine est incroyable à seulement 2 mètres du bord raie à pointe bleu, baliste, murène, poisson scorpion, diodon, poisson peroquet.. Même aux Seychelles je n avais pas vu une si grande diversité en PMT. En résumé je vous le conseille si vous voulez un hôtel avec un très bon service, un bon resto et une plage magnifique Pour résumé

We stayed for a couple of nights on a stopover going further south Very nice hotel, staff were friendly and helpful Room was clean with all the required facilities We went to the pool bar in the afternoon and found the music being played much too loud for our older ears and people dancing and smoking in the pool. I think in might be worth considering discouraging smoking in the pool I don’t think people really want to swim in other peoples fag ash Beach was nice and jetty was great for snorkelling when it wasn’t windy All in all maybe better suited to a younger clientele

Booking was for my parents celebrating their Ruby Anniversary. Wonderful all-inclusive two-night stay to cap off their busy tour of Egypt. Facilities were clean. Snorkeling off the property's beach was amazing and easy for beginners. Wake up early for the sunrise - it does not disappoint! Much quieter alternative to Hurghada - would wholeheartedly recommend.

Had a great time! The resort looks beautiful, has great rooms, good food with a lot of variety food and unlimitted (alcoholic) drinks is a big plus. The staff was amazing. All super friendly and helpful. A special thanks to mister Asaad, who helped us a lot!! Highly recommend.

Lovely resort and staff and services, It's was the best experience for relaxation in a really long time,nice hotel near el Quseir, with sandy beach and beautiful coral reef, spacious room , varied food, different every night , room is clean،big enough.

Abdelftah was very helpful, as well as reception and finally the best Badawy -the waiter was excellent. We had great time snoorkeling and eating great food. The beach was calm and quiet, which was very relaxing. The bariery of dishes was really great.

The staying was wonderful. The Staff was very nice. I really recommend it. We will Come back for sure. The food was delicious and Rooms always clean. The animation Staff was great. You have to visit this hotel.i really recommend it for couples and families

Lovely room nearly on beach with sea view. Upgrade family to three rooms. Staff worked tirelessly to help. Clean and stylish main area. Evening shoes were enjoyable.

Busy dinner time looking for table and having five squeezed in table for four. Slightly unvarying food selection. Poor WiFi kept stopping so used up precious eSIM data. All loungers on beach in front of room always full.

Given the location not in the more famous but nearby Hurgada and Marsa Alam we had some doubts about actual reef conditions: cannot make comparisons but it was really amazing. Looots of fishes even in few centimeters of water. And then obviously the pools, but you can see them in the pictures. The whole atmosphere is elegant and relaxed.

Something we would improve is definitely artificial ligth in the room. When the sun goes down it was not even possible to read a book. Maybe not all romms like ours but we only know our. Buffet is abundant but, and here maybe it is just a matter of taste, several of the things had no flavour or too much.

Ich habe möglicherweise ein eher älteres Zimmer bekommen. Das Bad war aus den 90ern und schmutzig mit Zahnputzresten am Waschbeckenabfluss. Das Handtuch, auf dem die Duschgels aufgereiht sind, könnte auch mal wieder ausgetauscht werden. Hat einen sehr schmuddeligen Eindruck gemacht. Ebenso die Klobürste. Keine Minibar. Die Zimmertür bietet keinerlei Sicherheit, ebensowenig das Vorhängeschloss, das beim Öffnen der Tür einfach abgerissen ist. Die Sauberkeit am Buffet ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Kaffeemaschine und Heißwasserbehälter sehen von außen eher unappetitlich aus und könnten mal abgewischt werden. Außerhalb des Hotels ist nichts los, man verlässt das Hotelgelände auf eigene Gefahr.

I could not identufy any problem.

Very spacious, nicely furnished room with large balcony and fantastic views. All staff were super friendly and helpful and the food was great. I also liked the quiet, isolated location and the fact that the buildings blended well into the surroundings.Super pools and gym, too.

Just a minor thing, the bedding and bed linen could be a bit more luxurious.

Lovely hotel with delightful staff who go the extra mile - especially Zach and Mahmoud with all the activities around and in the pool. The hotel grounds are beautiful, our bedroom was large and airy with a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. The bathroom had seen better days but was totally adequate. Food was delicious and plentiful, especially fruit, salads, veg. We had a great time and would certainly recommend. Last year we were at the Movenpick next door, although very charming it is about twice the price so Radisson Blu was a good option.

This is a very good hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day, great service, good food. They take care of quests and are really nice and helpful. We recommend it especilally for people who look for relax. Abdel Fattah made our room clean every day!- thank you

Great hospitality and very good food.

Absolutely beautiful . An amazing amount of activities to do, from diving, gym, horseriding, spa, and even if all you do is simply buy or bring a snorkel and sea shoes as I did, you can float in the water and marvel at the amount of beautiful fish there are! You can stay in water less than 2m deep and see an incredible amount of fish. Ahmed the salesman for the spa is also a great asset as is all the staff bar none, management, everyone was great. The chefs were kind and went out of their way to present food beautifully. Clean. Really can’t complain.

I honestly loved it all. Literally the only thing that popped to mind was that sometimes I had to ask for tahini and onions as they were not on the buffet (then staff bought them to me often decorated

The food is very good, although the selection is a bit limited. The staff was helpful, although not exceptional. Alcoholic drinks from the all inclusive menu have almost 0 alcohol. A plus for arranging lunchboxes for us at short notice.

Sicher, sauber, calm. Am Strand. Diving center der Nähe.

We stay 10 nights and are very happy with our room boy Abdelftaah, who is service us all the time on a high level. He was always helpful and fulfill all our wishes! We recommed this hotel to our friends for a future stay. We surely think about to come back again.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

The facilities are a bit old and need some maintenance. There are not enough vegan options. Vegan doesn't mean veggies, salads and legumes only. The SPA Hammam and Sauna need absolute maintenance. We were staying for the Xmas holidays and for the Xmas evening we were obligated to either choose a Xmas dinner (no menu) or room service, even though we had an all inclusive. These things should be mentioned in advance.

Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated

Only buffet, no al a carte restaurant. The food was very boring. We stayed over New Year and the had an extra charge of 100 USD for dinner not including drinks. The food was good on New Year’s Eve, but not for the price. We felt like the staff all the time tried to get money out of you. Some of the waiters were very impolite and the housekeepers came 2-3 times a day to ask if the cleaning was ok = they wanted more tips.
