Celý pobyt se nesl v naprosto přátelském duchu, personál byl velmi milý, služby výborné

Jediné minus pobytu bylo to, že zmrzlina, různé druhy kávy, které jsou v jiných hotelech součástí balíčku all inclusive se tady musely platit

The staff in this hotel makes you feel like home. The hospitality of Mr. Nabil at the reception was superb, Ahmed and Abdelrahman by the pool bar made it an exceptional experience, and Mahmoud was always smiling. It was a really cozy holiday.

The food needs to be better.

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist einmalig und die Hotelanlage ist soweit in Ordnung.

la struttura è molto grande e accogliente con ampie piscine sempre calde un bar al centro ed è a due passi dal mare dove vi aspetta un pontile per fare snorkeling. Lo staff è super accogliente e disponibile per ogni esigenza la pulizia e ottima niente da dire a noi ci hanno addirittura dato una camera migliore rispetto a quella che avevamo prenotato perché il resort non era pieno e ci hanno fatto questo bel regalo super super consigliato

All the staff were excellent in service, from front office to housekeeping, restaurants service, food chiefs, pool & beach. Very nice snorkeling platform & location, quite & comfortable stay. All the family had a lovely joyfull vacation.

Animation team was though nearly inactive and invisible day & night. No night activity or shows. Alternative active animation is highly advised.

Das Abendessen ist fantastisch! Riesige Auswahl, absolut köstlich! Wir haben uns im Nachhinein geärgert, dass wir einen Abend auswärts im Restaurant waren und nicht vor Ort geblieben sind... :) Sehr schöne, große Zimmer, nette kleine Poollandschaft, schöner Strandbereich. Der Strand ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotelanlagen sehr sauber, man findet eben nicht überall Zigarettenkippen. Auch schön: Sehr dezente Animation.

Bardzo czysto. Obsługa pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Nie ma problemu z leżakami ani przy basenie ani nad morzem. Piękna rafa tuż przy hotelu. Polecam.

The whole experience was fantastic, the staff, the food.....everything.

The beach was a bit harsh as its mostly corals, however the open sea is wonderful when there is a chance to swim in it.

Everything was so good the food the staff the room, it was a wonderful experience. Even my parents had their wedding anniversary and they head chef managed to make them a cake and a nice celebration it was really awesome.

Investitionsstau , in die Jahre gekommen .

Le calme, la situation au bord de mer avec accès direct sur le récif, plongée du bord magnifique. Des animations juste ce qu'il faut. TRES PEU d'enfants : ce que nous recherchions. Notre chambre la suite 254 était grande et en bord de mer. Ménage fait tous les jours. Magnifique jardin. Nourriture très bonne et variée. Les jardins sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus. Le personnel est sympathique et professionnel. Les piscines sont belles et bien situées avec vue mer.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, Insbesondere Herr Abd El G. An der Rezeption hat sich ehrlich freundlich um uns bemüht. Wir haben eine ruhige, eher kleinere Anlage ohne laute Musik und oben viel Trubel gesucht, um Drei ruhige Tage im Anschluss an unsere Inlandreise zu verbringen vor der Heimreise. Dafür ist das Hotel für uns ideal gewesen. Wir hatten Halbpension und das inklusive- Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt (sogar deutlich besser als im Restaurant a la carte). Am Steg am Hotel konnten wir viele Fische sehen, auch Muränen und Feuerfische. :-) Es gab ausreichend liegen auf Sand direkt am Meer. Zu Fuß kann man bis zum nächsten Hotel laufen, in den Ort müsste man ein Taxi nehmen.

Leider macht der Steg schon vor Sonnenuntergang zu gegen 17.30 Uhr und leider werden die Matratzen von den Liegestühlen ebenfalls um ca 17.45 Uhr eingesammelt. Wir sind dann ohne Matratzen noch etwas geblieben.

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Flamenco Beach Resort in der komfortablen aber doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Junior Suite mit schönen Blick auf die Poollandschaft und den Strand verbracht. Das vorgelagerte Hausriff eignet sich wunderbar zum schnorcheln. Darüber hinaus bietet das Hotel das Übliche, was der All Inclusive Pauschalurlauber gewohnt ist: nervige Animation, mittelmäßiges Essen, schlechte Drinks und ungenießbarer Weißwein. Für das schlechte WLAN muss man übrigens extra bezahlen.

1) Room AC is so bad, it's only a fan. This is a repeated comment from a previous stay. 2) Bedding is a bit uncomfortable and hot given the AC comment. 3) Low hot water supply in bathroom. 4) No free wi-fi. 5) No food variety. 6) Animation team activities used to be better and more engaging. This time it was kind of dead. 7) Some prying looks from certain staff members.

Excellent for a relaxing stay!

Everything was perfect. It exceeded my expectations. Clean, friendly staff and beautiful beaches and views. The dinner buffet was amazing thanks to all the great chefs. Definitely coming again with my family

Petit déjeuner éloigné des chambres avec une route à traverser.Pas de personnel parlant français surtout pour le club de plongée qui n’est pas très sympathique .plongées faites à l’hôtel à côté.Wifi très mauvaise et payante ! Nous n’avons pas réussi à joindre l’hôtel pour une navette de l’aéroport à l’hôtel à l’aller…

Omdat het bezoek ons begin 2025 zo goed bevallen was zijn we dit jaar met de hele familie gegaan. We zijn weer erg enthousiast over: - de rustige ligging vergeleken met Hurghada maakt de transfer van 1 uur 40 min de moeite waard - mooi strand en perfecte plek om te snorkelen (via een pier kom je bij de drop-off) en is er schitterend koraal te zien en heel veel verschillende koraalvissen. - vanuit veel kamers heb je mooi uitzicht op zee en kamers (in het hoofdgebouw) liggen het strand is 1 minuut wandelen (strandbedden en parasols aanwezig) - erg goede keuken, grote verscheidenheid in gerechten - goede hygiëne zowel de kamer als het voedsel (niemand is ziek geworden) - Mooie kunstwerken van handdoeken op je bed (afhankelijk van je schoonmaker natuurlijk) - zeer vriendelijk personeel die alle moeite doet om het je naar je zin te maken - schitterend aangelegde en onderhouden tuin - mogelijkheid om allerlei excursies te doen (we hebben dag Luxor gedaan wat zeer indrukwekkend was) - als je daarvan houdt zorgt een animatieteam voor allerlei sportieve en andere activiteiten - Duikschool op resort aanwezig - aardige zwembaden

Ons eigenlijk niets. Als je van druk houdt en iedere avond in de disco wilt zitten dan is deze plek waarschijnlijk niets voor jou. Fitnessruimte is basic wat cardio instrumenten betreft maar voor krachttraining vind je waarschijnlijk voldoende instrumenten

Lieber Hr. Hoteldirektor Herbert Damböck! Insgesamt schreibe ich gerne dass sie ein sehr freundliches Personal leiten, welches das Hotel Flamenco auch sehr sauber pflegt, obwohl das Eine oder Andere der Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Umso weniger verstehe ich ihre persönliche Reaktion wie sie mir das Informationsblatt über das Insektengift welches am Strand zur Bekämpfung der Fliegen in einer weißen Giftwolke ausgesprüht worden ist während wir dort um 16.50 auf den Hotelbetten gelegen sind. Mit den Anmerkungen: 1) das Mittel sei zugelassen um muss genau bei Sonnenuntergang versprüht werden. 2) wenn ich den Namen des Giftes in der Rezession erwähne dass sie rechtliche Schritte gegen mich einleiten. (das ist mir so noch nie passiert, und ich bin auf ihre Erklärung gespannt warum sie die Rezessionen der Gäste derart beeinflussen, noch dazu wo das chemische Mittel ja zugelassen ist! Übrigens hat mich mein Chemiker darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass auf der Verpackung die sie mir abfotografiert haben eine Schutzmaske als Erfordernis gezeichnet ist, diese haben wir naturgemäß am Strand nicht erhalten!) Sie werden sicher verstehen, dass ich sie aus meiner Sicht zum tüchtigen Personal zähle, jedoch als höchst unfreundlichen Hoteldirektor! PS: Freundlicher wäre es z.B. auch um Verbesserungsvorschläge zu fragen, dann hätte ich ihnen vorgeschlagen dass ein Mitarbeiter vor der herannahenden Giftwolke warnen könnte und sich die Gäste somit das Einatmen ersparen würden. Weitere Verbesserungsvorschläge die nicht viel kosten aber sehr angenehm wären: Eine neue WC Bürste zumindest am Zimmer 321 Neue Sitzpolster bei der Poolbar für die Sesseln. Ich hoffe dass sie sich über die insgesamt gute Kritik freuen können. Liebe Grüße Michael

Tutto! Il cibo era particolarmente buono e il menù cambiava ogni sera. La barriera corallina accessibile dal pontile e la possibilità di noleggiare il necessario per lo snorkeling in loco. Per noi molto importate: l'animazione si svolgeva in una tenda lontana dall'edificio dell'hotel vero e proprio, quindi le stanze erano molto tranquille.

Our stay at Flamenco resort was the last place we chose in Egypt. All we wanted was to finally escape all the chaos and unfortunately disappointing experiences during our vacation.. You can really tell that the hotel staff is trying their best to fulfill your needs. But to be honest, the things only work if you tip them non stop.. If not, all you will feel will be non stop pressure of offers to go to the massage, safari ride, diving etc. I know, people are different, but for us it felt like the resort was not an esacpe for us. Only on our balcony was the place to finally escape.. Thanks for trying, but it was not my cup of tea!

Breakfast and dinner meals were very diverse and every day changing. Respect for the cooks! Never the less, it felt like it lacked more fresh season fruits and vegetables. Most of the foods tasted like oil. For us the most dissapointing aspect was the opportunity to finally swim and snorkel in the Red Sea. Even brought my own snorkel mask from home. But when you finally manage to start doing that the guys treat you like sheep. Whith that I mean it's what you feel like, surrounded by a fence and being pointed like an animal where you can and can not go. All the best for the resort managers, but not our cup of tea!

Die Lage des Hotels war landestypisch mitten in der Wüste direkt am Meer. Der zweite Teil des Hotels hatte nur die Straße zu überqueren um an den Strand zu kommen. Da diese Straßen dort im Prinzip kaum Verkehr haben ist es eigentlich nicht mal notwendig am Straßenrand anzuhalten, Sicherheitspersonal hierfür ist aber im Falle es kommt wirklich mal ein Fahrzeug vorhanden. Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch gab es keine technischen Ausfälle die hier zu Tage kamen, da habe ich schon viel anderes erlebt. Anstehende Kleinreparaturen wurden promt ausgeführt, sogar die Reinigung nach der Reparatur war excellent organisiert. Frühstück als auch jegliche Mahlzeiten war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, landestypische als auch andere Speisen im Angebot. Personal sehr freundlich und Zuvorkommend. Die Möbelierung im Frühszücksrestaurant kann aber auf Grund des sehr genutzten Zustandes mal erneuert werden, dies aber nur als Randinfo, die anderen Restaurants oder Bar sind in gutem Zustand und lassen wenig Wünsche offen. Die Anlage ist zwar alternsmäßig schon etwas angegangen, hier mal von den Liegen, Auflegern etc. gesprochen, aber es ist alles technisch in Ordnung und wird wirklich gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Wie gerade schon bemerkt, kann die Möbeliierung im Restaurant gerne mal wieder erneuert werden, von Seiten des Essens und der Vielfalt des Angebots ist wenig Luft nach oben zu erwarten. Vielleicht sollten hier lediglich die Becher für die Säfte mal in Kunststoffbecher getauscht werden. Gegebenenfalls sollten doch mal die Klimageräte in den Zimmern gewartet werden, diese sind zum Teil etwas lauter.

Отель для тех, кто ценит тишину. Уютный, с просторными номерами с балконом, с красивым пляжем и хорошим коралловым рифом. В номере был чайник, в ванной комнате - фен. Удобные кровати, кондиционер работал хорошо. Весь персонал был приветливым и ненавязчивым. Кормили хорошо, был большой выбор блюд - вот только к сожалению блюд местной кухни не было почти совсем. Мы были очень довольны тем, что почти не было громкой анимации, кучи лавок с сувенирами, настойчивой продажи экскурсий и того подобного. У нас вообще создалось впечатление, что в отеле скорее индивидуальные туристы, а не группы. Но, конечно, тем, кто хочет активной ночной жизни, это может не подойти. Отель довольно изолирован.

- Было бы хорошо предлагать больший выбор национальный еды - а то кроме фалафеля на завтрак и восточных лепёшек, никакой местной еды мы и не попробовали - Очень красивый коралловый риф, но часто ветер - и понтон закрывают. В таком случае, вы можете за разумные деньги доехать до бухты, где ветра меньше - но и коралл там менее интересный. Мы так и не поняли, очень ли это частая ситуация - или нам просто так не повезло с погодой.

C’était notre troisième séjour dans cet hôtel, les deux premiers ayant été excellents. Mais cette fois, l’expérience a été catastrophique. Mon mari et moi sommes tombés malades à cause de la nourriture. Nous l’avons signalé immédiatement à la réception, mais à notre grande surprise, aucune aide ne nous a été proposée : ni prise en charge, ni orientation vers le centre médical de l’hôtel. Ce manque total de réactivité et de considération pour la santé des clients est inacceptable. Nous repartons très déçus et choqués du traitement reçu.

Reception staff are great, friendly, helpful, and special thanks to Ms. Hoda, animation team, everything was clean, every details have been considered, the beach was amazing, snorkelling and seeing wonderful views just a few meters from the beach, swimming pools were clean and spacious and covering all needs and places, Flamenco had given me the perfect vacation, The food was delicious and diverse.

Hotel staff was very helpful, special thanks to Hoda the Guest Relation Manager and hotel staff who gave exceptional assistance and support to my friend who unfortunately sprained her ankle before the trip and had to be in crutches during the entire stay. They truly accommodated her needs, and I am really grateful. The cafe had good food, and even the attending chefs were helpful and nice. Everyone is very friendly!

I’ve stayed at the Flamenco in ElQuseir a few times before. I think as pleased to see some upgrades like a tea kettle in the room and free of WiFi. I also feel like the food was better on the visit than previously. I also really like being able to snorkel from the pear.

Our air conditioning could have been a little stronger.

Very good and polite staff

Breakfast was in a separate location from dinner. A very spacious very beautiful area. Coffee was good. The best aspect of this hotel which made us return to it rather than stay additional nights in another resort that cost twice as much was the long walkway board out to the edge of the reef. This meant we could immediately snorkel among a crazy amount of fish. We also did a glass bottom boat tour in Port Ghalib which was a big disappointment as much more marine life on our hotel reef.

Our air conditioning unit didnt work. There was a fault with the specific unit. They offered to move us to another room but we elected not to, so not really a complaint.

Lovely hotel. Nice gardens and beach. We really loved the coral reef of the beach. The animation staff was good.

Food amazing, staff amazing, all clean and lovely and relaxing. Wasn’t expecting it to be so nice. Didn’t realise all inclusive was available though and I would recommend that. We literally seemed to be the only people in hotel who weren’t on all inclusive. Very chilled, lots going on if you wanted to join in. Dive centre brilliant, entertainment staff lovely. All good

The staff are very friendly and always provide assistance to us and they are smiling and they were always at our service so I give them my thanks especially to the esteemed Mr. Ali Mostafa as well as my special thanks to Mr. Harbi Mohamed the manager of the restaurant who does his best for the comfort of customers and for his extreme humility so whenever we enter the restaurant during meals we find it a flame of activity And follow-up to each customer until he comes out happy, in addition to the beautiful variety of types of food, which meets the desire of all nationalities of the existing customers, opening a special one for him.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and always with a smile, the location is great for snorkeling and diving you can even snorkel from shore, landscape is really nice, food was good with different menu every day. My trip was planned to be only 4 nights but we extended 1 more as we really enjoyed our stay.

Only 2 issues, the public toilets were not clean, and the internet was not free. Other than that it was perfect, and I will definitely return.

Perfect place for relaxation. The place is perfect clen, the food was excellent with great variety. We went to visit Luxor from here (4,5 hours by car), it was a good adventurous addition to the week. I highly recommend the visit! The staff spoke English, German and Italian.

The wifi didn't work (amd it was for extra charge), so we had to use the international roaming, because we needed to work during the visit.
