Bardzo miła obsługa, wygodny, duży pokój, smaczne śniadanie w cenie. Wszystko było naprawdę w porządku.

Hotel położony jest przy autostradzie i jest przystosowany głównie dla podróżujących samochodem. Ja do hotelu dotarłem ze stacji kolejowej i nie była to zbyt wygodna trasa.

When we checked in the lady was so lovely and welcoming, we mentioned we were there for my mums birthday and she gave us complimentary drinks vouchers. The room was so nice, so was the bar/restaurant area and the spa facilities. Me and my mum stayed for 1 night and also had breakfast the next morning, the food and staff wrestled so great - especially Annemarie.

Kids were disappointed there was no welcome warm cookies due to a shortage I believe. Ate in restaurant both nights and overall it was lovely. First meal though new potatoes were undercooked and toppings incorrect on pizza. Service a bit slow. Couldn't fault 2nd evening meal. Everything lovely.

For me, as someone who stays not far from the hotel, it's great to have. It's in an industrial estate, me and my friends often joke that when I book that I'm going on my holidays, where they ask? Down the Rigghead Industrial estate. I get away for a relaxing weekend, and I use the gym and health suite facilities. It's always a bonus. Paying between 60-100 for a room for a night, isn't bad but considering it is in an industrial estate, it could be cheaper

Food is bang average and waaaaaaaaaaay over priced. Not enough focus on food allergies. I wasn't asked this before entering breakfast buffet. As much as I don't have any I am sensitive to gluten and meat, as I have IBD (not IBS) Theirs barely any gluten free or vegan options. I feel the meal prices are what you would pay for quality dining experience, not from a hotel located in an industrial estate, boiling up ready made pasta or packeted rice. Fish is cod not salmon and chips aren't real chips yet it's close to what £20. I've had better fish and chips from a chip shop that charges it for less than a tenner. Id say less than £10 for a pasta dish plus a drink, is a good price and fair price. It's evident that the prices are only there to churn a profit for the company and got nothing to do with food quality.

The toilets and showers in the room were terrible. Toilets wouldn’t flush in both rooms, requested twice to have a look or change rooms and both times the request was not met. Showers had no pressure, was like dripping water.

The swimming pool next door, to much chlorine it was burning my eyes and making my daughter cough so we had to get out.

Only thing that was enjoyable was the pool - I booked this on my birthday as I wanted to relax at pool and a nice room, room under bed was dusty and plugs would t charge my phone that are there.

The Leisure pool facilities were great and the location was great close to main cities

Was disappointed that twice the bathroom extractor fan did not work - Flagged this to the front desk and there was nothing that they could do as there were no onsite engineers at the weekends - This caused my wife inconvenience as she is ashmatic and so could not have her morningg showers for long.

Nia the therapist was fabulous! Relaxing massage and facial - feeling great after it. Lunch choices were good and food was tasty, AnnMarie made sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed.

Had a fantastic spa day and then lunch Spa was tremendous and lunch was absolutely amazing Ann Marie was really friendly and helpful You have to try these Spa Lunches Great value and awesome professional service

I booked two rooms on the 25th July 2026. The lighting for one of the rooms would not switch off, and an erratic thumping noise came into the room (perhaps air conditioning system problems). Not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. Staff were unable to fix the lighting issue and came to the room where they commented on the noise. My complaint has now been responded to - with the manager telling me that these issues did not actually arise. At the same time they have added 10,000 points to my Honors account (around £35 off a FUTURE booking) - an indirect admission of sorts, but not quite the same as some kind of refund for the poor quality stay.

Great spa facilities and lovely bedroom. Excellent toiletries. Good bar food.

Very warm welcome at reception and a lovely comfortable room. This was surpassed by the excellent service from Catherine and Lauren in the bar/restaurant. Really friendly, professional team! I will definitely return. Thank you 😁

We got the use of all the main facilities and could add-ons for an extra price like massage and facials the property was very clean

We only stayed one night so everything was perfect if you don’t drive there’s not a great deal to do with him walking distance, but that didn’t bother us as we went for the spa experience so wasn’t planning on going anywhere

Bed was not comfortable and made a noise everytime you moved. Tiles on bathroom floor had started to lift could hear and feel movement when you walked on it.

Stayed for 6 nights. Had dinner one night in Stages Restaurant. Entire Restaurant Staff was lovely. Karolina was very friendly and efficient. Good was great!

Amazing hotel, clean, modern, lovely staff and good value for money.

The mattress in my room wasn't exactly comfortable and the pillows were too soft. Only other minor thing was there was no option for a sauce to accompany a very well cooked steak.

In for a business breakfast staff (Bernadette and Nico) were great. A pleasant experience.

Anne marie looked after us and made the whole experience fabulous! My mum has special dietary requirements and she sorted her out with a lovely lunch to suit her needs. Food was lovely and filling. It finished off my first spa day experience perfectly.

Had a fabulous spa treatment then lunch main was good but disappointed that it says two course but you can only get starter and main I don’t like starters but you can’t do main and pudding it’s only starter and main why so we bought pudding staff lovely both in spa and restaurant the girl in restaurant was so nice her name was lynn was very attentive thank you Lynn

Breakfast was great, the staff were excellent. The evening meal was not so good as the two vegetables with the Cajun Sea Bass were undercooked. The wine was extremely expensive by the glass. I am sure that more wine would be sold if the price was lowered. However, the staff were superb, and the queen bed was very comfortable (there was however a man’s black sock under the end of the bed which we put in the bin). We would stay again though.

A slight improvement on the quality of the served evening meals. A reduction in price for the wine by the glass and just a little more attention to detail when cleaning the bedrooms. However we did enjoy our stay.

Before I could check in this morning I was greeted by Sophie at reception and she was so lovely and helped me get to the pool. I was checked in by Kate at reception in the afternoon she was very kind and helped me get set up with my Hilton account. She gave me all the information that I needed and answered all of my questions. Lauren and Lucy Were the sweetest servers and were so attentive and kind. They are really a credit to Hilton. I had dinner at the restaurant and everything was so lovely! The service was quick but nice and I did not feel rushed at all. The atmosphere was very nice. All the staff are very attentive and super on it. The hotel is very nicely laid out and I feel I can relax. The beds are very comfy and the bedrooms are very clean. The hotel is very nice and quiet too

The room, though I chose an upgrade, wasn’t great. Door wouldn’t close easily, coffee and tea station had the bare minimum, glasses were not particularly clean, shower was disappointing and it was uncomfortably warm with no fan or AC. There was a ABBA tribute show and my anticipation is a lot of staff were involved resulting in other guests being somewhat neglected. Breakfast I had to set aside 4 dirty mugs that were on the clean section before I found one to use for a coffee.

We had an amazing experience using the spa deal. We had treatments and food. It was great. The staff were just lovely, in particular Jean was amazing to us! Also Siobhan and Lily provided excellent treatments. We will be back and will recommend to our family!

No notice given of a ‘party night’ being held. Quite noisy. The breakfast was disappointing and not much better than in a budget hotel.

Back again to the best place to chill and relax. a warm welcome from Stuart on check in followed by dinner with Sharon keeping me clear in the menu. breakfast is vast and goes on a long time - great to see Agi back and Annmarie managing it to a tee. going to head out and come back in to enjoy the world cup tonight and maybe the ABBA tribute nite. a home from home since 2011!

Visited for a spa day was also interested to check it out as considering a gym membership. Definitely won’t be taking up the membership, place is needing a refurb. Changing rooms tatty and run down. Most lockers broken. The doors in the pool area (not changing room doors, maintenance cupboard doors) are absolutely filthy. They are white doors with huge grubby hand marks around the handles. Windows need a good clean too. Wouldn’t rate the spa either it was just as grubby. In the spa waiting area the arms of the sofa were disgustingly dirty. Also extra £15 to rent the robes and slippers. Never known a spa day where they charge for this.

We enjoyed a swim at the Leisure Centre and then lunch in the restaurant. The food was lovely Abbie was our waitress and she was excellent. She was friendly and smiled and efficient in serving us

The staff. I made a booboo when booking and the Staff fixed it with absolute ease. They have benches outside so you can enjoy the sun as well btw

Hotel is feeling tired - very little has changed since I first stayed there around 15 years ago, and it's starting to feel it's age.

had an absolutey amazing massage by nia. couldn’t recommend her more. she has really helped ease the tension in my back.

Never been in the hotel before but that didn't matter. Kate the manager at reception was extremely lovely and explained everything to me and made sure I'm set for my stay. The room was nice and cosy. And the breakfast was as you would expect from the brand-pure class. Free large car park is a big plus. Highly recommend.
