Nur draußen ein Stück Weg ein bisschen unheimlich, aber Nähe Bahnhof normal. Ich war aber nicht allein, mit einer Freundin zusammen gelaufen.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Beim Frühstück hat mit nur das Wasser aus Flaschen gefehlt. Die Auswahl an der Bar ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Bei geschlossenem Fenster waren die Geräusche der Strasse gut auszuhalten. Keine 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof und von den U-Bahnen entfernt. Fussläufig in die Innenstadt. Optimal für Stadterkundungen und Kulturtrips.
Es ist ok wenn nicht der Zimmerservice jeden Tag auf der Matte steht. Aber eine kleine Belohnung für den Verzicht, z.b. in Form einer Flasche Wasser, halte ich nicht für zuviel verlangt. Glück auf

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026In booking you can book 3 adults in 1 room, but when I arrived they refused to give the room saying that 3 adults are not allowed it is mistake of booking.com. I had to call booking and in the end they agreed to give the room, but I had to wait 1 hour in the lobby at 12 am before getting the room. That was not customer friendly behaviour from hotel.

The place it is in, we got there later when it was dark and on a Saturday night. The streets were full of people drinking (which wasn’t the problem), homeless people, people begging, a strange feeling, i didn’t feel it was safe and couldn’t wait to get to our hotel. I think all in all if you know what to expect in Frankfurt city then you are fine. As a first time to Frankfurt I was quite shocked. It just had a strange feeling about the place. The day after, was the aftermath of the night before.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Upscale hotel right next to the train station. It was the perfect base to venture out early and return late using public transportation. Everything was clean and looked fairly new. There were several outlets to charge devices. Despite the location in the city center it was quiet at night. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing. Staff was friendly. Checking in and out was easy.

Holes in the curtains. Stained carpets. Very hot room and air con didn't work and was very noisy. Shower was weak. The room was generally grim, uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Very overpriced for such a grotty room.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Overall a good hotel with a very good price / quality ratio. Parking was available for us at 15€ per night. At check in the staff spoke perfect English.
The area around the train station is not very nice. A lot of people under influence and a lot of homeless people lying around. It smells of urine and bad hygiene. Not the fault of the hotel obviously but it still did not feel very safe in the late evening. The breakfast was not worth the price. Croissants were the soft kind you buy in a bag in the supermarket, they were not baked. The AC was getting very loud at night (sound of running fluids) Beds were a bit too soft for me personally.

Es casi imposible aparcar en los alrededores y el hotel ofrece la opción de parking por 18€ la noche, un precio excesivo en mi opinión teniendo en cuenta lo difícil que es aparcar. El desayuno otros 18€ por un servicio que está bien, pero lo veo muy justo para ese precio. Reservamos una triple y nos pusieron en una doble con sofá cama que ocupaba todo el espacio disponible, haciendo casi imposible abrir la maleta. Tienes que pedir que te limpien la habitación, la pedimos y para nuestra sorpresa se limitaron a cambiar las toallas y a hacer la cama, dejando la misma suciedad en el suelo que había cuando llegamos. No queda muy cerca del centro (1,5 km) a pie y a 800m de transporte público, por lo que si vas con niños la vuelta se te hace larga y no es un trayecto precisamente bonito. Es un hotel ideal para adultos o personas que viajen por trabajo, pero para familias con niños pequeños, mejor buscar otras opciones, porque el precio tampoco es barato precisamente.

La zona está llena de vagabundos y gente con mala apariencia. Es una pena porque el hotel está muy bien,pero sobretodo si se va con niños y especialmente por la noche,las calles de los alrededores no tienen el mejor ambiente.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Die Lage war sehr gut um am nächsten Tag die Zugverbindung nach Düsseldorf wahrzunehmen.
Der Teppichboden im Flur der 7. Etage könnte gereinigt werden Flecken beseitigt werden. Der erste Eindruck auf der Etage war nicht der Beste. Und so setzte es sich im Zimmer 718 fort. Der Teppichboden fleckig, der Sessel auf der Ditzfkäche strotzt nur so von Flecken. Das war geradezu ecklig. Das Tablet, auf welchem die Tassen und der Wasserkocher standen, war staubig. Habe es auch an der Rezeption gemeldet.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Die Zimmer sind geräumig und auch nicht sonderlich hellhörig. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist gut und das Zimmer lässt sich gut klimatisieren.
Das Personal beim Check In war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels recht langsam. Ich würde empfehlen dies online zu machen. Eines der Zimmer unserer Gruppe war leider nicht ordentlich geputzt (dreckige Löffel, Abfall nicht richtig geleert etc). Beim Checkout erhielten wird eine kleine Erstattung.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Wir sind Stammgäste, die oft in dieser Hotelkette übernachten. Der Preis ist sehr preisgünstig für Familien und alles, was wir brauchen, ist vorhanden. Vor allem der Wasserkocher, die Teesorten, der Instantkaffee und der Haartrockner. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem. Der Lobbybereich ist eines der Highlights für uns, wo wir uns unterhalten, Zeit miteinander verbringen, Getränke genießen und Karten spielen können. Das Frühstück ist sehr zufriedenstellend. Es gibt eine große Auswahl: kleine Brötchen, Croissants, Fruchtmarmeladen, Müsli, Schinken, Gemüse, Obstsalat und Joghurt. Zudem gibt es viele interessante Teesorten, Kaffee, Kakao, gekochte Eier, Rührei, Baked Beans, Wurst und Bacon. Es gibt sogar Oatly Barista sowie laktosefreie Milch. Für einen Erwachsenen und zwei Kinder unter 14 Jahren (die kostenlos mitessen) ist es mit einem Preis von 18 Euro absolut preisgünstig
Umgebung am Wochenende könnte zu laut sein.

Das Familienzimmer ist leider zu klein. Die Toilettendeckel wackelte hin und her. Die Silikondichtung hatte sich bereits abgelöst. Die Duschtür ließ sich schlecht schließen. Sie ging teilweise selbstständig auf. Die Parkgebühren sind unverschämt hoch. Das Doppelbett ist für zwei Personen zu klein.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Esperienza molto positiva sotto ogni punto di vista: - posizione: la struttura è localizzata vicino alla stazione (circa 10 minuti a piedi) ed è ben collegata con metro, bus e altri mezzi di trasporto. Sicuramente una location strategica anche per chi preferisce visitare la città interamente a piedi. A differenza di altre recensioni lette, non abbiamo trovato nessun clochard nei pressi dell’hotel la sera; - servizio e staff: il personale si è sempre dimostrato disponibile e cordiale. Stanza pulita e accogliente; - rapporto qualità - prezzo: eccellente, considerando soprattutto che ci si trova praticamente in centro città, dove i prezzi sono decisamente più alti. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
La non possibilità di aprire (interamente) la finestra all’interno della camera (che resta comunque comprensibile causa sicurezza).

Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Liked the kettle to make coffee and tea in the room. Staff friendly and easy check in and out.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026De opties als extra kussen, minder warm dekbed. We hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar een tweede nacht wellicht wel. Verder de smaakvolle kleurcombinaties.
We konden eerst de badhanddoeken niet vinden. Misschien beter op die op het bed te leggen, dan in een kast zo hoog dat het voor ons uit het zicht was. We slaagden er niet in de tv aan de praat te krijgen.

1- The air conditioning was extremely hot, and my children and I couldn't sleep. 2- There was no refrigerator to keep water cold. 3- There was no iron to iron our clothes. 4- The bed was very bad and uncomfortable, and we couldn't sleep because we were tired. 5- The carpet in the room was dirty and smelled bad. 6- Upon entering from the hotel parking garage, there was a strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026La relación calidad precio. La ubicación, aunque la zona no era la más recomendable, nada preocupante para quedarte con tranquilidad y cer a del centro. Unos 15 min caminando
El sofá cama incomodisimo. Duro y estrecho para dos personas. Se le comunicó a recepción y nos facilitaron un edredón más para ponerlo debajo. No fue suficiente pero al quedarnos 2 noches no volvimos a reclamar. Se agradeció la rapidez en atender nurdtra queja.

The room had a sloping ceiling which made it small and a bit hard to walk around. Apparently one could ask not to stay in one like this.

Für Personal wartet man zu lange. Vor allem mit einem Baby Komische Dusche: Duschkopf dreht sich ständig, unsauber, zu sparsam Wasser, Lavabo spritzt Wasser überall, Haarföhn riecht nach Brennen. Kissen ist sehr unbequem, Bett ist zu hart und nicht geeignet für 2 Personen. Wenn eine bewegt, andere bewegt sich sich auch automatisch. Dazu auch viel Lähm von Matratze.

Wir hatten Doppelzimmer gebucht. Unseres hatte zwei Einzelbetten. Die waren sehr schmal und erinnerten ein bisschen an aufklappbare Gästebetten , wie man sie zu Hause hat.

While the location is great close to the river close to the main train station it is a little bit sketchy in the early morning or later at night so just be aware of your surroundings when walking around.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026L'établissement est coincé entre une grande route et des voies ferrées, mais une fois les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend pas de bruit. Les chambres sont climatisées, précieux par temps caniculaire. Elles sont confortables et pratiques. Pratique également, la localisation, qui permet d'arriver assez rapidement à pied au centre historique de Fribourg. Parking au sous-sol disponible en supplément.
Un détail qui nous a surpris : du café a été renversé dans le hall d'entrée, et personne n'a nettoyé jusqu'au lendemain. Ce n'était pas grave, mais ça donnait une mauvaise image à l'accueil.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026La posizione, vicino al centro, raggiungibile a piedi, vicino alla metropolitana (circa 300m). Circondato da ristoranti etnici. La stanza era pulita. Il bagno bello con una doccia grande. Colazione sia dolce che salata con un po' di tutto.
Il divano letto un po' scomodo, molto rigido e piccolo. La zona non è il massimo, non è ben frequentata.

La habitación triple se queda un poco estrecha con las 3 camas, pero si solo vas a dormir no molesta tanto.
