Tutta la struttura era bellissima e comoda. La vista era meravigliosa e anche la spa piacevole. La colazione assolutamente soddisfacente. Il wifi a disponibilità di chiunque con facilità.

Lampade troppo basse persino per una come me che sono alta 1,55. Ho battuto la testa più volte. Peccato per i lavori davanti alla struttura, costringendoci a portare la valigia sull'erba per dare precedenza alle persone. Cioccolata calda....meh.

Great hotel for a short stay! We stayed for just one night, so we didn’t get to experience everything the hotel has to offer, but we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed help finding a taxi. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, modern, new and very clean.

Das Frühstück war reichlich aufgebaut. Blick in die Berge sehr schön. Kosten für das Parken in der Garage (12,00 € pro Nacht) wurden uns freundlicherweise erlassen (Motorrad). Parken außerhalb der Garage ist nicht möglich.

Auf den Ablagen (Türe, Lampe am Nachttisch) lag Staub. Das Zimmer war im aller hintersten Winkel des Hotels obwohl es im Sommer (= keine Skisaison) nicht annährend ausgebucht war. Ich hatte so das Gefühl ganz nach hinten weggeräumt worden zu sein. Ich hoffe, dass das nicht an der Buchung über Booking lag. Anderen Gästen wurde da mehr Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Das Essen im Restaurant und das Frühstück waren mittlerer Kantinenstandard. Service nicht der Beste. Die Ober wussten oft nicht wohin - vielleicht waren die auch alle Neu. Alles in Allem war es die Anreise und das Geld nicht wert.

A voler proprio trovare qualcosa di migliorabile, suggerirei di rendere spa e piscina prenotabili per fasce orarie: gli spazi sono un po' piccoli rispetto alle dimensioni dell'hotel e quindi in certi orari può essere un po' afffollato

Le petit déjeuner et les repas du soir (en DP) étaient bon.

Malheureusement notre séjour a été gâché par un problème concernant la literie et surtout par la façon dont notre inquiétude a été prise en charge. Après la 2ᵉ nuit, nous avons retrouvé des taches de sang sur le drap, alors que je n’avais aucune plaie. En vérifiant le matelas, j’ai découvert beaucoup de saletés sous le drap ainsi qu’un petit élément ressemblant à une larve. Nous avons immédiatement prévenu la réception. La responsable est venue constater et a balayé les saletés avec sa main, en nous disant notamment : « Ah mais ça, c’est rien » et « vous voyez, ça ne bouge pas », alors que l’élément avait été manipulé et quasiment écrasé. Le directeur est ensuite venu nous « rassurer » en affirmant qu’il n’y avait rien, notamment parce qu’il travaillait depuis 35 ans et qu’ils n’avaient jamais eu ce problème. Nous avons finalement accepté de changer de chambre. Nous aurions préféré une chambre sans moquette, mais il n’y en avait pas. Dans la nouvelle chambre, nous avons malgré tout retrouvé quelques petites taches noires sur les draps, sans pouvoir en déterminer l’origine. Plus surprenant encore : une taie d’oreiller sale présente depuis notre arrivée n’a pas été changée pendant deux jours, malgré le fait que nous l’ayons laissée bien en évidence pour le signaler. Je ne peux pas affirmer que l’élément retrouvé était une punaise ou une larve de punaise, puisqu’aucune identification n’a été faite. Mais entre les taches de sang inexpliquées, l’état du matelas, l’élément retrouvé et les problèmes de propreté constatés ensuite, nous aurions attendu une vérification beaucoup plus sérieuse. Par précaution, nous avons même dû faire laver tous nos vêtements à la laverie avant notre retour, avec des frais supplémentaires. Le plus regrettable est finalement d’avoir passé le reste du séjour sans être rassurés pour dormir et sans avoir confiance dans l’hygiène de la chambre.

Nice place. Whirpool. Breakfast. Receptionists attidute. But all the pros are totally overshadowed by what we experienced on the morning of departure and the director's attitude after our departure.

Empty promises from the director! Someone damaged our car in the paid and CCTV equiped garage. We went directly to reception to report it and was connected with director. When we mentioned that we would probably have to call the police to have a record for the insurance company, he started explaining to us that it made no sense. We went to the garage together, where I injured my hand while examining the damage to our car. Then we went to the director's office, where we discussed for a while, we weren't even offered water, just nothing. And it was really, really hot morning. No one noticed my bleeding hand either, but okay, maybe it was just overlooked. But in retrospect, I find it completely tragic that we weren't even offered a glass of water during such an event. Finally, the director promised to provide us with the footage from the camera, which was obviously aimed at our car, which was parked near the entrance to the garage and the supply terminal. So we relied on his promise and left. Two weeks passed and nothing, so we contacted the director by email. The answer was that he wouldn't give us anything because the camera didn't capture anything and that we might as well have made it all up. So in the end we have nothing for our insurance company, we have a damaged vehicle that we renovated at great expense and the director forgot about us as soon as the door closed behind us. Although the stay itself was pleasant, this left a bitter mark on it that could not be overcome even if they had golden eggs for breakfast. To be honest, we suspect that someone damaged our car while supplying the hotel, the camera was pointing there but the manager doesn't want to take responsibility. But that's just our assumption - logical conclusion based on the location of the parking space and the nature of the damage.

Nel complesso, il giudizio è molto buono. Colazione e cena eccellente. Camera discreta, ma pulita e rifatta quotidianamente.

Potrebbero migliorare nei servizi, a parte la SPA e la piscina non c'è altro.

We have absolutely nothing but praise for Hotel Village Montana. The facilities; location; staff; meals, etc was beyond what we expected. We loved our stay and will certainlybe back.

Tout était très bien. Le personnel est adorable, le petit déjeuner est parfait et les chambres sont très confortables. Il y a juste l’accès à la piscine qui est limité aux enfants jusqu’à 18h30. Nous comprenons la démarche mais nous aurions apprécié de le savoir au préalable (lors de la remise des clés par exemple) afin de s’organiser.

Super séjour à tignes à l’hôtel village Montana ! L’ensemble du personnel est très serviable, l’hôtel est bien situé, il est facile de se garer dans la station (en été). De Engelse taalvaardigheid van een aantal personeelsleden zou iets beter kunnen, er gingen nu een paar keer dingen in een bestelling fout: lost in translation.

J ai choisi cet hôtel pour l accès au jaccuzi. Je suis déçue qu il ait été en panne et de ne pas en avoir été informé en amont. Mais cela n entache en rien sur la qualité du séjour. Juste un peu déçue

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, avec une mention toute particulière pour le barman. Il était d'une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant, accueillant et de bonne humeur. Son professionnalisme et sa sympathie ont vraiment fait la différence et ont rendu nos soirées encore plus agréables. C'est le genre de personne qui donne envie de revenir. Merci encore !

Locazione datata ma ancora affascinante, piscina, spa e ristorante di buon livello. Posizione appartata fuori e silenziosa. Staff disponibile a risolvere ogni problema. Prezzo veramente ottimo nel mio caso di mezza pensione.

La comunicazione veramente difficoltosa per la lingua, è un mio limite, ma nessuno che parli italiano in un 4 stelle mi sembra veramente strano. Una caparra di 150 euro su un soggiorno già pagato in precedenza mi sembra alto per una notte . Il garage a 15 euro a notte è un po caro ....

It was a maze to reach our room 408.

Great location, ski in, ski out with good facilities. Reception staff were excellent, everything easy. Room was good and quiet. Restaurant La Chaumiere was available one night with the half board package and was excellent.

Main restaurant was disappointing, half board food was so, so, both dinner and breakfast. Some staff were good, others didn't want to be there. Biggest issue was wifi. Okay if you were in the hotel before guests were back from skiing, very poor once they were. Compounding this, there was no mobile data at the hotel and little to none around Tignes. No problem around most of Val-d'isere.

ontbijt was uitgebreid. maar wel veel mensen. vaak kopjes op. ook andere aanvullingen niet altijd op tijd. diner-menu was prima. een zeer uitgebreid kaasbuffet en dessertbuffet

het allerslechtst was de Wifi. zou hoge snelheid in hele hotel en op alle kamers zijn. klopt niet. in de lobby/relaxruimte redelijk, maar nog steeds geen full speed. op de kamer alleen snachts net voldoende om journaal te kunnen streamen. klagen gaf geen verbetering. is dus slecht.

De kamers waren voldoende ruim en stil. Locatie was goed en het personeel was vriendelijk

Het voornaamste minpunt was het eten. Dat werd meestal lauw opgediend. Er was voor het dinner zeer weinig keuze en was gewoon niet lekker genoeg om de gevraagde priis te rechtvaardigen. De ski room was niet voldoende comfortabel. Outdated met niet voldoende ruimte om te zitten en je ski botten aan te doen. Ook was die meestal vuil. Gedurende de week wordt de ruimte niet grondig schoongemaakt en vuilnis werd niet opgeruimd. Ook kan het zwembad een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

De lokatie is heel fijn, lekker in en uit skien!

Het ontbijt was op zich verzorgd maar niet heel afwisselend; dat was ik na een dag of 3 echt wel zat.

food was a little cold if later than 730 am made a mistake with the invoice but this was quickly rectified - but should not have happened tips are divided up between the whole hotel staff rather than just the restuarant - not very individual water in the jacuzzi could be a bit warmer !

The staff seem less helpful. Specifically, they were almost rude when it came to check in and very inflexible in regards to rooms being ready. Ie, everyone around us had their room early and staff seem not bothered to even try to help. Cleaning was also inconsistent as in sometimes they did not come. Also multiple times on booking messages that were not clear and missed. I had to confirm dinner reservations 3 times and staff were not clear on the restaurant names

The staff in the restaurant and bar area were nice and friendly

Unfortunately, our experience fell significantly below the standards we expected for the amount we paid. Firstly, the property itself feels very dated and does not make the most of the facilities advertised. For example, the open fire was not lit until late afternoon/early evening, which was disappointing as it would have provided a welcoming atmosphere for guests returning from the slopes mid-afternoon. More concerning, however, was the condition of our room. It was not particularly clean, and my daughter’s bed had old blood on the sheet. It was clear the bed had not been properly changed. This is unacceptable and deeply concerning from a hygiene perspective. Breakfast service was consistently overcrowded, with very limited food available and little variety. The same applied to dinner — limited choice and repetitive menus. Additionally, residents were unable to secure tables at the restaurants of their choice because non-residents were permitted to dine there. As paying hotel guests, this was extremely frustrating. The spa facilities were also consistently overcrowded, with children screaming and little supervision, making it impossible to relax. The spa pool was freezing, and the facilities overall were extremely poor. Most worrying of all, our locker in the changing room was broken into twice, and on one occasion a pair of skis were taken. We were not the only residents affected by theft during our stay, which raises serious concerns

Ridiculous charge of wine by glass at the bar - rather than option of purchasing the bottle?! Except you can buy Prosecco by the bottle .. so be aware bar charges are steep!

The biggest issue was the half board package, where the menu choices were really limited eg 1x meat main, or no pizza offering in the pizza restaurant, and then no credit for ordering off the half board menu The building was very tired The staff seemed generally stressed, and especially management were often rude and dismissive when we pointed out issues
