החנייה בבניין בתשלום נוסף מוגזם וכדאי יותר לחנות בחנייה ציבורית בחינם פחות מ- 10 דקות הליכה. הקבלה רק במלון והם לא הכי עוזרים. היו עבודות כביש מול החלון שלנו ובכל זאת טענה שהכל מלא ואי אפשר לתת לנו דירה אחרת (בקושי נתקלנו באורחים אחרים).

Qualité des équipements électroménagers, literies et vétusté générale de la résidence (sol, ascenseur, etc.) En dehors du bâtiment principal, les résidences situées aux alentours sont dans un état assez vétuste.

Los apartamentos están bien para lo que se paga en la zona. Son más espaciosos de lo habitual. Además se puede acceder a la piscina del hotel y es un servicio que se agradece. Estuvimos muy bien. Nos pusieron cuna para el peque. Está céntrico.

Se liaron con la petición de habitación. Íbamos en familia pero teníamos 2 apartamentos y en principio tenían que ponernos juntos según habíamos quedado con la recepcionista, y cuando llegamos el resto, nos habían puesto en plantas diferentes. Cuando se lo comentamos nos dijeron que estábamos mintiendo... No teníamos escoba ni aspiradora para barrer... supongo que es un error.

Le prix des consommations au bar trop élevées. Pas de peignoir pour les reservation de 7 jours pour les appartement alors que nous avons accès au spa c'est dommage. Les appartements auraient besoin d'un petit rafraichissement. Deux chambres avec des lits simples, pas adapté pour un couple.

Le logement est peu équipé en vaisselle. Le ménage serait à revoir.

The price was reasonable. Good location.

The apartment was poorly cleaned when we arrived. Also there was a strong smell of urine in the toilet. I reported about it, but nothing was really done about the matter. The frying pan and some other kitchen utensils were very poor condition - should be replaced.

Vue, piscine, emplacement exceptionnel. Personnel très à l' écoute et services+++.

Séjour qui mérite une petite remise au goût du jour: canapé, peinture murale, cadres décoration. Sinon au top.

Le personnel de l acceuil tres gentils.pour se garer c etait complique la rue etait barree toute la semaine en travaux .meme a l exterieur obliges de se garer loin.pour decharger les affaires complique nous on est assez ages .donc on a du payer une place au parking de l hotel 15 euros par j c est cher.dans l appart on a pas bien dormi matelas trop durs canape pas confortable pas de sieges agreables et confortables sur la terrasse(vieux sieges en toile defraichie) telecommande la tv ne marchait pas .il manquait qqs elements cuisine passoire pour egoutter legumes pates etc et 1 seul saladier.une lampe de chambre ne fonctionnait pas.par contre balcon jolie vue appreciee.n a pas correspindu tout a fait a nos attentes

Could do with some updating in the kitchen area and toilet but otherwise good.

Emplacement calme, gîte bien équipé, nous avons apprécié le kit d' entretien et les lits faits à l'arrivée.

Une montée d' escalier pour accéder à l ascenseur.

The hotel is superb, the staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is perfect for Mountain biking and im sure it would also be great for skiing.

- Le changement d'appartement : sur signalement d'une forte odeur de tabac froid l'hôtesse d'accueil a immédiatement cherché un autre logement - Le personnel : aux petits soins - L'emplacement : tout se fait à pieds - Le SPA offert pour la durée du séjour - La surface de l'appartement

- Le supplément chien de 15euros par nuit : le prix n'est pas indiqué sur Booking et il est disproportionné. - Une odeur d'urine persistante dans les wc, signalée mais pas résolue - L'équipement de la cuisine : frigo petit pour une appartement de 4 couchages, manque qq ustensiles pour cuisiner et four pas propre - Au SPA : le jacuzzi n'était pas très bien nettoyé - La résidence de tourisme classée 4 étoiles ; c'est un peu exagéré car on sent l'ensemble vieillissant (portes qui grincent, encadrements abîmés, moquette ascenseur abîmée) .

APPARTEMENT trés bien èquipé avec 2 chambres +des lits superposés bien localisé , proche de toutes les comodités avec piscine et spa personnel de la rèception très courtois

peut-être le parking pour l'auto en supplément , mais à cette pèriode de début juin , facile de trouver une place aux alentours

​Les points forts : ​Emplacement : Au pied des pistes, on ne peut pas faire mieux. ​L'appartement : Très propre, bien équipé et surtout exposé plein sud. Profiter des transats sur la terrasse au soleil est un vrai luxe. ​Service : Un accueil impeccable et professionnel. ​Conclusion : Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés. Je réserverai à nouveau pour mes prochaines vacances !

Dommage que l'espace bien-être (spa, piscine, hammam) n'ait pas été accessible durant notre séjour.

it was very dirty - dust everywhere- and I found chips behind a door quite disgusting actually

Apartment facilities were good, everything that we needed for our week there. We have stayed in several properties in Tignes before and the Montana was the best. We were mostly able to ski to the back door of the property, however on the occasion that we couldn’t ski there the walk up the hill was not too difficult.

Perfect gelegen. Van skiroom tot piste was 8 meter!!

Stayed in granier building, appts tired and old, dirty…

- De ligging aan de piste is perfect. We konden skiën tot de deurklink. - Kleine supermarkt op 100 m. - Er staat een setje met keukenspullen klaar (afwasmiddel, vuilniszakken, vaatdoek, spons, theedoek, schoonmaakmiddel). - Toiletpapier staat klaar. - 1x per week mag je nieuwe handdoeken vragen via de receptie.

- Zeer slecht schoongemaakt. Stof lag duimdik, vloer zwart van viezigheid (foto: even met de vinger 5 cm over de bedrand). - Badkuip volledig vies van vorige gebruikers. - Oude, veel te dunne matras zonder comfort. - Een van de liften klinkt alsof deze elk moment naar beneden kan storten. - Verwaarloosde ingang van het appartementengebouw (Granier) - Hallen in gebouw ook erg stoffig. Plinten van deuren en lambriseringen liggen dik vol stof. - Bij aankomst meteen bij de receptie gemeld dat de appartementen (2 geboekt) zo vies waren. Pas op dag 3 (na nogmaals een verzoek gedaan te hebben) kwam de 2x eerder toegezegde schoonmaak. - Contact via de app van Booking was er niet. Vragen werden niet beantwoord. Pas na dagenlang (10) proberen via Booking (telefonisch contact) kwam er de avond voor vertrek een reactie. Enkel de vraag of we konden parkeren en hiervoor reserveren werd beantwoord. Overige vragen onbeantwoord totdat we bij de receptie arriveerden. Antwoorden hadden we graag eerder gehad, was praktisch geweest. - Parkeergarage die we aangewezen kregen was erg krap. Door volle garage was in- en uitrijden millimeter-werk. Er zijn meerdere ruimtes, mogelijk dat dit niet voor elke ruimte geldt.

The apartment was a good size. Perfect for us a family. The beds were comfortable.

The ski in-ski out was a bit of a climb out - ski in. Which did make the mornings a bit more difficult. That would probably prevent me staying again.

We appreciated the strong water pressure and the convenient location, which was close to both the slopes and the town.

Firstly, the general cleanliness of the apartment was below expectations. Most concerning was the sofa, which was covered in visible stains. The dining table was sticky and appeared to have marks left from previous residents, and the towel rail was noticeably dusty. We also found that the linen was stained and marked, and the hair dryer still had hair from previous guests on it. Additionally, the tea towel provided was in very poor condition, covered in stains and with a burn hole. The pillows were also in unacceptable condition. They appeared flaky or woolly, had hair from previous guests on them, and were thin, floppy, and of poor quality. This resulted in discomfort and gave my partner neck pain during our stay. There were also several maintenance issues that should be addressed. The cutlery tray in the dishwasher was broken, and there was a broken hook in the kitchen for the tea towel, which could simply be removed for safety and presentation. Additionally, everything placed on the top shelf of the fridge ended up freezing, which made it difficult to store food properly. The WiFi connection was exceptionally poor. After running several tests at around 18:00, the average speed was approximately 1.8 Mbps, which is not sufficient for basic use. We also found that the phone in the room was not working. This meant we had to either use our personal phones to contact reception or walk up the hill to speak to staff in person, which was inconvenient. Finally, we found the beds to be quite small for fully grown adults, which impacted comfort during our stay.

We stayed in one of the apartments attached to the hotel . Was ski in/out . we had an apartment on the top floor of the building so the view was amazing . It was quiet at night as it is not in the centre of the town . The apartment is basic and really needs a bit of up grading but all the other advantages of it out weighed the tiredness of the decor .

Er waren geen twee persoons bedden. Het appartement is toe aan een opknapbeurt. Toegang tot de Zwembad en Spa zijn bij het appartement niet inbegrepen in de huur. Daar vraagt het hotel 25 Euro pp voor, wat ik veel vind.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Il y avait tout l’équipement nécessaire pour le séjour. Très satisfaisant. Seul bémol mais majeur, le lit n’était pas du tout confortable. Le matelas était très dur. Après une journée de ski, ce n’est pas du tout reposant, ce qui est vraiment dommage. Car tout le reste était parfait. Et en particulier l’emplacement au pied des pistes. Nous reviendrons sans doute si la literie est changé

We had a two bedroom apartment which was decent . Location is ski in ski out. Ski boot room is ok. The disappointment is that unless you’re staying in the hotel you have to pay for the wellness facilities which is 25 euros per day per person.

Apartments are a bit dated but clean, as advertised and in a great location. Boot room had direct access to main lift area. Sauna was a hit with the kids.

TVs didn’t work, no Wifi.

Exellent location. Clean, fulli exuipped kitchen, ski in -ski out.

I lost a key from the room for wich I was charged for 50 euro. By my oppinioum it's too much for just a key.

PISTES AU PIED DE LA RESIDENCE, parking en sous sol, très bon accueil à la réception, calme dans les appartements, appartement bien agencé, petit balcon, vue sur les pistes, location de matériel de ski au bas de la résidence.

le casier des skis était petit pour 4 personnes.

Algunos de los utensilios de cocina no estaban del todo limpios.

The location was very close to the lifts. You can ski down to them and back to the accommodation at the end of your day. The apartment had everything that you could need and there was enough space to not feel cramped.

The lights were a bit dim so it can feel like you are in a cave.

Location and access to Pistes (ski on/ski off) is really good with decent car parking but at a cost !

Residence Montana flats need renovation as started to look tired in comparison with its hotels. Same look as 12/13 years when I took my son for summer skiing. The Welcome pack is very sparse (no toilet roll upon arrival)! The lift systeem needs upgrading (very noisy). For a week stay there should be the possibility to have one FOC access to spa ( I think othwerwise it is 25 euros per person). Everything is at a cost. So please make sure when you book, you are focusing what is important as other residences may offer free spa access but at a slightly higher initial cost.

Het appartement was niet schoon, er zat bloed en haren in de bedden. Na melding bij de receptie kregen we nieuwe lakens op de bedden. Het appartement had verschillende gebreken zoals niet aflopende afvoeren en niet sluitende deuren.

L’accoglienza del personale e la disponibilità nel risolvere eventuali problemi; la spa e i massaggi che ho avuto modo di provare e che consiglio fortemente.

La cucina del residence andrebbe ripensata: le piastre a induzione sono troppo vecchie e impiegano molto tempo per raggiungere la temperatura, quindi ho avuto difficoltà a cucinare. Su 10 giorni almeno 3 giorni il servizio lavanderia non funzionava e questo ci ha arrecato dei disagi.

Situé à 2 pas de la zone commerciale de TIGNES LE LAC, cette résidence, bien sur fatiguée par les saisons de ski, est un super choix pour des séjours d'été en montagne, l'appartement est grand et confortable, propre, silencieux. L'architecture, style chalet de montagne est un plus dans cette station plutôt réputée pour ses immeubles peu intégrés.

La zone de décharge des bagages n'est pas très pratique voir franchement compliquée si l'on se retrouve à plusieurs simultanément.

L’accueil top mais les communs et l’appartement pas entretenu dommage

J’ai eu une remarque faite par l’accueil par téléphone parce qu’un voisin s’est plaint du bruit sans aucune preuve, puis l’orque j’ai quitter l’établissement, la réception mon obliger de payer 100€ (sur facture) pour la nuisances sonore. Je compte prendre un avocat contre établissement, pour l’établissement je dois me tourner vers booking

J y vais tous les ans, c est dire Emplacement vraiment génial! Grande terrasse, cuisine bien équipée! Taille du logement est vraiment idéal. Grand salon (dans mon cas), cheminée...

Insonorisation pas bonne donc des patins sous les pieds de chaises auraient vraiment ajouté du confort par ce que les chaises de l appartement au dessus qui traînent toute la soirée, ca crée des tensions 😉
