Useless front desk receptionist. They will not bother to help on solving your issue. I am really piss with them. First they didn't tell you got 2 lift to go to the room. So I enter the wrong lift. Second i ask for king bed. But when I enter the room it was 2 single bed. I need to go down n Change room. Then i ask for e-invoice. They told me don't have. Don't bluff me laaa.. how long the government already implement the e-invoice. N u still don't know. I ask to talk to their account department. But still useless. They say will get back to me. But until now. No news... Useless!!!!!!!

This hotel has bed bugs. We found some in our bed on the second and third nights we were there. The hotel management’s response was very bad. We did not get any refund at all, nor of the night that we were still suppose to have in this hotel, nor of the three nights that we had already spent in the hotel. We had to discuss a lot and in the end, what we got, was just to get our clothes wash for free. They proposed to upgrade our room for the last night but of course, we ran out of this hotel as it is infected with bed bugs. This hotel is really not recommended. We spent a lot of money to stay there and what we got was bed bugs and a total disregard from the hotel to help us deal with it.

Some staff were friendly. Main bed was ok.

Water damage and mold in the room. Check in process was frustrating with attempted extra charges for things included in the booking details. Cot was incredibly uncomfortable and old.

The location of the hotel is strategic, and it's close by to the Subang Jaya LRT station.

Staffs were unfriendly and does not seem to be very motivated. No complementary drinks or fruit basket upoj check-in. Other premium hotels provide refreshments upon checking in. Most of the guest places the food debris at the corridor, this constantly creates a bad smell at the corridor. The hotel looks run down with not much maintenence efforts. I'm very disappointed with the standard of the hotel.

Toilet seems to have a distinct smell of gas when you flush. This was 9th floor and got it changed to 11th floor. So first impression was little upsetting.

I had an exceptional stay at Dorsett Grand Subang. The location is convenient yet peaceful, and the overall atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained, with minimal noise for a truly restful experience. Service was outstanding—staff were professional, attentive, and consistently warm. The amenities were excellent and well thought out, adding to the comfort of the stay. Considering the quality delivered, the hotel offers great value. Everything was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return again.

We visited this hotel for a dinner buffet on 11 March and made full payment on the spot on 10 March. We requested for an invoice at the time, but were told it would be issued the following day. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups on 11, 13, 16, 17, and 18 March, we have yet to receive the invoice. Each time, we were told the matter would be checked with Finance, but no update or resolution was provided. It has now been more than two weeks, and our request remains unresolved. This is a very basic and reasonable request, and the lack of response and follow-up from the hotel is disappointing. We hope the management will take this matter seriously and improve their responsiveness and internal coordination.

Strategic location

We were booked into a tenanted room. As we walked in the room was empty but there were clothes on the floor and used cups. We quickly left the room and headed to the reception area. Apparently the trainee staff wrongly issued an occupied room and then gave us another room. The sink and bathtub were getting not well maintained and water remained in the bathtub and sink after each use. It takes about 20 mins for the water to drain.

It had everything you wanted in the five star hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful and was always greeted with a smile. The facilities in the hotel were very good and good value for money.

There was nothing about the property I didn’t like.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant. However, the hot water supply in the bathroom was inconsistent. At times there was hot water, but at other times there was none. It would be appreciated if the management could look into this issue to ensure a more consistent experience for future guests.

The room is bit old and car park system is messy and charge me excessively due to the free hotel parking system is not working properly and I had to pay RM80 just for parking fee despite I am entitled for the free parking

Staff were helpful (but we had ongoing issues with the aircon and tv not working well) Maria from Breakfast restaurant - She was amazing and also remembered my husband even though it had been 10 years since his last work travel. Comfortable stay and really enjoyed the lounge area for meals and drinks, staff were great. Recommend the Chinese restaurant for a nice meal.

We had a great time in Dorsett Grand Subang. Truly an excellent place of accomodation. Enjoyed peak hospitality throughout, from check-in to check-out. Hats off to the entire team, especially Ms. Shaimini and Mr. Ugnesh for going the extra mile to make us feel more welcoming and comfortable. Truly appreciate all your efforts. Keep up the excellent work 👍

They promised to refund me one by two nights. I am still awaiting money back

It’s daylight robbery here. They want to charge RM200 to check in ONE HOUR early. Obviously the room is available. Was happy to pay RM50. So they made us wait until 3. Customer service 0 point. Will never stay here again.

1) pillows could have been fluffier; mattress could have been firmer. My spine was not aligned when I slept on the mattress, and it does not support my body weight. Very uncomfortable and worn-out mattress 2) front desk staff's unprofessionalism. Looks like they do not know how to smile and greet patrons professionally. Made me feel very unwelcomed. One of them was chatting and chewing gum in front of me. His behaviour was very unbecoming. 3) I requested for connecting rooms but was given rooms which were not connected! I confirmed twice during check in, and the front desk staff assured me that I have been allocated with the rooms I asked for. This made me rather pissed but I managed to calm myself down and lodged a complaint. Fortunately, I was given the rooms I asked for when I complained about it. 4) Quality of breakfast spread was not up to mark. The potato tots tasted like the day before leftovers, and they were fried again and served. Please check the Quality of your food preparation and your kitchen staff. The people who manage the establishment should go to the ground, see and check for themselves.

We have to wait for 1h for our room. Booked for 2 rooms, 1 room manage to check in at 3pm, the other one at 4pm. The aircond was very bad, so hot for both room. Cannot sleep well because too hot.

The room was clean. The location is good, although it is quite a walking distance from the nearest LRT station. The breakfast area is understaffed and crammed. The quality of food is average.

The food in the Chinese restaurant on the first floor is excellent.
