את הצוות המדהים ,עזרו לנו בכל דבר שביקשנו ,התיחסו אלינו מדהים המלון ממקום על הים ממש יפה , גדול ומרווח בריכה גדולה ונקיה ,רמת הניקיון מאד גבוה חדר האוכל גדול ונעים , ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה , ארוחת הערב סבירה ,החדרים עם נוף מדהים לקחנו חדר עם נוף לים אווירה נעימה ושקטה ,

המרחק לכל מקום , אין תחבורה קרובה , הייה מאד קשה להשיג מוניות לאזור מאטי , גם באפליקציות מקומיות .עלות המוניות מאוד גבוהה ביחס למקומות אחרים באתונה , בתאור המלון רשום ספא חינם וטיפולים בכסף ,הכניסה לספא היתה כרוכה בתשלום . חוף הים מלא סלעים ובמעט מקומות היתה גישה לחוף הים אין הרבה מה לעשות בסביבה הקרובה המקום טוב למי שבא לבטן גב ומנוחה בעיקר

Отель довольно уютный, но требует ремонта. Приятная зелёная зона, очень внимательный персонал. Прекрасный вид на море. Останавливались на одну ночь после прилёта, чтобы отдохнуть. Для этой цели отличный вариант!

Фотографии отеля не соответствуют реальности. Фото сильно улучшены. В реальности территория меньше, бассейн проще, террасы возле моря совсем обветшали и требуют ремонта. На Booking у отеля стоит 5 звёзд, но на самом деле я бы дала 3,5- 4. Это не уменьшает достоинства отеля. Но не нужно завышать его статус. Там точно нет 5 звезд

בגלל הקרבה לשדה התעופה בחרנו במלון. (שימו לב שיש דרך אחת ארוכה ומפותלת אם אתם באים מאוויה) הצוות היה נעים מאוד ואדיב מאוד!! החצר יפה. שדרגו אותנו לחדר מול הים וזה היה מאוד נחמד

מתקן מאוד מיושן. חדרים ששיפצו אותם אבל המקלחת והשירותים מאוד לא נעימים וגם לא נוחים בכלל. מעליות חורגות. דלתות שנטרקות לחדרים (שהעירו אותנו בבוקר מהמסדרון).ביום שהיינו היתה רוח מאוד חזקה אז לא יכולנו להנות מהבריכה או מהים. יש במקום ספא עם בריכה מחוממת הכניסה אליו עולה 20 יורו לאדם אבל אנחנו הגענו מאוחר והבריכה נסגרת ב19:00 אז לא הספקנו. חדר כושר מאוד מאוד מיושן. ארוחת בוקר מאוד לא טעימה ולא טרייה(בעיקר הלחמים)

Absolutnie nic

Άνετο ξενοδοχείο με πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Το spa εξαιρετικό.

Obsługa była pomocna i sympatyczna. Pokoje były duże z pięknym widokiem. Jedzenie było zróżnicowane i smaczne. Hotel nie był przepełniony, zawsze były wolne leżaki.

Plaża - w rezultacie brak plaży, stare zniszczona murowana zatoczka z brakiem zejścia. Mała miejscowość- ograniczona możliwość wyjścia wieczorem. Wybrzeże zaniedbane.

Personalul, care a fost foarte primitor!

Hotel nu este de 5 stele. Camera a fost neprimitoare, mobilierul model vechi și demodat, tapetul din spatele patului era puțin dezlipit, parchetul era de proastă calitate, iar baia avea cadă! În concluzie demodata( cameră premium, cu vedere la mare). Singurul lucru frumos a fost terasa.Toate pozele din prezentare nu reflectă realitatea. În descriere spun că hotelul are deschidere la plaje! Nu este adevărat, deoarece sunt niște pontoane de beton înalte, imposibil să intri în mare, dacă nu ești un bun înotător! La micul dejun și cină multe dintre mancaruri le regaseai și foarte puțin variate!

La vue de la chambre est juste incroyable, le bruit des vagues qui nous bercent. Le personnel est vraiment d’une grande aide et très accessible. Le buffet est vraiment bien, ça change tous les jours. Le spa massage incroyable très bon moment. À compter 25€ pour la piscine intérieur. Accès à la mer très facile depuis l’hôtel pour une baignade matinale.

Aucun point negatif

La très belle vue mer, la nourriture, le calme, le personnel agréable, la propreté.

Il reste quelques rénovations à effectuer.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Frühstück war super, alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir bekamen vom Hotel ein Upgrate und waren im 4. Stock mit großem Balkon und toller Aussicht über dem Meer und wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge. Das Bett war sehr gut, nur durch den Bett-Topper schwitzte man nachts mehr.

Das Badezimmer ist ein bisschen eng. Für uns kein Problem, aber wenn man mehr Gewicht hat und älter ist, könnte es anstrengend werden.

Das Zimmer war gross und sehr hell, der Balkon mit der Sicht auf das Meer sehr grosszügig. Die Anlage draussen ist ziemlich gepflegt, die Liegestühle rund um den Pool immer ordentlich aufgestellt und gepflegt. Die Bar mit der Terrasse auf dem 1. Stock geben einen sehr guten Blick auf das Meer. Sehr schöne Lage!

Leider waren nicht alle Fenster in unserem Zimmer geputzt und im Zimmer selbst war ziemlich staubig. Das Hotel ist generell schon in die Jahre gekommen und sollte gründlich renoviert werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen, ausser eine Omelette haben wir dort nichts mehr gegessen.

Quite nothing else, swimming pool is freezing with strong wind no chance to swim, actually I didn’t see guest swimming just in and out, food below average the omelette not right and just heat the vegetables and added to the omelette, staff are not helpful, wine and beverages are over expensive, AC is not working and couldn’t sleep first night and second night I had to clean the filter was f the AC - I have videos to show how dirty it was.. I booked I king room and 1 twin I got 2 twin and bed was not comfortable for me and my wife

its a nice hotel but its not a real 5 star. everything is fair and nice but for example there is no bellboy . the room is kind of old and the flooring is a cheap wood floor. no decent cofee and breakfast

Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten (Suite mit Meersicht). Die Aussicht ist wirklich toll und es gibt eine kleine Bucht gerade neben dem Hotel, wo man gut schwimmen kann. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem.

Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und an verschiedenen Stellen renovationsbedürftig. Die Infrastruktur um den Pool und zum Meer ist lieblos, es fehlt jeglicher Charme und überall blättert der Lack. Das Frühstücksangebot ist vielseitig, aber auch hier recht lieblos. Kaffee, Säfte und Brot sind so, wie man sie in einer Kantine erhält, weit weg von 5-Sterne-Qualität.

Nur die Aussicht aufs Meer

Viel viel viel zu teuer für den Standard. Alles war sehr alt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück war fürchterlich. Wir wollten nur kurz in dieses Hotel, damit wir in der Nähe des Flughafens sind, nachdem wir aus dem Pelion zurückgekommen sind. Wir wünschten uns, dass wir lieber woanders gebucht hätten.

Perfect stop before heading to the airport.. We were upgraded to a better room which was a nice touch, breakfast was excellent had everything you could have wanted and more. Pool was amazing, would definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff on reception, bar and pool bar. Great pool. Fantastic views over the ocean. Food was good on the evening. Free parking.

We did have a leak from the aircon unit that went all over the balcony floor. I let reception know on the morning and if they could put a bowl or something under the leaking pipe so we didnt get wet feet when out on the balcony but this wasn't sorted.

I enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony and appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the front desk staff.

The facility appears to be an old property that has been restructured. The bathroom was poorly renovated, and the amenities were extremely limited, with only a shower cap provided. The hotel had only one elevator, which was out of service for several hours, causing significant inconvenience. Overall, the experience was far below 5-star hotel standards.

Staying at other hotels in Mati we expected more, the breakfast was disappointing and although you have to pay to use the spa a number of the facilities were not working. The receptionist was very friendly. The hotel has great potential but needs to be improved. Although there was WIFI it was very slow

Spacious room.we got free upgrade. The bar is excellent and has a beautiful balcony.

Only few minor details. F.ex. the air ventilation in the bathroom wasn't working. But I didn't bother to mention it cause it was a very short stay. Also the restaurant is only a buffet style.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

The property is outdated and definitely not 5star. All the rooms could do with a refresh and overhaul especially the joinery and the bathrooms. Food at breakfast was basic and quite poor standard. The property did not respond to messages. The property asked me if I wanted extras to which I said yes for an extended check out. There was no response and no confirmation.

Clean and fresh

The rooms view was ocean front, and large. The beds seemed to be updated and fine. The air conditioning worked. It is next to the marina/ocean/has view. I didn't use the pool/ocean/ or eat breakfast so I can't comment on those, but the pool area had a lot of people enjoying it. It is approx 20-30 mins drive to the airport, but I would check traffic times (I left very early morning for an early flight). The trash wasn't emptied, I was too tired to ask for room service to take care of it. The chairs on the balcony and the desk chair in the room needs to be updated. The water pressure wasn't great but you can move the showerhead to the highest stream to use a litter better. There was no swimsuit drying rack on the balcony (I didn't have time to swim, but considering their pool, and water access, you'd think there would be). Check in / check out was quick. There is a marina, beach? water access, but I didn't use it due to time.

One of the designated parking lots for the hotel (located across the street) is not designed and lets people park in a way which is not ideal (after seeing this I couldn't park there). However, there are 2 parking lots across the street, and one seems ok, however I chose to park on the street (which is allowed and free - according to what they told me, and seemed fine). For out of the area drivers who would not know this area- the driving/parking is a little congested (people park one side of the road, so road goes down to one lane in a lot of streets near the hotel - due to this is a city/beachfront type of area). And, the way to get your suitcases to the room/to the street is more of an issue. The elevator is far from the lobby and the ramps/sideways/access is not great for lugging your stuff around. The elevator can fit 2 people (literally) or 1 person and luggage of 1 person. It is the type of elevator which you have to hold open the door and then the inner door is like a folding panel. Just FYI. The exterior and interior of the hotel (granted I had to leave before breakfast due to flight, so I can't speak to the breakfast or swimming) looked like it needs updating to what I had grown used to around greece (this was my last night/airport night). YET all of that would probably be ok if the price point reflected that, but it doesn't -at least not what I paid.

لم يعجبني الاكل لم يكن يمستوى يصلح ل5 نجوم كان شحيحا ويفتقر لابسط المأكولات ،ايضا ازعجني جدا ان بالرغم من ان اقامتي شاملة كليا الا انو قنينة الماء قمت بدفع ثمنها وايضا القهوة من البار اتفهم ان ليس كل شيء مجانا ولكن قهوة وماء هذا امر مفهوم ظمنا

Πολλές ανέσεις, όμορφος κήπος, ωραίος χώρος πισίνας, φαγητό φανταστικό (φάγαμε πρωί - μεσημέρι - βράδυ). Το δωμάτιο τεράστιο με μπαλκόνια να χαζεύεις τη θάλασσα και πολύ καθαρό. Πολλά μπράβο!!

Η θερμοκρασία του νερού της πισίνας (αν και πεντακάθαρη) θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο ζεστή.. παγώσαμε..

Obwohl wir nur ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht hatten, haben wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen. Das war aber auch das einzig positive

Die 5 Sterne waren vl im Jahr 1990 gerechtfertigt. 2026 definitiv nicht mehr. Das Hotel ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und der Hausbrauch auch meilenweit entfernt von 5 Sterne. Im ganzen Hotel zieht der Wind durch (undichte Türen), das Bad ist winzig und rein gar nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Auswahl im Restaurant sehr überschaubar. Der Pool ist erst ab 11:00 geöffnet, vorher darf man nicht rein. Die Benutzung des Indoor-Pools kostet 25€ zusätzlich. Es gibt sogar eine Kaution pro Badetuch iHv 20€ 🙉 Das Fitnessstudio dürfte nicht als Fitnessstudio bezeichnet werden. Abends fanden zum Teil irgendwelche Veranstaltungen statt, die bis 23:30 dauerten - die Musik war enorm laut und störend, obwohl wir im 4. und höchsten Stockwerk gelegen waren. Alle Bilder auf Booking wurden mit KI erstellt, was mir im Nachhinein klar wurde. Ich würde nicht mehr dort hin.

Avendo avuto una settimana intera di vento sopra i 24 km/h mi è dispiaciuto che la piscina non fosse riscaldata. La spiaggia privata non può essere considerata una spiaggia (priva di lettini e ombrelloni e poco spazio). Poche cose da fare in loco.

Receptie en bar personeel erg vriendelijk. We kregen een upgrade omdat ze vinden dat ze de klanten tevreden moeten stellen. Mooie insteek. Het hotel staat in Mati en is 2.5 uur van Acropolis verwijdert (bus). Kamer was prima, niet echt modern maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Douchen in bad. Waterdruk erg laag. Ontbijt en diner prima. Geen Michelin maar prima.

Voor mij, dat er weinig te doen is in de omgeving. Maar wil je een rustige vakantie, dan is dit de plek. We hebben 6 dagen lang storm aan de kust gehad. Is het de periode van het jaar of toeval.

-The room was lovely & we were so grateful to arrive to a room upgrade on arrival. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise each morning. -All staff that we met were very friendly. -The breakfast options were great & the omelette station went down very well!

-We found cockroaches & ants in our room on several occasions - though we had no food in our room. -We needed to pay a 20euro deposit per pool towel, in cash, (which we did get back) but this was surprising for such an expensive 5* hotel. We would have expected this to be included in the cost of the room. -We enquired about the private boat tour which was advertised in the hotel reception, however none of the staff seemed have any information about costs, pick up points or generally any information on how to book the tour. After being passed around to different staff members who had no answers on how to book, we ended up finding a local skipper on our own and having a lovely day out exploring Evia. -The indoor pool had a very expensive fee (25eu per swim), we were very surprised to find that the use of the indoor pool was not included in the price. -There was a business conference on that overlapped our stay, and when they had breaks & lunch times, they were directed out to the pool area. So there were some people by the pool trying to relax on their holiday in swimsuits, and then a large group of business-people standing around in suits, smoking and chatting loudly next to us. Not very relaxing... we might suggest that the hotel staff direct business conferences to break out in a different place.

Locatie aan zee

Vervallen hotel met nogal wat gebreken. Een zeer ouderwets geheel- echt een 30 jaar oude Amerikaanse inrichting. Badkamer van onze kamer was erg klein en wel aan vernieuwing toe. Laminaat in de kamer kwam omhoog of er waren stukken uit. We hebben een kamer gekregen waar we de connecting deur gewoon niet hebben kunnen sluiten. Zat helemaal niets in de deur - stond dus open. Etc etc We hadden gekozen voor de optie half pension - diner geprobeerd maar het eten lag al uren in de bakken, zo proefde het. We hebben de eetzaal maar snel verlaten en zijn in de straat maar wat gaan eten. Er zal altijd wel iets te ‘vinden’ zijn misschien wat niet bevalt, maar dit hotel is gewoon zeer matig te noemen. We hebben een aardig bedrag betaald voor deze nacht - prijs/kwaliteit is geheel scheef. Spijt dat we daar overnacht hebben. Er zijn vele betere hotels vlakbij het vliegveld

Fijne locatie, vlakbij restaurants. Kamer was prima (interieur wel wat oud, zeker de badkamer), bed was redelijk zacht.

Het zwembad ging pas om 11 uur open en om 7 uur dicht (net als de gym). Er zaten veel muggen in de kamer die via een rooster binnen kwamen. De ontbijtzaal was erg warm. Vond het hotel geen 5 sterren waard (gezien de verouderde toestand).
