Great location with small beach nearby and pool on-site. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Staff was very friendly.

Can get a pool towel, but not allowed to use it at the nearby beach. Room was very sparse.

Very clean. Only half an hour from the air port. We came very late and it was o.k. good breakfast. Nice view from the hotel.

Personal profesionist, old-school horeca, ceea ce este o adevarata incantare, cunoscator a mai mult de o singura limba straina, respectuos, serviabil si cu o conduita impecabila! Jos palaria! Mic dejun exceptional, proaspat si gustos! Optiuni diverse de mic dejun, de la fructe si legume pana la proteina si gluten-free. Piscina extrem de curata, zilnic aparatul de curatat piscina este "pus la treaba"! Gradina ingrijita, cu gradinar secializat care se ocupa de plante. Coafor in incinta cu stilisti priceputi. Camere spatioase, terasa mare, de altfel cu mult mai mare decat tereasele de la hotelurile cu pretentii de 5 stele! Frigider functional, fierbator de apa in camera, ceai, ness, zahar din partea casei. Aer conditionat care functioneaza automat: cand usa balconului e deschisa, se opreste, cand usa e inchisa porneste. Foarte inteligent si ok gandit! Pat confortabil, vedere la mare, dar si partial la portul de barcute si yahturi. Baie cu cada. Am dorit intimitate completa si sa nu fim deranjati pe toata durata sejurului si ne-a fost respectata dorinta intru totul. Jos palaria! Plaja din zona insa nu e precum ne asteptam, dar in definitiv si la urma urmei, nu am venit aici ca sa facem plaja :). Am fost incantati de sederea noastra aici.

Great views from the pool area. Really clean and reasonably well priced. Helpful staff team. Great breakfast. Good sized comfortable room. Close to Rafina port for ferry access.

Not a very interesting location, with limited opportunities to explore and eat out adjacent to the hotel.

The staff were friendly & excellent. I had a car issue which reception helped sort without me asking for them to do so. The bar staff also delivered food to the room to also help put without asking.

Limited access to explore.

I travelled to Greece with my daughter with big plans for every day. On day one we were both struck down with different illnesses. This hotel is exactly where you would want to be to recuperate. The staff were fantastic. The girls on the desk, the staff at breakfast, the staff at the bar. They could not have done more for us. I could not fault a single thing. We've promised ourselves to go back next year and experience the surrounding areas but we loved every moment of being cocooned in Cabo Verde!

Un hôtel en bord de mer face à un petit port à une demi-heure de l'aéroport. Idéal pour un dernier bain mer et piscine avant le retour.

Orari della colazione da rivedere. Inizia alle 7.30. Molti soggiornano qui per visitare Atene. Personalmente avevo prenotato il primo ingresso all’Acropoli che dista circa 30 km. Ho chiesto di poter fare colazione prima e mi hanno detto di sì ma praticamente non c’era quasi nulla sul buffet…

Dziękuję za wspaniały pobyt. Hotel nad samym morzem i malutką plażą, gdzie nie ma tłumów turystów i można spokojnie odpocząć. W hotelu basen otwarty do 19.00, gdzie również można zjeść i wypić. Na śniadaniach co dziennie to samo, ale bardzo smacznie i każdy znalazł coś dla siebie. Croissanty wypiekane na miejscu - pyszne. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, by dostać się do Aten transportem publicznym trzeba trochę to rozplanować, natomiast Panie w recepcji pomogły we wszystkim. Polecam dla ludzi szukających spokoju nad morzem i poznania nawyków miejscowych ;)

L établissement est très propre et confortable, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avons eu beaucoup de vent pendant notre séjour alors les vitres autour de la piscine étaient parfaites pour nous protéger. Nous étions très bien sur les transats. Maria la réceptionniste, est l unique grec que nous avons rencontré qui parlait français. Ça fait plaisir et en plus avec le sourire. Les plages aux alentours ne sont pas top. Il est possible de se baigner mais il y a pas mal d algues.

This is a small but very comfortable family-run hotel. It's especially well-maintained and very clean. Because it's perched on the cliff, there's a beautiful view of the Aegean Sea and its islands. Next to the hotel is a marina and a small beach. The pool isn't large, but it has sun loungers and an excellent bar with very helpful staff who make delicious cocktails! The breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of options, served in a spacious and comfortable dining area. The rooms are a good size, and ours had a small balcony overlooking the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cabo Verde Hotel, and it's definitely worth the price.

Maty, the town in which the hotel is located is a small country town. There are a few restaurants and a mini-market near by and toy have to move in taxis to the near major port (Rafina) or to other bigger and more beautiful beaches.

Ako niekto kto nemôže mlieko tak by som určite ocenila alternatívu, aspoň ovsenné mlieko. A výber bezmäsitých jedál by mohol byť širší.

Príjemný, boutique hotel, rodinného typu. Personál veľmi príjemný, hlavne v bare pri bazéne. Kuchyňa veľmi dobrá. Hotel bol čistý,blízko taverny,obchod, bus stop. Bol rám hlavne kľud, pokoj.

Nie je v okolí udržiavaná plaz, aspoň, upratana,pohrabana, aj keď bez lehátok. Na raňajkách by sme očakávali v sezóne napr.viac melónov.

Many restaurants and coffee shops around the area and a grocery store just opposite to the hotel.

Very far from Athens city center around 40 to 45 minutes by car. There was a spot of blood on the bed sheets the first night we checked in. No one to help with the luggage even though it’s a 4 stars hotel. The breakfast is very poor! The hotel isn’t directly on the beach and the beach close by is not appealing for swimming as there are many rocks around!

nous étions seul dans l'hotel quasi. On est arrivé à 18h55 et à 19h nous voulions nous baigner dans la piscine mais il nous ont refusé l'accés car il la ferme à 19h. Pourtant il n'y avait personne à la piscine ni au bar. J'ai trouvé ça dommage et peu flexible. Vu notre arrivée tardive ils auraient pu avoir la gentillesse de nous dire que nous pouvions nous baigner 15 min. A 19h30 nous sommes retourné au bar de la piscine et il n'y avait toujours personne donc vraiment dommage.

Smoke Staff could not care when I complained Also there was no air conditioning that I could adjust to a comfortable setting, as apparently the hotel operated it centrally , and with the hot weather it made it extremely uncomfortable There are again the staff just shrugged that off as well I believe I should get a refund as I certainly didn’t get what I paid for

This was a quiet resort town with one street, a few hotels and some restaurants. The breakfast was good and the view was wonderful as the hotel is right on the water. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. As an American, it was warm, we are used to air conditioning, and while the hotel does have AC, it doesn't work well and your key, when not in the wall, turns everything off so it was warm. I asked for a fan and they were able to provide one. Our room had a bit of a view, it was a perfectly decent room and we were happy to find this hotel.

If you aren't from the USA, then keep on scrolling. We are used to air conditioning, so it was a bit warm to sleep. We aren't used to using the room key to turn the electric on (including the AC), so it was warm. The front desk was kind enough to provide us a fan, would have been hard to sleep otherwise.

I liked everything about the hotel. Hotel staff were so amazing, helpful. They made our day❤️ Really recommend this hotel to everyone❤️🙏

Gentilmente e cortesia

Fin och välskött fastighet. Enkelheten i rum (balkong med utsikt över sundet), pool med varierad lounge platser och bar. Vacker entré och pool område. Perfekt för några timmar på morgonen/förmiddagen innan vi gav oss ut bland små städerna längst kusten.

Köket. Frukosten något mindre utbud än hemma. I ett land av bra grönsaker, frukt och bröd finns det ingen ursäkt att servera detta.

Готель дещо з застарілим ремонтом в номері. Але взагалом ресторан і басейн - сучасні. Можливо це ми так обрали… Матрас зручний. Сніданки стандартні, але сподобались. Особливо хумус 🥰

Вид з вікна був напроти сусіднього готелю і деінде проглядалось море, але бронювали номер з видом на море. Це трошки зіпсувало враження, але не критично)

Excelente ubicación, frente al mar y a la Marina. Encontramos parqueo frente al hotel. Disfrutamos el bar y restaurante, junto a la piscina. Lastimosamente nos alojamos solo un día, nos hubiera encantado disfrutar un día más de sus instalaciones y sus alrededores. Hay un mini market a unos pocos pasos del hotel.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel. Uns gefällt der Pool und die Bar , sehr gemütlich und einfach eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Unser Zimmer war sauber und von der Größe ok mit einem tollen Balkon. Das Personal ist freundlich. In Mati gibt es alles was wir brauchen.

In der Badewanne zu duschen finden wir nicht so gut.

Haben eine sehr geräumige Buisness-Suite in der 3. Etage mit seitl. Meerblick bekommen. Sauber und ordentlich, Bademäntel und Hausschuhe vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet hatte für jeden etwas - Brot, Kuchen, Gebäck, Wurst, Käse, Gemüse, Obst, griech. Joghurt, Marmeladen, Honig, Kaffee, Wasser. Keine Klimaanlage im Frühstücksraum, am Pool auf der Terrasse war aber Wind zur Abkühlung. Sehr netter Service. Einige Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. MiniMarkt gegenüber. Für eine Übernachtung mit kurzer Anreise zum Flughafen war es für uns praktisch.

In der separaten Dusche war kein Licht und die Toilettenbrille passte nicht auf die Keramik, so dass der Deckel nicht geöffnet blieb und die Brille bei Nutzung nach links und rechts rutschte. Sehr nervig und leicht abzuändern! Parkplätze auf der Straße waren rar, aber vorhanden.

Ficamos nesse hotel devido a maior proximidade com o aeroporto de Atenas, pois nosso voo era as 6:00 da manhã. O local é bem agradável, mas não conseguimos aproveitar tudo.

Excellent low rise hotel, only 3 floors. Right on the harbour and next to the sea. 35 minutes from airport, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Μύριζε έντονα η ;ποχευμτευση στο δωμάτιο το βράδυ και από την έντονη δυσοσμία δεν μπορούσες να κοιμηθείς βέβαια δε όλα τα ξενοδοχεία εκεί μπροστά στο συγκεκριμένο σημείο έχουν αυτό το θέμα ωστόσο καλό είναι να επιλυθεί ενώ όλα τα άλλα ήταν εξαιρετικά η δυσοσμία το βράδυ στο δωμάτιο ήταν τόσο έντονη λες και ήσουν σε βόθρο αν καταφέρουν και επιλύσουν αυτό το θέμα θα είναι από τα τοπ ξενοδοχεία αλλά δεν το ευχαριστήθηκα λόγω αυτού του θέματος δηλαδή έδωσα 113 ευρώ και το βράδυ από την δυσοσμία δεν κοιμηθήκαμε με τον άντρα μου

De locatie beviel het meest en de mogelijkheid om te kunnen zwemmen in een zwembad. Het ligt ideaal t.o.v. de luchthaven Athene, ca 30 minuten.

De douche miste een glazen deur of eventueel gordijn zodat de hele badkamer nat werd bij douchen. Wat super tegenviel was het ontbijt, dit stelde echt niks voor. Super mini croissantjes, droge kleine stukjes brood, paar koekjes, yoghurt. Droge sinaasappels. Dit was een echte teleurstelling. Ook is het hotel is echt geen 4* hotel, bij 2* houdt het wel op. We hadden geen buitenlamp op het balkon wat 's avonds erg lastig is als het pikdonker is. Nee, dit was 1 x maar niet weer. Dan zijn er voor hetzelfde geld wel betere hotels in de buurt. Voor ons was het de laatste overnachting voor vertrek naar de luchthaven.

Pas grand chose...Parties communes impeccables mais peu utilisées. Petit déjeuner varié.

Vue sans interêt sur le parking encombré de l' hôtel voisin. Lit effondré et très inconfortable. Le sur-matelas rajouté ne cache pas l' inconfort... Matelas à renouveler. Chambre exigüe et salle de bain vieillotte et minuscule sans rangement et pourvue d' une douche ouverte du mauvais côté avec pour conséquence de l' eau qui éclabousse de partout. Un laveur de vitres mal embouché est venu faire son travail pendant le petit-déjeuner, éclaboussant les tables sur lesquelles nous et nos voisins de table déjeunions. Vraiment rédhibitoire ! Trop cher à plus de 120 euros la nuit.

Közvetlenül a tengerparton fekvszik a szálloda, a szobákból is szép kilátással. A bekészített kávét kortyolgatva az erkélyen igazi tengerparti élmény. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Jó, hogy van medence és körülötte napágyak. A reggeli választék és minősége kitűnő.

A medence vízét jó lenne melegíteni, mert májusban hideg volt.

Das Hotel ist perfekt, um ein paar Tage zu entspannen, es bietet eine gute Ausstattung, ist sehr sauber und freundlich geführt. In der Nähe gibt es nette Strandbuchten und Lokale. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man braucht.

Leider gab es keinen Durchgang vom Pool zum Strand, weil die Türe verschlossen war. Und weitere Sonnenschirme am Pool wären schön, weil die Liegen in der prallen Sonne stehen. Samstagnacht war bis 4 Uhr laute Musik aus der Nachbarschaft zu hören.
