A localização do Hotel é perfeita, permitindo, além de fazermos praia sem nos deslocarmos pelo facto de a mesma ser praticamente no Hotel, visitar locais proximos, como Ostuni, Alberobello entre outros. O ambiente do hotel é simpático, os serviços são ótimos, para repetir um dia.....

The views, the staffs and the location

Deayuno decepcionante, solo había café de máquina, sin frutas, solo con croassant y un pan duro (ya sin jamón y queso porque se había terminado y no repusieron). La limpieza dejaba que desear. La playa es hermosa. La atención también deja que desear. No volvería.

Colazione internazionale a buffet abbondante. Ottimi cibi: brioches, torte, affettati e formaggi, yogurt, marmellate, frutta, ecc. Lettini e ombrellone sia in spiaggia che in piscina, compresi nel prezzo del soggiorno.

Mancanza di almeno un secondo ascensore. L'ascensore presente troppo lento dalla chiamata all'arrivo. Mancanza di doccia in bagno, uscire ed entrare dalla vasca per farsi la doccia era scomodo. Prezzi del bar esterno troppo alti.

Il mare è bello acqua cristallina.

Le camere sono pulite ma un po datate andrebbero rinnovate. X quanto riguarda il servizio spiaggia e piscina c'è il.problema dell ombrellone e lettino ti dicono che è compreso ma devi alzarti la mattina alle 7 00 x occuparlo con un telo..Davvero disorganizzati idem x piscina..Basterebbe assegnare ad ogni camera lo stesso ombrellone x la durata del soggiorno. Servizio ristorazione mediocre. .

Struttura molto bella e spaziosa, con grandi potenzialità. La struttura dispone di numerosi servizi. Spiaggia comoda e facilmente raggiungibile. La pulizia della camera veniva effettuata regolarmente, anche se con alcune carenze. Alcuni membri del personale si sono distinti positivamente: una signora delle pulizie, disponibile e professionale; un cameriere adulto in sala, anch’egli disponibile e professionale e un ragazzo alla Reception molto cortese. La struttura, nel complesso, offre spazi e servizi che potrebbero renderla una buona struttura, se adeguatamente gestiti e mantenuti.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo deludente rispetto alle aspettative di un 4 stelle. Gestione e manutenzione non all’altezza delle potenzialità della struttura. Livello generale, a mio avviso, inferiore a quello che ci si aspetterebbe da un 4 stelle. Atmosfera e gestione danno l'impressione di essere ferme agli anni ’90. Camera molto diversa dalle fotografie pubblicate sull’app. Arredamento vecchio e deteriorato, con evidenti segni del tempo. Televisione vecchia e fatiscente. Pulizia non impeccabile: trovati capelli/peli nella camera e sulla biancheria, compresi teli da bagno e lenzuola. Isolamento acustico praticamente inesistente: si sentivano chiaramente le conversazioni provenienti dal corridoio; rumori degli scarichi e degli impianti; ascensore particolarmente rumoroso, anche durante la notte. Qualità del riposo scarsa a causa dei rumori. Gestione della spiaggia poco trasparente: viene comunicato che non è possibile prenotare lettini e ombrelloni; la spiaggia dovrebbe essere libera per tutti dalle 8:00; nella pratica, alcuni posti sembravano essere riservati dal personale a determinati clienti; questo crea una disparità di trattamento tra gli ospiti. Staff nel complesso poco attento alle esigenze del cliente, ad eccezione delle persone citate. Scarsa propensione alla gestione delle problematiche da parte del personale. Le problematiche non sono state episodi isolati, ma si sono ripetute durante tutto il soggiorno. Differenza significativa tra immagini pubblicate, categoria dichiarata e condizioni reali riscontrate. Nel complesso, manutenzione, pulizia, riposo, gestione dei servizi e attenzione al cliente non sono stati ritenuti all’altezza di un 4 stelle.

Not enough elevators and room has no balcony. You need balcony for drying swimming stuff and towels.

La camera rimasta agli anni 90, ho trovato un capello nel water a loro detta sanificato, un telo era sporco probabilmente di feci e una sera abbiamo trovato il bagno invaso dalle formiche

Die Hotelanlage ist wunderbar, hat einen schönen Pool und einen sehr schönen eigene Sandstrand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich sind zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und dass Essen ist hervorragend.

After sharing our concerns with the staff, they listened carefully and responded professionally. They upgraded us to a nice room with a view at no additional charge, which completely changed our experience. It was the right thing to do and demonstrated that they genuinely cared about guest satisfaction. I appreciated that they took our concerns seriously and worked to make things right. Excellent customer service is measured by how problems are handled, and in this case, the staff exceeded my expectations by resolving the issue quickly and courteously.

The first room's air conditioner did not work. We were on the ground floor with no view. It was depressing. However, the staff did understand out concerns and made the necessary adjustments.

The location was perfect.

Comfortable rooms, amazing pool area and private beach, kind staff and good food. Live music on the terrace in the evenings on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Also have an awesome water park for older kids. It’s better than how it looks in the pictures. My husband and I stayed there with our 11 month old son - we regretted not staying longer.

Mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Mooi strand wel met wat rotsen. Uitstekende prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding. Wij hebben van hieruit Torre Canne en ook Ostuni bezocht. Prachtige stadjes.

El personal muy malo, no resuelven ningun tipo de problema. Los mozos y bañeros atentos, pero el perosnal del front desk muy malos.

El personal de la recepción. Las habitaciones estan bien de tamaño pero es un hotel viejo. El ascensor lo tenes que esperar mas de 5 minutos para bajar dos pisos. En mi caso no podía ir por las escaleras

We are just back from a beautiful week in Puglia. The Hotel del Levante was a perfect base for a holiday exploring up and down the coast. We also enjoyed some lazy days by the pool and walks along the beach. We stayed between 2 June - 9 June 2026 (outside of the English school holiday period), and while the hotel had a few tour groups staying, the pool area was usually quiet with plenty of sun-beds available all day. We found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed a relaxing stay. I would recommend the Superior rooms - worth the extra for me.

Pros: The hotel is located directly on the beach. Cons: Unfortunately, almost everything else fell short of expectations. After staying at five hotels throughout our honeymoon across Italy and Greece, this was by far the most disappointing experience. From check-in, it was clear that guest experience was not a priority. The service felt cold and transactional, and there was little effort made to ensure guests had an enjoyable stay. The overall atmosphere was one of doing the bare minimum rather than providing hospitality. We booked and paid for a Garden View room, yet the room we received looked nothing like the room category advertised on the website. The room itself felt extremely dated, the breakfast was disappointing, and basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were not provided. For a property marketed as a 4-star hotel, the experience was surprisingly underwhelming. Between the room quality, service, amenities, and overall lack of attention to the guest experience, we left wondering how this property maintains its rating. The beachfront location is the hotel’s only redeeming quality. Had we known what to expect, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our week's stay at this hotel, on a tour with Newmarket Holidays. The hotel is quite large – enough to accommodate easily three groups the size of ours (50) at the same time. Not a carpet in sight – all ceramic tiles. The room is absolutely fine, spotlessly clean and serviced every day by the “chamber maids”. The entire hotel is immaculate, and at dinner each day there is no providing of popular, international Italian food clichés; it is all local forms of pasta, regional recipes and local produce. The dining room had special arrangements for our party. You al sit at a table for 2, and there you stay all week. At breakfast each day a menu is put on your table and you make your choices out of two options for that evening. There are 4 courses. For instance, on the first evening, we started with a help-yourself salad, with some bread-crumbed balls; then there was saffron rice (which tasted a bit like rice pudding); bombette – a rolled pork “capocollo” (a bit dry, and not really moreish); and fresh fruit pieces. Some in our party had problems at the reception desk, but we had none. It is about a 15-minute walk along the sand into the little village of Torre Canne, but there's not much to do there; it's just about coming into a tourist boom.

La situation qui permet de faire de belles balades le long des plages et rejoindre les restaurants du village. Il faut préciser que même si l'établissement semble 4 étoiles il n'est pas pour ma part 4 étoiles mais trois étoiles. Il attire de nombreux cartes de touristes luxembourgeois allemand en cette période surtout des personnes âgées. Le personnel et la sécurité de la piscine l'entretien des abords est très bien. Pour changer du restaurant de l'hôtel il y a deux restaurants juste à l'extérieur de l'hôtel dont un bon restaurant italien à côté.

Le pire et le petit déjeuner qui n'est vraiment pas digne d'un hôtel même 3 étoiles aucun produit locaux pain industriel charcuterie industrielle fromage industriel pas de fruits ou très peu de fruits pas de crudités bref c'est un déjeuner de cantine. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment le pire et il reste aussi le problème de la douche c'est impossible d'avoir de l'eau tempérée car on peut pas régler la température on passe de chaud froid à froid chaud voir bouillant et donc il faut faire attention surtout si il y des petits enfants dans la douche. Pour ceux qui pensent avoir une télévision au mur oublié c'est un écran posé sur une table on dirait un écran d'un PC ça c'est un détail en vacances mais ceux qui s'attendent à une télévision... oubliez...

Отличный отель для спокойного отдыха! Отдыхала здесь с двумя детьми 3 ночи. Отель очень уютный и чистый, расположен прямо на берегу моря. Персонал дружелюбный и приветливый. Номер убирали каждый день, всегда меняли полотенца. Атмосфера очень тихая, для полной перезагрузки — то что надо! Основной контингент — немецкоговорящие пожилые люди, поэтому здесь тихо и спокойно. Рекомендую!

Nicely positioned for touring around the Puglia area. Very clean in all areas. All staff very helpful and friendly. We looked forward to dinner every night. Lovely food, beautifully arranged and served nicely by the staff. A special thank you to the management for my birthday cake and fizz. A lovely and appreciated surprise. Thank you to everyone who made our stay a lovely one 😀

Nulla in particolare, tutto molto bello

L'Hotel del Levante è una struttura imponente e ben organizzata che colpisce subito per la sua logica degli spazi: il posto auto riservato è una grande comodità e la posizione della piscina, situata a ridosso della spiaggia, rende il passaggio tra i due ambienti fluido e piacevole. L’esperienza complessiva è stata positiva, anche se alcuni dettagli meriterebbero un aggiornamento per stare al passo con i tempi. Le camere, pur essendo sufficientemente comode, iniziano a mostrare il peso degli anni, in particolare per quanto riguarda l'insonorizzazione — purtroppo carente — e i bagni, che presentano cabine doccia dal design anni '80 e l'assenza di un set di cortesia. Abbiamo apprezzato il bagno finestrato, il frigobar rifornito e la presenza dei canali Sky (nonostante la TV avesse le dimensioni di un monitor da computer), ma abbiamo trovato poco in linea con la struttura il supplemento di 5 euro al giorno per i teli mare. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, il servizio delle bevande al tavolo e la possibilità di ordinare piatti espressi come le uova strapazzate sono ottimi segnali di attenzione, tuttavia la proposta resta sbilanciata sul dolce e con una qualità dei prodotti che ci è parsa un po' troppo industriale. In sintesi, è un albergo dal grande potenziale e dalla posizione invidiabile, che con un restyling tecnico e una maggiore cura nelle materie prime della ristorazione potrebbe davvero fare il salto di qualità definitivo.

I punti che non mi hanno convinto riguardano principalmente l'obsolescenza di alcuni servizi e la struttura tecnica delle camere. L'insonorizzazione è stata l'aspetto più critico: le pareti sembravano fogli di carta e si sentiva distintamente tutto ciò che accadeva nelle stanze vicine, compromettendo la privacy e il riposo. Anche gli arredi e le dotazioni segnano il passo con i tempi: la cabina doccia è ferma agli anni '80, mancava il set di cortesia in bagno e la TV era decisamente troppo piccola, più simile a un monitor da computer che a un televisore moderno. Ho trovato poco gradevole anche la gestione dei teli mare e piscina, con un supplemento di 5 euro al giorno che mal si concilia con l'imponenza della struttura. Infine, per quanto riguarda la colazione, ho riscontrato una qualità dei prodotti troppo industriale e una scelta eccessivamente sbilanciata sul dolce, con pochissime opzioni salate a disposizione, un dettaglio che penalizza la percezione complessiva della ristorazione.
