Everything was great - will definitely be back

A perfect stay from start to finish. Total comfort guaranteed. The staff's hospitality and professionalism were top-notch. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. I also tried the gym, which I found comfortable and functional. Next time I'll also try the spa, which I didn't have time to try. The breakfast is excellent and offers an international selection with a strong focus on local traditions. The restaurants were excellent. I'd like to take this opportunity to compliment the entire staff on a wonderful Ferragosto evening, which was perfectly organized.

I have nothing to complain about, as everything was perfect and the stay far exceeded my expectations. I would only suggest they upgrade the gym a bit and perhaps offer more group classes.

From the moment we arrived at the front gates we were very impressed, hotel itself was excellent - loved all the artwork and decorations, staff were amazing, helpful and friendly, very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Wow. This is an amazing hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were attentive and noted what we did or ate and anticipated our needs at every turn. Even my need for a little jug of milk to take up in the evening for tea in the room was noted and made easy for me :) The pool was amazing- same depth throughout so there was no concern whether anyone could stand at any point. The pool staff - fab. Helped move sun shades, found free sun beds and the free water in a cool box with towels was a thoughtful and very welcome touch. The restaurant staff were equally accommodating - even moving a table outside for us when they were very full one evening. The fresh fish was delicious and the staff helped make sensible decisions as to whether to share given size and cost. We chose to take a cookery class one afternoon and were so pleased we did. Lesley and Lena were so friendly y and welcoming and we learned to make the traditional ear-shaped pasta and simple sauce. It was so good and we have since made some at home and intend to continue trying to make different shapes - not sure shop bought pasta will ever make the grade again! The region too was gorgeous. We only managed to scratch the surface of villages and towns and will need to return to explore more (what a pity!?!). The hotel staff again were incredibly helpful suggesting places - providing information sheets with a brief history and suggested places to see and eat (and park!). They also helped persuade us the best times to go to avoid crowds/heat and make the most of our time. We loved Ostuni, Alberobello and Martina Franco. There was archaeology to visit nearby too and we did take a tour of the closest which was fascinating. We’d like to come back at a slightly cooler time of year to fully explore that aspect of the region. Our only comment would be that the housekeeping was fantastic - turndown service with homemade biscuits). However may be there could be a way of indicating whether towels need to be changed or can be reused to help the ecco criteria? In summary an amazing hotel in a glorious part of the world. Not cheqp but you can see and feel why. Thank you to all at Canne Bianche we had the best holiday!

The room itself was excellent, but unfortunately it was located directly above the restaurant. Because of the cooking smells, we couldn’t enjoy the balcony during our stay. Since we stayed for four nights, it would have been nice to be given a room in a better location. Other than that, everything was great.

Canne Bianche Lifestyle Hotel exceeded every expectation and made our silver wedding anniversary truly unforgettable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for, always paying attention to the smallest details with warmth, professionalism, and sincere kindness. It is rare to experience such a high level of personalized service. The hotel itself is elegant, peaceful, and luxurious without ever feeling pretentious. Every space has been thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere of relaxation and understated sophistication. The cuisine was simply outstanding. Every meal was beautifully presented, made with the freshest local ingredients, and full of authentic Puglian flavors. Dining here was an experience in itself. Thank you for making such an important milestone in our lives so special. We left with wonderful memories and hope to return one day.

This is an amazing hotel in a wonderful, quiet location. The service from all staff is outstanding and delivered in a relaxed, friendly manner. For example, if you want to adjust the position of your comfortable sun lounger the pool staff will arrive in an instant to move it for you. The guest relations team arranged two guided tours us, and arranged a hire car for three days so we could drive ourselves to some of the beautiful 'white towns' in the Valle d'Itria. Nothing was too much trouble. For a special holiday you will not be disappointed - book it!

The Canne Bianche is a privately owned, five star boutique hotel, located right on the beach in Torre Canne, Puglia. It is set in beautiful grounds, has just 50 rooms and is absolutely spotless throughout. What really differentiates this hotel though is the attention to detail and the level of customer service from every single member of staff, which is off the scale. Just 100% pure, unadulterated luxury from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. My only criticism is that the dining room experience in the evening is spoilt somewhat by the most horrendous, out-of-tune ‘pub-singer’ style singers, the live music delivered at far too high a volume which was both intrusive and excruciating. Hardly the required ambiance for a quiet, relaxing meal at the end of the day. But to some extent the singing was so awful it eventually became a source of humour and entertainment, for all the wrong reasons! But it’s a minor, very picky point. This is a fabulous hotel with outstanding levels of customer service, ideally located for combining a luxury beach holiday with discovering the cultural delights of Puglia.

Warmest welcome upon arrival. Comfy rooms. Amazing views with pool and beach right out front breakfast alone was 10 stars! Wish we would’ve stayed longer.

We got the room for a week and a reasonable price as it was just a few days before the beginning of the 'season'. Breakfast was included and was very good. However, we were shocked and dumfounded by the price of other food and drink. The cheapest glass of wine was 18 Euros and the cheapest sandwich 16. The menu for the meals made us laugh - we thought it was in a currency other than Euros. (Rupees maybe.) The pasta course starts at about 30 Euro and the mains at about 60. We decided not to eat or drink there, after our first drink and sandwich. There is a cheap pizzaria five minutes walk away and a truly excellent restaurant about seven minutes (the Dubonet) which is expensive by most standards but half the price of the hotel. The staff are prepared to be helpful but some of them are very patronising. I think they are used to dealing with millionaires and look down on folks like us. All that said, the place is VERY beautiful and impeccably maintained. Potential customers should be aware that the town (Torre Canna) is a 5km round-trip walk away, which most people probably wouldn't want to do every day. The beach is tiny, about four metres deep even at low tide and you can't walk very far along it. Therefore you really need to rent a car if you stay here. Fortunately, the staff can swifty arrange this at quite a reasonable price.

The staff were all incredibly friendly attentiveand helpful. Beautiful gardens. Comfortable day beds around the pool area. Perfect hotel for a relaxing holiday.. Excellent breakfast selection.

We were disappointed with the size of our room. although it was a fairly standard size for modern hotel rooms. The outside walls in our room near Jacuzzi had green algae on them.the evening menu was a bit limited for choice.

From the moment we arrived unannounced, Anna provided a lovely tour of the facility and specifically their rooms, which were all amazing, clean, well furnished with excellent views. The restaurants were all fabulous as well as all their staff. Patrizia provided superb information of the Puglia area and tours. All in all a complete, relaxing delight! We had an amazing time at this stunning hotel. Because it only has circa 40 rooms, it really felt like you were staying in a gorgeous house. The staff are incredible and can’t do enough for you. So polite, attentive, efficient and friendly. They really all are an asset to the hotel. We stayed in a classic room which was perfect. We had a walk-in shower, a lovely ground floor terrace and a very comfortable bed. There’s plenty of storage in the room as well. The pool area is gorgeous, the loungers have very thick cushions making them so comfy. The pool staff are there to make sure you have everything you need. They were extremely attentive, ensuring that your lounger was in the right position & putting parasols up and down as required. We didn’t have the best weather (it was very mixed) however we had three full days of sun and it was a pleasure to relax in such a lovely environment. The sea was cold but very refreshing and so clear. The only negative that I can think of is that the pools were very cold and I did mention this to one of the staff members who said they would take it on board. All in all super hotel and we would love to return.

Beautiful location, convenient to the major sights of Puglia by car. Some hotels claim to be first class, but this hotel truly is first class in every detail. Highest recommendation.

Wszystko. Moim zdaniem to jeden z najlepszych jeżeli nie najlepszy hotel na świecie w których byłem, a bylem w kilkuset. Obsługa cudowna, po prostu CIDOWNA. Pokoje dwa razy dziennie sprzątane, śniadania kapitalna, basen i jego obsługa full profi. No to prostu jechać korzystać i nie kombinować z innymi hotelami w tamtym rejonie.

If you're making a trip to the Pouilles, this is exactly the place to stay. The hotel is very well located, and the grounds are incredible with their sea views. The breakfast is fantastic with a fresh products and a big choices. But what makes this hotel truly amazing is its staff. From the bar, to the restaurant, to the reception and housekeepers, everyone is simply incredible. There are small touches that you rarely see in the hotel industry today (especially in France) that have made all the difference. The managers of this hotel can be very proud of their employees.

Assolutamente nulla, comunque la perfezione della struttura in tutti i particolari, lascia trasparire ampiamente la cura continua ed il continuo miglioramento di tutti gli ampi e confortevoli ambienti, dai giardini, alla Hall, ai terrazzi, piscina, ampi ristoranti sia a mare che interno. Il servizio è perfetto e l’accoglienza è calorosa e amichevole, ti senti a casa subito, ricordo in particolare la Signora Anna, che ci ha accolti e assistiti per tutti gli 8 giorni di vacanza e che dire del drink offertoci appena arrivati, preparato dal bravissimo Capo Barman Riccardo, che con i suoi vari Colleghi ci ha deliziato e coccolati per tutto il tempo di permanenza, non facendoci mai mancare i suoi splendidi caffè, che detto da un Napoletano è quanto dire. Perfetta la festa di Ferragosto, cibo, musica dal vivo dí altissimo livello e fiochi d’artificio splendidi. Insomma non vedo l’ora di tornare.

This was actually our second year in a row staying here and the first year I knew the hotel/ staff/ service;/ food at every meal/ ambiance was over the top amazing and sure enough they received a Michelin fork and star a few months later, so I felt validated to all of the people I raved to about this hotel. The staff makes it, the ambiance sets the relaxation but vibrant tone, and the food lets you know you are fully taken care of with different meals and restaurants having unique drinks and food. Most hotels have the same drinks for each restaurant or bar but this is unique day to day (even the breakfast is mixed up each day with something you couldn't get the day before and may not get again). The gift shop has amazing bathing suits, dresses, home fragrance and many other items. Your stay will make you feel like you are special. It is located so that getting to the white villages is central, but we found that we took a few villages off our list as we wanted to just be at the hotel. I think the most telling thing was when we left the first year, our 10 year old said on the way to the airport "I don't want to leave, the people are so nice and the families are together and everyone is really happy" - Out of the mouth of babes...

In 5-Sterne-Hotels ist es oft ein schmaler Grat zwischen perfektem Service und zu viel des Guten. Nach einer äußerst stressvollen Reise wurden wir hier jedoch außergewöhnlich professionell und zugleich herzlich empfangen. Vom ersten Moment bis zur Abreise wurde sich aufmerksam, unaufdringlich und mit großer Selbstverständlichkeit um uns gekümmert. Ich habe selten – eigentlich noch nie – eine derart authentische und gleichzeitig perfekte Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Und das, obwohl wir zuletzt in einigen der besten Hotels Europas übernachtet haben. Eine absolute Perle. Eine echte Oase.

Hotel pięknie udekorowany świątecznie, bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel. Bardzo dobre śniadania, produkty wysokiej jakości. Po południu dodatkowe atrakcje np. degustacja pieczonych kasztanów i wina. Hotel nieduży ale bardzo klimatyczny. Polecam!

Delightful small luxury hotel. Perfectly located directly on the sea shore. Wonderful friendly service, delicious dining options and overall just a great stay. The local public transport is infrequent, so a car is handy to explore the region. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Jacuzzi gebucht. Leider konnten wir diesen 1 Tag lang nicht nutzen, weil er einen Sprung hatte und repariert werden musste

The hotel is very nice by the sea, the garden and the beach are wonderful. The staff are very friendly especially at reception. The food is great, room is nice & bed is comfortable. The location of the hotel is in the middle of many places in Puglia.

The pool bar wasn’t open but it was end of October and that was normal.

Spectacular family-owned hotel. The facilities are great, food is incredible but, most importantly, the hotel houses the kindest staff I have ever encountered when travelling. Everyone who worked at the hotel was always kind and willing to help. The recepcionists left us with a phone number we could contact throughout the day in case we had trouble parking, provided us with towels if needed for days out in the beach, maps of the nearby cities and great recommendations. In particular, we would like to thank Patricia for her kindness, patience and warm hospitality. Torneremo sicuramente!
