It is always a pleasure to have breakfast , the best buffet I saw so far in Italy, the waiters make you always smile. I can’t wait to come back the next time. Overall a great experience.

The bar was very expensive... and the sink whilst very stylish, was completely impractical... it was too shallow and the water pressure too high. Great if you wanted to soak the floor. 🤣

Reviewed May 8, 2026Generally, hotel is okay. Everything was clean, no unpleasant smells, bathroom facility looks good; It took around 15-20 min to go to the city center, which was good for us; breakfast was good; good blackout draperies
Location does seem a bit unsafe in the evening, but we didn't experience any inconveniences regarding that; bathroom door is made of glass and didn't isolate the sound whatsoever, it literally felt like the toilet is right in the bedroom; continuing toilet topic, there was no toilet brush; TV remote was very laggy, almost not usable. It felt like hotel was a bit overpriced for this quality

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026The staff is very attentive and committed to making any customer feel comfortable and happy. This is what makes any stay a good memory. There were several employees such as Vincenzo who works the front desk, Arianna and Amassing in the dining room and bar area that went out of their way too with outstanding service. Breakfast ever morning was plentiful and fresh. You could order eggs and cappuccino that were delicious. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a train station that is a short walk away. Which makes Venice or Florence a 30 -40 minute train trip away. If you have a car there is plenty of parking available. The GM of this hotel, Luca is an asset to this hotel he helped make our stay in Bologna memorable.
