Bei einem Hotel dieser Einstufung und dieses Preises würde ich erwarten, dass man um 21.00 Uhr noch eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen bekommt. Mit Hinweis auf irgendeine Veranstaltung im Haus wurde meine Frage aber abgewiesen. Der Blick hinaus auf einen engen Hof mit der Wasseraufbereitungsanlage entspricht ebenfalls nicht dem Anspruch des Hauses.

Misleading room description – request for partial refund. Hello. I am requesting compensation for my stay at Zanhotel Europa on 12/09-2026 - 13/09-2026. The hotel advertises soundproofed rooms, but the room I received had no soundproofing whatsoever. Noise from hallway and neighbouring rooms made it very difficult to sleep the first hours. Since the advertised facilities did not match reality, I request a partial refund under your “facilities not as described” policy.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, tan solo a unos metros de la estación de tren y a unos 15 minutos caminando del centro. En esta ocasión, reserve una habitación para mi madre, ya que yo ya había estado alojada en éste hotel anteriormente y me gustó mucho.

Кондиционер прям совсем плохо работал , это единственный минус . При том что мы были в августе месяце , перед этим были в Неаполе снимали квартиру ( там прям супер кондиционер работал ).

Just a few minutes away from the metro, building is a bit old but facilities are modern. Neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe here as a solo traveller. Overall I had a great stay here.

A bit far from the main attractions, about 20-30 minutes so your legs will be tired all day but you can get taxis around for around 12 eurs.

This is a quaint hotel very close to Bologna Central Station. The old-fashioned vibe would be nicer if facilities worked better. On my first night there, I had to change the room because of something disfunctional in the bathroom. There was a young receptionist on duty who was very kind and helpful, but that has occured just after my arrival (a flight included) and it was a long day. The lobby is grand and the rooms may be considered luxurious if furniture wouldn't be tired.

There were some missing items that are usually provided by four-stars hotels such as slippers, body lotion and a bath robe. On the flipside, the room I got after changing the first one had a tea/coffee maker, which was very convenient. Some older guys at the front desk may be too formal or cold. Even if they expect customers to be civil, a little friendliness goes a long way, especially in the hospitality industry.

Abbiamo soggiornato allo Zanhotel Europa e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La camera era molto pulita, confortevole e ben curata e la pulizia è stata davvero impeccabile. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, sempre cortese e professionale. Anche la posizione è molto comoda per visitare Bologna e raggiungere il centro. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo senza esitazione.

L’unico aspetto che abbiamo trovato meno positivo è stata la colazione non inclusa nel prezzo del soggiorno, che prevede un supplemento. Sarebbe sicuramente un valore aggiunto se la colazione fosse inclusa nella tariffa, o se venisse proposta con un costo più contenuto.

Ottima posizione poco distante dalla stazione di Bologna centrale. Camera ampia con mobili in legno dotata di tutto l’occorrente. Letto e cuscini comodi. Colazione internazionale molto ricca. Pulizia e personale molto efficiente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Bardzo czysty hotel przepyszne śniadania, bardzo miły, uprzejmy i pomocny personel.

Tutto perfetto, staff gentilissimo e capace di risolvere prontamente i problemi, nella mia stanza c'era un fastidio rumore di acqua proveniente dalla stanza accanto e dopo aver tentato di risolverlo lo staff mi ha prontamente cambiato di stanza. E vicino alla stazione, 5 minuti a piedi, pur essendo in una via non particolarmente trafficata, nelle vicinanze farmacia, bar, ristoranti e pizzerie

Come avevo letto in altre recensioni l'insonorizzazione tra stanza e stanza è minima, si sentivano perfettamente i dialoghi e le telefonate delle stanze accanto. Credo sia necessario un intervento con pannelli fonoassorbenti o qualcosa di simile, per rendere questo hotel perfetto.

Lovely comfortable room. It was hot in Bologna - 37C but every time we went into reception of Zanhotel it was a soothing relief of wonderful a/c! Great showers and very friendly helpful staff. Great location as close to the train station.

Perfect location, close to the train station, about 10 minutes away from the city centre. Very good breakfast, there was even decaf coffee. The staff was really helpful, they recommended nice restaurants with local food.

The hotel is round the corner from the main train terminus, and at a short distance from the city centre. The hall and the rooms have a somehoe palatial aspect, which is reflected in the size of the latter. The bed was.comfortable and very clean. But above all I want to congratulate the reception staff for their kindness and professionalism.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch. Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Von dort fahren sowohl ein Expresszug als auch ein Bus zum Flughafen. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders angenehm fand ich, dass dort auch Deutsch gesprochen wird. Außerdem hat mir der klassische, etwas nostalgische Stil des Hotels gut gefallen.

Das Standard-Doppelzimmer war sehr klein und die Möbel waren insgesamt alt, ebenso waren die Tapeten teilweise deutlich abgenutzt. Leider waren nachts die sehr laut laufenden Waschmaschinen sowie ein Staubsauger zu hören, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Die Kissen waren für mich persönlich unbequem, und das Bett war eher hart und nur mäßig komfortabel. Im Badezimmer waren außerdem einige kurze, schwarze Haare zu finden. Die Flasche für die Bodylotion war leer und wurde offenbar nicht ausgetauscht. Außerdem gab es keine Bademäntel im Zimmer. Da der zweite Aufzug außer Betrieb war, musste man teilweise lange auf den einzigen funktionierenden Aufzug warten. Das Frühstück würde ich mit 5 von 10 Punkten bewerten.

Durante la prenotazione era scritto colazione inclusa ma dopo il pagamento c'era scritto che la colazione si poteva fare in struttura ma a pagamento in loco. Il costo è 15 euro a persona, anche se a buffet, quindi con molta scelta, è stata una sorpresa non fosse inclusa nel prezzo booking

Die Lage ist super, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und gleich im Zentrum. Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden, eingezäunt, 100 m vom Hotel entfernt. und das Personal wars sehr freundlich.

Bellissimo hotel , super pulito , vicinissimo al centro .. 5 minuti a piedi ! Addetti alla reception molto professionali e super gentili che ci hanno fornito ottimi consigli per la visita della città Consiglio uso del posteggio privato (non custodito ma protetto da alte inferriate) .... si è in zona centrale dove ci sono posteggi esterni pubblici che sono comunque a pagamento e non vale la pena lasciare l'auto in zona stazione...

I like the location and it is just around 5 minutes walk from the train station. The room is very clean and tidy. It provides everything that I need. The staff at the reception, upon check-in, is friendly and helpful. He made the check-in process simple and convenient.

Can't really think of what I dislike about this hotel because everything worked well for me.

It has been the second time at this hotel. Comfortable beds. Best sleep in a long time. Close to the railway station to go beyond Bologna.

At breakfast somebody brought their dog in. We know that the hotel is animal friendly, but we believe that is a little bit too much.

Salle de bains pas pratique (serviettes en surnombre et à l'usage pas toujours très intelligible, pas de savon au bidet, les flacons du lavabo et de la douche étant inamovibles, mais surtout le rideau de douche coulissant très lourd avec le quel je me suis coincé le doigt et c'était vraiment très douloureux !).

Lovely, elegant, restored beautifully, with taste and care. The colors are beautiful. My room was smallish, but with a large, modern bathroom and big, expensive-feeling towels. Very close to train station and centro. Highly recommend.

Sadly, the surroundings are a bit shabby, but not dangerous. The beds....when, oh when, will they stop putting 2 twin mattresses together and calling it a "double" or "queen" bed? Not a deal breaker. The place is great.

People adjoining us (school party) had a gathering in room and were noisy, disturbing us in early hours. Had to go down to reception at 2.30 am and they contacted the room and after that the situation was resolved

We were pleasantly surprised at the standard of this hotel for the price. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The air conditioning, wifi and hot water were very good. The room contained a bar fridge and there was a lift to our floor. I wanted to make tea and a kettle was immediately delivered to the room on a tray with tea bags and coffee sachets. It was less than five minutes walk from the train station but around 10-15 minutes to the centre of the old town. It felt safe to walk in the area at night. A grocery store was also five minutes walk away. Overall, a very professionally run and clean hotel.
