Het uitzicht vanuit mijn kamer met zeezicht 😎 . Slapen met de schuifraam open en de zee horen op de achtergrond 💙🤍. 10 minuten wandelen tot het centrum . De kamer en badkamer was prima . Prijs kwaliteit verhouding goed .

Vacker utsikt från frukosten. Värdinnorna som cerverade frukost väldigt hjälpsamma. Kvinnan i receptionen fixade så vi fick med oss frukost vid tidig utcheckning. Nära, hamnen och stranden!

The bed (Room 202) mattress was a disgrace. Like a block of concrete, couldn't sleep in it or barely want to be in the room. Very very basic Breakfast buffet was bery basic also No bacon a d pretty limited everything else. Staff were very brisk and not very welcoming throughout our 2 night stay Would not recommend or stay again

Liegt direkt am Meer. Frühstücksterrasse mit Meerblick. Super Frühstück. Zimmer schlicht, aber sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Empfangsbereich stylisch eingerichtet.

Seltsamerweise muss man jedesmal die Zimmerkarte an der Rezeption abgeben, wenn man das Hotel verlässt.

The location was super walkable, and the breakfast buffet each morning was great! The view was so pretty! I would highly recommend staying here.

The staff in this hotel are amazing. So friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are fab with spanakopita or tirapita most mornings as well as eggs, cold meat and cheese, fruit, yoghurt and cereal, freshly squeezed juice and choice of coffee. Our room was immaculately clean with fresh towels every single day and bedding changed every other day. The location is a bit of a walk (10/15 minutes) to the town but that means that it's very peaceful. We had chosen a sea view, and this was spectacular.

Could not fault anything.

Da vista para o mar e do pôr do sol que se via da varanda do nosso quarto.Quarto com frigorifico o que dá muito jeito. Boa limpeza. Do pequeno almoço com conida local e sabor caseiro. É um hotel familiar simpático. Perto do porto.Pode-se ir a pé para a vila onde tem bons restaurantes com vista mar. Fornecem toalhas de praia mediante uma caução de 10eur que depois é devolvida.

O preço foi alto para o tipo de hotel. Quarto e casa de banho pequenos.A praia mais perto, embora o mar seja incrivel e morno, não é incrivel. Tem que se alugar carro para se ir a praias melhores. No entanto, o hotel serviu para nossa estadia de 3 noites.

The location was perfect for first time visitors. Within walking distance to Parikia and with a beautiful view of the sea. Kiki was great helping us with taxi bookings and town recommendations.

The facilities are a little tired but our room seemed to have had a renovation. No kettle or tea and coffee are provided in the room.

Cercanía al puerto y a la estación de bus. Habitación cómoda para dos personas. Funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado. Las vistas mientras desayunas son una locura.

Le seul point positif c’est l’emplacement et prenez vue sur mer car ce n’est pas du tout beau de l’autre côté.

The hotel was close to the port and the beach. There were lots of restaurants on the promenade and the view from the hotel was outstanding. The staff was very helpful and nice, always smiling and welcoming. We really enjoyed the breakfast, there were many options, every day were some little changes.

Affaccio sul.mare bellissimo e posizione vicino al.centro, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi.

La.stanza è un po piccolina, soprattutto il.bagno. ma.ci si.puo adattare.

Beds were hard and when we tried to enter the hotel after we had already checked in, we were stopped and asked if we were really booked in at the hotel and the receptionist first had to verify that we had booked a room. We had to provide the room number for her to check and confirm first before they would let us go to our room.

The balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea was spectacular to see the sunsets and the sea color blues. The breakfast buffet was presented very nicely and delicious. Parikia had many great beaches which we attended. Although around the island the water temperature at the time was a little cold for me, my Goddaughter had a fabulous time swimming.

We had to rent a buggy to get around the island. Even getting up to the hotel from the town square was difficult for me because I was walking with a cane and wouldn't been able to get to the hotel without transportation. My young Goddaughter made the walk from the town square much easier.

Great staff and location, easy walk in to town for meals. Reception and kitchen staff all fantastic . Very tasty breakfast

The view was lovely and staff friendly and helpful. When I mentioned the problem we had with disturbing noise overnight, the staff member showed me to the source but said I would have to wait for the morning receptionist to arrive as she was unable to stop it. It was turned off at 8.30am. The morning receptionist was very friendly and apologetic. She offered us an alternative room but with just one other guest in what is possibly a 50 room hotel, we shouldn’t have been allocated our room as clearly the staff were aware of the problem with the noise which was far worse where our room was located. There was a good breakfast selection but the two ‘hot breakfast’ items (eggs and sausage rolls) were luke warm. This was probably because they were being heated with three small tea-light candles. Our experience is that quality hotels have electrically heated warming trays. The fresh orange juice was very good.

Our major issue was the loud continuous noise overnight - first night off and on. I recorded videos but unsure these can be downloaded onto this review. The overnight staff member indicated she also found it annoying. I asked if it was coming from the laundry but she said no. I continued to question her about the source and she beckoned me into a small kitchen to the right of the lift. It was incredibly noisy. I wondered if it was linked to the air conditioning.There was also a small window to the outside on the stairway between the Ground and First Floor. I opened it as the noise was particularly loud there. There was a large very noisy pipe - again the air conditioning? It really did disturb our sleep. In our room (102 I think), the en-suite was difficult to navigate. The toilet is virtually under the corner of the washbasin and it was necessary to be careful not to knock your knee! The shower leaked across the bathroom floor. Water was coming through the grouting at floor level. Never before have we forfeited the cost of a night’s accommodation which we did because the experience was so bad. I was advised that because I had made the booking through Booking.com that a refund would not be possible. It sounded as if they might have made a refund if I had booked direct but I’m not 100% sure on this. The cost was just over £100 per night. The nearby ‘beach’ is not accessible from the hotel and looked nothing like the photo in the hotel images but don’t bother because it’s mostly rocks with a few small sandy areas. The beach at Pariakia is small but lovely and sandy. Golden Beach is sensational. We moved to another hotel close by - Pandrossos - from 2/10 to 10/10 - see my review when published. Cost £90 per night. By comparison we felt we were staying at the Ritz - so welcoming too. Reviews in any way critical seem to receive abrupt, defensive, aggressive responses. There is no apology or empathy whatsoever. Suggest you look at review ranked in order of lowest.

The staff were available 24 hours and they were very kind. The closest beach was about a 5-minute walk. The port was about a 10-minute walk. The restaurants and shops were very close to the hotel too.

Algo retirado pero cómodo y llegas al centro en 5 minutos. El desayuno bueno y con una terraza espectacular y el personal super amable.

Los colchones de la habitación donde estuvimos necesitan un cambio. Es lo único.

Ottima posizione fronte mare anche se la nostra camera era orientata verso il monte. Ottima colazione e personale gentilissimo. Struttura pulitissima.

Location - just out of the way so you don’t get noise but not so far you can’t get to it. Local beach next door is wonderful. Breakfast has an excellent view.

The view!!!! One of the most beautiful views i had from a hotelroom. Very good breakfast! Such a nice and helpful staff! The room itself was also so beautifully decorated. It felt so light and clean. It was like being in a moviescen. That room with that view.

The bed. It was beautiful but it was rockhard. I had backpain after two nights.

Posizione comoda (10 minuti a piedi dal centro) e in una zona molto silenziosa, un tramonto bellissimo che puoi vedere dal balcone della tua stanza, colazione abbondante, personale molto gentile e reception aperta 24h su 24.

Stanza molto semplice.

I was with my family at Nikolas Hotel in July 2025. The hotel is conveniently located near Paroikia, there is parking available, it is clean, it has great view of the sea and sunset, breakfast is great and the staff were extremely kind and friendly. Ms. Kiki, Ms. Georgia, Ms. Angeliki and Mr. Pavlos made our stay even better. They advised my on beaches, restaurants and bars. Mr. Pavlos went out of his way replacing a small item which was broken accidentally by one of the cleaning ladies. He sent one of his staff to a local store to purchase a new one! I truly enjoyed sitting at the balcony in the morning, again during sunset and at night enjoying the view and serenity. Thank you to all four of you for your company and outstanding hospitality.
