The owner/host met me at reception and showed me to my room as well as giving me some ideas on what to do and see in the area. It was a 5 min walk to town for restaurants and shopping etc. and we had beach access right at our spot. They were incredibly nice and thoughtful.

Il balconcino del nostro appartamento (il nostro era il numero 9) era posto in prossimità di una strada a elevata percorrenza di auto e motorini quindi abbastanza rumoroso. Il bagno è davvero piccolo. Prezzo pagato (150 euro a notte) forse un pò alto, ma è agosto e ci può anche stare considerando i prezzi di Paros.

La gentilezza e la professionalità della proprietaria. La posizione ottima e la visuale del mare dalla terrazza e spettacolare. Dormire con il rumore del mare è qualcosa di unico.

Comodissima la posizione Rooftop per tramonti mozzafiato Comoda terrazza privata con vista mare laterale dove rilassarsi e stendere i vostri indumenti. A pochi passi scendendo al mare c’è una caletta sempre deserta in cui fare un tuffo all’alba o al tramonto Host sempre sorridente e pronta a darvi consigli

Il bagno necessita di un rinnovo e la stanza potrebbe essere più curata . Asciugamani secchi e duri e prodotti per igiene personale di bassa qualità

Owners were amazing, warm, welcoming and provided many helpful tips. The private beach is beautiful and peaceful with very few people. Perfect location close to everything.

There could be better darkening curtains. Bathroom fan wasn’t working.

Everything was amazing! Our room was beautiful, spotless, and always kept clean. The view was absolutely fantastic, and Ntina was always there to help us with anything we needed. Thank you so much for everything — we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! ❤️

L'appartamento aveva una meravigliosa vista sul mare, pulizia ottima e personale super disponibile e accogliente. Struttura comoda anche se si alloggia sull'isola senza auto o motorino, il porto dista circa 20 minuti a piedi.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Paros e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! È stato tutto perfetto, dall’appartamento alla posizione, fino all’accoglienza. La casa è bellissima, curata, pulita e molto accogliente, con tutto quello che serve per trascorrere una vacanza in totale tranquillità. La posizione poi è davvero fantastica e comodissima per godersi Paros al meglio. Ma una menzione speciale va sicuramente a Diana: super carina, gentile e disponibilissima! Ci ha accolti con grande calore e ci ha dato tantissime informazioni e consigli utilissimi su dove andare, cosa vedere e dove mangiare. È stata davvero preziosa e ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e abbiamo lasciato Paros con dei bellissimi ricordi. ❤️

Es waren nicht alle Zimmer gleich ausgestattet z.B. hatten unsere Mitreisenden eine Kaffeemaschine und Wasser in ihrem Zimmer. Nachts kann es durchaus lauter sein, da es an der Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt.

La gentilezza di Dina è la dolcezza del suo papà (che più volte mi ha aiutata a parcheggiare). Struttura vicina al centro ma allo stesso tempo fuori dalla confusione, calda e accogliente come essere a casa. Esperienza indimenticabile, porto questa casa e queste persone nel cuore. Grazie!

Dina è una host molto accogliente e disponibile. La struttura è curata e con una bellissima vista sul mare e ha un grande terrazzo comune da cui si vedono magici tramonti. La camera è molto pulita (viene pulita ogni giorno) e la posizione è perfetta, comoda per raggiungere il porto e una spiaggetta sottostante la struttura. L’unica cosa che a mio avviso si può migliorare è la cucina: avere un solo fornello risulta scomodo per cucinare.

Nostos was everything i was expecting and more. The place its beautiful, the room with the balcony (one of the reasons for my reservation) was exceptional!! the view was amazing especially at sunrise... just by walking a couple of minutes you are in Parikia and its very safe to walk even at night... Dina was an incredible host, really really kind and always ready to help you with tips about places and beaches... talking about beach... there's a little beach at 2 min walking... its almost a private beach... all the things you see about nostos in booking its real... i would come back any time!!! im already missing been there!! thank you Dina for everything!!!

Napi 1db 30 ml tusfûrdő sampon egyben. Piperecikkek ez volt az oldalon, hât.. 4 napbòl 2x nem volt melegvíz este, reggel Lang you, mi elmosogattunk magunk után. A kávéfőző nem működött , a tv-t nem lehetett bekapcsolni. A hűtő fagyasztőrészéből mi kapartuk le a jeget, , hogy hűtsön.

Ambiente super accogliente e familiare. Ottima posizione, si raggiunge il porto di Paros a piedi. La vista dalla camera è meravigliosa, il balcone dove fare colazione impagabile. Centrale ma non immersa nel caos del centro. Tutto a portata di mano (market, negozi vari…). Si possono raggiungere a piedi due bellissime spiagge!

Struttura bellissima e proprietari gentilissimi, soprattutto Dina sempre disponibile e sorridente. La camera era super pulita con servizio di pulizia effettuato ogni giorno e la vista era a dir poco meravigliosa. Consiglio fortemente! ☺️

Établissement géré par une dame absolument adorable! Je voyageais seule avec mes enfants et elle nous a même offert un parasol de plage et des raquettes de plage. Le ménage est aussi fait tous les jours. Les équipements sont bien aussi.

Studio plus petit que ce à quoi je m’attendais, même si très correct. Et emplacement ok mais au bord d’une route très fréquentée.

Une vue sur la mer magnifique , l emplacementa proximitédu port de Parikia. Et surtout la gentillesse, la disponibilité et les conseils de Dina. Le papa de Dina ( un grec pour qui je porte une affection particulière )

La struttura è molto pulita e curata nei particolari, l’host accogliente e disponibile. È presente una terrazza a disposizione degli ospiti per ammirare un tramonto favoloso con tavolini e sedie per fare un aperitivo o mangiare qualcosa. Rimane vicino al lungomare e alla chora, però bisogna fare una piccola salita per arrivare dal porto, circa 15 minuti a piedi.

We had a wonderful vacation at Nostos. Our room was spacious and had a large terrace with a fantastic view over Parikia Bay, where we spent our relaxing evenings. One of the nicest things was the small, secluded beach just downhill from our apartment. It felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves. Dina, the owner, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent. Several tavernas are less than a 10-minute walk away, there's a supermarket just 7–8 minutes on foot, and the port can be reached in about 15 minutes.

Clean, great location, kind and beautiful host, perfect stay

The host is so kind and the rooms were great! The sea view is really beautiful with great sunsets, the shared rooftop is also beautiful! The location is perfect, we rented an ATV nearby to explore the island. You can walk from the port to the apartment!

Le paradis! Premier voyage en Grèce avec mes frères et sœurs et notre grand mère, nous avons eu la chance de réserver une chambre au Nostos Studio qui propose des petits studios avec kitchenette bien équipée, de la très bonne literie et un service de qualité premium ! La vue de notre chambre était paradisiaque, sur la baie de Parikia ainsi que le rooftop avec sa vue à 360 sur l’île aussi la petite plage très peu fréquentée au bas de l’hôtel est parfaite pour un petit bain matinal ou tardif ! Mais la plus grande qualité de cet établissement reste l’accueil et le sourire de Dina qui est toujours très attentionnée avec ses hôtes ❤️ Nous espérons avoir le plaisir d’y retourner et recommandons vivement cet établissement !!

This place felt like home .. I wanted to feel And experience not only the beauty of Paros but its culture and character. It provided all … turquoise water below my room .. Tina the host was also so helpful and made us feel at home and the accomodation gave me the real taste of character that Paros had to offer .

We had the most amazing stay and absolutely loved everything about this property! From the spacious, comfortable room to the breathtaking rooftop views, every detail made our stay special. The location couldn’t have been better—the beach is right below the property, and the main road with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants is just a few minutes’ walk away. We stayed for four nights in a triple room and really appreciated how spacious, clean, and comfortable it was, with beautiful views to enjoy every day. A special thank you to Dina and her father, who are such warm, kind, and welcoming hosts. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and were always happy to help with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you!!

A wonderful holiday at Nostos Studios at the end of June! The property is beautifully kept in every detail, from the common areas to the rooms, where absolutely nothing is missing. We had a room with a beautiful sea view, and the panoramic terrace is a true gem for enjoying marvelous sunsets. Making the stay even more special was the exquisite kindness and availability of the owner, who was always smiling. Everything was perfect, we will definitely be back!

Unico neo, ma questo nella maggior parte delle strutture sull’isola, non c’è un parcheggio privato e le strade sono un po’ pericolose bisogna fare attenzione, anche se spesso trovavamo parcheggio accanto all’hotel sulla strada

otelde kahvaltı yok. odalarda küçük bir mutfak var. biz her öğün dışarıda olduğumuz için kullanmadık. Deniz manzaralı odası gerçekten bir tablonun içerisinde gibi hissettiriyor. Dina, çok güleryüzlü ve çok yardımcı. Bu yüzden çok konforlu bir tatil geçirdik.

Odalarda yatak başuçlarında priz olmaması dezavantajlı bir durum. Bir de odalarda otel terliği yok. Belki dina'dan istenirse çözüm bulabilirdi, biz istemedik. Temizliği ve konforu çok güzeldi. Otel misafirleri çok sesliydi sabah çok erken saatte, bir de bu kontrol altına alınabilirdi.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Fin dal nostro arrivo ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati come in famiglia. La proprietaria Dina è una persona splendida, sempre disponibile, gentile e attenta a ogni esigenza. Anche suo papà è stato davvero fantastico, con la sua simpatia e la sua cordialità ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La struttura è curata, pulita e in una posizione comoda per visitare l'isola. Grazie ai loro consigli abbiamo scoperto posti meravigliosi e vissuto una vacanza indimenticabile. Se torneremo a Paros, il nostro punto di riferimento sarà sicuramente Nostos Studios. Consigliatissimo!

Walking on the road towards the town is a little hard

Nos enamoró desde el minuto 1. El lugar maravilloso, encantador, las vistas al mar desde la habitación, inmejorables; la hospitalidad y amabilidad de Dina nos las llevamos para el recuerdo. La terraza de arriba una preciosidad. Confort y equipamiento de la habitación 100% a nuestro gusto, no nos queríamos ir. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

La única pega que las esquinas de piedra de la ducha estaban un poco sucias, pero sin mayor importancia.

The warm welcome set us up for a wonderful stay in Paros. We arrived from Milos which had been so quiet and we were initially surprised at how busy Parikia is. But this quickly turned to positive when we arrived at Nostos studios and were shown our room. Authentic greek in every way, spotlessly clean and sunset balcony - not to mention the roof terrace. There is some traffic to be negotiated but we were able to shop nearby for our supplies and make great use of the bus. Dina and her family work very hard to make you feel at home.

Sehr nette Gastgeber mit schöner Dachterasse. Nur 10 Fussminuten zur Stadt und 2 Minuten zum Meer. Wir würden wieder kommen.

The property is located in a beautiful area with stunning ocean views. We loved everything about our stay including the daily room cleaning and the very friendly owners who were always very helpful and responsive. We specially liked our daily morning dip in the ocean. We can’t wait to be back!

I can’t think of anything we did not like.

Lovely sea view and the balcony, with its cafe table and chairs, meant we could enjoy it. Short walk to the sea front and all the restaurants. Very helpful and pleasant owner .

First of all, I would like to thank Dina for hosting us. She was incredibly kind and helpful, providing useful information about the accommodation and the local area. The property offered excellent value for money, with a lovely sea view from the balcony and all the necessary facilities and equipment in the room. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Super séjour chez Nostos Studios. L’hôte nous a chaleureusement accueilli et nous a aidé et guidé tout au long de notre séjour. Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. L’appartement était spacieux et propre. Nous avons adoré la terrasse vue sur mer et surtout la crique à seulement quelques mètres. Le rooftop est très appréciable pour siroter un verre et admirer le magnifique coucher de soleil. Le studio est à seulement quelques minutes du centre ville.

Appart-hôtel familial très sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Une crique est accessible au pied de la résidence. DINA MAVROPOULOU est vraiment une hôte bienveillante. Une grande terrasse sur le toit est accessible pour faire des prises de vues sur la baie et déjeuner si le cœur vous en dit. Supermarché et commerces alimentaires à proximité.

La proximité de la route principale de l’île. Différentes catégories d'appartements offrent une vue sur la mer, mais le nôtre était traversant, avec la fenêtre de la cuisine donnant sur la rue.

We loved out stay at Nostos Studios! The Host was really a lovely Person. The view from our Apartment and the rooftop terrace was stunning! The Room was Well equipped and overall everything was decorated with Lots of love! 🌸 Also we really liked the Beach nearby!

Our Room was located to a very busy street, would reccomend Packing Noise cancelling.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή στην Παροικιά της Πάρου! Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, πεντακάθαρο και με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα. Η καθημερινή καθαριότητα ήταν πραγματικά άψογη και έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Το δωμάτιο διέθετε πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κουζινάκι και πολύ καλό ψυγείο, κάτι που μας εξυπηρέτησε ιδιαίτερα. Ιδιαίτερα θέλουμε να ευχαριστήσουμε την Κωνσταντίνα, η οποία ήταν εξαιρετική, πάντα χαμογελαστή, ευγενική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

We had a wonderful 4-day stay. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with an ideal location — close to cafes, restaurants, the port, and the bus stop. I would especially like to highlight Dina as a very warm and attentive host. My friends and I highly recommend this place 🙏🏻😊

First of all, Dina was an amazing host, always available to help with any questions you may have or to offer recommendations for anything you may need. Our apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Also the view from our balcony of the beach was amazing along with the terrace view at sunset. Location was excellent with a short stroll to town and also a short walk down the hill to a private beach. Highly recommend staying at Nostos, lovely family run apartments, look forward to returning one day.

La terraza es lo mejor! Increíble para ver el atardecer. La anfitriona nos recibió súper bien, nos dio muchos tips para conocer el lugar y movernos por la isla. Tiene una parada de bus muy cerca pero igualmente se puede caminar al centro de parikia. Todo prolijo, ordenado y limpio. Además muy pintoresca la decoración.

La struttura è perfetta per una vacanza in coppia, la nostra stanza vista mare godeva anche di uno splendido tramonto, visibile ancora meglio dalla terrazza aperta a tutti gli ospiti. È presente un servizio di pulizia giornaliero molto efficiente. La host è molto accogliente e gentile, disponibile per tutte le nostre esigenze. Inoltre la struttura è raggiungibile dal porto a piedi, però lontana dalla confusione, infatti consiglio in quanto un isola abbastanza grande l’affitto di un mezzo. Se torneremo a Paros torneremo sicuramente al Nostos studios!

What truly touched me the most was being hosted by a family. It brought me back to the Greece of my childhood where 'filoxeneia' was held in the highest regard. Smiling, honest, hard working and bursting with enthusiasm, Dina and her family went above and beyond to welcome us and to lend us all their local expertise on where to eat and swim. The family dynamic is what made this place so sweet, dad pruning the bougainvillea and daughter offering me a greek coffee when I couldn't quite open my eyes. Greece was built on this level of hospitality, yet these days, it is not often found. Our room was sublime. We awoke each morning to have coffee on our veranda, facing the sparking aegean sea. Every room has this sea view, so you cannot go wrong! Each angle was thought of, all representing the classic Cycladic style. The elegant decor in the hotel was from the Greece of long ago, echoing myths of gods and mermaids. We enjoyed our last dinner on the rooftop, while watching the sunset. Nothing short of paradise found. The location was fantastic, just a short walk into the old town of Paroikia, close to the port. In Greek the word Nostos represents the cyclical journey of the soul from where he begins- back to himself. Nostos is a certain kind of homecoming, epic and by sea.

The Nostos Studio accommodation was lovely! Had a fantastic view overlooking the Port and sea and there was access to the rooftop too for even more views. Clean and tidy accommodation, would recommend.

Pension familiale avec un accueil chaleureux et sympathique ! Chambre correcte avec vue sur la mer depuis la petite terrasse… Une petite plage est accessible à deux pas !… Magnifique terrasse partagée devant la mer en roof top ! On a passé un très bon séjour ! Merci pour votre gentillesse !
