Lovely clean room, modern and breakfast included. Great location.

Our family room was very small.

The room and hotel as a whole was very clean. The inside of the hotel had a very "home" like feel. Very nice stay overall.

Breakfast was kind of mid but it was included so I can't complain

Great location. Easy to reach ferry port and train station. Few minute walk to main square with shops and restaurants. Supermarket next door.

Air conditioning switched off if you opened the balcony door, so if someone was still inside the room they would no longer get air conditioning, even if you shut the door behind you straight away. Which meant they had to get up and turn it back on. That’s my only negative feedback.

Расположение отеля.Отель чистый,приятная обстановка.К морю минут 15. Есть парковка-платная. Особенно хотим отметить Рози,благодаря ей наш номер сиял😊. Полотенца белоснежные,постель тоже. Завтраки,как для такого небольшого отеля-очень разнообразные и вкусные.Хотя мне нехватало арбуза. В целом нам все понравилось,рекомендую.😊

Единственное-подушки не совсем удобные и твердые.

Posizione perfetta, struttura nuovissima e pulitissima

Tutto perfetto, personale gentile e a disposizione per qualsiasi info o richiesta. Struttura centralissima (sulla strada principale), pulita e organizzata. Mi è piaciuta così tanto che non volevo andar via. Consiglio l'aperitivo al tramonto su in terrazza, è un qualcosa di straordinario.

Camera pulita e confortevole, colazione molto gradita e posizione davvero comoda, sia per il centro che per la vicinanza alla stazione della Circumvesuviana e alle fermate degli autobus. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Ubicación perfecta, a menos de 5 minutos de la estación de trenes y los autobuses que llegan desde Nápoles y, al mismo tiempo, casi en el centro de la ciudad.

Habitación muy ruidosa, podías oir perfectamente las conversaciones de las otras habitaciones y también se oían mucho los aparatos de los aires acondicionados, llegando a vibrar incluso la habitación.

The property is located in the heart of Sorrento, close to all the city's attractions. The room is equipped with everything you need, including toiletries and tea/coffee. The room was comfortable for two people and had air conditioning—a must in the summer! The service

There aren’t negative experiences about our stay. Since our room was near the elevator, we often heard loud noises early in the morning from carts (probably used to prepare breakfast) as well as from people with bags coming and going. As the common spaces are very tiny, so it’s easier to hear everything through the walls.

Excellent stay! The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Sorrento. It was an ideal base for our trip, with easy access to the train station, the main streets, shops, and restaurants. We loved being able to pop back to the hotel whenever we wanted to freshen up without having a long walk. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of choice. We were also celebrating my mum’s birthday during our stay, and the team made it extra special by surprising her with a beautiful stack of birthday pancakes. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her day even more memorable. The rooftop bar was another highlight of our stay. The setting is stunning, the atmosphere is lovely, and the cocktails were excellent. The Aperol Spritz from the rooftop bar was my favourite of the entire trip! The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Schöne Dachterrasse sinnvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Nicht groß, aber völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und besonders lecker. Mit der Lage und der Dachterrasse definitiv ein kleines Highlight auf unserer Italien-Reise.

Die Dachterrasse war abends gegen 18 Uhr leider noch nicht auf, als wir und ein paar andere Gäste einen Drink trinken wollten (obwohl die Bar auf haben sollte gem. Öffnungszeiten). Das war etwas schade.

Great Location in the middle of Sorrento! Easy access to all the restaurants, shopping and only a 20 min walk to the beach (would highly recommend Peter’s Beach Club!) The staff were so friendly and VERY accommodating & helpful from the front desk staff (the manager was so hands on and would make sure we were taken care of) to Rosie at the Roof Top Bar (which was so cute & relaxing btw after a long day at the beach) to the chef at breakfast! I cannot wait to come back to Sorrento and will definitely stay at Hotel Sorrento City! Thank you!!!

Absolutely fabulous small boutique hotel in a great location. Everything was spotless and top notch quality, the bed was so comfy and the room was beautifully appointed. Small but perfectly formed! The staff couldn’t have done more, a special mention for Carmelita who really helped us out and to Roberta who ran the whole hotel wonderfully and made sure we had everything we wanted. We just wished we could have had longer in Sorrento.

Locatie is perfect: dicht bij het treinstation, op 10 minuten stappen van de haven en dichtbij het centrale plein. Supervriendelijk personeel (in het bijzonder Rosie!) en lekker ontbijt. Leuke rooftopbar.

De driepersoonskamer is misschien iets te krap om helemaal comfortabel te zijn. Het bed apart is net gepast maar toch goed geslapen door de vermoeiende uitstappen.

Excellent location, centrally located on the Main Street but can’t hear any traffic/noise. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, they helped us with everything we needed before and during our stay. Rooms very clean and modern. Roof top terrace was a very nice touch.

This is a beautiful clean hotel. We were greeted with smiles and kindness from the reception staff. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean modern and bright. Double glaze windows cut out the street noise. Bed was very comfortable. Shower had great pressure and hot water. Air conditioning worked well. The location was next to a supermarket and walking distance to port and the shops. The roof top bar was a bonus. The breakfast had a great selection and staff very friendly. Thank you and will come again.

It is not matter what wasn’t good bit small suggestion on breakfast: due to number of rooms eggs might be served on request then temperature would be perfect for consumption otherwise cold if you come not on time

De locatie is erg goed. Het ontvangst en de parkeerservice is ook prima. De lobby is sfeervol ingericht maar wel klein.

De kamers waren erg klein, de rooftop bar was ongezellig en sloot al om 20:00. Daarna was er geen ruimte meer om ergens te zitten, de lobby is daarvoor te klein. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig met vrijwel alleen maar zoete gerechten. De prijsverhouding is niet goed, de prijs was erg hoog.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the roof top bar although we did wish it would have been open a earlier in the afternoon to enjoy the sunshine! The room was small but comfortable for two people. It was fairly soundproof despite being on a busy street. The hotel is in an excellent location with a short walk from the train station and central in Sorrento.

O café da manhã era muito bom, com muitas opções para diferentes gostos. Café feito na hora de acordo com a preferência do hóspede. Localização excepcional, perto de tudo - mercado, lojas, restaurantes e há poucos minutos a pé da Marina, de onde saem a maioria dos passeios por mar para Capri, Positano e Amalfi. Equipe nota 10.

O quarto e o espaço do chuveiro um pouco pequenos, mas não foi um problema para nossa estada.

Wir hatten ein Classic Doppelzimmer room 303. Preislich kein Schnäppchen, sonst hätte ich vielleicht darüber hinweggesehen, dass es praktisch kein Tageslicht gab, man musste ganztags die Beleuchtung anmachen. Um zu sehen wie das Wetter ist, musste man vor die Tür gehen. Das lag daran, dass das Fenster in eine Art Lichtschacht mündete,
