Hotel Tasso Suites & Spa

Nada.

Continental Breakfast was great with lots variety of pastries & fresh fruits

High traffic front street.

locatie

I loved the location and the AC was strong. Staff very helpful.

Breakfast buffet could have used more fruit.

There wasn’t anything particularly special about the accommodation considering the price we paid. It was basically just a place to sleep, and I don’t feel that it offered good value for money.

The way the accommodation was advertised was quite misleading. The photos on Booking.com prominently featured the hot tub and massage facilities among the room photos, which made them appear to be part of the accommodation and contributed to the overall impression that we were paying for a more complete experience. However, after making the booking, we received an email explaining that these facilities were not included and that an additional £90 had to be paid to use them. Considering the price we paid, the accommodation itself did not offer anything particularly special. In reality, it was mainly just a place to sleep. I believe the additional charges and the way the facilities were presented in the listing should have been made much clearer before booking.

We had a fabulous stay at the Hotel Tasso suites. The hotel is in a central location right next to Piazza Tasso. We were in a Deluxe triple room with Terrace and it was great. The breakfast had heaps of options and made eggs and coffee on request. All the hotel staff were fantastic.

Everything perfect

Great location helpful and friendly staff, nice breakfast.

All good!

Niets

Very clean, location was great and staff very helpful.

Tasso Suites and Spa is an exceptional hotel and the single best aspect is the amazing location in Sorrento! Every morning I would wake up early and walk down the main shopping street Corso Italia that is a black away and filled with amazing boutiques and restaurants. The service from the entire Tasso team, namely Cat, Giuseppe, Rosella, Marilisa, and Josephine was friendly and helpful. My husband and I also loved the breakfast in the charming dining space complete with Italian cheeses, baked goods, fresh fruit and veggies, and hot eggs and bacon. I started every day with two caffe macchiatos served by friendly Rosella.

Location

The staff was not so kind

It was our second time in Tasso Suites, and we’ll be back for sure when we come to Sorrento. Absolutley central, you can walk to the port ( lift or foot) , to the train station as well. The shopping area and the walking street with restaurants steps away. The rooms are various , you can choose small or bigger, apartment as well. The breakfast is sufficiant. Sweet and salty choises. We were celebrating a birthday during our stay, they greeted us with prosecco, and we even got a delicious cake for the birthday as a gift. The staff is very kind and helpful. The lift is a big plus, since it is not common in italian buildings. Can be a little noisy since there a busy bar under it, but not every night. Hope to be back there soon !

This hotel has a great location but here a few bad things. The breakfast is small and has limited seating. Up until midnight for the past 2 days, we have heard loud music. We are going to have to complain. The staff is very nice, though. The layout of the rooms is questionable, and because of the noise,e the atmosphere is not that enjoyable.

Hotel in pieno centro di Sorrento, molto pulito e staff molto preparato e gentile

Niente da dire è stato tutto perfetto 💯

Piccola struttura in centro a Sorrento, posizione eccellente, staff premuroso

The room was modern with all the amenities. The staff at reception were super helpful in guiding through the place. Beside this ane the cleanliness, what stood out is the help they extended. I had to extend my stay with the hotel due to unforeseen events and the hotel immediately helped and charged me so reasonably.

OTTIMA POSIZIONE E STAFF GENTILE ED ACCOGLIENTE

Location and reception staff

The hooks in the bathroom were too high for people of average height, no capsules for the coffee machine (but we did not ask about them), the ceiling lights were way too bright but it may be a personal preference, there was no choice of fruit at breakfast, only a few very small pieces of melon

Situation centrale.

Accoglienza

Nulla

Posizione centrale, camera moderna e accogliente. Personale cordiale e disponibile

Tutto ok

The location is great. The room is smaller but comfy. The staff is friendly.

Room is Abit too small.

Good location and very helpful staff.

It was a bit noisy in the evening but that is because it is very central.
