Op een minuutje stappen vh centrum, ruime propere kamers, parkeerplaats subliem. Parkeerprocedure: eerst binnen aanmelden dan wordt de straatpoort automatisch door de receptie geopend. Opgelet: hotel bevindt zich in gebied met beperkte toegang maar hotelgasten mogen ongehinderd doorrijden. Aanwezigheid van airconditioning!

Ontbijt beetje chaotisch, gebrek aan personeel om alles opnieuw aan te vullen. Het meisje vd receptie moest tegelijkertijd ook zorgen voor het aanvullen van eten en dat terwijl er een piek in het uitchecken was. Spijtig, anders had dit hotel een 10 gekregen…

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top. Nur ein paar Minuten zur Innenstadt und der Kathedrale. Gesicherte Parkplätze standen immer zur Verfügung.

Das Personal, besonders beim Frühstück, war unfreundlich. Auch das Frühstück würde ich für diesen Preis nicht mehr buchen.

Достаточно просторный номер. Комната была на первом этаже окнами на парковку. Был виден собор и было тихо. Хороший номер для бюджетного отеля. Отлично, что есть парковка. Было очень удобно.

Время заселения указано 15-00, но когда мы подошли к стойке в 15-30, менеджер сообщила, что номер не готов. На мой вопрос, когда будет готов номер она не могла ответить. Т.е. она не могла даже сказать примерное время готовности номера. Я долго пыталась узнать у нее хотя бы примерно когда будет готов номер, через 1 или 2 часа или 3, но она просто отвечала, что не знает. В итоге я настойчиво попросила ее уточнить у коллеги, который сидел рядом и только тога получила ответ, что номер будет готов через 30 минут. Я так и не поняла причину такой некомпетентности менеджера и почему она не могла уточнить сразу после моего первого вопроса.

Goede ligging op wandelafstand van de Kathedraal en het mooie centrum. Parking ondergronds is zeer ruim. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Kamer aan straatzijde was klein en gedateerd. Badkamer was vernieuwd en netjes maar eveneens zeer klein. Ontbijt werd niet aangevuld. Het leek wel “op = op”.

On one side of the bed there are no electrical outlets at all—just two, old-fashionned USB-A slots, which none of my devices use, any more. The next closest electrical outlet under the window didn’t work at all. So, the only electrical outlets available were under the TV.

Te weinig personeel bij het ontbijt. Het was erg druk op zondagochtend, dus spullen werden niet tijdig aangevuld.

Das Hotel war sehr gut besucht. Beim Frühstück war eine junge Dame alleine sowohl für den Empfang als auch für den Service beim Frühstück zuständig. Das führte zu teilweise langen Wartezeiten beim Nachlegen, Abräumen, etc.

Die Nähe zu Kathedrale und zur Altstadt

Der Vorhang im Zimmer ist stark ausgerissen, die Zimmerdecke ist an der Stelle der Vorhangstange auch defekt. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist stark verstopft. Garagenplatz für 8.50 € konnte nicht mehr reserviert werden. Dafür wurde uns das Bahnhofsparkhaus empfohlen (für 17, 50 € für eine Nacht). Wir waren letztes Jahr schon auf der Durchreise in die Bretagne in diesem Hotel. Da wir sehr zufrieden waren, buchten wir wieder hier. Große Enttäuschung.

Ausgezeichnete Lage nahe Altstadt und Kathedrale. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Check-in und Check-out sehr unkompliziert.

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns ein Platz auf dem Parkplatz zugesagt. Es waren aber alle Plätze besetzt. Anschliessend wurden wir in die Garage verwiesen; auch da waren alle Plätze besetzt. Die Manöver auf engstem Raum hätte man uns ersparen können. Der Abfluss des Lavabos war hochgradig verstopft. So etwas sollte vom Reinigungspersonal gemeldet und umgehend behoben werden, bevor die nächsten Gäste kommen.

Personnel limite agréable, réceptionniste qui ne dit pas bonjour le matin, rideaux de chambre qui tiennent par le saint esprit. Terrasse pas entretenue,cendrier plein..etc Un hôtel qui devrait être entretenu un peu mieux..

Accueil chaleureux, personnel disponible et souriant, propreté des lieux.

La seule chose à déplorer est l'absence d'un restaurant, même s'il est aisé de trouver des solutions palliatives.

Excellent location. A very short walk to restaurants and the cathedral which is why we picked it. Modern and clean. Good shower and the air con worked well in the heatwave.

Breakfast could have been better, but it was French. Plenty of pastries and bread. The scrambled eggs and bacon were a hit or a miss as they were reheated in a water bath after coming out of the fridge. Too much work for someone who was also manning check outs at reception. She couldn't keep up with clearing tables and restocking the cutlery and crockery. We had periods of no knives, no cups or plates or cups and plates with no eggs or coffee.

Once we found the hotel which was difficult we enjoyed our stay, the location 350m from the Cathedral and restaurants was spot on.

The breakfast was chaotic you had to ask for everything which for a serve yourself buffet type was annoying juice machines not working people of various Nationalities wandering about bemused a poor show.

On m'avait garanti un stationnement et quand je suis arrivé, toutes les places étaient prises, j'ai été envoyé vers un parking public payant à 10 € la nuit ! pas terrible.

Pessima organizzazione durante la colazione. Le pietanze terminate non venivano reintegrate o ricomparvano con molta calma quando i clienti avevano ormai finito. Cuscini terribilmente alti e duri!

Einfachste Ausstattung, einfaches Frühstück zum satt werden. Es ist okay, aber nicht besonders .Dusche, kaputt, Dusche, setzt das Bad unter Wasser, Zimmertür klemmt, nur mit Körpergewicht ist der Eingang möglich. sollten die Mängel in anderen Zimmern behoben sein ist es sehr empfehlenswert.

Hotel was very well positioned close to the railway station and for walking into Chartres. Our room had great views to the cathedral. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The hotel seemed very short staffed and therefore stressed, including housekeeping, which meant that our room wasn’t ready even though the front desk thought it was and the bathroom wasn't detailed, (still hairs in the shower)

Ideal für einen Städtetrip in Chartres, zentral gelegen ( 5 min bis zur Kathedrale ), Bahnhof 300 m, Fahrradverleih 300 m, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Wir haben das Auto keinen Meter bewegt bis zur Abreise. Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern war hervorragend.

La posizione è davvero comoda per visitare il centro di Chartres e la camera davvero pulita. Molto pratico anche il parcheggio interno, anche se a pagamento.

In camera mancano un minifrigo e un bollitore, che fanno sempre comodo. Al check-out non c'era nessuno alla reception e ho dovuto semplicemente lasciare la chiave lì. Infine il prezzo della colazione, decisamente esagerato, tant'è che ho preferito farla altrove.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter la vieille ville haute de Chartres à pieds, parking dispo pas trop cher, la jolie vue depuis les chambres au 3ème étage (demandez la meilleure chambre: la 303 spacieuse avec ses 2 porte-fenêtres, (ou la 302 ou 304), donnant sur une terrasse privée immense, roof top avec vue sur la cathédrale), le confort de la literie, le calme, petit déjeuner buffet très correct, ascenseur.

Il manque la bonde pour le lavabo de la chambre 303. Les oreillers pourraient être moins durs. Mais sinon tout était parfait.

The only salvagable thing of this AWFUL place is the location and the pretty comfortable mattress. Period. Once you choose tour room type, DO NOT believe the pictures! They make the room look like they are decently sized WHICH THEY ARE NOT!

First off: the rooms are basically cages (with a dirty bathroom)! I mean, my husband and I couldn't WALK AROUND THE BED at the same time! The DECEPTIVE description reads 23 sq m, but they are BY FAR not that size: I'm an interior designer so I'm pretty capable of telling the difference! My net room space was 12-14 sq m TOPS! The description of my room also EXPRESSELY said there would be A SOFA, which at that point I was expecting, since I selected AND PAID for that kind of room. Well, no sign of it. There's basically no decent furniture nor equippment, you get some sort of shelf that should do as a desk, 1 single chair (in a double room), no armchair while 1 is always displayed in the pictures (I get it, an armchair would never really fit into that cage of a room, if not deceptively photographed!!!) and a very, very small clothing rack. Good luck putting your stuff in there! The rooms are not soundproof, you can hear the toilet flushing and the water running in the room next door, and people in the hallway. More good news: besides the 2 faint bedside table lights, there is only 1, useless, weirdly orange wall light for the entire room. ABSOLUTELY USELESS! Now back to the dirty bathroom I spoilered at the beginning of my review: we found hair and spots. GROSS! Now you can look at my pictures if you like. My suggestion? Pretty obvious, I guess: STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE!

Sa situation en plein centre ville avec un parking fermé, c'est rare! On peut visiter Chartres à pied depuis l'hôtel, c'est très agréable. La chambre est confortable, calme, et le petit déjeuner est très bon.
