チェックインが同じ系列のル・ルレ・モン・サン・ミシェルホテルなので、そちらに出向く事。少し雨が降っていましたが、私たちは、車だったので、問題ありませんでした。チェックアウトは滞在施設の入り口ボックスにキーを返すのみなので楽です。冷蔵庫はありません。

Wir hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, das bekamen wir aber erst nach Reklamation bei der hilfsbereiten Rezeptionsdame, die auch bei der Unterbrigung unseres Fahrrades hilfreich war, uns aber zunächst ein Zimmer im 1. OG über dem Hoteleingang direkt über der Straße zugedacht hatte. Eine Tiefgarage ist ganz in der Nähe, 23 €.
Das Frühstück war mäßig und dafür zu teuer., Unbequeme Sitzmöbel in dem engen Früstücksraum, die Anordnung des Frühstücks unzweckmäßig.

9 et non 10 car les supports à savon de la salle de bain se détachaient et le petit-déjeuner mériterait d’être plus fourni pour soutenir l’affluence aux heures de pointes.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Le confort global de l’établissement et surtout la literie au top ! Plus appréciable encore: une petite bouilloire, un petit frigo et mise à disposition de thé et café + tablette de chocolat dans notre chambre.
Parking non disponible dans l’établissement, on a dû se garer loin, dans un parking sous terrain assez couteux et aux allures peu « safe » pour y passer seule(s) de nuit (c’est le ressenti du moins, mais un des seuls où il restait encore énormément de places disponibles). Après quelques heures, on a pu se déplacer proche de la cathédrale, horaire nuit quatre euros (beaucoup mieux :) ! )

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Das Hotel liegt in guter Lage, die Zimmer sind komfortabel und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Es sind zwar 3 kostenpflichtige Parkhäuser in der Nähe, aber mit einem Dachkoffer kommt man nicht hinein. Wir mussten an der Straße parken, was in Chartres recht schwierig ist, da viele Parkplätze im Zentrum nur für 15 Minuten genutzt werden dürfen. Die Fugen im Bereich der Dusche waren schimmelig, was bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel (lt. Schild am Eingang) nicht akzeptabel ist. Das Frühstück war zwar reichhaltig, aber die Viennoiseries und das Brot waren aufgebacken - auch ein Minuspunkt für ein 4-Sterne-Haus.

Le forfait pour le parking (qui ne dépend pas de l'hôtel, mais un accord a été fait) n'est pas flexible. Nous avions pris l'option 17h/9h et sommes arrivé.e.s à 15h30. Cela a mené à des complications et à un entretien très désagréable avec l'agent responsable de la gestion du parking. La porte de la salle de bains claquait.

Mind that there is no parking in the hotel. There is very covenient public parking nearby, but on Booking.com there was information that the hotel had private parking and even charging stations for electric vehicles. After we made reservation, the hotel sent all information about all the parking situation and everything went really well, but probably Booking.com should update parking information accordingly.

Une suggestion plutôt, une collaboration avec une pet-sitter serait un plus. Faire garder, par une personne bienveillante, dans un endroit tempéré son chien serait un service qui pourrait être intéressant.

Address is 3 Rue Koenig but confirmation received states it is Rue Du Koenig which satnav couldn’t find so it was a complete nightmare finding the hotel. Hotel is advertised as having parking. It’s only when you have booked and parted with money that you find out it DOES NOT have parking. There is a car park down the road. We wouldn’t have opted for this hotel if we had known, I have arthritis which means we need to have access to our car on site -not down the road. The lift stopped working which because of my arthritis was a major issue. Climbing stairs with a very painful hip was inconvenient and unhelpful.

The staff were friendly and helful, but needed to advise of amazingly long but narrow municipal, car park. Entry was close by, but due to dis orientation I ended up parking underground 8 min walk away Did not have dinner or breakfast but hotel did give a list of recommendations. Hotel is located very conveniently close to city centre
Chartres traffic is bad; bus lanes have halved traffic capacity and traffic light signals are very poorly coordinated innChartres. Central location. Means use of municipal car park which once you know is well organised.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026We had a lovely room with view of cathedral. Very good location. breakfast was simple but sufficient just not as good as an Ibis Styles.
Room service food was poor albeit we were warned there was a limited selection. As we had our dog with us and it was 30 degrees outside we decided the safest thing to do was remain in the air conditioned room amd ordered dinner which arrived in jars! Follow advice and eat out.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Very comfortable hotel close to city center and cathedral. Did not have breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was really friendly.
Instructions to enter closest parking garage were a bit unclear. We ended up at the wrong end of a huge garage, having to walk a long way with our luggage.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Hôtel bien situé, proche du centre et du parking. Personnel souriant, accueillant et agréable. La chambre est grande et propre. Le petit déjeuner est relativement bien diversifié et la salle est calme.
Café dans la chambre très moyen (style chicorée) et l'eau dans le frigo a un goût fort et désagréable, probablement en raison de l'emballage.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Super séjour dans l'hôtel Mercure. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec un bébé (avec un lit et une mini baignoire à disposition gratuitement). Le personnel a été très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner était de qualité et varié. L'emplacement est idéal : à deux pas du centre ville de Chartres et à moins de 10min à pied de la gare.
