We decided to stay in this hotel for the second part of our honeymoon as it looked to be a lovely hotel and in an area of more nightlife. When we arrived we checked in and went our room. We paid extra for a pool view room however the pool could not be seen because of the trees and sunbathers. The pool area was chaos, sunbeds everywhere and none left when we arrived. The bathroom in our room had lots of mould around the shower tray and sink. When we complained about it, reception said that they were fully booked so they couldn’t accommodate a change of room. As this was our honeymoon it was very upsetting having to move hotel due to poor conditions. We would not recommend this hotel as we feel the situation was not handled appropriately.

A part le fait qu'il faisait un peu chaud dans les chambres (climatisation pas très efficace) il n'y a rien à redire.

Chambre n'est pas au standing de 4*- wifi faible et instable- même pas un cleenex dans la salle de bain - odeurs des cuisines pestilentielles. ménage fait express avec oublie de poubelle laissée sur la table et oublie de fermer la porte- cette chambre ne devrait pas être donné aux clients.

La qualité de l’hôtel , la piscine les différents restaurants et le super petit déjeuner au top ! Pareil pour le buffet du soir . Le personnel était très pro et très accueillant ! Rien à redire

Breakfast was lovely with an excellent choice available. only issue was that i found it to be cold when you sat at the table to eat any of the cooked food. on the plus side the coffee is delightful. and I loved the yoghurt and fresh fruit station. I am gluten free - I didn't see any gluten free bread The pool area is immaculate, and the staff are so friendly. location of the Hotel is excellent for access to everything. Even a short walk to Las Americas or a taxi ride for around €5 Excellent - Air con in the room which was great in the 30° heat. Tea coffee option in room Fridge with chargeable Mini Bar. I didn't use the Mini Bar but I did use the fridge.

Everything was wonderful! Location and facilities top-notch, especially the swimming pools, amazing staff and the room very spacious. Definitely we coming back in the future! 10 out of 10 ❤️❤️❤️

The staff was really friendly, always willing to help. Thanks to "Preferred club" option, we felt very comfortably: great ocean view from rooms at 9th floor (J), nice terrase for breakfast, afternoon lounge, free drinks at pool area...very much recommended. The apartman 907 is spacy with two terraces. The food was very diverese, quite good.

The hotel is rather old, what documented cracked tiles in bathroom, rather scuffed furniture etc. The issue we faced after arrival was a strange smell in the room (909), the other (minor) issue was some noise due to air conditioning exhaust located above the terrase of the room 907. For going to a nice beech, you have to take taxi. Do not take UBER, they charge 5 time more than local service.

Nous avons eu la chance d'être upgradés, chambres spacieuses, très propres. Petit déjeuner buffet excellent Il y a beaucoup de monde en août, mais l'hôtel est très bien fait au niveau de ces espaces communs pour qu'on trouve facilement une table agréable pour le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Les restaurants de l'hôtel sont bons. Très belle terrasse du bar avec vue - comme la salle de fitness - sur l'océan. Très agréable pour un verre au coucher de soleil.

La piscine est jolie, mais un peu petite pour la taille de l'hôtel et surtout les transats sont vite tous pris si on n'est pas déjà autour de la piscine avant 10h. Dommage que la terrasse avec les lits sont réservés aux membres club. L'espace est immense donc il est dommage qu'il ne soit pas accessible à tout l'hôtel.

Centrale, rustige ligging tussen Playa Bobo en Puerto Colón. Zéér hulpvaardig en vriendelijk personeel. We waren bijzonder gecharmeerd door de vriendelijke en humoristische service van Alain en Joao in het restaurant. De heerlijke verse pannenkoeken waren een excellente start van de dag (bijzondere dank aan de lieve dame die de pannenkoeken bakte en mij wees op de 'palma de Gomera'-saus!). Leuk groot zwembad (helft oppervlakte had diepte van +-2,4m).

Le séjour a été fantastique. Nous devons souligner l'amabilité du personnel, leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme. Une mention spéciale pour Fabian de la réception qui a été attentif et proactif durant tout le voyage. La gestion des allergies et intolérances alimentaires a été incroyable avec une adaptation parfaite et des options de qualité proposées. le choix du buffet et des restaurants est vraiment très bien et c'est très appreciable d'avoir le service preferred avec milles attentions. Milles merci pour avoir rendu notre voyage vraiment relaxant. Nous reviendrons!!!!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le service très professionnel. Un grand merci à Octavian de la restauration et Nathalie a la réception. Le spa est vraiment super, massage, mani, pedi. Très belle qualité. Contentes de toutes les prestations. En formule Club le petit déjeuner est un bonheur pour démarrer la journée en plaine forme avec un service impeccable.

En général je privilégie les formules Club avec une piscine dédiée uniquement aux membres et une belle vue sur ĺocean…. Il nous manquait que ça!

Beautiful hotel area

Cockroaches - we saw cockroaches in the hotel, including near the buffet area. Poor-quality and unappetizing food - the food was, in our subjective opinion, very poor and of questionable quality. The buffet area was extremely hot, and the smell of something burning immediately killed our appetite. The food was arranged in a way that made the buffet look abundant, but in reality the choice was very limited and quite strange. We found almost all of the food unpleasant and were genuinely surprised at how basic ingredients could be prepared so poorly. We also suffered from stomach problems for more than one day. We cannot say for certain what caused it, but it may have been related to the cockroaches we saw near the buffet. Poor food storage conditions - ham and cheese were displayed right next to the working wok station, where it was extremely hot. Because of the heat, the ham and cheese were visibly sweating/melting, which looked very unpleasant and made us question how fresh they were. Uncomfortable and unstable bed - the bed consists of two separate single beds. Whenever a heavier person turns over, the bed moves across the room and wakes up the other person. The beds are also very narrow and small. Unpleasant bed linen - the bed linen is made of an unpleasant synthetic material and does not feel comfortable. Drinks at dinner are not included - nobody informed us that water was not free. Dirty windows in the buffet area - windows around the dining area were visibly dirty and covered with small flies. It looked as if the windows had not been cleaned for a very long time. --- We found several cockroaches in the hotel, including in the spa and, most importantly, near the buffet and dining areas where breakfast and dinner are served. Because of this, we no longer felt comfortable eating there. We decided to leave the hotel three nights earlier than planned.

Me parece un hotel incómodo, todo está muy separado nada pensado para personas con dificultades de movilidad , como vayas lesionado lo pasas verdaderamente mal . Todo son escaleras y distancias poco Cómodas . Además me encontré con alguna trabajadora poco amable y nada interesada en ayudar. Otra punto negativo es q hay tanta gente en las piscinas que nos resultó imposible coger unas hamacas . Seguro que no repetiré en este hotel

A great 4 star 🌟 hotel, good value for money. Guest relations lady offered us a welcome drink and seated us to wait for check in. Small gestures make difference. We bought a dinner buffet a couple of times and it was exceptional 👌 Breakfasts are great. Staff doing great work. All the best!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel – sauber, mit einem schönen Pool und einem tollen Fitnessstudio. Gutes Frühstück. Live Musik ab und zu. Leider kein Strand in der nähe.

Die Restaurants sind nicht zu empfehlen. Die Qualität rechtfertigt den Preis nicht. Es mangelt an Freizeitangeboten. Im Poolbereich gibt es kein Internet; man muss einen Highspeed-Internetzugang kaufen, was uns zuvor nicht einmal mitgeteilt wurde. Das haben wir erst am Ende unseres Urlaubs von anderen Gästen erfahren. Schade.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect - on the beach but walkable to Siam park. The bed was super comfy, staff were lovely and it was a real touch to get a room to shower for an hour as we checked out but had a late flight. Breakfast was massive, great selection

Before checking in, I requested a better room from customer service. However, upon arrival, I was given the noisiest room of its class. For two whole days, all I heard was the loud noise of bottles being thrown around in the middle of the night and the roar of an engine. One bad booking ruined my long-awaited vacation. Thankfully, I booked another hotel to make up for my lack of sleep. Thank you!

Beds were put together and constantly prying apart which impacted sleep.

The Hotel looks amazing, loved the building design, the gardens and pool areas. The room was large and comfortable food options very good, especially with a baby trying new foods

upon arrival we'd been upsold a drinks package and was told we could pay upfront per day to have unlimited drinks, seemed like a great deal and they'd mentioned using the multiple bars on the resort. When checking out they slammed me with a bill from all the drinks i'd had to then be told that the drinks package was only for drinks with dinner... this was not communicated when I checked in and really out a stain on what was generally a lovely holiday.

Everything was perfect: the hotel's atmosphere, location, breakfast, and the cleanliness of the room. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and it will be our first choice when we hopefully return in the future.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing and far below the standard we expected from a Hyatt property, especially after booking a VIP room. Housekeeping was extremely poor. During the first 5 days, the bed linen was not changed even once. Towels were not replaced regularly, and the shower was not properly cleaned during the entire 7-night stay. We also saw cockroaches in the room. The most serious issue was that 120 euros disappeared from my wallet in room 021. As far as I know, nobody entered my room during that period except the housekeeping staff. I immediately informed the hotel management, but instead of receiving help or seeing an internal investigation, I was simply told to go to the police. I was also told that I should have kept my money in the safe, which made me feel that the responsibility was being placed on me instead of the hotel taking the incident seriously. I filed an official police report (Atestado No. 12053/26). The hotel did not provide me with any written incident report or meaningful assistance and did not reassure me that they would investigate what had happened. In addition, the room I received was not the room type I had booked through Booking.com. I accepted it to avoid further inconvenience, but together with the poor cleanliness, the security concerns and the hotel’s response, this resulted in a very disappointing stay. I expected a much higher level of service, cleanliness, professionalism and security from a Hyatt hotel. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

Zimmer => Zimmer klein (wie früher gebaut wurde) Frühstück => Buffet und Sitzbereiche fantastisch => Personal freundlich, bemüht und nicht aufdringlich! Poollandschaft => angenehm groß, ausreichend Liegeflächen, gute Auflagen auf Sonnenliegen, kein Poolservice Sonnenliegen viel zu eng gestellt Hotelinfrastruktur => gut und sehr angenehm Hotelpreis => deutlich überzogen, so wie mittlerweile durch das "Dynamic Pricing" üblich! => nachdem ich die Preisgestaltung ausschließlich an der Kundennachfrage mittlerweile vehement ablehne, da sich dies in keinster Weise mehr an den tatsächlichen Kosten mit "angemessenem" Investitions- und Gewinnaufschlag mehr orientiert, werde ich Buchungen bei diesen vielerorts unverschämt bepreisten Hotels künftig nicht mehr buchen und mich ganz gezielt - unter Vermeidung von "marktbeherschenden" und ebenfalls völlig überteuerten Reiseveranstaltern (z.B. TUI oder REWE) - auf andere - fairere - Anbieter konzentrieren!!!

Die mittlerweile aufgerufenen völlig überzogenen und unverschämten Reise-, Hotel- und Nebenkostenpreise!!!

Powdered milk in the coffee machines, you need to go to the cereal section to find real milk. Only instant coffee in the room. Slow elevators. Cocktails were quite weak. Gym doesn't have many muscle building machines.

Nagyon igényesen kialakított hotel, szuper, trópusi hangulatú medencetérrel, kedves, figyelmes személyzettel. A Sunset Bar-ból és az edzőteremből csodás kilátással az óceánra, ami nekünk külön hozzáadott az élményhez. A hotel elhelyezkedése is remek, minden elérhető gyalogtávon belül, strand, kilátás, bolt és éttermek is.

A szobánk légkondjia sajnos nagyon hangos volt, így éjszaka nem lehetett használni, a reggeli lehetett volna kiemelkedőbb az ár-érték arányt tekintve, illetve a fürdőben nem volt sem elszívó rendszer, sem ablak. A parkolás irtó drága, majdnem annyiba került volna, mint maga az autóbérlés, de találtunk a közelben ingyenes variánst.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer sowie auf den Poolbereich. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und sehr abwechslungsreich – es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage ist ideal, da man alle wichtigen Orte bequem und schnell erreichen kann.

El complejo hotelero es precioso, el personal muy servicial y amable, la ubicación excelente, lo suficiente alejado del bullicio para poder descansar y al mismo tiempo cercano a playas, a opciones de ocio, de restauración y todo tipo de servicios que puedas necesitar.

La piscina es un poco agobiante porque está muy saturada de tumbonas y sombrillas, pero entiendo que son necesarias para dar servicio al mayor número de personas.

We got a pool view room and had one of the lower level rooms, which was fine and quiet, but if booking again think we’d go for a sea view!

We were very pleasantly surprised. Thanks to the administrators, they found a wonderful room with a view of the pool and partly of the ocean. The room is wonderful, always clean. Breakfasts are varied. We also decided to have dinner at the hotel every evening, the variety of seafood and delicious dishes was amazing. Everyone was very nice and polite. The spa is simply incredible, the massage is simply one of the best in life. Our first trip to Tenerife and I made the right choice of hotel. I want to return to this hotel again and again

Добрый день! Очень понравилась: стилистика отеля, просторный номер ( приорити номера), вкусные завтраки, зеленая - большая территория, приветливый вежливый персонал. Так же хочу отметить: статус приорити дает много дополнительных возможностей - которые сделают отдых еще комфортнее

Le buffet du soir pas à notre convenance, mais ceci dit, d’autres très bons restaurants possible sur place également compris dans l’offre demi-pension.

-Pas d après shampoing, c était de la lotion pour le corps.on a essayé d expliquer mais ils ont rerempli de lotion pour le corps -Bar extérieur non fumeur pourtant très grand,pour satisfaire tous le monde. -bouteille d eau a l arrivée et pas le reste de la semaine..

A notre arrivé on nous attribué une chambre en rdc de chaussée avec vu sur les poubelles avec passage des éboueurs a 3 6 et 7 heures du matin . on nous changé de chambre le lendemain, mais la mauvaise impression était installée. le buffet du diner était sans saveur et la plupart du temps les plat d'accompagnement froids

El desayuno me gusto bastante , la cena sinceramente no nos gusto nada y el resto de servicios no los utilizamos porque realmente fue poco el tiempo que estuvimos alojados

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel. Le cadre, le personnel, la propreté, le petit déjeuner, tout était impeccable. La piscine était agréable (pas trop froide). Nous avons adoré l’emplacement: on sortait et on se trouvait sur la corniche (avec cafés et restos) et à meme pas 5 min des plages.

J’aurais bien aimé avoir plus d’équipements/ articles de toilettes (pantoufles, brosse à dent, mouchoirs etc).

Staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful, it really stood out to us. The location was amazing pool area had a gate which leads right out onto the promenade. Restaurants in the hotel are fabulous we ate at the barefoot grill several times for lunch and it was amazing each time, we ate at the Babbo Steakhouse which was all delicious. No hassle at the pool area with sun beds, great towel concierge service plenty of beds and fabulous big pool. Rooms cleaned very well every day and loved the little details like the flower in the bathroom being changed every few days :)

My only critique would be that the pool needs a good clean

Great swimming pool, good food, excellent location, and the very comfortable bed.

I didn’t like that the waterfall in the swimming pool was not working. On several occasions, the staff were rude and unhelpful. In one situation concerning the safety of my room, I had to ask Booking.com to intervene because the reception staff refused to help and did not see any problem. The manager only responded after Booking.com’s intervention. Also, both the basic Wi-Fi and the Preferred Club Wi-Fi worked poorly.

Le décor paradisiaque et romantique. Accueil agréable avec Mareike qui parle français. Le buffet qualitatif absolument délicieux, variés avec un chef passionné pour nous servir Pedro. Le buffet à volonté n'est disponible que pour le dîner, on doit manger ailleurs le midi. J'aurais aimé pouvoir y manger midi et soir. Insonorisation manquante pour les chambres (mais voisinage calme donc on a pas eu de soucis)

Spacious, well appointed rooms. We had a sea view with a balcony, which made for stunning sunset views. Great amenities with a central location.

La ubicación y la comodidad.

La carne en mal estado del bufete de la cena, la poca variedad y las cucarachas paseando por la zona del pan (problema de higiene crítico), tuvieron el detalle de devolverme el dinero de la cena, hecho que no compensa el malestar estomacal, tampoco compensa lo que cobra el hotel por el hospedaje.
