Le menage mal fait dans les chambres, les serviettes de toilette qui étaient sales une fois sur 2 malgré qu'elles étaient changées!, le réfrigérateur dont les etageres plastiques cassées impossible de poser quelque chose dessus, sommiers des lits tachés, certains membres du personnel mal aimable a la réception parlants à toute vitesse en réponse à nos questions, ne cherchant pas à savoir si nous avions compris et repartaient aussitôt vaquer à d'autres occupations, heureusement le reste du personnel d'autres services était accueillant

Location is great, practically by the promenade and many restaurants, shops. Food buffet is amazing with many great options. Cleaning staff and waiters all really kind.

Cleanliness around the pool is extremely poor, we also had a big cockroach in the room and saw a few on the terrace. Room was otherwise clean and cleaning staff extra nice. Elevators are way too slow, you can wait a long time to get in one. Check in process is way to slow and rigid, we arrived at 1 in the morning with a small kid and it took more than 20mins. Additionally they charge 20 eur deposit per beach towel and at check out they did not return it proactively, we needed to remind them. Also the room with partial sea view for which you pay 200 eur more...if you sit on the balcony and do not stand or lean over, you do not see the seaside....

Lo mejor sin duda la comida, era todo de muy buena calidad. Y los empleados de 10. Los del comedor eres muy majos y educados y estaba todo súper limpio. La variedad y calidad de la comida un 10. El botones Julio fue muy amable, le damos más que un 10. Volveremos por allí

Que no especifican que en la media pensión no entra la bebida, por lo que te saldría más rentable la pensión completa

Nous avons aimé le service de réception qui nous as accueilli dès notre arrivée (Javier) et le réceptionniste (Julio) qui nous ont mis à l'aise. Cet hôtel est centré sur le bien être des familles et les activités (aquatiques + Kid's Club) pour enfants donc ayant un enfant en bas âge, c'était parfait. Le restaurant proposait des plats variés qui convenaient à tout le monde. L'attention du personnel ainsi que du personnel en salle était appréciable. On a senti que cet établissement avait une "âme" et avait à coeur le bien être de ses clients.

L'attente des ascenseurs. Sous-dimensionnés en été quand il y a beaucoup de clients. Cela est problématique quand on est en poussette ou avec des enfants en bas âge. Les finitions des chambres sont correctes mais un rafraîchissement serait nécessaire (joints dans la salle de bain, meubles..)

Temps d attente pour l ascenseur 15 minutes à chaque fois, queue pour le petit déjeuner. Piscine bondée, parking payant, pas de spa, pas de transats dispo car tous pris à 7h30, pas de serviettes de plage car les gens en prenaient 3 par pers, plage à 10 min et pas de transat de l hotel sur la plage il faut payer 6€ / transat bref je le suis pas du tout reposée ça gache la marque iberostar

El trato del personal, la variedad del buffet y las tres piscinas incluida las de toboganes para los más pequeños.

Las esperas interminables para poder usar los ascensores, a veces superando los 10 minutos. En momentos puntuales, desistías de esperar y muchos clientes ya bajaban directamente por las escaleras.

El agua de la piscina, sucia y turbia. Y la de los niños a las 17 ya daba la sombra. Las almohadas no eran muy de mi agrado.

Opnieuw zijn wij super tevreden van ons verblijf hier! Het personeel is echt 1 van de redenen waarom wij hier zoveel naartoe komen!! Het eten is echt super goed, de zwembaden zijn een paradijs voor kinderen, de animatieteams zijn ook buitengewoon goed hier! Beste hotel ervaring dat je zal vinden, dat is hier!!

The staff was fantastic throughout our stay, especially the animation team, Gaizka and the rest of the team, who were always friendly and made a real effort to make everyone feel welcome. Adam, the head chef, was also excellent, as were all the waiters, especially Marce. A special mention as well to Julio and the guys downstairs, who were always helpful and attentive. Everyone contributed to making our stay a really enjoyable experience.

The main downside for us was the location in Playa de las Américas. The area feels quite overdeveloped and touristy, with some parts looking rather run-down and dirty. It feels very commercial and heavily exploited by mass tourism, which takes away from the charm of Tenerife.

Maravilloso el personal. Todos encantadores, son unos grandes profesionales.

Muchísimo calor en las zonas comunes. Todos los shows en inglés destinados a extranjeros, ni las buenas noches dan en español. Estaría bien compaginar. En la habitación que nos tocó, la puerta del baño si la cerrabas te tenías que meter en el plato de ducha para abrirla ya que casi rozaba con el mueble del lavabo, demasiado justo.

Me encantó la habitación, espaciosa, limpia, con aire acondicionado, tanto el desayuno como la cena me pareció de buena calidad y abundante. Las piscinas con vistas al mar y zonas de ocio que pude aprovechar. Me faltó probar el GYM que lo haré para la próxima vez. Personal muy amable y resolutivo, salvo una señora de recepción que entró el domingo.

El personal muy amable y resolutivo, salvo una señora morena, que entró el domingo en recepción que no fue para nada empática, ni resolutiva, ni siquiera simpática y que pretendía cobrarme una burrada por entrar mi hija a ver las instalaciones y por desayunar algo y yo sólo pedía que la dejase entrar el coche, por supuesto yo pagando lo mismo que pagué por día por el mío y no me lo permitió aún sabiendo que ese mismo día nos íbamos y tenemos intención de regresar con mis hijos. A todas estas decir que mi hija no fue a las vacaciones por encontrarse mal y el último día ya se encontraba bien. El último día terminamos yéndonos a la playa de al lado y a desayunar y almorzar en el buffet chino que está justo en frente que por cierto también tiene muy buena calidad y ahí el precio no es desorbitado. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que las bebidas como los zumos y refrescos a la hora del almuerzo cena los cobren a parte. Ahí se sube el precio demasiado.

La lift se asteapta foarte mult,sunt 4 lifturi dar sistemul este prost gandit! Oamenii cazati acolo,coboara dimineata devreme (4-5) si ocupa sezlonguri,in conditia in care piscina se deschide la ora 10:00,dar la ora 9-10 nu mai este nici un sezlong liberl la niciuna dintre piscine, chiar daca oamenii nu sunt acolo! 😔

The location was super nice, at the sea. The kids swimming pools were great for our 4 year old son. All the pools were heated. The food was tasty and varied day by day which was great. The selection of snacks and beverages was also good. All the hotel staff we interacted with were super nice and polite. Everything was very clean. We really had a great time!

Just perfect, we were so happy with the hotel, definitely recommend and we will be back for sure! Even tho we had a romantic holiday kids around weren’t a problem, definitely it’s worth to upgrade to prestige when Checking In, you get higher floor and access to lounges with lovely sunbeds, free bar and snacks, rooftop jacuzzi and sunbeds. Loads of activities during the day for kids and adults, aqua gym, Pilates, kids camp! Amazing for couples and big families too🫶🏻 staff was friendly and helpful, wish we had few more weeks there!

There were 4 lifts but always busy so had to use the stairs luckily we was on the 2nd floor. Too many children for my liking, only stayed bed and breakfast but was disappointed with the food.

The staff the food the drinks and location were all fantastic I personally thought the bathroom were rather small when I say that I mean I had to brush myself passed the door and the sink but it still worked as its just a bathroom Around the pool could do with a little scrubbing up loose tiles in pool and walls could do with a clean but it was quite well looked after location was brilliant and only 20 minute taxi ride from airport

The animation team and night shows were amazing and kept the atmosphere fun and entertaining every day. The food selection was super delicious with plenty of variety for everyone. We truly enjoyed our vacation!

Jedyny mały minusik to windy, które bardzo wolno jeździły, długo trzeba było czekać zwłaszcza w godzinach, w jakich ludzie zjeżdżali na śniadanie czy inne posiłki.

Très bel hôtel. Nous avons séjourné en demi pension. Le buffet petit déjeuner et dîner était très bien, varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts. La chambre est propre et confortable. Les piscines sont très chouettes, notre fille a beaucoup aimé la piscine avec les toboggans pour enfant. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top. Restaurant, boutique et plage à proximité. Si nous revenons à Ténérife, nous resterons plus longtemps dans ce bel hôtel.

We had such an amazing stay that my child actually cried when we got home, asking to go back to Tenerife 😂. The restaurant service was great, everything was very clean, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The daily activities were fun and well organized, and the team really made an effort to keep everyone entertained. My child especially loved the mini disco and the evening shows—they were the highlight of her days. We had a fantastic holiday and are so happy we chose this hotel. We’ll definitely be back next time. Thank you to all the staff—you’re amazing!

Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es schon einen Spielbereich für Kinder und auch im Restaurant. Die Pools sind beheizt und es gibt viele tolle Rutschen, auch für Kleinkinder. Das von uns nur genutzte Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr nett. Wir hatten nur ein "günstiges Zimmer" in Richtung Hotelparkplatz, aber von diesem könnte man auch die Berge und das Meer sehen, völlig ausreichend. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Es gab auch einen größeren Pool, an dem vorwiegend Erwachsene lagen. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist in Richtung Schnellstraße innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Sandstrand befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Recepcija, Mr. Lorenzo je izvrstan recepcioner, sve pohvale! Ljubazan, nasmijan, od velike pomoći. Hrana je izvrsna i ima veoma raznolik izbor kod doručka i večere. Sve uvijek svježe, fino i ukusno. Hrana se kontinuirano nadopunjuje novom. Osoblje u restoranu izuzetno ljubazno i uvijek od pomoći. Spremačice su uvijek odlično pospremile sobu. Bazen i sunčalište sa ležaljkama, uredno, čisto. Dostupni su i ručnici za bazen. Animacija, uključujući ples, pikado za djecu, kreativne radionice, te tombola. Toaleti uvijek čisti i sve dostupno. Teretana odlična u sklopu hotela, ima sve potrebne sprave za vježbanje, vodu za piće i ručnike. Pitka voda na svakome katu dostupna za nadopunjavanje. Izvrsna lokacija, prvi red do mora, odmah do plaže i šetnice. U okolici mnogobrojni restorani, barovi, trgovina, itd. Veoma sigurna lokacija. Imali smo dostupan parking ispred hotela, po 10 EUR po danu. Lakoća pristupa sobama/baru/teretani pomoću narukvica. Odlična aplikacija na mobitelu za praćenje sobe, osobne potrošnje i svega. Bili smo gosti sa djetetom od 6 mjeseci starosti, i nikakva buka se nije čula - veoma mirna lokacija i miran hotel. Hotel je puno bolji uživo nego na slikama! Opet ćemo se vratiti u ovaj hotel!

Madrac na jednom krevetu je bio nešto istrošen. Nismo imali bračni krevet, već dva odvojena kreveta koja su bili spojeni

Old room out of expectation !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Iberostar Bouganville Playa in Costa Adeje. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional – the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from every day. Each meal felt like a treat! Our room had a breathtaking view that we will never forget – waking up to such scenery was truly special. We were also very impressed with how clean everything was. The rooms were spotless and carefully maintained every day, which made our stay even more comfortable. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and are already looking forward to coming back. We can’t wait to spend our next vacation here!

Our family had an incredible stay at Iberostar Bouganville Playa and were impressed from the moment we arrived. Everything about the hotel felt high quality and well thought out. Our room featured a partial sea view, and the sunny balcony quickly became one of our favourite spots to unwind during the day. The staff were outstanding throughout the hotel, particularly in the buffet restaurant where the service was consistently warm and attentive. We chose the all-inclusive option and were delighted with the wide selection of food available at every meal. The themed dinners added great variety, so dining never felt repetitive. Travelling with a one-year-old can be challenging, but the team made it so easy for us. They were incredibly accommodating and even helped celebrate our daughter’s birthday on our final day, which made our trip extra special. Unfortunately we cannot remember everyone name, but a special shout out to Brahim, Lena, Victoria and Castello. The pool area was perfect for families, with two larger pools and two dedicated children’s pools. We spent most of our time by the toddler pool, which our daughter absolutely loved. One of the highlights of our stay was taking part in a fun paella and sangria class by the main pool—such a great experience. We had such a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to return!
