De kamer was niet schoon overal lagen er zwarte haren en na aankaarten bij de balie zou de kamer nogmaals schoongemaakt worden bij terugkomst lagen er nog steeds overal haren. De schoonmaakster had geen stofzuiger en moest het met een mop doen, nou dat is niet te doen met haren. De keuken was half kapot en sterk verouderde.

Buen hotel, habitación muy amplia, buen aire acondicionado, sin ruidos y desayuno de calidad.

-cama en el suelo sin patas -habitación muy cerca de la piscina -no estaba el mando de la tele ni lo trajeron -tuvimos que solicitar que nos hicieran la cama

Falta mucha limpieza, en habitaciones y zonas comunes, mobiliario viejo y poco cuidado. Mucho extranjero, el hotel está muy enfocado a ese perfil de inglese, alemanes…

The breakfast was nice, and the amazing swimming dock that allowed you to jump right into the sea. The pool area was nice too and had plentiful loungers and umbrellas. There were grocery stores and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The hotel was fine, a little outdated and minimal in the room, shower hard to operate and didn't drain well. The "sea view" balcony was minimal for us on the first floor. Getting around Ibiza (nothing about the hotel) without a rental car was kind of crazy - do not recommend it. Taxi lines at the airport and any busy area were impossible.

Pool was great, some other things to entertain kids. Location was fine. Bus stop close going to beaches. The jetty out over the rocks to the sea was great with some good snorkelling to be had there. Staff were great couldn’t fault them. Food was variable on the all inclusive. Not too party party.

It wasn’t the cleanest at times. Music at the pool was a bit dodgy.

Location is amazing we saw the Eclipse from our balcony and you can see the sunset everyday. The staff are all very friendly. For a mid range hotel it had everything we expected.

Rooms are a little dated but very clean and functional.

Todo muy bien . Cerca de las playas bellas de Ibiza y las chicas del restaurante son muy majas y buena la comida

Aircondition virkede men var lidt svag. Den ene seng på værelset trængte til en udskiftning.

-Die aussicht wäre top wenn die glasscheiben davor nicht so dreckig und milchig wären.. im Restaurant und draussen am pool.. - die behrüssung und verabschiebung war sehr kalt und herzlos.. - beim Frühstück wird man ständig und mehrmals darauf hingewiesen das kein essen mitgenommen werden darf.. - Extreem ringhörige zimmer.. (habe sogar den nachbar auf dem klo gehört) -Küchenausstattung ist nicht gut.. nicht mal Abspühlmittel ist da und das Reinigungspersonal übernimmt es auch nicht.. -Reinigung läst zu wünschen übrig -alles sehr veraltet, abgenutzt und entspricht nicht den Fotos im Internet. -zu wenig schirme am pool - Früh morgens werden alle liegestühle mit tücher besetzt (wir konnten nicht ein mal zu zweit einen platz am pool finden) - keine Parkmöglichkeiten

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Anlage ist schön, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Atmosphäre einfach angenehm. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es leider ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage in unserem Apartment. Aber gerade hier hat das Hotel einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen: Das Problem wurde schnell und unkompliziert gelöst und wir haben sogar sehr kurzfristig ein anderes, noch besseres Apartment bekommen. Dafür möchten wir uns ganz herzlich bedanken! Man merkt, dass dem Hotel die Zufriedenheit der Gäste wirklich wichtig ist. Der schnelle und freundliche Umgang mit unserem Problem hat uns besonders positiv überrascht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den schönen Aufenthalt! ❤️

La piscina enorme y reformada,el desayuno , la calita de la playa y el personal de cafetería .

Nos toco el lado sin reformar, la limpieza horrible no pasan la aspiradora.Llegamos el primer día y el suelo lleno de pelos, el aire acondicionado no funciona y algo goteaba, el armario se caia a cachos. Limpiaban todos los días y ponian toallas limpias, pero la limpieza pesima.

-la doccia erogava pochissima acqua o niente del tutto, nonostante il nostro reclamo e l'intervento del tecnico il problema non è stato risolto -non presente una cassaforte nell'appartamento -struttura vetusta, porte e armadi che cigolavano o si aprivano parzialmente

Hotel antigo, porém funcional. funcionários prestativos, mercadinho na rua e ponto de ônibus próximo, que te leva para várias praias lindas. Café da manhã gostoso!

The location was great right by the sea and not too far to get to San Antonio area, the pool was lovely, the staff were great and also the breakfast buffet was great too!

The rooms air con was not so good at all and we were constantly sweating because of the humidity....the air con definitely needs to be sorted as it can be unbearable....that was the only thing!

Me gustó la piscina y el personal, muy amables. Había musica en la zona de la piscina durante el día. El desayuno estaba bien, con croissant recién hechos, tostadas, bollería, fiambre, fruta, etc

No me gustó que indiquen que hay artículos de aseo y solo hubiera champú porque gel, en los cinco días que estuvimos, no nos lo rellenaron. Tampoco había nada para poder limpiar el menaje de cocina las pocas veces que cocinamos. No me gustó el olor a tabaco en la habitación. El aire acondicionado bastante flojo, llegando pasar calor. Hay que pegar portazo en la ventana para que se encienda el aire y falla bastante.

- Música durante todo el día en la piscina (de 10-22 horas) - había reservado una habitación con cama doble, me dijeron que iban a poner un toper en la cama y juntar las dos individuales, cuando entré en la habitación no estaba muy limpia y las camas separadas. Tardaron media hora en mandar a alguien para arreglar el tema - si quieres entrar antes, te dicen que tu habitación todavía no está lista pero que tienen otra disponible si pagas 60€ en efectivo (no puedes pagar con tarjeta - qué tipo de chanchullo es ese) te la puedes quedar - personal no saluda al entrar o salir del hotel, me parecía feo - la estancia estaba bien, pero sin más - no vale ni justifica para nada el precio que pagamos (200 euros la noche)

Here’s a firm but professional review that clearly explains your experience without becoming emotional or exaggerated: I was very disappointed with my stay at Aparthotel Nereida, especially considering the price we paid. The room was quite dated and, on arrival, it was not clean to an acceptable standard. There were black hairs throughout the room, which immediately gave the impression that it had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It barely worked, making the room unbearably hot most nights. We often couldn’t get to sleep until around 4:00 a.m., when the outside temperature finally cooled enough to make the room comfortable. I reported the problem to reception on two separate occasions, but nothing was done. I even showed staff photographs of the heavy grime and dirt buildup inside the air-conditioning vents, yet there was no attempt to investigate or rectify the issue. This level of customer service was extremely disappointing. The breakfast was also well below expectations. The selection was limited, and the food quality was poor. The eggs I had one morning were rubbery and overcooked, and after that experience I chose not to have breakfast there again. Overall, this hotel was significantly overpriced for the standard of accommodation and service provided. Cleanliness, maintenance and responsiveness to guest concerns all fell well short of what I would expect. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here unless there are substantial improvements. This version is more likely to be taken seriously by both prospective guests and hotel management because it sticks to specific, verifiable issues rather than general complaints. If your goal is to maximise impact on a public review site, this is the approach that tends to carry the most credibility.

Really lovely place to stay, very very clean and the areas outside to the left of the pool is absolutely beautiful to watch the sunset across the bay, there is a supermarket across the road which is super handy, pool and bar areas very chill, it was not noisy and I slept really well, I will be back! Oh and the breakfast is lovely! Yum!

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en stond altijd klaar om ons te helpen. De locatie is prachtig en we hadden het geluk dat onze kamer uitkeek op het water, wat een fantastisch uitzicht gaf. Ook vonden we het een grote troef dat je vanuit het hotel meteen op het strand kunt. Dat ontdekten we jammer genoeg pas op onze laatste dag.

Een paar kleine verbeterpunten zijn er wel. De bedden waren voor ons aan de harde kant, al hebben we toch goed geslapen. Het grootste minpunt was de netheid van de kamers. Er werd wel dagelijks schoongemaakt, maar niet grondig. Zo vonden we haren van andere gasten en zelfs lippenstift op de badhanddoeken. Een betere schoonmaak- en wasservice zou het verblijf nog aangenamer jmaken.

Het was schoon en het strandje was erg lekker! Zijn wel rotsen, maar de zee was heerlijk
