Location was hard to get a taxi The sun beds weren’t in the sun much The bar shuts at 5pm ish which feels so early

Loved the style and decor of the hotel, so cool and quirky. Outside area was gorgeous and we loved breakfast, great value for money.

The second room allocated to our group was dark and small but after we spoke to reception we were moved to a much nicer room. Thank you

Loved everything about this hotel it so pretty and cool. Room was good size which was great for our little dog who loved it there also. Parking also fine outside hotel. Pool area nice and clean

We loved everything. The Staff, super professional while at the same time joyful and inclusive; the room, spacious, well organized, super stylish and with a wide view; the ample shower and washbasin; the art and design featured throughout the whole facility; the twin swimming pools and the surronding cabanas and comfy sunbeds; the bar and DJ facilities; the afternoon pool DJ set; the gorgeous breakfast; the parking availability; the whole pink-themed facility; the fellow Guests. Above all, please let us highlight again Lucia and all the Staff, they've gone extra lenght to make our stay fabulous.

Nothing really, the facility is super. Be aware location is a little detached from the main day- and night-life albeit there are a few highlights at walking distance; however, by car or motorbike or taxi, or bus by the way, it is indeed very convenient for all the best spots, be that either sunsets or beaches. Also, Eivissa and its nightlife is just a bunch of minutes away by car, taxi, or bus.

Friendly staff, easy check in and parking. Had a different impression for this place as one of my favorite photographers Paul Fuentes exhibits there and it’s a bit further south but this is still definitely a San Antonio crowd and party esque hotel which is a pro or con depending on what you’re looking for just not a good fit for our crew of professionals in our 30s.

Place was somewhat run down, side twin beds were very hard, cleanliness was just ok didn’t even bother using the facilities.

La struttura è molto particolare, bellissima! Ogni punto che vedi è affascinante, le camere, l’atrio d’entrata, la piscina. Un po’ datata ma molto pulita. Anche molto tranquilla. Noi siamo state ora che è settembre e abbiamo riposato molto bene.

L'hotel è meraviglioso, la piscina è stupenda.

I found that the hotel was in need of a bit of a refresh and some general maintenance. I’ve previously stayed at Ryan’s and Los Felices, where I found everything to be in excellent condition and genuinely good value for money. Unfortunately, I don’t feel that what we paid for this stay was worth it. The cleaners never came to clean our room, and when they eventually did, it was still dirty. We even found a sock that had been left behind by the previous guests. The room was never messy, so there was no reason for it not to have been cleaned properly. Around the pool, I also found myself having to repeatedly approach staff to place orders, only to be sent back and forth rather than having someone take the order directly. The food itself was nice, but I was disappointed with the drinks. On two occasions, my Aperol Spritz and Hugo were made with flat Prosecco. I had to ask for them to be remade, and unfortunately the same thing happened again. Considering the price of the hotel and the drinks, I didn’t feel the overall experience was worth the money or the wait. Overall, I think the hotel has potential, but for the price point, I expected a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, upkeep and attention to detail.

Charmant hôtel très girly, tout était au top, petit déjeuner très sympa, le service et la restauration à la piscine étaient super. Un grand merci au personnel qui était d'une très grande gentillesse.

Great vibes! Amazing drinks and food! Loved the dj in the afternoons. A great set up there.

A very small negative. Sometimes the drinks took a long time to come. However people were ordering cocktails and that does take longer.

Instagrammable gorgeous hotel, any picture you take here looks amazing! Live DJ at the pool - really nice overall vibes and staff is also fantastic and helpful! Pool beds amazing and the pool is dreamy!

Food had a really limited selection in the hotel. There aren't also much options around the hotel, you have to walk to San Antonio or another bigger city if you want/need varied options.

Cleanliness — the hotel and room were clean and well maintained. Design / aesthetic — Paradiso Ibiza Art Hotel is known for its quirky art-deco style, so if you enjoyed the look, that’s worth mentioning. Atmosphere / vibe — despite the service issues, the hotel has a fun Ibiza feel and lively energy. Location — if you liked being in San Antonio Bay near beaches and beach clubs, that’s another plus. Unique concept — the art-focused interiors and overall concept make it more memorable than a standard hotel.

* Inconsistent / disorganised service — staff seemed friendly at times but communication between teams was poor. * Massage booking mishandled — your clear instructions were not followed, causing unnecessary stress. * Poor issue resolution — you had to chase multiple managers and repeatedly explain the same issue. * Billing errors at checkout — being charged extra without signed receipts is a major red flag. * Lack of accountability — problems were only fixed after significant effort from you. * Security concerns — theft of your Hermès flip-flops from the balcony made you feel unsafe. * Premium price, non-premium experience — service didn’t match what the hotel charges or markets itself as

Es precioso por fuera y las habitaciones. Me enamoré del lugar. También me gustó que estando alojada en uno de sus hoteles puedes ir a los otros a conocerlos y usar las zonas comunes como la piscina.

El ascensor estaba estropeado, y no dieron ninguna solución. Jode mucho que vayas con maletas y tengas que estar subiendo pisos, por lo menos que te la suban ellos, y más por el precio que se paga por este alojamiento que es carísimo.

It looked really good, good location, most of the staff were lovely

Paid extra for an extra “bed” which was just some sheets on a sofa. Cockroach in room. Air con didn’t work, told staff 3 times before someone tried (and failed) to fix it. We checked in at 2pm they said room would be ready at 3, at 3 we went back and they said it would be a “very very very long time” as the previous guests were very messy, by 4.30 we asked again and they said 15 minutes, after 15 minutes they still had to go and check it was ready.

Clean and spacious, great facilities

We were constantly being given out to for talking when we returned from the club's and received complaints seems a lot of people had to go to work from this hotel. No music on or anything in the rooms. Felt like being back in school I wouldn't go back.

Śniadania dobre ale bardzo monotonne. Codziennie dokładnie to samo i całkiem mały wybór. Były smaczne, więc do tego nie można się przyczepić :) Sam hotel baaardzo ładny, czuć ten vibe i każdy element do siebie pasuje. Bardzo fajny basen, dużo miejsca i wygodne leżaki. Absolutny sztos jeżeli chodzi o bar i miejsce dla DJ'a, który codziennie od 13:00 przygrywał nad basenem. Mega sprawa!

Dobrze by było urozmaicić trochę śniadania, czasami dorzucać jakieś świeże warzywa np. :) Trochę daleko do samego portu w San Antonio ale spacerek 30min w jedną stronę nigdy nikomu nie zaszkodził :)

Pobyt w tym hotelu na wieczór panieński był absolutnie idealny! 😍 Wszystko wygląda dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach — piękne wnętrza, dopracowane detale i niesamowity klimat, który robi wrażenie od pierwszej chwili. To miejsce ma naprawdę wyjątkową atmosferę i świetnie nadaje się na taki wyjazd. Jedzenie było przepyszne, a drinki rewelacyjne — pięknie podane i naprawdę smaczne 🍸✨ Ogromny plus również dla obsługi, bo wszyscy byli niesamowicie mili, pomocni i uśmiechnięci przez cały pobyt. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani i mogliśmy w pełni cieszyć się tym wyjątkowym czasem. Z całego serca polecam to miejsce na panieński i nie tylko — na pewno jeszcze wrócimy! 💕

Such a nice hotel. Pool area is gorgeous and absolutely 0 sunbed wars! Drinks from the pool bar are so nice too. Staff are great.

Location is definitely taxi distance from the main restaurants and beach bars etc. but honestly we didn’t mind this as pretty much everything in Ibiza is spread out!

La déco est super, le petit déj avec un large choix salé ou sucré

On paye la déco de l hôtel, la chambre moyennement confortable Nous étions 4 ( mère et fîlles) ,2 de nous ont eu la chance de dormir dans une vrai chambre, les 2 autres dans l entree dont lbune contre la baie vitrée avec le frigo qui faisait du bruit ,on a du le débrancher.Le matelas est dur ,pas de table de chevet, le menage n est pas fait à fond.

Cocktail Frozen daiquiri sans rhum peut être un oubli de mettre du rhum puis la sangria pas top, c etait de la purée de fraises rien a voir avec la sangria.

Heerlijke ruime kamer, het design is overal leuk doorgetrokken. Ontbijt en lunch was helemaal prima, ook genoeg vegetarische keuze. Super fijne ligbedden aan het zwembad en nu voldoende plek in zon en schaduw. Ook fijn dat er een handdoekservice is. Personeel is super vriendelijk!

De kamer was wat gehorig en ik miste wat bergruimte voor kleding.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel werd ook continu onderhouden en was zeer proper. Wij sliepen in een suite hetgeen ideaal was als vriendinnengroep. Ontbijt was ook zeer gevarieerd en vers.

De buurt zelf valt een beetje tegen, maar met een huurwagen of taxi is alles gemakkelijk te bereiken.

Tout l'hôtel et aussi les piscines des hôtels faisant partie de la même chaîne. Juste magnifique pour les yeux, tellement tout est beau.

Le bruit la nuit dans les chambres voisines et couloirs. Chambres mal insonorisées.

Lo mejor del alojamiento sin duda, el personal. Dado el mal tiempo, tuvimos que pasar muchas horas en el hotel, y los empleados fueron súper amables. Manolete nos trató genial.

La disponibilidad de los taxis era inexistente, aunque supongo que esto no es competencia del hotel.

Het interieur wordt overal doorgetrokken. Wij hadden o.a. een kamer van 3 en die was heel ruim. Alle bedden waren heel comfortabel, heel ruim terras, hele ruime badkamer. Lekker ontbijt en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Locatie is niet optimaal.
