Flemings Hotel München-City

The hotel has a great location right next to the main train station, so it's easy to get around. Rooms are big which is also nice.

For a four star hotel at this price, this was not that great. It's small things, but when you have busy work days, you expect some things to just work. E.g. there was supposed to be bath robes, and kettle/coffee etc in the room according to the booking, and there were not. There were only towel holders under the bathroom table, so the towels would hit the floor, also not ideal, and a little unsanitary.

The staff that works in this hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations. i particularly wanted to mentioned two ladies who served me on my arrival. Very helpful, extremely professional and kind. But all the staff was lovely, and helpful.. so definitely a big asset to that place. good location near main station, which maybe is not not the prettiest, but very central to anything really.

I would really be grateful for bottle of water in the room. feel like such a simple thing.. but to me is basics that makes a huge difference.

Close to the train station, friendly staff, clean room. Definitely recommend

I did my booking with Flemings hotel expecting the facilities offered by this hotel, instead I received a service of a three star hotel in the price of the previous hotel. Though the room was spacious following the pattern of the previous management, it was almost "naked"; not even a small fridge, no coffee maker, slippers etc (as advertised by the time of booking)

Location

No refrigerator in the room or coffee machine. Construction work at the rear of the property. I was allocated a room at the rear. Very noisy from 0700 until late afternoon.

Alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit! Für eine Nacht - wunderbar! Sauber, freundlich, sehr zentral am Hauptbahnhof.

Alles ok!

Close to the main train station

No kettle in the room

Comfy bed , very nice staff

It's a very nice hotel, close to the Main Railway Station. The room is very big and charming.

Our things were stolen

Streamings bloqueados. Não voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

The location was perfect, so near Munchen HBF

The room was so basic, for the price. There was no small ref or hair dryer

Locatie tov station. Gunstige prijs vanwege zomeraanbieding

Mbt

Niets

Lage wie immer gut und Personal mega.

Keine Möglichkeiten für das entladen des Autos. Keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Umbau nervt etwas.

All good

No mini bar

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr nettes Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

Close to train station and beds are comfortable. Shower is the best.

Lack of lighting in the room even though all lights are turned on.

Breakfast price & the variety of food is not equal.

Super zentral gelegen, großes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal

Upgrade auf Maisonette-Zimmee

War noch Baustelle

Heerlijk rustig hotel. Fantastische locatie!

Ideal location close to the train station and city centre. We loved our bed and hotel room, so clean and comfortable. Great bed, great shower. What more do you want.

Location

No coffee. Breakfast is expensive with bellow expectation quality

Location, and due to many areas under renovation, they upgraded our room.

Was under extensive renovation on some floors, lobby and restaurant area but we were sent a letter warning us of this before arrival. Looked beautiful though as they were working on it.

Close proximity to main station

Renovations happening at the hotel, and a limited breakfast selection

-

Baustellenlärm. Keine Haken im Bad für Handtücher oder Kulturbeutel (nur Handtuchstange unter Waschbecken). Teppich.

Si

Great location. Super friendly check-in from Alexander who had many great suggestions for beer gardens to visit. Room was large and wel laid out.

No refrigerator in room. But front desk offered to store items needing refrigeration in refrigerator they had access to.

Lage

FrÜstÜck kÖnnte besser sein

Everything is perfect

The hotel itself was good, but the parking situation was very inconvenient. There is no proper parking or luggage drop-off area near the hotel entrance. We had to park quite far away and carry our luggage a long distance, which was very difficult and uncomfortable. It would be much better if the hotel could provide a convenient luggage drop-off area for guests.

very near from Train Station, and the market, so many shops and restaurants around this area,

The room, construction sound during our stay, the elevator,

Near to the train station. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Pleasant reception staff.

We were given a room on the top floor where the bed was on a mezzanine level with skylights above, but there were no blinds on the Velux windows meaning it was light early morning. Worse than the light was the fact there were 8 tall cranes outside our window with red and green lights flashing in the night. These started work at 0630 looking directly into our bedroom!! With so much construction going on outside I'm not sure why these rooms are still in use. Also there was a generator like noise in or just outside the room that sounded every 20-30 minutes making us jump each time - no idea what or where this was!

The hotel itself is really good for the price.

One of the main reasons why i have chosen the hotel was because of the Sauna / Wellness space. When I’ve arrived there, they let me know that they closed the sauna space because they are changing the hotel management. I think they could have said it beforehand or took out the sauna on the list of amenities they offer.

Very helpful staff!

Construction ongoing so just one elevator Quite expensive (higher cost most likely due to timing with ESC congress and summer festival)

Good size room. Convenient location for train station. Staff very kind and helpful

Change to room ameneties provided from original booking not communicated following change in ownership. Staff empowered and happy to resolve my complaint.

Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet.

Very Friendly staff

Facilities are old and tired

Location to train

No fridge or tea/ coffee making facilities in room

Stanza ampia molto comoda, pulita e insonorizzata. Personale gentilissimo e preparato.

Niks

La camera era ben arredata.

Personale scortese. Edificio in ristrutturazione.

The original booking I made was for 2 single beds but got a double bed. However the staff immediately fixed the problem and gave us an upgrade. The hotel was doing refurbishment construction, the rooms and quality was modern, clean and high quality.

The lack of room and facilities instructions e.g. a booklet in the room advising of facilities and local services. The television only supplied local German channels, No Netflix or other options for English media. We had a 6th floor mezzanine room. The mezzanine could be improved by suppling some side tables.

Room was spotlessly clean. Can't fault the location - 2 mins from the central station.

Received several emails prior to travel regarding the management change and protection of data but was not informed of the refurbishment that was taking place. We stayed last year and had a great breakfast, which this year due to the refurbishment was not possible. Breakfast standard was poor and should have been reflected in the price.
