Recomendable, la verdad que al llegar parecía una zona un poco regular, porque hay unos soportales con gente "rara" pero no estuvimos en ningún momento intranquilos ya que si es por la noche y vas por fuera no tienes problema. Y además hay una comisaría en la otra acera. Esta muy bien ubicado para recorrer todo. Una habitación muy agradable y el desayuno correcto.

Je ne me souviens pas avoir demandé un hôtel au calme. Il était très bien situé, en dehors de la ZTL mais très proche de la zone touristique, joignable en tram, bus et à pieds. Il faut d'éloigner un peu si on ne veut pas se limiter aux kebabs qui longent la via Nizza.

The room was actually nicer than I expected and had two balconies, which was a nice bonus even though they didn’t have much of a view. The room itself and the facilities were excellent. The gym is brand new and beautiful, and even the gym bathroom was one of the nicest I’ve seen. The air conditioning worked extremely well, which was especially appreciated as it was very hot during my stay. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and had a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is next to a train station, but be aware that this is the old station and it doesn’t provide the airport connection I had expected. The location is reasonably convenient for town, although the surrounding area can feel a little rough when you first walk through it, even though I found it perfectly fine in practice. One odd detail was the use of paper cups for everything, including hot drinks. They weren’t very practical and felt out of place given the quality and price of the hotel.

El trato del personal, se portaron muy bien y hablaba castellano, pudimos aparcar en el garaje del hotel.

La calle donde se ubica, que a pesar de no pasar nada, está muy cerca de la estación, y la gente que se reúne por allí da impresión

Camas muy cómodas y grandes.Era una habitación triple y podríamos haber dormido los 3 en la cama de matrimonio.Aunque la zona es conflictiva no se oía ruido por la noche.Muy bien comunicado.Puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio.

La bañera es de hidromasaje pero casi no hay sitio para ducharse.La zona de soportales es conflictiva por la noche.Al estar el hotel en una esquina lo que hacíamos es evitar esa zona yendo por las calles aledañas y no tuvimos ningún problema.

The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Some members of the reception staff were also very kind. The location was a big plus. Many attractions were within walking distance, the city center was easily reachable on foot, the metro and train stations were nearby, and the airport bus stopped close to the hotel.

We requested a quiet room, but unfortunately it was extremely noisy. A group of people, possibly students, were continuously playing very loud music, singing along, and shouting. Even with the windows closed, the noise was clearly audible well past midnight, until around 1 or 2 a.m. We informed the reception during the day, and they told us that, if necessary, they could call the police or another law enforcement authority. However, on the night of the 18th, the night receptionist refused to come to our room to assess the noise level and also refused to contact the police. The indoor unit of the air conditioning also had several black patches on the fins. We could not tell whether they were mold or just dirt, but it made us question whether the unit was cleaned and maintained regularly.

L'hôtel est très confortable, la chambre était spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le personnel est efficace. La proximité immédiate de la gare est un plus. Turin peut se visiter à pied depuis cet hôtel.

Lit et oreiller moyennement confortables. Climatisation un peu bruyante. L'insécurité du quartier avec des personnes qui s'envoyaient des bouteilles en verre dessus à 10 m de l'entrée de l'hôtel... Quand j'ai prévenu le réceptionniste il m'a pas dit qu'en Italie c'était fréquent... Je suis allée plusieurs fois en Italie et je n'ai jamais vu ça.

La limpieza y el servicio. La habitación era súper amplia y estaba genial.

La ubicación de noche era problemática. Se veía como de noche no se podía salir estando tranquilo en las inmediaciones del hotel.

Mauvaise isolation, nous étions sous les toits et avons bien entendu l’orage et aussi les annonces des trains de la gare d’à côté. L’emplacement est pratique mais reste à côté d’une gare donc ne renvoie pas toujours un sentiment de sécurité pour femme seule.

Kylpyhuone on tilava ja hyvin varusteltu: pesualtaan molemmin puolin on hyvin tilaa, altaalla sopiva korkeus ja riittävän suuret peilit. Liukuovi kylpyhuoneen ja sisääntulon välissä on toimiva ratkaisu. Minibaarin lisäksi saimme käyttää keittiösyvennykseen sijoitettua jääkaappia ilman lisämaksua. Ilmastointilaitteistot viilensivät huonetilaa hyvin. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja maukas. Tarjoilusta vastaava henkilökunta ja myös vastaanoton henkilökunta oli avuliasta, ammattitaitoista ja ystävällistä.

Kaikki vesikalusteiden hanat ja viemäritulpat olivat todella jäykkiä käyttää ja kaipaavat pientä huoltoa. Ilmastointilaitteet olivat ajoittain öisin äänekkäitä. Pyyhkeistä puuttuivat ripustuslenkit ja ripustustapit olivat lyhyitä ja lukumäärältään vähäisiä, minkä vuoksi pyyhkeet tippuivat toistuvasti lattialle.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to Porta Nuova Railway Station and the metro. It is also not far, perhaps an 18-minute saunter past the shops, to Piazza Castello. Via Roma, the Bond Street of Turin, is also nearby. There are several decent restaurants in the area, too. The hotel itself is in an early 19th-century building, so it has character without feeling old-fashioned. We had a room on the 5th floor. It was fairly spacious and we were grateful for the air conditioning when it was 35C. We had a view of the Torino Hills and the backs of other buildings — not picturesque, but real life. The breakfast was good. There was a wide variety of filled croissants and, of course, Nutella. The coffee was also good, even though it came from a machine. Andrea, who seems to be there every day of the week, was friendly and helpful, and remembered what type of coffee we liked. Some reviews remarked that the area immediately outside the hotel was a bit dodgy, or sketchy as they say in North America. The fair way to look at it is that San Salvario is a working-class area, with more of a racial mix and a few graffiti. At no point did we feel unsafe, even at 11:30 at night. You just need to keep your wits about you and walk confidently.

As we were just below the roof, there were some awkward rafters that got in the way between the shower gel and the shower. The jacuzzi bath looked lovely, but we didn’t use it. There was no room for an armchair, which we did miss. I would have liked a few more hot savoury choices.

Nothing - the area is rundown and full of vagrants, the room was meant to be a super king but was split over a mezzanine so no floor space, the air con was ineffective so the room was constantly too hot, and complimentary coffee was only provided on the first day. The cleaners moved all personal items around the room without any care. I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was really good, from the very first moment at the front desk. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, fresh and rich, and also the staff at the breakfast room were super nice.

La posizione é davvero ottima. La struttura é accogliente e il personale gentile. L’aria condizionata é stata fondamentale in questi giorni torridi.

Pulizia molto migliorabile. Camera pultia superficialmente, con evidente accumulo di polvere a grumi sotto tv, mobili e letto. La vicinanza con la stazione è strategica per certi versi, ma l'ambiente circostante l'hotel non è il migliore come frequentazione.

I usually avoid hotels close to a train station but I was glad that I booked this one! It was so convenient as it was so close to the train station. The staff we really welcoming on arrival and also during breakfast. The room was huge with a fridge and table and chairs. The beds were comfortable and we slept really well.

Some of the bathroom was a little dated.

Ottima la posizione, la stanza molto accogliente, silenziosa nonostante l'hotel si trovi di fronte alla stazione. Anche la climatizzazione era perfetta. La stanza è dotata di bollitore con caffè e tè, una bottiglia di acqua in omaggio, accappatoio e pantofole. Il bagno presenta appendini e piani di appoggio ( cosa che io guardo sempre). Buona la colazione e la disponibilità del personale

Io direi niente, un solo appunto mi verrebbe da dire rispetto al riordino della stanza perché ho trovato tutto spostato ma niente di grave

Stanza accogliente, pulita, colazione a buffet con molta scelta, ma senza esagerare, personale molto attento alle intolleranze ed organizzati anche con prodotti senza glutine. Devo dire che con 10 euro non fai una colazione così in un bar. Inoltre vista la vicinanza dell'hotel alla stazione è stato provvidenziale il piccolo parcheggio interno dell'hotel, messo a disposizione a pagamento su prenotazione ed in base alla disponibilità.

The location is great. The beds (king) are really spacious

The bathroom comes with a jacuzzi tub. However it is pretty hard to get into the tub because it is pretty slippery. The shower head is also under an angled ceiling ... you really have the duck to get into it. It only comes with a handheld shower and i hit my head on that angle ceiling several times get the shower handle.
