Best Western Hotel Luxor

Great room and location. Really friendly reception staff who were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Nothing.

Parcheggio a pagamento dell'hotel molto comodo. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.

Tutto perfetto . Personale eccezionale!!

EXCELENTE HOTEL , SUPERO NUESTRAS ESPECTATIVAS. TODO MUY LIMPIO , CUARTO Y BANO GRANDES CON CAMAS SUPER CONFIORTABLES. ATENDIENTES Y EL EQUIPO DE RECEPCION MUY PRESTATIVOS . DESAYUNO COMPLETISIMO Y EXCELENTE LOCALIZACION. RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL TOTALMENTE GRACIAS BEST WESTERN HOTEL LUXOR POR BRINDARNOS UNA BELLA ESTADIA , VOLVEREMOS !

Nothing.

The rooms were pretty bad, they were either too small or too old. The room smelled very bad and the odor couldn't be fixed with opening or the windows or turning on the AC. Additionally the AC was broken, meaning that it didn't cool the room and the fan was broken as well, so there was a constant rattling noise. The whole room is in dire need of a reservation, the bathroom was clean but also very old, the shower doors were also malfunctioning.

Posizione centrale, accogliente, pulito funzionante,, climatizzato bene , ottima colazione , tranquillo.

Everything was better than I thought it would be at the price point payed. The breakfast was excellent.

The steps up to the lift when moving my luggage

Tutto perfetto!

The room was great, spacious, and the internet worked well. The air conditioning sometimes had slight fluctuations in temperature, but nothing alarming. I'd stay there again.

The room size was good and free slippers and bathroom items were good. Also, the main bed was comfy but sofa bed was not. The housekeeping ladies were excellent and changed bedding every day and kept the room nice and tidy.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. How this is a 4* hotel is beyond me. This is probably a 2* hotel standard. There is no proper bar, only one person at reception serving guests and making drink if you ordered from the little counter. The photos are extremely misleading and only show the nice parts of the hotel where it's been renovated. The shower had mould between tiles and seal coming off, the shower door couldn't be properly closed so the whole water was splashed all over the bathroom floor. The corridors were outdated with dirty carpets. In fact the whole hotel is very outdated, it felt like we were back in the 90s. No glasses or tea spoons, only paper cups which is not a 4* expectation. We didn't eat breakfast as the selection was poor. The location was about 25mins walk to Turin centre which was a bit of distance away. We would not recommend this hotel. In fact, we checked out one day earlier as we didn't like it.

Terrazzo

The room was very clean, spacious and looked renovated compared to the hallway.

The hallway was dated, but that didn’t affect the overall experience.

Camera spaziosa, pulita, personale gentile

Eigene Garage, Lage top, alles bestens

Nichts

Good central location

Posizione e pulizia

- Sanitari (water e bidet in particolare); concepiti per bambini? Impossibile usarlo.

Location, comodità parcheggio, colazione, servizio reception, personale di sala

Everything

We liked the room very much as it was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to downtown Turin. The hotel offers parking as well, although we did not use it since we only needed the electric car charging station. Unfortunately, the charging system required downloading an app and creating an account, which turned out to be quite complicated. In the end, however, we found another charging station conveniently located on the same street as the hotel.

Overall, everything was very good apart from the difficulty we had using the electric car charger in the hotel parking. It might be helpful if the staff were given clearer instructions on how international guests can access and use the charger. In the end, we managed to park on the street and use a public charging station.

Posizione, pulizia, gentilezza del personale

Posizione tranquilla

Struttura: fantastica. Staff: accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Colazione: ottima.
