DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Anaheim Rsrt - Conv Cntr

I was attending a conference at the convention center near by. Room was spacious comfortable bed

Rooms were large and comfortable.

Great hotel, clean and friendly.

The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. Check-in and out was easy with friendly staff

Love this hotel for Disney trips! Clean, friendly staff and convenient.

Room was clean and tidy only downside is they charge for recieving packages which wasn’t made clear until after I had checked out, also charged us for breakfast which was included then refunded afterwards but still shouldn’t have been charged

Very nice hotel. Staff were very nice. Was upgraded to a suite at no extra cost.

I booked a room that said "newly renovated" but they said it was not available when i checked in...very disappointed!!! They said come back next year and it might be available?? 🙄disappointeddnota ava

Hotel staff very friendly! Front desk guy in the morning was very kind and attentive! Gave very good information about the area! Appreciated his professionalism and knowledge about the area

Maybe it was just my luck but there were no luggage carts available neither during check in or check out so I had to walk all my stuff😩 But besides that our stay was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was lucky enough to receive a corner room at the top floor which was awesome ! The room was very clean and spacious! And we were so close to Disney my wife and baby girl loved it and we will definitely be staying here again 👌

I always enjoy staying at Double Tree. Its convenient to Disneyland, clean, safe and pleasurable.

Close enough to walk to the Disneyland Resort and other merchants.

Like staying here because of the bar and dining onsite. After a long day its nice to not have to leave the property if I dont want to.

Hotel was good. No surprises. Everything was as advertised which is good these days.

Great hotel! Loved having the extra space.

Loved the 2 rooms. Plenty of room for our family & our 21 yr old son enjoyed his own room & tv. The couch pull out bed worked for him. Very quiet and safe. The bus to Disney runs every 30 mins … it was disappointing that this was a shuttle for all the hotels. We used it one day & walked the other 2. The walk is about a mile and took us 20 mins. It was nice that there were no panhandlers and the walk was safe enough to let the kids walk on their own at night.

An employee tried to enter my room at 9:10am immediately after one knock using her hotel key. Fortunately I had the door latched and she was only able to get the door open a few inches. She was not from housekeeping and did not identify herself or state her purpose for trying to get into my room. As a result we packed up our bags and put everything into storage downstairs before we went to breakfast because I no longer felt comfortable leaving out things unattended in the room.

Very clean

Great hotel! Close to Disney. About a 20 minute walk from the parks. Dennys right across the street. The staff was VERY nice and helpful. We enjoyed our time here!

Parking wasn’t the best. Room service did not replace a few things and had to ask the front desk.

Good

The hotel had roaches. I went to use the microwave and so many roaches scare in the cabinet area. I asked the staff for extra pillows. I recently had surgery and need the pillows. They just said the room had some already. I asked if I can still have more and the person just repeated the room had some already.

Rooms were ok but not like a 4 star hotel

The room

Loved that the room was a suite and lots of space

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean!

Very clean room, huge and spacious. Restaurants are within walking distance.

the tub was peeling off the paint.

Comfortable for one day.

Nice and clean but the sleeper bed was terrible. No padding, springs only. But they did give us a rollaway that was much better

Everything was perfect

For starts, staff was completely rude and dismissive towards me. Even when they made a mistake on giving me a bad key card. The people staying next door to me were so loud and I asked to be changed to a different room and was ignored. There was loud banging in my room coming from the walls so I couldn’t sleep. The people next door were making noises all night long so I had to suffer in my room and get poor sleep when I had a long day the next day. Was overall a bad experience and regret staying there.

Clean room. And staff are okay

Good for being 10 mins away from Disneyland. Hotel is outdated and needs remodel

Friendly staff and beautiful establishment, very clean and the rooms were spacious with pretty much everything you need in it. Really enjoyed our stay there however, I was unaware of the $100 charge/hold per night until the day prior to checking in, that was an unexpected surprise. Other than that, 5 stars all around!

Great property near Disneyland.

Great stay for my family! Pool was great for kids and well stocked with towels and lots of available seating. Quick drive to Anaheim Angels game and convenient walk to Disneyland.

We love this hotel if it had a free shuttle or a way to get to Disneyland it would be 5 stars.

Very professional

Outstanding services!!!

Always stay here when visiting Disney. I like the size/layout of the rooms. Elevators are never too busy lobby is nice. Parking is easy & never have issue getting a spot so that’s nice.

I wasn't allowed to check in, do too your lies. Know, I am out of $139 and I will be getting that back do to you refunding your mistake or I will bring up legal charges against your hotel. Horrible and very rude employees you have working the front counter. Very disrespectful, I do not appreciate being laughed at on the phone or in person.

Muchnicer than anticipated! Feels like it's more expensive than it is. The staff are great!

This hotel was wonderful. The service was excellent.

Solid stay for a family of 4.

None

great hotel

Great hotel

So clean and it was nice to have a separate room for the kids!

Our room was white glove clean! The bed was very comfortable & the room was quiet. The sheets looked and felt new. The Staff were very helpful. The air conditioning didn’t work in our first room & I called the front desk & they promptly moved us to a new room. Both rooms were roomy and clean.

I liked our suite with a little living room, the only thing is the lamp next to the bed didn’t work. I also loved that I could get my coffee in the morning, downstairs in the lobby Starbucks coffee.

Walkable, safe

A wonderful place to stay and very clowe to everything you need

Room is very clean and nice.

I truly appreciate how kind the staff has been. Since arrival, staff at front desk were welcoming and professional. They then sent a message asking how check in was as well as asking if we needed anything. When replying to a request, they fulfilled what was asked. It was very nice to return to our room after dinner and have items we had asked for.

Doubletree Anaheim was a perfect location for whatever you need. It was wonderful, we will be back.

No

The front desk staff was great. The room had great space and the beds were very comfortable.

I

Love staying here and the cookies are an added bonus

friendly staff our room was very clean I had 0 complaints the breakfast is good and very convenient

Big rooms

A nice property within walking distance to Disneyland Resort. Staff was friendly, hotel was quiet. Daily parking is pricey but probably similar to other nearby hotels. Didn’t use the hide-a-bed, but as a couch, it looked more comfortable than it felt. Seemed like it was in need of replacement. Loved that it was a true suite with a separate bedroom! We’d definitely stay there again next time we visit the area.

Nice staff. Conveniently located. Nothing fancy.

Overall, it was a good experience. The only downside was that the walls were quite thin—I could hear my neighbors’ child very early in the morning. Of course, that’s no fault of the child or parents.

Nice hotel, just needs a refresh on the rooms. Our view was the trash compactor. An additional charge for parking reduced the overall value proposition.

Had last minute requests respectfully fulfilled by reception staff. Room met my cleanliness expectations. Had a great stay.

Room is a little dated, quite noisy. But room was very spacious and of course those welcome cookies were delicious.

Some pool view rooms do not have pool view as advertised. Front desk didn’t try to help resolve issue.

Perfect in every way!

Property was clean and beautiful. I was very comfortable.

Very good place to stay ! Rooms are a little dated but everyone is soooo kind and helpful.

Great stay

Room is awesome

We enjoyed our stay here after spending the day at Disneyland. We enjoyed a light dinner and cocktail in the bar and then retired to our room. The bed was super comfy and the rooms were peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome room

Easy parking

Very friendly staff. Was located close to Disney. Nice food choices around hotel.

First time staying here and everything was fine until I went to get things out of the fridge that i had put in there. It stopped working and I had to though things out also the bathroom sink was not draining. It was the 2nd night when i got back to the room I noticed these things going wrong. They did make it up in a small way.

Stayed here with the family, close to everything, clean suite, and everything was great.

Big comfy Clean rooms Outdoor area a little sketchy gives bad vibes

Will stay again

Easy check in and check out. Reasonable in price and slept well on the bed

Wonderful stay! Very welcoming and friendly staff

I love this place.

Rooms outdated

Very nice hotel “near” Disneyland. The hotel had onsite parking for a reasonable fee and there was plenty to see and do in the area. The bed was comfy and the hotel was clean and modern.

Horrible customer service!

I really enjoyed my stay! Checking was fast and friendly! Really enjoyed the cookies! The room was clean!

Friendly

Hotel staff is their #1 asset. From check-in to check out is phenomenal. The buffet staff and the bar staff are also top notch. Lobby is clean with high ceiling. Room is spacious and clean. The only downside is the fitness center is so small. And there was no cup for water. Other than that, it’s all good. The hotel is very near Disneyland Park and Downtown Disney, and a lot of nearby restaurants and shopping areas.

This hotel was great! It was only 4 minutes away from Disneyland. Parking was a breeze. You could walk to several restaurants in a short amount of time. The room was spacious and clean and had the BEST blow dryer I have come across in a hotel! That was a big plus for me! Lol!

Clean room good customer service

Nice and clean, friendly staff

Very convenient for Disney

Loved the location and proximity to Disneyland

There was hair in the sink and on the towels.

When I checked in on 9/2, there was white residue all over the curtains. There’s also no fan in the bathroom so the alarm went off when the door was cracked while taking a shower.

We stayed for the labor day weekend and the suite was very comfortable and super clean the front desk workers 10/10 super friendly
