Fantastic location but insane price gouging for absolutely no reason, upcharge for parking? Why not provide a lovely discount or bar voucher if you are not driving? The fancy cost room and car spot got us a room overlooking the first floor's lovely metal and HVAC units! I'd think that should be another nice perk fixed up for a view worse than Gary. Another mystery for the price was the tv, it was not smart nor offered much access to much anything. At least the pool and hot tub were ideal for the one rainy week. Breakfast knocked out of the park! Big win for the kitchen team here, not only enjoyed but made sure to hit up the buffet again that next morning, I can easily say this was the best I've had in a hotel between Chicago, Miami, and West Coast. Staff was relaxed and polite, well trained, noticed everything very clean and organized for the stay. I'll also add that the hotel brand push for credit cards, benefits, and hoping to buy loyalty is silly. The first hotel to notice no one can be stuck with one brand, regardless of how accessible, and combine benefits and rewards across multiple popular retailers and services will become the immediate top tier for promoting consumer confidence and motivating free marketing.
The Homewood Suites by Hilton was conveniently located to the Anaheim Convention Center. The front desk team was welcoming and helpful with directions to local dining establishments. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very well equipped as a true home away from home. Breakfast each morning was hot and fresh.
Our family loves it here. The room is clean and spacious the beds are comfortable and the walk to the Toy Story parking lot (where you grab the bus) is about a 5 minute walk. All of this makes it a great location. What makes it the perfect location though is William. There are so many hotels to choose from when you are visiting Disneyland but we love it here because of William. Our first stay we met him and he helped us with a credit card fraud situation that happened on our road trip. Disney Magic outside of Disney property … all with a calming smile while I wanted to just throw in the towel. Months later when we had another trip planned that was not Disney we decided to still book this location and deal with the bad LA traffic because we had such an amazing experience our first time. It was so nice to arrive for check in and have William there to greet us, even remembering who we were. Once again the room was spotless and breakfast was good and the customers service is simply the best of the best. Thank you William for always having a smile…Hilton is very lucky to have you!!
We have stayed at Homewood Suites Anaheim four times and we always have a great experience. Recently I had a pack of 40 bottled waters delivered to the hotel but we were staying on the second floor. I asked the front desk if they could store them in the back for me when my husband returns later, but a really nice employee named Kevin offered to take them up to our room for us. Excellent customer service at this hotel.
All of the employees were amazing! Front Desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food service. They were kind, calm, and helpful. I found myself repeatedly going up to the front desk to say how wonderful my stay was
PROS: Reasonably priced hotel that includes breakfast and in-suite kitchen. Close to Toy Story parking lot where you can catch a shuttle bus to the main gate at the theme park. CONS: First level back door locks don’t work so anyone can get into the hotel. No elevator security. It was difficult to get our room serviced even when we made requests in the morning. We ended up leaving our towels and trash outside the door so it could be removed. There are closer suite hotels to the Downtown Disney park entrance (Springhill Suites, Residence Inn and Desert Palms Inn and Suites). Parking is $40/day.
I stayed here for 4 days and paid a premium expecting Hilton-level quality and service, which I unfortunately did not receive. I chose this property thinking it was close to Disneyland, but there are several other hotels even closer that offer better pricing and much better service. This hotel is not family-friendly, and families with kids should consider other options. On top of that, the daily parking fee is unreasonably high. Overall, the stay did not feel worth the price paid.
The location of this hotel is excellent, very convenient and close to Disneyland. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end for me. The parking charges are frankly unreasonable at $46 per day (including taxes), which felt excessive and poorly justified. Even more disappointing was the lack of flexibility or consideration for late checkout, despite my Hilton Diamond status. My request was essentially dismissed without any meaningful attempt to accommodate or offer alternatives. As a loyal Hilton customer, I expect a higher level of service, especially in terms of guest recognition and basic courtesy. This stay did not reflect the value or experience typically associated with the Hilton brand, and overall it did not feel worth the price paid. I would hesitate to stay here again unless there are improvements in guest service and value.
Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff wasn’t very helpful and seemed annoyed when we asked questions such as transition information to Disneyland or recommendations for nearby dining. Other than the front desk, everything was great. I would stay here again.
The girl at the front desk was so friendly. The breakfast was extensive and was great. The dining area was nice and clean and the staff was attentive during breakfast. Our suite was ok. The pullout bed didn’t come with bedding I had to track some down. The kitchen could’ve been cleaned better and things like tissues weren’t refilled. These weren’t dealbreaker issues and I would still stay there again. It’s a great setup for families but room for improvement I think.
The hotel was clean, stuff was very helpful and it was a very convenient location to Disney!!
Wednesday's hospitality evening with wine and snacks was very good. We met some people that were very nice!
Right next to disney parking! great rooms, clean, great staff, around everything, didn’t pay for shuttle we just walked to toy story parking
Great place to stay
Recomiendo mucho este hotel si vas en familia ,tiene cocina que cuenta con todo lo necesario ,es limpio y tiene buen desayuno ,son amables y el bus de Disney está a muy poca distancia 100% recomendado
Staff are very helpful
Clean and tidey
No complaints. Enjoyed my stay.
Room was super nice and clean
Kitchen was well equipped! Room was clean!!
I booked the room for six people. As soon as we got in you could tell they didn’t set the room properly. The coffee machine area in the room wasn’t stocked. Great! Booked a whole kitchen and couldn’t make coffee our first morning waking up. Had to go downstairs for no reason. Not enough towels were in the room originally. They also said they don’t clean every day (housekeeping) only every other day. Okay, so we just requested towels and they didn’t even do that. After a long 14 hour day at Disney we had to call down to the desk at midnight to get some towels and wash cloths brought up. One day, they didn’t leave any wash cloths and we had to use our hands after walking in Disney all day! The next day when housekeeping was done they didn’t even make up one of the beds for the bunk bed. Point is- after a big long day at Disney, this isn’t the place you want to stay. The hotel is beautiful and affordable and who doesn’t love a continental breakfast- but due to the service I will definitely not be booking this hotel ever again. Service was very very poor. If you’re booking for your family, save yourself disappointment and frustration and book somewhere they will take care of you.
Staff super friendly,excellent service
Very clean and friendly staff
Very close to Disney and shops
Staff was helpful and friendly will definitely stay here again.
Dirty dishes in the hallway for 2 days, reservation said free parking and hotel charged $35/day
Super clean room. Bed sheets smelled fresh and clean. Loved the view and room. Very safe and quiet across the street from Disneyland. Planning to return in December.
Great customer service and delicious breakfast.
The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. The front desk always greeted you, even if you were on your way. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect for traveling to Disneyland. Right next to the Toy Story parking lot and close enough for a short walk to the park.
Nice folks. Clean property. Great area. Good bang for the buck.
We had a one-night stay at the hotel for Oogie Boogie Bash. The stay was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast provided. It was the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had.
Very nice hotel. Close to toy story parking lot to catch the free shuttle to Disneyland. Only complaint is the $34 a day for parking
Amazing stafff
Front Desk staff was amazing so nice and so helpful! Hotel room was perfect for our family with 2 littles. Only down side was the people above us were so loud all night that it would wake up our baby.
Great customer service. the help at the front desk was very knowledgable and insightful.
Everything was great! The service, cleanliness, and comfortability were amazing! The breakfast was also excellent! We will definitely be staying again the next time we visit Disney!
How fast and easy it was to get to Disneyland walking and transportation. Will book soon again
Definitely will be going back. The staff were beyond amazing, they were so accommodating and understanding with us. I would highly recommend this hotel for families
Although security is not a top concern, this is an excellent spot to stay. It's a secure section of the hotel rows at Disneyland. However, I had a security problem in my room, and without providing more information, I don't think it was taken seriously. The hotel personnel maintains that the closet in the bathroom is accesible, but nobody has been able to unlock it, and due to the noises coming from the closet ...I will state that it appears suspicious. Staff insists it's a plain closet but no one could open it.
Terrible experience and ended up not staying. Room was dirty, tired and not worth the cost. Asked for sofa bed to be made up and it was not. When we opened the sofa bed up to make up ourselves it had dirty sheets already on the bed, also we had dirty towels in the room. Customer service was terrible. No offer to swap rooms or even an apology. Asked to cancel and refund as we were not going to stay and told unable to refund as we checked in when literally went up to room started making the bed and then decided to go to reception. This is not what we expected! Also had a second booking for another 2 nights which they did cancel and told no charge however, the hotel still charged me for a first night.
Very clean and nice stuff and breakfast is very good. Just wish they provide earlier check in
Excellent service & amazing people!
Great location clean comfortable good service good breakfast easy parking
Room was clean and cozy. We requested an additional blanket and pillow and it was promptly delivered. The breakfast was exceptional, many things to choose from! Checking in was quick and easy, and they have plenty of parking available! Overall it was a great experience.
Went for Disney trip, very close by, family of five. Got the bedroom with the trundle and worked great for us. Pet friendly was a plus!
Kids love the bunk beds. Breakfast was adequate, wish there were more fruit options. But love the location, pool, basketball, friendly staff. Have stayed here twice, and both experiences have been positive.
Kimberly and Ethan were amazing. From the welcome speech to helping us arrange renting electric wheelchairs for my parents, they were prompt to provide suggestions and made sure all our questions were answered.Adriana was texting us every day to make sure our stay was great.
Good food
Clean and close to Disneyland
The property felt safe to stay in. I will be staying there often when traveling.
It was safe and welcoming.
Issues with checking in and could see mold on ceilings , broken ice machines
Great stay here while my husband was in a conference. Great breakfast. Close to Toy Story parking lot to get to Disney. Can also walk to Disney in about 20 mins.
Excellent room, my family loves the bunk bed will definitely come back!
Great location! Nice staff! Our only issue was
The hotel is nice, offers great breakfast and happy hour on Wednesdays. It is conveniently located steps away from Disneyland shuttle. The only issue we had were two huge cockroaches in the kitchen cabinet, but hotel staff took care of it quickly.
Our room had baby roaches in the bathroom and kitchen.
Good room for family. Breakfast could stay open till 10. There were never pool towels available and they are extremely small.
The staff was incredibly nice and sweet. Greeted us when we walked in and when we checked out were very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again.
We decided to break up our vacation from Hawaii with a stop in Disneyland before traveling all the way back to Illinois. I booked this hotel through a Costco package, and I selected it for the proximity to the parks, free breakfast and variety of activities on site to keep my older kids busy (pool, arcade, mini golf course and basketball court). Also, with a family of five (with kids ages 18, 16, and 11), we need the extra space. Upon arrival, we were greeted cheerfully by Jeovanni at the front desk. Our experience with him was stellar- he went above and beyond by making conversation with each one of us, and he even remembered us every other time he saw us afterward! He was super accommodating with helping me navigate my Hilton Honors points, making sure we weren't charged for parking, and ensuring that we had all the extra towels, keys, and bedding that we needed. Breakfast was your typical waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels/muffins/toast, oatmeal, fruit, cereal offerings, but I was impressed with the overnight oats and chia pudding that they had as well! Also, there was hot coffee (regular and decaf with all the fixings) available 24-7 in the lobby! That is a big plus in my book! I also utilized the fitness center a couple of times and had it all to myself! Additionally, getting to the parks was a BREEZE! We are used to being on a bus for at least 30-45 minutes and navigating through seas of people in the blazing heat since we are frequent WDW visitors. Not here! The Toy Story parking lot for the parks is located directly behind the hotel, and you take the bus a short 5-8 minutes to get to the parks. Easy peasy! The only slightly negative thing I can say about our stay is that the room seemed a bit dated (though clean) and it was annoying to not have a divider between the sink/get-ready area outside of the bathroom and the main bedroom. Honestly though, the best part about this hotel is the staff! Like I mentioned before, Jeovanni was amazing, but every single staff member that we came into contact with was super friendly and accommodating with a smile! The breakfast staff kept up the availability of all breakfast foods until the very end, and that area was always brimming with people (but we were never out of fresh, hot food). It is obvious that the staff takes pride in this hotel, and we appreciated the cleanliness, friendliness and affordability of it all!
We were content overall. Except on 4th of July they allowed a DJ in the pool area which caused a lot of loud noises. They could not respond to it until 10pm. I thought it was a family hotel and we had to deal with the noise that night. It’s difficult when you have a young child and it’s not pleasant dealing with very loud music.
Loved everything about this hotel for a Disney trip!
The staff was amazing the room was clean.
Clean, comfortable and pleasant to stay in
I got to see disney fireworks from my room Big room They provide sink, microwave and fridge Bathroom all clean, with amenities and box Location close to disney Breakfast included It's a bit pricy but well, it is worth it!
Roomy inside and outside. The property has everything for everyone. I love the kichette and full fridge. Made it convenience to store food and drinks. The front desk and staff were welcoming ans friendly.
Loved it here, breakfast is great and services!
Clean, conveniently located to Disney a 17 minute walk or use the shuttle an 8 minute walk next to the hotel. Breakfast had lots of options. Happy hour on Wednesday with snacks and wine/beer. Recycling bins were not noticeable or there was only a small container in the room.
Great stay. Clean, spacious rooms. Lots of outdoor fun for the teens between pool, basketball court and mini golf putt. Breakfast had lots of options. Was right beside Disney Toy Story parking which was great for check out day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again with my family.
The Homewood Suites is clean, comfortable, and the studio I was in was very spacious with a kitchen and all the dishware, pots, pans and utensils you need to make a meal. Breakfast is free and has plenty of options on rotation every morning, and there's always hot coffee and tea available all day in the lobby. Saw plenty of people going to conventions, which is a short several minute walk to the Anaheim Convention Center. For Disneyland, people can walk to the next door Toy Story Lot for a free shuttle ride to Disneyland, or can walk to a nearby ART bus stop and pay to ride the public bus to Disneyland.
The kitchen was well equipped with small appliances and various utensils. Would highly recommend to others to stay at the Homewood Suites Hilton
Family friendly
Excellent stay. Very clean, comfortable and close to everything excellent breakfast excellent amenities such as basketball court mini golf everything was great!
Very nice staff. It did take 4 times to get extra pillows but that was it. The breakfast protein was different every day which was nice and the chia cup Was really good!
My kids love the hotel suite.
Amazing
This is the only hotel we like to stay at when visiting Disneyland.
2 night stay, good price great hotel from the staff to the room to the amenities! Will come back.
I liked the hotel and its amenities. It’s wonderful stay for family with kids. They have some evening snacks on Wednesday’s which they haven’t mentioned when checking in. It’s free evening snacks on Wednesday. They have good breakfast options as well
It was nice and clean and the staff very professional and polite and very nice
Great place
Great family stay for disneyland
This was our second time here. We stayed here last yr during the Memorial Day weekend and again for 2025 Memorial Day weekend. It was more busy this yr but we enjoyed our stay. Even with the amount of people in the hotel it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was a plus and different daily options. Walk is about 15 min or less to Disney if you are head that way . Also Beaches and other attractions are very close by. Our family loves Hilton Hotels we stayed at a newer one down the road before which was also nice we decided to use this one only because the other one is to close to the freeway and you hear to much noise from the traffic at night. The staff is great too.
Last time we stayed here was 2017. Was nice then but this time was amazing!! This time time it has been completely renovated with new ideas like a king bed with a set of bunkbeds and a trundle including a queen sofa bed. It was so nice and so comfortable!! AND... Best part is the beds were super comfy!! Slept all night through with no problem! Ànd we all know how important that is, right? Also, just behind the hotel within a 5 min walk is the Toy Story parking lot to catch a free bus to Disneyland!! This will now be my new go to hotel for this area! William, at the front desk was ao helpful and kind, thanks again William. Also, Jeovanni for a fast and easy check in. I also want to thank all the staff that work there. Every time we needed something they brought it up with a 😊. So grateful to everyone!!
The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows very comfy, it was the best sleep I've had in awhile. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Was perfect area for our vusit
I absolutely love this Homewood suites, I stayed at another homewood suites close by and it’s still nothing like this one. This location is right next to Disneyland, has friendly and accommodating staff, best breakfast, always clean, safe location. It’s just has everything you could need and want if you’re going to Disneyland.
Our family loves this property! Easy walk to Disneyland and breakfast buffet is good. The triple bunk bed is perfect for bigger families. Absolutely my favorite Disneyland and convention center hotel!
Great place to stay! Beds were really comfortable.
Great location with a warm and welcoming team!
Family friendly, clean, nice breakfast, staff were amazing!
Nice place to stay. Walkable distance from the Convention Center.
Great hotel for a Disney stay, awesome breakfast and staff. Right next door to the Toy Story parking lot. $35 parking per day and $200 incidental fee per room is a little steep. Everything else is awesome.
Hotel is a 20 min walk away from Disneyland.
We stayed here because we heard from friends that the location was great for proximity to the Disneyland shuttles at the Toy Story lot next door, and that the hotel itself was affordable with plenty of space and a solid breakfast. All of this was true.
Overall nice stay. Was here with some family and we all had a hard time getting new towels and bedding when requested
The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Our room was very clean, however, there was an issue with the rubber seal to the fridge door. It kept coming off of the door, so the alarm kept going off because the fridge would not close properly unless I aligned the seal to the door perfectly. The WiFi was pretty bad…actually non functional and I had to rely on my phone data to get internet in and around the hotel. Even then, the signal was pretty horrible, so because of the WiFi/internet issue, I don’t believe I will be coming back to this hotel. I believe you can pay for better WiFi, but I’d rather not because I’m not sure how reliable that would be either. The breakfast buffet had good food selection and there was one worker who always said good morning to me and greeted me with a smile. The pool was nice and peaceful because my kids and I were pretty much the only ones there on a Saturday afternoon. The gym had adequate equipment and there were plenty of cardio machines to choose from: a few treadmills, a recumbent bike, a Peloton bike, and an Eliptical (the one I chose for my cardio workout). I also used their free weights and bench. The gym had a functional trainer machine that I didn’t use, so I can’t comment on it too much. Plenty of towels there to wipe the sweat off your face. Overall a good experience with a few hiccups. This is the second time my family stayed here since my husband has an annual event at the Convention Center.
Pleasant environment and decent breakfast options
I will definitely stay here every time I go to Disneyland. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in this area. They were more than a staff, they were family.
Easy access to Disney buses.
