TODO lo demás. El mantenimiento penoso de las instalaciones, limpieza? de mobiliario y moquetas inexistente. Cobran hasta por el cepillo y pasta de dientes!!!! Cobran por el uso de la piscina!!!! que ya había cerrado a pesar de que cuando se realizó la reserva especificaba que estaba abierta. Poca oferta para cenar a precios excesivos. Personal recepción, penoso. Inglés muy limitado. En el check out nos hicieron pagar un sobre coste de 30.000 wones porque manifestaron se equivocaron al pasar el cargo. Como íbamos justos de tiempo para coger el vuelo tuvimos que abonarlo de muy mala gana. Muy CUTRE. Un establecimiento de esa categoría? no supo estar a la altura. Pagué su ineptitud en el mejor de los casos. Prefiero pensar eso a que me engañaran. Hervidor de agua y cuatro sobres de te, no había cucharas. Ni siquiera café soluble. Jaboncito de manos en pastilla que se pegaba al cuenco cuando se usaba. En fin, todavía estoy en shock con este infame hotel.

The food avaliable was very limited and very expensive. The wine limited and could not buy by the glass unless red wine. Such a beautiful view a shame the restaurant was so limited. Disappointing. Pool was very cold.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026시설의 연륜이 군데군데 느껴졌지만, 직원들의 친절함과 꼼꼼한 일처리는 굉장히 인상적이었습니다. 특히 세심히 배려해준 여직원분 대단히 감사드립니다. 탁 트인 잔디와 바다 전경은 또 다시 오고싶게 만들기에 충분했음. 기회가 된다면 부모님을 모시고 오고싶음.
산 전망을 선택했는데 어찌된건지 수영장 전경으로 배정받았습니다만, 베란다로 나가면 바다가 보여서 어느정도 만족했음. 야외수영장에서 음악 틀어주는건 이해는 하겠는데 소리를 좀 줄여줬으면 어땟을까 싶습니다. 방에서 쉬는 분들도 있을텐데 소음으로 들릴 수 있었을 것 같습니다. 욕실 문 수건걸이?가 조금만 힘을 받아도 떨어짐. 이건 연륜으로 보긴 어려워보임...

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026방에서 보는 풍경이 너무 좋아요! 객실에서 보는 뷰는 제주 전체에서 손에 꼽힐 만한 곳입니다. 사우나도 좋고, 물이 좋아서 객실에서 샤워만 해도 머릿결이 매끈, 피부도 보들거립니다.
햇살 따가운 여름에 지상 주차장을 이용해야 하는 것이 매우 아쉽습니다. 지상이더라도 차양막 시설이라도 조금 해 놓으면 좋을 것 같은데, 바람 많은 제주라 쉽진 않을 듯하긴 합니다만... 방문할 때마다 이 점이 아쉽습니다.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Wonderful location. Great experience, specially if you get a ocean view room. It is at the end of the Airport Limo bus route, so very easy to get on and get off. It is a short drive to eating places and the market. And the grounds are an excellent stroll.
No room service. Thats a pain when you are living at lands end.

호텔내부에 편의시설이 너무 없어요. 주변에도 가게가 없는데 호텔내에 편의점이나 기프트샵같은게 있으면 좋갰어여.

First time I hear about pool fees. Not only you have to pay to the pool (inner pool and gym and sauna altogether), but the outside pool was empty. Breakfast was ok but could be better for a 5* hotel.

Reviewed May 26, 2026이곳의 장점은 조용함과 여유로움입니다. 제주도의 그어떤 호텔보다 조용하고 한적합니다. 숙소에 머무르는 시간이 명상하는 시간처럼 차분하고 좋았습니다. 바다와 바람 그리고 햇빛이 가장 잘 느껴지는 숙소입니다. 그리고 직원분들이 정말 친절하고 배려가 넘치는 곳입니다. 저는 차를 이용했지만 공항에서 600번버스를 타면 종점이 칼호텔이라 편리합니다. 2019년도 부터 지속적으로 방문하고 있습니다. 야외수영장이 사용가능한 여름이 가장 방문하기 좋지만 귤따기 체험이 가능한 겨울도 좋고 봄꽃이 만발한 봄도 추천합니다.
조식 메뉴가 풍성하지는 않습니다. 그래도 가장 기본적인 구성입니다. 편의점같은 시설은 없어서 호텔에 들어오기전에 미리 모든 것을 사두는 것이 필요합니다.

Reviewed May 4, 2026The staff told me that they don't turn on the AC until June or July, no matter the temp. Our room got to 80 degrees fahrenheit (27 celsius) and they had the heat on. All the air or heat is centrally controlled and you have no ability to change it in your room. This is maddening in collar season.

The AC was not working. When I contacted the reception, they said sorry it is not going to work. The room was becoming very hot and we were not able to sleep. If we opened the window, noises from outside kept coming. And also, with the open windows people could see into each other’s rooms. I could literally see people in their underwear sleeping on their bed, which was very weird and uncomfortable. Also, if there is some policy to not switch on the AC, it should be told before reservation and the amount of non-AC rooms should be applied. We were three people in the room with one double bed and one single bed, but all the things were provided in the set of two. If we wanted an extra set, they said it was chargeable.
