It was spacious, clean, quiet, well located. Staff were nice. Towels were fluffy.

Tea and coffee station was poor, only instant coffee and tea and very little milk.

Location was perfect, near the train station and it is in the center of Montpellier

We were given room 14 on the ground floor. The room appeared perfect. Then at 0300 every morning there was a disturbance outside which transpires to be refuge collection. There were huge waste bins in the road and were emptied at this time. They are close to the hotel and very noisy. I was woken each morning by this noise. It seemed the hotel was not at capacity when we arrived and I feel staying 4 nights out room should not have been in this location. A small observation is that there is also a street light above the window. The blackout blinds are well made but do not prevent the light entering the room at the sides. This could be overcome with a slight increase in the size of the blinds. I feel that the first issue is far more of a concern.

De ligging is perfect, dichtbij station en de place comédie, dus heel centraal. Ook de opstap voor alle tramlijnen is volledig nabij. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, het ontbijt is goed, alles is netjes, de wifi is goed.

To form a large bed they pushed two small beds together that were on casters. In the middle of the night you often fell through the middle of the beds as they rolled away from each other

Stanza un po umida e che sapeva un po di chiuso ma aprendo la finestra migliora. Bagno pulitissimo anche se appunto, per l'umidità, c'è un pochina di muffa nella doccia, niente di che però ecco. Letti ok, 4 cuscini che presi singolarmente sono inesistenti :)

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Man kann in nur wenigen Minuten das Zentrum per Pedes erreichen. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

La ubicación es perfecta. El lugar tiene lindos detalles, como la hora del té por las tardes y el personal es lo mejor. Són más que amables. Gracias mil!!

La literie était très confortable (j’ai passé d’excellentes nuits) et les chambres calmes. L’emplacement était idéal. Le petit déjeuner était bon.

Les chambres n’étaient pas des plus propres (joints noirs, poussières, intérieur des armoires,…) et étaient un peu humides.

The room was a nice size. A very nice area for breakfast and afternoon tea. The food was very good. The location and staff were excellent.

The hair dryer needs to be replaced. I could only use it on low otherwise it would shut off within seconds. Also wish there had been a safe in the room.

Very clean and quiet and just steps from the train station (the local one not the station from Paris). Great breakfast and very kind staff. We loved it.

Good value 3 star hotel in an excellent central location, just off Place Comedie and very close to the train station. Helpful staff and an excellent Continental breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, very firm which I like. Also, there was free tea and cake each afternoon at 4pm, although I didn't get the chance to avail of this. All in all, was very pleased with my stay here.

The room was quite small for a double room, and the TV was awkwardly placed in the corner of the room so you had to crane your neck to see it.

Posizione, camera con vista interna, accogliente e silenziosa. Hotel in zona traffico limitato, non raggiungibile in auto, ma vicino a grandi parcheggi.

Nella nostra camera c’era la vasca, avremmo preferito doccia se disponibile (in altre camere era disponibile).

The calcium buildup on the hidden Parts of the shower and sink fixtures impeded the smooth operation of the handles and the flow of water.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Es liegt nah am Bahnhof und zur Altstadt.

Leider war im Bad keine Dusche sondern nur eine Badewanne. Da kein Duschvorhang vorhanden war, war das Duschen eine ziemlich nasse Angelegenheit.

Falta una nevera.Hace mas de 30 años que no han realizado ninguna renovacion o eso parece por eso se puede ver en el patio interior trozos de las paredes y un punto de un pasillo interior tambien un pequeño desprendimiento. Es una lastima porque seria un hotel perfecto.

Perfectly located and very quiet as pedestrianised. Staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations on where to go/what to do/ewhere to eat The breakfast was very good with freshly made crepes and smoked salmon!

The shower in our room was not arranged for a stand up shower.

The floor was quite dusty in and out of the room - the furniture and bathroom were clean though.

Super zentrale Lage. Man ist quasi direkt im Geschehen und kann diese wundervollen Stadt erkunden. Das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen und das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und Dank der leistungsstarken Klimaanlage konnten wir auch während der Hitzewelle gut schlafen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fanden wir beide super und würden uns bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder für das Hôtel Royal Centre Comedie entscheiden.

De uitstraling van de kamer en het hotel als geheel alsmede de ruime en luxe kamer. Daarnaast was het personeel heel erg sympathiek en meedenkend (we waren per ongeluk een half uur te laat met uitchecken maar hier maakten ze geen probleem van).

L'accueil incroyable du personnel de la réception. La réceptionniste du jour de mon arrivée et celle de mon départ étaient très professionnelles, aimables, souriantes et chaleureuses. Un vrai sens de la relation client avec un grand professionalisme. Merci infiniment.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and acommodating. The room was a good size and the bathroom was large. The location was excellent.

Loved staying here. It’s right by the train station and the main plaza, so getting around was very easy. The room was spotless and actually felt spacious, not cramped at all. Breakfast was really good and the staff were friendly who made everything easy. Total lockdown choice for Montpellier, will definitely book again.

Location is great. 3 minutes walk to Place de la Comedie’ and lots of restaurants , shops , Monoprix and attractions and historical places are within walking distance. Train station is 8 min walk. Variety of Breakfast was good enough for me. The building was a bit old and room was small but i was barely in the room so i did not mind. The stuff was kind and helpful. I would stay here if i visit Montpellier again!

Hotel centralissimo, su una delle strade principali della città. Sulle prime la struttura può apparire non modernissima, ma riserva all'interno della camera parecchi tocchi di originalità, che si vede già dalla reception e nella sala retrostante. Ho avuto (mea culpa) qualche difficoltà nel raggiungere il parcheggio che ci era stato indicato, ma solo per un mio errore, quando ho visto poi la posizione dell'albergo ho capito che più centrale e semplice da raggiungere di così.. Letto super comodo.

Hotellet har en underbart härlig atmosfär. Kvinnan i receptionen var väldigt vänlig och hjälpte oss med tips på vilka ställen vi borde besöka under vårt korta besök i Montpellier. Hon hjälpte oss även med val av restaurang, vilket var en fullträff. Mycket god mat! Hon var dessutom mycket noga med att informera mig kring frukosten angående min allergi. Hotellet låg väldigt nära tågstationen, vilket var bra för oss. Vi uppskattade också att hotellet hade AC, då det var otroligt varmt ute under vår vistelse i staden. Vi är helnöjda med vårt val av hotell. Tack så mycket!

Das Personal war äussert zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist hervorragend. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche ausgezeichnete Cafés und Restaurants. Das Team an der Rezeption gibt hierzu gerne persönliche Empfehlungen.

Super comfortable rooms. Nice beds. Great location. Our room was not facing the street and was very quiet. The room was cozy and had nice details in the decor so it didn’t feel like every other hotel. Would 100% stay again.

Location was phenomenal, ~3 minutes from both the train station and the main square; staff exceptionally friendly; room spacious and modern; bed comfy; powerful AC; tea time!

No dislikes! Only small thing is there was only a shower wand in the bathtub, with no holder—so I had to hold it with one hand, while showering

Hotel liegt unmittelbar beim place de la comédie. Zimmer auf den Innenhof (Aussicht mässig auf Palmen-Baumstamm) aber dafür ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr bequemes Bett. Das Hotel ist auch mit dem Zug gut zu erreichen - ab Gare Sud de Montpellier fährt das Tram Nr 1 bis 2 Minuten vor die Hoteltüre.

Très bonne situation géographique, entre la gare Saint Roch et la place de la Comédie. Très bon accueil. A notre arrivée, invitation à prendre une boisson chaude avec une tranche de cake. Chambre spacieuse, calme.

No major issues. Only nit pick is there was no fridge in the room so in the middle of summer, cold drinks can’t stay cool.

Location was excellent, between the railway station and main square. Everything was close by with great transport links. Nice breakfast, staff were very accommodating and our room/bathroom were both spacious and clean. We were initially given a small room with a broken toilet, but this was quickly sorted out and we were moved. Similar to Hotel du Midi around the corner, and owned by same group, but Royal was slightly cheaper. Boutique style decor was fab and gave the hotel a real French feel. No bar in hotel but plenty of places to eat and drink on doorstep as you are right in the centre of Comedie area with beautiful architecture.
