Velmi dobra izba na piatom poschodí (prémiu). Veľmi pohodlné matrace v posteli. Krásny výhľad na oceán. Uteráky vymienane podľa potreby. Posteľné prádlo raz za 3 dni veľmi chutné a bohaté raňajky. Kávovar na nesspreso kapsle( treba si priniesť svoje z domu). Hotelová kapsula stojí 2.60€.

Prístup pravdepodobne veľkého bossa, ktorému nevadia ženy v plavkách premávajúce sa cez hotel ale vadia muži, ktorí prechádzajú z plaze do hotela z obňaženou hruďou. prechlorovaný bazén z lehátkami, ktoré sú permanentne s niekým obsadené ale neležia na nich. Veľmi biedna posilovňa s jednou činkou a dvoma bežiacimi pásmi. O spa ani nehovoriac. Parkovanie síce zadarmo ale obsadene miestnymi, ktorí idú na pláž. Neodporúčam ani miešané nápoje pretože alkohol v nich chyba. Radsej si dajte miestne brandy. Pokazená lampa opravená po 4 dňoch.

Не понравилось отсутствие стеклянных стаканов в номере, выдавали по два бумажных стаканчика в день (видимо, чтобы не убирать за гостями разбитое стекло). Пытались попросить на баре бокалы для вина в номер, нам отказали( В итоге купили их в магазине.

The hotel room was amazing. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The view of the beach and sea was gorgeous. Everything was within walking distance. I would most definitely stay in the Rocamar hotel again.

The only disadvantage for me is the lack of space by the pool. But this was just a minor issue.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the staff are very friendly. I want to give special mention to the gentleman welcoming guests every morning at breakfast — I’m sorry I don’t know his name, but he made every morning feel warm and pleasant. The view from the balcony is lovely, although the balustrade is very high. If you’re sitting on a chair, you can’t really enjoy the view unless you stand up, so you have to choose between comfort or scenery. It’s nice to have a coffee machine in the room, but the capsules are not included( you must order them at reception). It doesn’t make much sense, considering you can buy a coffee in the restaurant for a similar price and enjoy it with a beautiful view outside. A complimentary bottle of water is a nice touch, but having to pay for additional bottles — especially with the high cost of the stay — feels unnecessary. The same goes for the room safe. In this day and age, using a safe should be a standard feature, not something you’re charged extra for each day. The swimming pool is advertised for guests, but the space is extremely limited: only 12 sunbeds for over 80 rooms, plus three sets of table chairs. Alternatively, the pool staff may offer you a place on the floor deck, which is not ideal. Overall, the hotel has good qualities — cleanliness, friendly staff, and pleasant views — but several extra charges, poor attention to small details, and limited access to advertised facilities take away from the experience.

I booked this hotel mainly because of the swimming pool, but I wasn’t able to use it even once during my 5‑day stay. No matter what time I tried, there were never any free sunbeds. Many guests seemed to reserve them by leaving towels all day, and staff did not intervene or manage the situation. For a hotel that advertises its pool as a key feature, this was very disappointing.In the end, the only option was to go to the beach and pay for sunbeds every day. The sea view from balcony was my second reason for choosing this hotel and booking room vith the view, but this also did not meet the expectations set by the hotel’s advertising. Charging a €200 deposit, providing paper cups in the room and bathroom without replacing them, and not washing the coffee cups once used feels very poor — especially for a hotel that uses the word “Exclusive” in its name. It does not feel exclusive at all.

Didnt like the fact that you have to BUY water and they would not fill up your water bottle you have to buy water also they wouldnt give you ice to put in your water bottle even tho you buy water from them. Also people ( staff are not very welcoming and always in a mood dont even smile.

Lage war sehr gut und auch das Hotel selbst bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen !

Leider wurde unser ansonsten schöner Aufenthalt im Rocamar durch das Verhalten eines Mitarbeiters an der Poolbar stark beeinträchtigt. Am 4. und 5.8 während unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir von einem Kellner an der Poolbar aus unserer Sicht sehr unfreundlich und unfair behandelt. Besonders enttäuschend war eine Situation am Pool: Wir lagen bereits seit etwa sechs Stunden auf unseren Liegen und hatten unsere Handtücher dort. Am Nachmittag wollten wir lediglich für ca. 30 Minuten ins Fitnessstudio des Hotels gehen. Der Kellner teilte uns daraufhin mit, dass wir unsere Liegen komplett räumen müssten, sobald wir den Poolbereich verlassen. Grundsätzlich hätten wir für eine solche Regel Verständnis – allerdings wurde sie offensichtlich nicht bei allen Gästen gleich angewendet. Andere Gäste verließen ihre Liegen beispielsweise für rund eine Stunde zum Mittagessen, ohne dass sie aufgefordert wurden, diese zu räumen. Bei uns wurde dagegen ausdrücklich darauf bestanden. Dadurch fühlten wir uns gezielt und unfair behandelt. Was wir noch unangenehmer fanden: Nach dieser Situation war das Verhältnis zu diesem Mitarbeiter für den restlichen Urlaub extrem angespannt. Teilweise wurden wir nicht einmal mehr gegrüßt. Als Gäste in einem Hotel erwartet man einen professionellen und respektvollen Umgang – auch wenn es einmal eine Meinungsverschiedenheit gibt. Das Ganze hat unseren Aufenthalt leider deutlich getrübt. Wir haben den Poolbereich anschließend sogar bewusst gemieden, wenn dieser Mitarbeiter Dienst hatte. Das ist besonders schade, weil wir unseren Urlaub genießen wollten und der Pool für uns eigentlich ein wichtiger Teil des Hotels war. Wir hoffen sehr, dass das Hotel solche Situationen ernst nimmt und darauf achtet, dass alle Gäste gleich und respektvoll behandelt werden.

Le personnel pas serviable du tout On a demander à réchauffer le restant d’une pizza de la veille on nous a envoyer bouler en disant qu’il n’avait pas de micro onde alors qu’il avait un derrière lui Il n’on pas voulue nous prêter un fer à repasser on disant qu’il avait une blanchisserie tout pour faire du pognons J’ai demander un tir bouchon pour ouvrir une bouteille dans notre terrasse pour l’apéro et deux verre la il nous ont encore envoyer bouler J’ai fait plus de trente pays et c’est dans mon pays natal que je suis le plus mal servis à 250€ la nuit et un service comme ça je trouve aberrant 18€ par personne pour le petit déjeuner c’est une honte Le gars qui faisait le pancake Se planquait pour économiser la pâte il venait que quand il y avait au moins quatre personne et du coup on devait attendre le temps qu’il les fassent pas de fruit pas de croissant pas de gâteau juste un cake coupé en morceau le café horrible pour ne pas en reprendre d’autre voilà le petit déjeuner à 18€ par personne un peux d’œuf brouillé une tranche de pain des haricots 🫘 pour les anglais pas de quoi justifier ce prix L’hôtel est propre bien placé les chambres spacieuse, mais ça ne vaut pas 250 € la nuit

La posizione è a picco sull’oceano. Con una breve passeggiata sul lungomare si raggiungono negozi e ristoranti. Colazione ottima.

La nostra stanza affacciava sulla piscina e dovevamo tenere la finestra e la tenda chiusa.

The location is amazing. Within a short walk of beautiful beaches, restaurants, and the Old Town. We had a premium room which was spacious and nicely decorated. The television had a lot of channels as well as YouTube. The cleaning staff were very good, cleaned multiple times a day and left the room spotless most times. The only complaint is that once, my clothes were taken out of the wardrobe and left all over the bed. Presumably, they took the clothes out to clean the wardrobe and just forgot to put them back. Other than that, the rooms were always very clean. The man at reception was warm, funny and welcoming despite our check in being at around 11pm. He was very helpful and explained everything well. Similarly, the staff at breakfast were very kind and professional. The food was pretty good and there's a nice man who makes you fresh pancakes every morning.

My main issue was with a couple of staff members. The best example is the hotel bartender. One night, there was an intoxicated young girl on the bench outside the hotel so we, of course, tried to help her. She was fading in and out of consciousness and we were contemplating whether we should call an ambulance. Whilst this was happening, my partner went inside the hotel to buy some water. The bartender rudely said "you make your bed, you lie in it" and refused service!! Unbelievably unprofessional and dangerous given the circumstances, there are no words for how angry I still am about this incident. Luckily, local restaurants/bars were happy to help and the girl is fine now. Additionally, we had a balcony on the same level as the pool which meant people were able to access it. We had been assured at check in that if anyone tried to use our chairs or sunbed, the staff would ask them to move. However when a couple did use our balcony, a staff member came to bang on our glass door and ask (in front of the couple) whether they were allowed to stay. Obviously feeling pressured and not wanting to be rude, we said yes even though we had been planning to spend the afternoon out there ourselves. This is minor in comparison to the bartender but still unprofessional and not the way most staff in four star hotels would act. Another potential issue is that due to the location, we could often hear music from outside the hotel. This wasn't a big issue for us but given that it's portrayed at a quiet spa hotel, this could be annoying for some people. Overall, the hotel was lovely and I'd definitely stay again as long as I can avoid that bartender!!

Stunning view from our seaview room. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory. Location was great, less than 10 minutes walk to Old Town and also quite close to the Marina.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. Very close to the central bars and restaurants. The beach is just a short walk away and easy access to the beach via stairs or an elevator. The staff are so friendly and welcoming they did everything they could to make us have a comfortable stay.

I can’t say I disliked anything about the hotel but if I were to say anything slightly negative I would say that it would benefit more by having a larger swimming pool and maybe reduce the cost of drinks.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean. The breakfast was good. It's also easy to walk to Albufeira Old Town, making the location very convenient. Overall, a great place to stay, especially if you enjoy being close to the beach and the town.

The swimming pool is quite small and there are only a few sunbeds, but the beach is just a short walk away and has plenty of sunbeds available.

Das Frühstück ist leider sehr englisch angehaucht und es gibt jeden Tag die selben Speisen. Ebenso sich gesund zu ernähren ist auch eher schwierig, da es nicht so viele gesunden Alternativen gibt. Ebenso hatte unser Zimmer keinen Balkon.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Przy samej plaży, blisko miasta, ale bez hałasu. Dosłownie wszędzie blisko. Śniadania były okej, widok z pokoju piękny. Basen fajny.

Łóżka dwa pojedyncze i leżąc na środku było trochę niewygodnie. W holu i windzie brak klimatyzacji. Mało leżaków nad basenem.

The location is great - right in front of the beach. Room is spacious and it has a balcony. Staff are super nice, helpful and polite.

The beds are quite hard, not very comfortable. A 4 stars hotel I think it should invest more in beds, which is the main item a traveler will be using. The breakfast was nice, but exactly the same every single day - If I were you, I would do 75% the same and change 25% of it every day. But the the biggest disappointment was the swimming pool of the hotel. It was one of the reasons I booked this hotel but then when you go there, there is only 12 beds and the hotel has more than 90 rooms. Do the math. Impossible to get a bed unless you queue there first thing in the morning like crazy people.

Nachtlawaai...jammer dat je met je terrasdeur moet dicht slapen om geen lawaai te hebben van feestvierders...het zou veel leuker zijn dat je je deur kan laten opstaan om de zee, de golven te horen... Harde matrassen viel ons tegen...

Hotel d'une propreté irréprochable, excellent emplacement et très bon petit déjeuner en extérieur face à la mer.

Le café du petit déjeuner pas très bon à mon goût. Demande de caution de 400€, surpris mais pas grave. Terrasse restreinte.

Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand und der Promenade. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und sehr professionell. Perfekter Service. Schönes Zimmer mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Vom Pool auch Blick auf das Meer. Alles war für uns perfekt.

Amazing location on the cliffs, breathtaking ocean views, few minutes from Old Town, comfortable, clean. The personnel of the hotel is really great, on the reception, restaurant, cleaning staff... They would do everything possible to support, even for small requests, not because they are obliged to, but because they authentically want to help. Thank you for making my stay wonderful.
