Die Lage war zentral. Das Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Frühstücken konnte man sogar auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ätna und war reichhaltig.

Was missing the times of breakfast check in check out, air conditioner was not cooling, and the fridge was mood inside because the lights work but the cooling no.

We enjoyed everything about The Hotel Tonic! The location was perfect close to everything with lovely restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in a junior suite, which was a really big size with a balcony! We loved the bathroom, which was very modern with a walk-in shower and separate room for the toilet separated by a glass sliding door. The breakfast was excellent, serving hot and cold selection of dishes!

Staff were all very helpful. Giuseppe was always on hand to help out with directions and recommendations of where to go. We had a late flight home and was excellent that we could leave out luggage to allow us to go out and about.

Breakfast was poor. Not a great deal of choice. And the cakes were dry. Breakfast staff were polite and very helpful. Location was ok but a fair walk to some of the main spots. Beds were uncomfortable, air conditioning was really noisy and couldn’t be left on once your room was vacated as everything switched off one the key card was removed.

Nalazi se na odličnoj lokaciji. Znamenitosti, centar i sva važna stajališta - autobuska za aerodrom i plažu nalaze se na do 10 minuta hoda, dok je železnička stanica na oko 30 minuta. Uzela sam zvučno izolovanu sobu, koja je bila prostrana i opremljena sa svim što mi je bilo potrebno. Osoblje je ljubazno, pogotovo na recepciji, a doručak izvrstan.

Peškiri su mi promenjeni tek četvrtog dana i to nakon što sam zatražila. Sobarica je ostavljala vidljivu prljavštinu na lavabou i podovima, čak jedan dan nije izbacila smeće iz jedne kante. Vrata na tuš kabini nisu mogla dobro da se zatvore.

Das Personal, vorallem der Verantwortliche für das Frühstück war sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Super Lage.

Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut und hat teis sehr spezielle Geräusche von sich gegeben.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, με 24ωρη ρεσεψιόν και εξαιρετικές επιλογές στο πρωινό καθημερινά. Είχαμε κάποια θέματα την πρώτη μέρα με τον κλιματισμό, αλλά ανταποκριθηκαν άμεσα με αλλαγή δωματίου κι αυτό αποδεικνύει πόσο καλοί επαγγελματίες είναι. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό. Ευχαριστούμε! 🙏

Η πολιτική σε σχέση με το αν ήθελες να πάρεις κάτι από το πρωινό για αργότερα π.χ. 2φρουτα, 1αυγο, 1κομματι κέικ δεν επιτρεπόταν, αλλά έπρεπε να τα πληρώσεις! OMG! Θα πρέπει να το αλλάξετε άμεσα... Τέτοιο ξενοδοχείο με τόσο καλή διαχείριση, χαλάει την εικόνα σας απέναντι στους πελάτες... Έχω γυρίσει όλον τον κόσμο και δεν το έχω ξαναδεί ποτέ! 🫤

El desayuno lo es todo, un punto más por eso simplemente. Todo muy limpio, el personal increíble, las instalaciones acordes. Recomendable, además muy buena ubicación.

Edit (przez niegrzeczną odpowiedź): nie jest to moja pierwsza podróż zagraniczna, a zatem pobyt w hotelu, więc uwagi dotyczące działania hotelowej lodówki są nie na miejscu. Sugeruję zapytać pracowników hotelu Manganelli Palace Hotel w Katanii z takim samym modelem lodówki i takim samym przedziałem temperatur na zewnątrz w tym czasie jak to możliwe, że tamta rzeczywiście chłodzi. Chcę zaznaczyć również, że jedyne co w niej się znajdowało to butelka wody. Ponownie zaznaczam, że problem był zgłaszany już pierwszej doby i nikt z obsługi w trakcie kilku następnych dni nie zrobił nic w tym temacie, więc kolejne uwagi o brak zgłaszania innych problemów na bieżąco są absurdalne. Ocenę obniżam o dodatkową gwiazdkę. Oryginalna opinia: Lodówka w pokoju nie działała, pomimo zgłoszenia problemu na recepcji nikt się tym nie zajął przez cały pobyt, co przy prawie 40 C upale na zewnątrz i pobieraniu regularnej opłaty za minibar jest niedopuszczalne, w łazience obecna pleśń na ścianach i kafelkach, kotara prysznicowa stara i brudna zwłaszcza na spodzie, pokoje przeważnie nie były dokładnie sprzątane - jednego dnia poza wyniesieniem śmieci (i brakiem wsadzenia nowych worków do śmietników) nic nie zostało zrobione - nawet łóżka niepościelone i piasek na podłodze.

Kahvaltı menüsü zengindi, her sabah farklı bir şey vardı, servis güleryüzlü ve nazikti. Otelde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Bütün gün sıcaktan bunalmış Sicilyalıların hışmına uğradıktan sonra, akşam olunca sığındığımız güvenli tek limandı. Resepsiyonda bütün sorularımıza cevap veren, çözüm bulan insanlar vardı. Özellikle İngilizce bilmeyen/çok az bilen gece müdürünün (adını bilmiyorum, kucak dolusu sevgiler ona) park parasını onun yardımıyla yatırdık. Tabi ki yine otelin yardımıyla sorunsuz araba kiraladık. Her şey için teşekkürler

L'emplacement et le personnel étaient top, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

La climatisation était défectueuse et faisait un bruit monstrueux, ronronnement bruyant et de temps en temps elle s'emballait pour rien et cela nous réveillait (3-4 fois par nuit). Nous avons demandé à la réception mais on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas d'autres chambres. Il faisait 36°c dehors donc pas le choix que de la laisser tourner la journée et la nuit si on voulait avoir une chambre à moins de 25°c pour dormir. Impossible d'avoir une bonne nuit. Ce qui est pourtant la base pour un hôtel.

Great location within walking distance of the city center. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the coffee per your choice is served. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I don’t recommend to use a car in downtown of Palermo if you’re careless regarding your or rented car.

The air conditioning device is rather not enough powerful for large room, such as was ours.

Hotel bien placé, très propre , petit déjeuner excellent.

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable, avec la climatisation, et d'une propreté irréprochable. L'emplacement est idéal, à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre historique, ce qui permet de tout explorer facilement. Le petit déjeuner à l'italienne avec un café absolument parfait. Le personnel s'est montré agréable et toujours disponible. Je recommande vivement !

Un seul regret : l'absence de coffre-fort dans la chambre pour sécuriser nos affaires.

The ambient and decor is very beautiful and the breakfast amazing. Perfect location to stay while discovering Palermo.

Geweldig onbijt, het eerste continentale ontbijt in Italië. De kamer was prachtig, ruim en smaakvol ingericht. De centrale ligging is ook uitstekend. Redelijk tot goed Engels sprekende personeel

Die prachtige comfortabele kamer was de hoekkast van het pand en het zicht, en dus óók gehoor op een redelijk druk kruispunt en Italianen gebruiken vaker hun claxon dan hun rem. De kamer was dus allesbehalve rustig.

Great location. A short walking distance to most everything. We booked the suite, and honestly, it was a great value for the price! Very spacious and quiet. After spending a month traveling around Sicily and several small room accommodations, this was a pleasant and welcome surprise!

Breakfast was disappointing. Can’t put my finger on why - but the powdered fruit juice set the tone. It’s quite an old renovation but everything was there.

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum. Wir konnten alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Selbst mit dem Bus vom Flughafen war das Hotel gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, jeden Tag auch etwas Hausgemachtes einschl. Süßes. Ja, war toll! Danke an das Personal!

Sehr komfortables Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal und reichhaltiges gutes Frühstück.

Straßenlärm, wenn man auf die Klimaanlage verzichten und mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte. Aber das ist nunmal Palermo und dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Звукоізоляції нема. Шум з вулиці (авто та мотоцикли) вночі дуже заважають. Вихід один, беріть протишумні беруші. Це рятує, інакше заснути не реально. Сніданок дуже, дуже скромний. Я б не рекомендував, краще снідати в місті.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum von Palermo, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker.

Das Personal der Rezeption ist nicht sehr freundlich, wurden nicht richtig begrüßt oder informiert über das Frühstück, wo es sich befindet und wann die Zeiten sind.

ロケーションが素晴らしかった。スタッフの方はとても親切に対応してくれた。お部屋は思いのほか狭くはなく、1晩寝る分には十分だった。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえてとても助かった。

良くない点ではないけれど、エレベーターはあるものの、入り口からレセプションまでと、エレベーターからお部屋までに数段づつ階段がある。スーツケースを持っている場合は、事前に認識しておいた方が良い。建物は新しくないので、隣や上階の部屋の音は聞こえる。

The receptionist was extremely helpful. I had left another hotel which was terrible and moved to Hotel Tonic. He gave me the same room for my two separate bookings. My room was very comfortable and peaceful compared to the one I left.

Bra läge nära flygbuss vid Piazza Politeama. Renoverat och mycket fint rum. Generös och god frukost. Mycket trevlig personal. Hjälpsam personal vid sen incheckning mitt i natten. Smidigt att kunna checka ut men ha bagage kvar för förvaring.

Ett av rummen var rätt så trist (orenoverat), men därför mycket billigare och därför okej.

The staff of the hotel is friendly and speaks friendly well. On top of that the location of the hotel is very good. Nearby all the things you want to visit in Palermo.

The hotel is very classic and has a very slow all elevator. The cleaning could be better. They have no vacuum cleaner and water is also not used a lot.

Super Frühstück - das beste bilang in Italien! Sehr gute Lage des Hotels. Gepäckaufbewahrung vor und nach dem Aufenthalt.

Es gab keine Moskitonetze vor dem Fenster - nächtliche Mückenjagdten und viele Stiche waren die Folge - und das Anfang Mai! Das Zimmer war recht laut - sowohl von der Straße her als auch vom Flur.
