Everything was great

A bit of paradise. Amazingly friendly. Very respectful and meet your every needs. Facilities are beautiful. Rooms with great decor. Beach and pools inviting. Wonderful breakfast buffet and oceanside restaurant with numerous menu options. Worthy of the 5 stars.

It was spotless clean and well maintained. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Fresh fruit was supplied daily and soft drinks and snacks complimentary. A shuttle bus ran frequently to the center of town but there were plenty of cafes and restaurants on the door step

The outdoor seating on the balcony needed a better cushion, it was not comfortable to sit for a while

Wir würden upgegradet auf urban sky rooms. Sehr modern, groß und mit Verbindungstür zwischen den beiden Suiten. Sehr gutes Badezimmer/Ankleidebereich, Bodentiefe Fenster zum pool. Jeden Tag selbstgemachte Bonbons. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück auf der Gartenseite. Gartenseite (von Strandseite durch Straße getrennt) sehr zu empfehlen: größerer Pool, Frühstücsbereich klimatisiert.

This hotel is very well managed. It's located on walking distance from night market and Hilton. The breakfast was excelent.

Best Hotel in Hua Hin, Great rooms, Great ambience, fantastic staff and great value.

1. big room space with swimming pool right in front of your entrance 2. free shuttle bus to market village --- town center 3. surrounded by many delicious local food, within 1-2 kilo meters, duck noodle, mango rice and etc 4. friendly staff, very hospitable 5. tasty house-made welcome fruit candy 6. light is too "romantic", even you turn on "master", it's too dark inside

Excellent hotel with one side of hotel beachside with great bar and restaurant. There are more rooms over the road. Third time I have stayed here and it’s an excellent choice and good value. Great rooms great staff and a very good breakfast.

Das Zimmer ist hell, gross und sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über einen wunderbaren Balkon. Das King-Size-Bett ist superbequem und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Auch das Badezimmer ist hell und geräumig. Besonders gut gefällt mir die tolle Lage des Hotels: Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

We had a great stay! Nice, clean rooms ond the service was all over perfect! Nice and attentive people who made sure that we had everything that we needed at all times. Good food and drinks! Happy hour at the beach Club and great breakfast. We loved the Beach Club with big sunbeads/cabanas and a beautiful view! Same beds Also by our pool, and a beach volleyball court! Just a chill vibe to the whole place! And not crowded!

Central to shops, markets and great restaurants . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa centre was great.

The gym facilities were a little dated.

The staff at this lovely hotel are exceptionally friendly. Despite being busy, they will always give you time to chat or come up with useful suggestions about places to visit. The taxis they booked for us always arrived on time , with safe and careful drivers. I had left my cardigan in a taxi one day but managed to get it back because hotel staff asked the firm to check their cars. A sumptious breakfast with a huge choice -everything from Bircher Muesli and excellent yoghurt with berries, eggs in any form or shape, bacon, Chinese and Thai breakfast consisting of rice, noodles and buns to a selection of exotic fruit including papaya pineapple and jackfruit. Dinner at the ocean-side restaurant was always a delight; the food never disappointed.

The separate basin in the bedroom is not ideal and in a perfect world should be part of the bathroom. Some easily accessible bedside tables would be very useful.

We have just spent 4 fantastic nights here. It runs like a well oiled machine.Every single one of the staff are professional and helpful and always friendly. We have stayed at many hotels across Thailand and will definitely recommend this one and will be back as soon as we can. The breakfast is off the scale good and we loved the d.j one morning playing Bill Withers Lovely Day . We are a gorgeous meal one night at their ocean restaurant with a saxophonist playing. We had a Silk Sand room which was big with a great balcony and day bed. Bathroom was small but perfectly arranged. Home made candies were left at turn down . The sheets and pillows send you off to sleep in a second. Free mini bar….fabulous!!! I swam at the pool outside my lovely room every morning and my husband used the gym We then were escorted across the road to Oceanside beach club….great drinks , huge day beds…perfect! We can’t mention every staff member but Bell at breakfast was a sweetheart and reception responded quickly to any queries and also arranged for the shuttle to whizz me down to the pharmacy. We really didn’t want to move on. Cannot recommend enough.

We loved the aesthetics, it's an oasis of calm. The rooms are spacious and well designed and match the images online. Awesome staff who were professional warm and friendly. We stayed on the non beach side - whilst not on the seafront this side has lovely gardens and and 2 pools - but both sections of the hotel are opposite each other so it's a 2 minute walk across the road. We would return.

This was my fifth stay at this hotel, and it continues to be my absolute favorite place to unwind. What keeps me coming back year after year is the guaranteed relaxation and the wonderful memories I always leave with.The standard of cleanliness is exceptional and remarkably consistent. From the pristine lobby to the spotless guest rooms and linens, everything is always immaculate. Knowing that I am walking into a perfectly clean environment allows me to completely relax the moment I arrive.Between the spotless upkeep, the soothing atmosphere, and the warm hospitality, this hotel never disappoints. I am already looking forward to visit number six.

My husband and I had a relaxed and exceptionally comfortable stay at Putahracsa seaside resort. We enjoyed that the hotel as its intermite, friendly and comfortable. It was well located and sits beautifully on the sea front. We relaxed and took in the serenity at both breakfast and dinner. The staff were friendly, respectful and very helpful.

I absolutely loved this property. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept even better than I do at home. The room was peaceful, clean, and relaxing. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Putahracsa for almost two weeks and were extremely satisfied throughout our stay. The hotel is perfectly located for Hua Hin, and the staff were welcoming and helpful from the first day to the last. The rooms were clean, inviting, and well maintained, and the stylish design created a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and varied every single day, a great way to start the day. A small practical tip: don’t come for the beach. The water is very shallow, though this seems to be the case along most of Hua Hin’s coastline and isn’t specific to the hotel. It may also vary depending on the season. On the other hand, the hotel’s three pools are a great alternative if you want to swim. The location also makes it easy to get around. It’s easy to grab a Grab or a tuktuk into town, and the hotel even offers free shuttle transport into town at set times, which is a lovely extra service. We can highly recommend Putahracsa to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay in Hua Hin.

Warm welcome upon arrival. Room was adequate. Clean. Comfortable bed. First floor room overlooking pool. Very good breakfast and on-site bakery.

Disappointed to find the hotel was divided by a busy road. We had chosen Putahracsa for a beach stay but our room was located on opposite side of the road meaning we did not have experiences had hoped for. Choose your room carefully.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by its peaceful atmosphere. The hotel was just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea whenever I wanted. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of my favorite moments was waking up to the fresh sea breeze each morning and ending the day with a beautiful sunset by the beach. There were also plenty of restaurants and cozy cafés nearby, so exploring the area was both easy and enjoyable. Looking back, it was a truly memorable stay. Hua Hin has its own unique charm, and this hotel made the experience even more special. Very beautiful place. Morning and night was beautiful. Walking distance to the night market. Have booked the Oceanbed Jacuzzi. Rooms was cosy and always neat and clean. Service was superb. They walked me to their Oceanside Restaurant, grab my late dinner with welcome drink. Very helpful and polite staff who is always on standby, even as late as 10pm.

Overall, a beautiful and well-maintained resort with superb service. All the staff, from the reception, servers, guards and groundskeepers were professional and friendly. Their attention to detail in helping you enjoy your stay was admirable. Spacious, clean and well-appointed rooms. The breakfast was great, a wide selection was available for all diets. Ate at the seaside restaurant, a bit pricey, but the sea bass was delicious, service great and view nice.

Last two days, could only get lukewarm water from the shower. Not a big deal. Disappointing that only villa guests were afforded the opportunity to eat breakfast in the seaside restaurant. The rest of us could avail it, but only by spending an additional 300b per head. Being the low season, the hotel and seaside restaurant were not very busy so an exemption to be able to eat breakfast seaside would have been nice. Not a big deal.

Incredible hotel, the breakfast was amazing (best we had in Thailand by far!) and having access to 3 lovely pools was great. The staff were all excellent! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Perfect hotel in a great location to explore Hua Hin. Friendliness and attentiveness of staff a particularly standout

This is always our ‘Go To/Home’ in Hua Hin and our sixth stay here. As usual, we were lucky to reserve ‘our’ suite in the Sansky area. Being low season, there were a few differences to previous stays with one being some maintenance work on the Silksand pool area, opening on the morning we left. As we were in the Sansky suites, this meant that we still had access to our usual pool. There were also daily changes in the breakfast area, from full service to completing an order sheet one day. However, omelettes, scrambled eggs and all other offerings and staff were, as usual, excellent. Upon entering our suite, we were met with a wonderful “Welcome Back Home” message on our bed and a small birthday cake on the side. Such fabulous little gestures that mean so much. We had dinner here, as usual, one night and it was delicious as were our occasional margaritas. Our many thanks go to all the fabulous staff with their friendliness and daily smiles. It was yet another great stay and we truly hope to return ‘home’ again one day.

The rooms were very nice. We had the sansky urban room - extremely spacious and super clean and modern. Excellent bathrooms too. The overall setup was great and the food was amazing

We were not happy about the setup by the sansky rooms. There's no place to get anything to eat or drink by that small pool and many times there were no towels on the chairs nor umbrellas to provide some shade. Was also a bit frustrating to have to constantly ask for water. It's Thailand and it's hot and humid - that should be available easily and quick.

Very good customer service, the room was very clean and easy access to many attraction such as the beach across the road and the Huahin night market (600m walk). The room was very quiet and not too busy as well. Another good thing about this is the provided workshop activity. The breakfast was also delicious with excellent service.

Jeden Tag wurde ein kleines Geschenk überreicht. - Snacks und Süssgetärnke im Preis inbegriffen - 3 Pools, 2 davon auf der anderen Strassenseite. Extrem ruhig und genügend Platz für alle. einer auf der Strandseite. - Essen im Oceanside super Qualität. Preislich sicher am oberen Ende. - Wird auch in regelmässigen Abständen Wasser am Pool verteilt. - Zimmer haben genügend Stauraum für 2 Personen. Kleiderbügel können auf Wunsch noch mehr genommen werden. - Bett ein Tick zu weich, wurde aber auf unseren wunsch noch stabilisiert. - Hotel ist durch die Strasse in zwei Teilen aufgeteilt. 24h Security sichert die Strasse für die Überquerung.

- Fitnessbereich sehr klein. Hanteln fehlen. Nach Rücksprache mit Personal, ist ein Ausbau in Planung.

We had a wonderful stay at Putahracsa Hua Hin. The hotel feels luxurious and peaceful without ever feeling pretentious, and the service throughout our stay was attentive, warm and genuinely thoughtful without being overbearing. The restaurant food and drinks were excellent — definitely a little more premium than some of the lovely local places nearby, but very much in keeping with the classy atmosphere of the hotel. The lychee cocktail was especially good and became a favourite during our stay. We also loved spending time relaxing on the large beachfront daybeds, which created such a calm and comfortable atmosphere during the day and into the evening. Housekeeping was excellent throughout the week, with daily cleaning, regular changing of towels and bedding, and lovely turn-down service each evening with little sweets left in the room. The housekeeping staff were incredibly kind and always happy to help with anything we needed.

Very little to dislike honestly. Prices for food and drinks are higher than nearby local restaurants, but the quality, setting and service justify it.

Fantastic hotel, quite, serene the perfect place to unwind in quite luxury. The staff were just amazing and looked after us so well. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm back in Hua Hin. Thanks for making my stay so memorable.

Ich kann mich nur von ganzem Herzen für den Aufenthalt bedanken. Das Personal im gesamten Resort ist unendlich freundlich, liebevoll und aufmerksam. Es ist alles super sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück ist der absolute Wahnsinn und das beste das ich in meinem 5 Thailand Reisen (und ich hab viele Resorts besucht) gegessen habe. Sonderwünsche für Vegetarier wurden ebenso erfüllt wie die Bedürfnisse unseres 11 Monate alten Sohns und unserer 2 jährigen Tochter. Der Kaffee war sooo lecker und mit Liebe gemacht. Das Restaurant direkt am Strand war sehr lecker und preislich für ein Resort Restaurant völlig ok. Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Auszeit im traumhaften Resort :)

I recently stayed at a lovely accommodation in Hua Hin, and overall, it was a great experience. The location was very convenient, close to the beach and local attractions, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially liked the cozy atmosphere and the amenities provided, which made my stay more relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests.

Das Hotel liegt super, wenn man auch zu Fuß unterwegs sein möchte. Nachtmarkt, Fischlokale, Fischerpier mit Nachtmarkt, Hua Hin Beach und das Stadtzentrum sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Sauberkeit ist top. Wir haben im Hotel gefrühstückt, waren auch da sehr zufrieden und haben gerne die täglich unterschiedlich angebotenen lokalen Köstlichkeiten probiert, die es neben dem Standardabgebot gab. Das Restaurant direkt am Meer ist auch sehr schön und lecker, wir haben es aber nur einmal genutzt, dann hat uns doch das Streetfood auf den Nachtmärkten gelockt.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Beachclub ist sehr schön angelegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich gut.

As someone with poor eyesight I found the variety of different steps with no edging to mark them out and uneven ground very difficult to deal with and constantly worried about tripping.

Wow what can I say this hotel is amazing so luxurious the beds and bedding was the most comfortable iv ever slept in.. the pool beds are amazing and could always get a bed. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff they was amazing.. Thank you Tan from reception for everything you done for us including our birthday cakes. Plenty of choice for breakfast.. I dont have 1 bad word to say about this hotel.. would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again.. A massive thank you to everyone at the putahracsa.

Super hotel, lovely rooms, and the nicest staff I’ve ever met in any hotel ever! I would definitely come back, the spa is also great, and for a five star hotel the prices are. Wet fair.

Another fantastic stay at this hotel, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Hua Hin, stayed in a Sansky deluxe room, plenty of room, and was cleaned to a very high standard over our stay, grounds and pool areas are maintained well, staff are friendly, welcoming and happy. Would definitely stay again, big thank you to all staff who made our holiday a memorable one.

Perfect stay for two nights

What a gorgeous resort. The reception staff and luggage boys are super friendly and get the attention exactly right The rooms are very large and the decor is exactly right. The bed and pillows are just the right softness and I slept really well on it. The pool areas are split to the back resort and tge beachside resort. 50m apart. The loungers are well wrapped in fluffy cotton towels and there is an additional beach towel. The whole place is spotlessly clean. The delightful treats and messages left in your room everyday really make you feel welcome 😁

It's a 5-star hotel with minimalist concept that is very practical, easy & serve peaceful vibes. I really like it. The facilities in the room is excellent. Almost everything is good with the exception of some stupid conditions that make customers like us feel annoyed. For example, we cannot use voucher for some snacks in the room, there is an extra charge for small workshop in the cafe.

An oasis near the city centre. It was our first time staying here having been to Hua Hin many times previously staying the Grand Hyatt or Anantara resorts. This is much smaller and feels more intimate. The staff are great and the Spa also nice but with the price hike on April 1st this year quite expensive. Special mention for MOD in the Ob-Oon restaurant for breakfast, she is a superstar at front of house, managing everything with a careful eye and filling gaps where necessary. We were staying on the Sandky deluxe rooms which is located in the oasis area that has its own shared small pool. Yet we spent most of our time at the larger pool. Having looked at the ocean side we preferred the sandside and unless you want your own private pool (all of which are on oceanside rooms) I would recommend booking the sandside instead. The location is 10 minutes walk to the night market, a Songthew or grab to the shopping centres or cicada and tamarind markets so perfect for night life quiet or rowdy. :) highly recommend

Unser Aufenthalt im Putahracsa war perfekt. Wir haben in einer Ocean Villa gewohnt, was ich jedem nur empfehlen kann: • Die Unterkunft: Man hat sein eigenes kleines Reich (wie ein privates Häuschen) mit einem traumhaften Privatpool und Jacuzzi. Alles war blitzsauber. • Service: Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das täglich frische Obst im Zimmer. • Gastronomie: Das Restaurant am Strand ist wunderschön. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und der Service dort ist spitze. • Lage: Die Lage ist super zentral und dennoch ruhig genug zum Entspannen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

A nice surprise to me, right in city center. I was amazed with the service they offered to me. Although the room was a superior room facing the pool,the room was small in comparison to what I expected but still there is plenty to offer by hotel staff. There mini bar which is refiled every day. The gym is mere basic. I really enjoyed the pool and ocean side view. If I talk about breakfast, 10 out 10. It had from fresh juice to sizzling egg station. Only thing which I feel was a concern was the air con had no remote if you have to reduce temperature one has to go to do it manually

Lovely unique hotel. Staff are very efficient and friendly. The complex is extremely clean and comfortable. It’s split into 2 sides of a road, ocean side has a smaller pool and day beds and bar and restaurant. The other side has a larger pool. Highly recommend this hotel!

A hidden little gem! Cannot fault this family one off boutique hotel. Spotlessly clean. Staff are so friendly at all times and very helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily with new bedding and towels if you require. Beds are so comfortable. Each room has a pool view. The grounds are lush and pretty. The complex has a total of 64 rooms, and is split into 2. The ocean side ( literally cross the road) has a small pool, restaurant and bar. Villa type rooms are located here. Then on the other side is a bigger pool. Each evening housekeeping leave a little treat such as a sweety bag. There is also a security man outside managing the guests who wish to cross over the road between the complex. Breakfast is served in the bakery/coffee house located opposite reception area and is very good. Lots of choice. This hotel is certainly value for money! We didn’t want to leave it as it is very quiet and relaxing. There is a small fitness gym which I didn’t use but had good air con and some equipment. The location is at the top of Hua Hin, close to the Night Market and about 20 minutes from monkey mountain. Taxis such as Bolt are really cheap or you can get tuk tuk’s. Overall really happy with our stay

I was a guest at hotel from March 13th to March 26th, 2026. I enjoyed my stay very much. The rooms were lovely, as was the pool area. The very generous breakfast and the food selection in the restaurant were also excellent. I would especially like to commend my housekeeper. Blue. She was very attentive without ever being intrusive and greatly enhanced my stay. The only downside was that I could hear every word spoken by my neighbors in room 314. I was fortunate that they were elderly, so the disturbance was minimal. A solution should be found for this issue as soon as possible. Kind regards, Andreas

I had the pleasure of visiting Putahracsa Resort Hua Hin for a late lunch and a short tour of the property, and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Khun Ploy from the front desk and Khun Nont (FOM), who both took the time to personally show me around the resort. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine passion for the property really stood out. They made the tour feel very welcoming and insightful—it truly reflects the level of care the resort provides. The late lunch was just as delightful. The atmosphere was calm and beautifully designed, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Service at the restaurant was excellent, especially thanks to Khun Bale, who ensured everything was smooth and enjoyable. Even without an overnight stay, I was able to experience the charm and quality of Putahracsa Resort Hua Hin. It’s definitely a place I would love to come back to—next time for a full stay!

Wij waren hier voor de 4 e keer en weer was alles boven verwachting. Personeel altijd aardig zeer service gericht. Ontbijten bij hun eigen boulangerie is altijd een feest. Je kunt er zelfs groente smoothies maken. Heel uitgebreid het ontbijt. Dus wij komen zeker weer terug.

Was a nice quiet location definitely more suited to couples than young groups! Sun Beds were very comfortable thou actual beds for sleeping a little too soft! Breakfast and all meals were very tasty.

Felt could of been more attention to detail at pool ! Like water should be free for residents and towels rolled out on beds ready . One crazy day a digger came and moved the sand around on beach in front of us just random digging then left uneven sand plus blocked entrance to get to beach , was a ridiculous idea even the staff had no idea what to do for hours made no attempt to rake or move the blockage . Actually seemed to be no management in any areas to be honest. Not the properties fault but the smell from the ocean’s pollution was quite toxic at times ! A lot of plastic daily washing up on beach, thank goodness for the pools as the sea was grim and had awful stench and was murky green colour . So don’t expect refreshing blue oceans in Hua Hin
