Curtains don't block out sunlight in room. The The kitchen doesn’t have cookware and water dispenser.

C'est un quartier safe avec le tram juste à côté, le bâtiment est propre et agréable.

Il n'y a pas d'équipements en cuisine : pas d'assiettes, de couverts, de poêles... J'ai du éteindre la VMC la nuit car j'ai été réveillée par une odeur de cannabis dans ma chambre.

clean and exactly what I needed. The location on U of T's campus is fantastic! central, and I felt safe. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a dorm residence. The price is genuinely one of the best I found in downtown Toronto. Will definitely be back!

The location is fantastic. Very convenient for transportation.

The room and furniture were of the expected standard for student accommodation; however, the shower and bath stalls were in an undesirable condition. They need to be cleaned out more frequently. They were littered with garbage.

This is special experience in student apartment, it is happy and comfortable.

It was ok for hostel accommodation. Just inconvenient to not have the toilet in the room. Besides that it had what was needed.

위치도 괜찮고, 기숙사지만 독방이라는 점. 편했어요.

Na Toronto skvělý poměr cena-výkon, dobrá, klidná lokalita - zastávka tramvaje hned vedle ubytování. Možnost nechat si zavazadla na recepci před check-inem a po check-outu.

V kuchyňce byla varná konvice, mikrovlnka, lednička a sporák. Jinak tam není absolutně žádné nádobí - je potřeba mít vlastní hrnec, pokud chcete vařit, vlastní hrnek, lžíci, atd.

Es war relativ dreckig. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.

Facilities like showers and laundry were good.

Mattresses were terribly uncomfortable. Asked if a new mattress was available, and was told that all mattresses were the same. Therefore i had to buy a sleeping bag to use as a mattress topper, in order to be more comfortable, and gain adequate sleep.

I arrived after midnight and it was a great relief to have a lovely staff available to check me in at the reception desk- they are open for check in all night besides 3-4am. The dorm is not a luxorious place but a great value for the money and to have privacy! Clean and central, highly recommended for a getaway in Toronto!

The breakfast was not very appetising looking although again a great variety and value for money. I decided not to eat at the uni cafe however it's great to have it as an option! The dorm is so close by to other cafés though so it's really not even worth mentioning.

Predio novo e confortável, bonde VLT na porta. Bloor Street a 1km onde ficam os cafés, Metro Supermercado, Dollarama e Tim Hotons.

遇到宿舍的冷氣壞掉的時候，櫃檯人員第一時間是回覆無法協助處理，是後來積極爭取才有另一位較友善的櫃檯人員願意幫忙調整房間

staff were good, some even madean exceptional effort to help with a concern. Great centre of the uNiverse location

El personal poco amable No hicieron ningún esfuerzo para intentar entenderme cuando les dije que no hablaba inglés. Mala disposición. Me dieron todas las explicaciones ( muchas) para ingreso y uso de instalaciones en inglés.. obvio no entendí nada. Tampoco hicieron esfuerzo por explicarme como llegar al centro... todo el tiempo molestos.

Location and value for money

It’s a college building and well looked after for its age and the number of students that use it in the college year, consequently there are some parts of the communal washrooms that are a little grubby and difficult to clean intensively.

I liked the location, value, and cleanliness that was provided. It was a safe and quiet environment as well. The shared spaces and amenities were always spotless.

I really can't think of anything to be critical of.

The room was not painted. The mattress was very thin.

Location is great, near public transit , very safe. You can walk to Chinatown , Kensington market , Royal museum. The private room is simple, comfortable enough for one person. Staff is super nice.

The shared washrooms weren’t always super clean.

The A/C was debilitatingly noisy, and even through that it barely worked (still up to 28 in the room). Bed didn't hold itself together properly, and very hard. Washrooms often flooded, even ended up wet in the floor's corridor! One of two driers on my floor was tagged "out of order", and the other one was as well and ate up two dollars. Network isn't nearly as stable and powerful as other comments were saying, it's like 6/10 network with spikes at 7 and drops to 3.

ロイヤルオンタリオ博物館やカサロマへ歩いて行ける好立地でトロント市内観光に非常に便利だったのに格安というのは最高。トロント大学構内には古くて美しい建物や緑地が多く、朝夕の散歩も気持ち良かった。トロントピアソン空港とのアクセスはUPエクスプレスから地下鉄green lineに乗り換えてSpadina駅が最寄りだが、ホームから地上までエレベーターでアプローチでき、宿との間の道も平坦なので大きなスーツケースでも楽に移動できた。高層階でダウンタウン側の部屋だったので夜景が綺麗だった（高層階かつodd number (奇数）の部屋をリクエストすると良いかも）。キッチンが広々して使いやすかった。シャワーの湯量はたっぷりで、トイレ、シャワー、キッチンの清掃は毎日丁寧にされていて気持ち良かった。各階にランドリールームもあり、容量たっぷりの洗濯機と乾燥機をそれぞれ1ドルで使えた（コインを準備する必要がある。洗剤は誰かが置いて行ったのが使えた）。ハウスルールやチェックイン・チェックアウトに関する詳細連絡が事前にきちんと来るので助かった。Wifiも強力。南側の徒歩圏内のSam's Food Storeは24時間オープンのコンビニのような店で、食料品や雑貨の品揃えが結構良くて便利だった。

建物が古いせいかクーラーの調節が難しく、少し暑すぎる時間帯があった。ハンディファンを持参すれば良かった。キッチン設備は冷蔵庫、電気コンロ、電子レンジ、オーブンが揃っているが、調理道具（鍋、フライパン、食器、調味料など）は基本的に無いので自分で用意する必要がある（だれかが置いて行った鍋や食器が少しだけありましたが当てにしないほうが良いと思います）。トイレや洗面は部屋の外にあり、部屋の鍵はオートロックなので肌身離さず鍵を持ち歩く必要がある。

Location was excellent. Staff were super friendly. Excellent value for a place to crash after a concert in the city, price was unbeatable.

Bed was a little hard, but for the price paid it was more than sufficient.

卫生好，居室宽敞，有空调，淋浴水很大。前台二十二小时服务，接待人员态度亲切。门口有电车可到达downtown。距离博物馆和美术馆基本在两公里内。在多伦多大学，环境优雅安静。

床和枕头不舒服，没有被子，配备了床单和毛毯。配备了厨房，但缺乏餐具刀具和抹布，所以使用厨房后做清洁有些不顺手。有一个汤锅和一个煎锅，两个碗两个马克杯和若干叉勺。感觉是其他客人留下来的东西。酒店收费比我在booking上的订单多了二十多刀，不知道为什么，联系了booking还没有得到回复。

Es una buena ubicación por cercanía al centro y por vecindario tranquilo. Mi habitación individual era amplia. Muy limpio.

La Recepción no está en el mismo edificio que las habitaciones..

I found the location excellent. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

I. Just want to highlight the filth in the room… The bed was the worst I’ve slept on in all my travels…It was infested with bedbugs and fleas.. My arm and legs were covered in bites.they should fumigate that building.. the hallways smells of dirty feet.. The bathrooms were very poor and old the showers were a disaster no wate4 pressure and it was disgusting to put your feet in that little space……..The mattress is plastic, it is imposible to sleep there….etc etc etc…………….

The cleaners…the bed…..everything’s feel dirty…. The room smell bad…..

Cheap price and fantastic location, room was bigger than expected. Staff were very helpful, and they are very flexible with check-in times and changes. Great value for the money, especially if you just need a place to stay for the night.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable and I had difficulty locating the washrooms. Rooms could’ve been cleaner, but at the very least the linens were well maintained.

Great place close to everything

The location is excellent, not far from downtown or Kensington market. The value for money is also incredible. The staff were really helpful.

The bed was quite old and very very creaky and loud to even sit down on. The common room could do with communal ware to allow for use of the oven etc. even just a tray for the oven, a pan and a pot for the cooker would do.
