Śniadanie było do 10, zszedłem o 9.15, wielu rzeczy już nie było, poprosiłem o dołożenie i dostałem informację, że już się skończyło. Gdybym wiedział, to zszedłbym na śniadanie o 8.

Chambre un peu petite mais correcte pour passer une nuit ou deux. La nôtre située au quatrième étage était juste à côté d'une sortie d'aération ( extérieure)un peu bruyante la nuit. Seul vrai bémol indépendant de l'hôtel, pas de places de parking. Trouvé une place dans une rue adjacente pour 28 euros les 2h30!

Einrichtung witzig, Sanitärbereich ansprechend u zweckmäßig auf engem Raum geschaffen.

Klimaanlage wahrscheinlich von einem anderen Haus(?) direkt vor dem Fenster sehr laut, sehr laut, im Zimmer sehr warm da nur Deckenwedel. Flur vor den Zimmern zu dunkel.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super - gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und gleichzeitig sehr zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Die Zimmer sind zwar hell und freundlich jedoch relativ klein - für einen Kurzaufenthalt aber völlig ausreichend.

Mooi hotel, we mochten zelf kiezen uit 2 kamers. Aardige man bij de receptie die ook goede tips had voor een restaurant en een lichtshow op de kathedraal. Parkeren volgens de instructie in parkeergarage vlak bij het hotel.

Great staff, excellent location, and rooms were great too. Orleans is a beautiful city and highly recommend visiting and staying here.

Hotel molto bello in una posizione ottima per visitare Orleans. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. La stanza era comoda e abbastanza spaziosa. Tutto l'hotel ha un arredamento impreziosito da simpatiche personalizzazioni che ho trovato di buon gusto. Buona la colazione.

L’emplacement près de la gare. Cela se fait facilement à pied même avec des valises. Près de la place centrale et des bons restaurants. Le personnel est attentionné et nous suggère des restos selon nos préférence. La déco est cute.

Il manquait une lampe de chevet sur un côté du lit (arraché du mur). Il n’y a pas de frigo. Le lit est dur.

La situación, la cercanía al centro histórico y la ambientación del hotel son muy buenas. El desayuno, muy rico, con productos locales.

La ausencia de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones es parte de la estrategia verde del hotel, pero en las fechas en las que estuvimos, con temperaturas altas en la ciudad, el ambiente era asfixiante y no se podía dormir, ni siquiera con el ventilador de techo y la ventana abierta. El problema es peor en los pisos superiores. Estoy a favor de la orientación ecológica de los establecimientos hoteleros, pero no puede ser a costa del descanso de sus huéspedes.

Flexibel, we hebben de dag zonder extra kosten om kunnen boeken. De man achter de receptie was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk met goede tips voor restaurants. Daarnaast is het hotel echt in het centrum, met korting op de parkeergarage. De plak is echt leuk. Het centrum zelf ook. We hadden een familiekamer. Perfecte tussenstop vanuit Spanje naar huis.

De kamer was klein, maar voor 1 nacht geen probleem. De familiekamer had een 2 persoonsbed en een stapelbed. Grootste issue was dat wij er op een warme dag waren en er geen airco is. Alleen een plafondventilator. Het was wel een warme nacht.

Locatie was prima, ontbijt was ook prima.

De temperatuur in de kamer. Het was 42 graden buiten, en in de kamer was het ook de hele nacht dik boven de 30 graden. Geen airco, maar een enorme plafondventilator, die herrie maakte. Dit was geen hotelkamer maar een heteluchtoven!

Freundliches Personal und nett gemacht, gute Lage für eine Erkundung der Innenstadt. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung

Die Lage ist super zentral, die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist zwar kein riesiges Buffet, aber wir fanden, es gibt für jeden etwas.

Große Räumlichkeit, großes Badezimmer und gute Lage nur ein kurzer Fuß Weg zur Altstadt. Außerdem ein gelungenes Frühstück für einen guten Preis.

Gym was very and so we didn’t use it.

Toen we aankwamen vertelden ze dat er de volgende ochtend kort werd gewerkt aan elektriciteit in de straat. De volgende ochtend bleek dat er tussen 6.30 en minimaal 10u geen stroom was en dat bleek nog langer te duren. De lift, licht, warm water werkten niet. Op deze manier kun je geen kamers verhuren. Niets te nadele van het vriendelijke personeel overigens.

Perfekt in der Stadt gelegen, gut zu erreichen, Parkplätze und Lademöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wie auch die letzten Jahre ein sehr nettes Hotel, gutes Frühstück. Einfach eine nette Atmosphäre. Wir übernachten auf der Durchreise nun das 4. Jahr in Folge im Urban Jungle.

Décoration, proximité du centre, propreté, salle de déjeuner, petit déjeuner. Le personnel a réagit à la canicule, accès étendu à la salle de déjeuner qui elle est climatisée. Et fontaine à eau et glaçons.

Pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Un ventilateur de plafond brasse un air étouffant mais conditions dehors de canicule. Votre hôtel mériterait cette installation. Sans ce détail noté de 9

L'hôtel est idéalement situé ! Nous avons passé une nuit dans le calme bien que proche du centre-ville. La chambre était super propre, et le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon. Un hôtel à recommander sans hésiter.

Prima locatie om het centrum van Orleans te bezoeken. Vlotte check-in, heel vriendelijk personeel. Lekker en aangenaam ontbijt.

Het was een hete zomerdag, in een van de 2 kamers was het best warm. Raam werd dicht gehouden gezien wel wat stadslawaai buiten.

Hyper bien situé dans le ce très historique, avec une proposition de parking, chambres bien décorées et très agréables et un super petit déjeuner !

Het was ontzettend heet op de kamer. We hebben daarom erg slecht geslapen. Er was geen airco en ook hadden de ramen geen horren waardoor we de ramen niet open konden laten.

Die Lage war sehr gut, aber sehr laut in der Nacht.

Keine Klimaanlage, nur Deckenventilator, der sehr langsam lief.

Das Hotel ist in einer super zentralen Lage. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war absolut ausreichend und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war vollkommen zufriedenstellend.

Das Frühstück findet zwischen 7 und 9 Uhr morgens statt. Das war uns zu früh;)

Bathroom tiny and shower very small. Bedside tables were decorative but useless - sloping so you couldn’t put anything in them. No air con - only a fan. Breakfast okay.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und vielseitig. Die Ausschilderung des Hotels war etwas klein und schnell zu übersehen. Mussten mehrere Runden drehen, bis wir den Eingang gefunden haben. PKW-Parkplatz ist in einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage ca. 600 m entfernt. Für Durchreisende ideal.

C'è una convenzione con un parcheggio ma arrivando tardo pomeriggio abbiamo trovato davanti all'hotel al termine dell'orario a pagamento grazie all'aiuto del ragazzo della reception.

The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. We had been let down by an Airbnb nearby and there were few options for replacement accommodation. We were super-lucky to find that Urban Jungle had space for us and arriving there was just delightful. The staff on reception were sympathetic and supportive, and managed to find an additional room for us. There were parking spots outside the hotel (max 2hrs during paid periods, but free before 0900, between 1200-1400 and after 1800). There was an underground carpark nearby but we didn't need to use this since we were often out and about and there were always some spots available. Breakfast was fairly simple and tasty. Good coffee and delicious homemade tarts and muffins plus the usuals.

We visited during a record-breaking heatwave and so would have appreciated a/c in the rooms. The hotel thoughtfully made the air conditioned areas of the hotel available until much later than usual to help out over-heated guests though.

No air con - had two different rooms, one on 2nd floor, one on third. Second flr room, no. 280 was UNBEARABLY hot. Was located in an area of the 2nd floor that felt several degrees hotter than elsewhere. Weather was 36C that day and it felt like the room just did not cool down...

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée pour 3 nuits était si exiguë qu'il était impossible d'ouvrir complètement la porte. Il n'y avait pratiquement pas de place pour deux sacs de voyage.

Personnel au top, chambre très propre, petit déjeuner avec de bons produits. J'avais réservé deux chambres dont une pour ma sœur et ai demandé une surprise pour son anniversaire, cela a été fait. Merci au personnel qui a été très agréable et conciliant.

Le lit est trop mou pour moi (question de préférence) mais ce qui m'a dérangé le plus c'est le fait que j'entendais pas mal la circulation (fenêtres fermées) malgré une chambre au dernier étage mais à l'angle.

The hotel has a distinctly exotic look, with a front desk that can feel a bit surprising at first glance. Despite that initial impression, the staff proved to be genuinely kind and helpful throughout our brief stay. Its very central location made it easy to get around and explore the area. Unfortunately, with only one night and an early departure right after breakfast, we didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy the hotel’s features or form a deeper impression — but the warmth of the staff and the convenience of the location certainly stood out.

The location of this hotel, close to the old town but on a quiet side street. It is also close to Parking Martroi for which there is a helpful discount when staying here. It was useful for me to know the name of this car park in advance so that it was my destination set on google maps. Reception was very helpful in providing us with a map and suggestions for restaurants. Breakfast was varied including many delicious homemade products.
