Location was perfect - right in centre of beautiful town.

No parking unless you paid extra. Noisy fridge for most of the night. Blocked sink. Tiny room.

We found L'Hôtel d'Orléans very hospitable and located very close to the city centre. We were able to keep our bikes there safely. Breakfast was very good with a variety of things including cereals, patisseries, cheeses and meats with good bread, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee/tea.

Zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.

Extrem kleines Zimmer. Kein Platz zum Kofferöffnen. Garagenstellplatz muss vorgebucht werden.

Friendly welcome, excellent location.

Paid parking was extremely close by but the enclosed spaces were very tight and difficult to get in and out of. I witnessed another car scratching it's side trying to reverse into its space.

Het ontbijt was heerlijk, het personeel erg vriendelijk en de kamer heel netjes en schoon. De locatie was perfect voor ons bezoek; één dag doorbrengen in Orleans en bezienswaardigheden bezoeken/bekijken.

Het enige wat voor ons ontbrak waren haakjes in de (bad)kamer om wat kleding of een handdoek op te hangen.

This hotel has two great strengths: the location right next to the main square and its parking facilities. The staff was also very nice and communicative - hats off to the girls in the reception. The hotel has something very rare for central locations in old French cities - parking which doesn't consist of a horribly designed underground garage but their own street level private garages right across from the hotel entrance. If you have a proper car and want to park and stay in the very center of Orleans this is a strong reason to choose this hotel.

The interior looks like it's some 25 years old and everything is pretty worn down so the hotell really is overdue a good renovation. Apart from some cobwebs the room was clean and comfortable though. The price was fair for a worn French 3 star hotel though.

Sehr gute Lage mitten im Zentrum. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Das (Comfort-)Zimmer war sehr klein, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, insgesamt sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück ok. Parkgarage (gebührenpflichtig) vorhanden.

Personnel très agréable et aux petits soins, emplacement idéal en centre ville près des musées, chambre confortable, clim efficace (en pleine canicule) petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

We have stayed here many times as a stopover the location is fantastic right in the centre of town and parking has always been available. This was a smaller room than previous but still comfortable and quiet. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

Top Lage direkt am Platz mit der Statue von Jeanne d'Arc. Frühstück bot alles was man braucht. Sehr guter Kaffee.

L'hotel ha una posizione invidiabile. Ho capito che ha solo 8 parcheggi privati, da prenotare prima dell'arrivo quindi. Noi abbiamo parcheggiato sulla strada, di fronte alla strutture, ad una tariffa urbana. Comodissimo. Il receptionist molto gentile

credo la nostra camera per tipologia, sarebbe dovuta costare meno di quanto l'abbiamo pagata. Ma non conosco i prezzi di Orleans, semplicemente pensavo di pagarla meno oltrettutto senza colazione e senza parcheggio.

Situé en plein centre d'Orléans. ce petit hôtel est très sympa. Le petit déjeuner est simple et bon. Très bonne literie.

Juste ces 2 points là: Ascenseur très petit et escalier en colimaçon très raide et plus que très étroit.

Parkeerkosten, 25 euro per dag. Vind dat dit in de prijs hoor te zitten. En de kamer was erg klein. Onze kamer was op de 3de etage, leek wel zolder😉.

Smart and modern city centre hotel just off one of the main squares in Orleans with secure private parking. Staff were welcoming and efficient and it was perfect for a one-night stay. Location was excellent for sightseeing and restaurants.

Ligging en uitstekend bed

Koelkast maakte tikkend geluid de hele nacht. Geen yoghurt of kwark bij ontbijt. Vooraf niet duidelijk dat je 20 euro per dag moet betalen voor de parkeerplaats van het hotel. Het staat in de kleine lettertjes van de voorwaarden.

The hotel is very well located. It has an elevator and air conditioning. The room is quiet.

The pillows definitely need to be replaced. They're not up to hotel standards. The mattress is showing signs of wear as well.

Il a fait très chaud. La chambre ne possédait pas d’airco. Le personnel a été sympa de nous faire changer de chambre avec plus de confort! L’hôtel est charmant et très authentique! Personnel adorable! Situation parfaite!

En temps de forte chaleur, dans la première chambre, la ventilation n’était pas suffisante.

The decor in the room was very shabby, marks on the walls, old furniture that was tatty and needed replacing. The room was also extremely small especially as a family room needing to fit 4 people. The bath had a hot tub function which the children used which created black mould to come out of the water jets when switched on. I expected more from the price and the room did not reflect the photos used on Booking.com

Posizione perfetta e centralissima per visitare Orléans, soprattutto per chi come noi ha avuto poco tempo, essendoci fermati solo una notte per spezzare il viaggio di ritorno.

La camera era poco curata, c'erano ad esempio segni sui muri o buchi di cacciavite non chiusi. Per fare la doccia si allaga il bagno. Il cuscino aggiuntivo che volevamo usare (preso dall'armadio) era pieno di peli.

Tolles Hotel voll im Zentrum. Sehr nettes Personal. Velos konnten sicher verstaut werden. Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Super!

De kamers waren heel proper en de ontvangst warm en vriendelijk. De ligging van het hotel ligt heel centraal in de stad, maar het is er heel rustig. Er is voldoende mogelijkheid tot parking in de buurt indien je geen plaats op voorhand hebt gereserveerd bij het hotel.

Thank you for the comfortable stay! I booked the hotel out of desperation in a hurry just before traveling because of the heatwave of 44 degrees and I didnt think Id survive without aircondition during the nights. The hotel was much better than I could hope and I was so happy to return to the cool comfortable room with amazing beds every night after walking and spending time outside. Location of the hotel made it so easy to go anywhere in the city with the tramstop just a minute away. The rooms were quiet and I had the best sleep every night. The reception was kind and friendly even when I cant speak french and I was made feel welcome as myself (I look slightly alternative with my tattoos). Every day the room was cleaned and water bottles were restocked, my bed was made and towels were changed/freshed up. I didnt try the breakfast, but Im sure that people who like a traditional breakfast would have like it (the smell of fresh baked goods in the hotel lobby was nice).

Nothing that would have made me swich hotels or hesitate to book again. Room had some minor wear on some surfaces and maybe some more essentials at the room would have gotten needed in a longer stay like iron and ironing board, but I think I could have asked to borrow these at the reception, maybe more hand soap needed to be restocked at one point, fridge was really narrow. I think we all have our priorities and definate must have's in hotels, none that were missing for me.

Hôtel d’Orléans is in a central location, steps away from place Martroi, now a pedestrian zone, with plenty of restaurants and outdoor dining. It is in the historic center of Orléans, easy to visit the Cathedral and museums. Perfect!

Wonderful location! Rooms are small and compact but for us, the secure parking next door was the best! The staff are all brilliant, from check in to check out, breakfast and bar.

The location was just off the main square and hotel was exactly what was required for our work trip.

The room is just off the a tiny landing area but this was not really an issue.

A three day stop over before travelling to Meze. A lovely hotel with friendly staff. We stayed in room 30. A small room but perfect for our needs. The aircon was wonderful in 30 degree heat. Tea and coffee facilities, TV not that we used it. The continental breakfast was served 7am to 10am, we went down at 9.30am and some items were no longer available, however there was still enough to put us on. The hotel provided parking in a secure garage for our pride and joy. The hotel is literally 3 minutes from bats and restaurants and all the amenities. A lovely stay. Thanks for having us ❤️

Nice, small hotel, perfectly located smack in the middle of Orléans 50 steps from Place du martroi with the Jeanne d'Arc statue. Breakfast was also fine.

Sehr gute Lage. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt in der Fussgängerzone und in Erreichbarkeit von Einkaufsläden und Restaurants. Das Hotel wird sehr familiär geführt. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Trotz der Lage können Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel gebucht werden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, mitten in der Altstadt und doch ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, vielseitig, super! Wir konnten unser Auto mitsamt Velogepäckträger prima in einer abgeschlossenen Garage parkieren.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt bestens geeignet.
