Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Nothing about our stay was good. The only thing about it that was satisfactory was the distance from the hospital was close and we picked this hotel for that reason as my dad was overnight in the hospital
The staff didn’t respond well to our complaint about the fridge leaking. They didn’t even come up to check the told us to put a towel on the floor. The tv was off to the side of the 2 bed so very awkward to watch. We were 3 people staying in the room only enough towels for 2 no face clothes and so much more.

Only one wash cloth ! 😩 plugged sink, broken coffee pot… thankfully I had my pocket tool to make the coffee “release” into the pot!! And looking out the window you see garbage EVERYWHERE!!!

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026My daughter was nearby in an obscure area and although this place is close to nothing else, it was close to that.
The parking is in the back of the hotel but there’s no door at the back so you have to walk all the way around. The room I was in had water damage in the ceiling and looked like the bath tub in the room above me was going to fall through the floor. The staff were not friendly & at one point came to my room saying they were there because I called about an insect infestation (which I hadn’t). There’s no shampoo or body wash and only two small towels in the bathroom. There’s a weird additional detached building on the back of the property’s parking lot.

We had no TV during the entire stay which was disappointing with 4 kids on vacation. The heat would not regulate. Once it got to a comfortable level, it immediately starting going down again. Staff said the TV was a technical issue and the technician wouldn't be in until Mon. ( our stay was Fri- Sun). For the heat, they gave us a portable space heater that was cracked on the bottom. I'm sure this was not any approved fire safety. We were constantly having to make sure no kids had dropped anything near it.

The stay cost me$ 169.00 including Taxes.No locks on the door . The sliding door didn't lock. No breakfast. No Tissue. No Toilet paper. I had to go to the gas station Chevron to buy all my amenities. The worst stay I ever had . I am a Diamond member with Wyndham .Never was treated like this .
