Breakfast was great. very clean rooms, Friendly staff. Gave my children a little treat bag with water and some snacks when we arrived.

It was a relief after a very hard day on the road. The young lady at the reception was very polite and attentive. The room is clean, has everything you need, there is a pool, a hot tub, and a mini gym on the ground floor. The breakfast was also good. Thank you for the warm welcome.

It's not that we didn't like anything, just would have been really nice if the pool/hot tub were open later than 10pm. Alot of attractions etc. go until at least 10pm and after a long day would be nice to be able to still use the hot tub at least. The end of our day was rushed, stressful, and things got missed because we were rushing so the pool could get used. I didn't put a rating for Bonus question - Did the price you paid match the expectations you had when you booked? I dislike when prices change for different days...like Thursday was cheaper than Friday, so we paid the higher price for both nights. I know hotels do this but, price could be at the very least the same for 2 nights as the lower rate the first night.

The kitchen staff didn't have good knowledge about gluten free options and they were rude to answer. When clean our bedroom they only left 2 towels when we were 4 and one of the towels was stained.

Incredible welcoming and helpful front staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. We asked for a room away from the road as my partner was recovering from surgery. We were given a quiet room near the back that was lovely and peaceful.

Was told over the phone that I could use my debit for damage deposit as I have done with other locations. When I arrived staff told me they could not accept my card and denied talking to me over the phone earlier that day.

First of all, my husband and I are from the United States and we had a family member with a medical emergency that we had to come to Canada for an undetermined amount of time. My husband booked our hotel, car rental and flight in less than an hours time and we just hoped for the best! I would like to mention the hotels we typically stay at just to indicate our expectations: Best Western, Holiday Inn and Hilton (typically) We selected this best western location as it appeared to be closest to our destination which was Royal Columbian Hospital (about 20 minute drive) as we were not familiar with the area Upon entry the hotel is very clean and inviting, offering lemon water and iced tea and a cozy sitting area The staff at the front desk, well, I cannot express how kind and compassionate and willingness to help and offering their assistance in any way necessary. Night shift, day shift EVERYONE that was at that front desk was accommodating to our every needs. We even had to make changes twice (move rooms and changed length of stay) and they never hesitated to take care of us and accommodate our stay requests. This courtesy was not just extended to us. Every customer that approached that front desk while we were there was greeted with the same courtesy, Open arms, a smile and what can I do to help you! (And this was observed many times in our 3 week stay). We arrived at our room that appeared at first somewhat dated however it was very clean and comfortable. We only had one issue while we were there which was just an additional request, we requested that our hot water be turned a little warmer. The front desk staff put in the request to maintenance and our request was immediately addressed to our complete satisfaction! The hotel cleaning staff do a fantastic job of ensuring the hotel and our rooms are always clean and tidy (daily room cleaning service) and bathroom supplies were always fully replaced. It was so comforting to come back to after a long day at the hospital. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room were always friendly and efficient and maintained a clean and stocked breakfast bar. A very especially friendly employee of the breakfast area was Sarika. Always a welcoming “good morning” “hello” and “anything you need” is her greeting each morning. She went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction as well. They also have a very well maintained pool and hot tub! Always very clean! After being in the hospital all day we found a picnic table provided by the hotel for the guests just out in the front parking lot to sit which turned out to be one of our favorite places. So in case you haven’t figured out my rating ….if I could give more than five stars, I would!

Superfreundliches Personal, wir durften schon 2 Stunden früher einchecken, was uns wirklich gerettet hat, weil wir wegen eines langen Fluges vollkommen KO waren. Es gab auch ein kleines Goodie Bag, mit Wasser und einigen Naschereien. Das Frühstück war absolut ok und hat sehr gut geschmeckt

The price was a little higher than I would have liked; I understand there were tournaments in town but that shouldn’t drive the price up that much

I stayed at the Best Western King George Inn & Suites for two nights in March 2026, while I was in town to watch my adult son participate in his hockey playoffs. I have stayed in a few different hotels in the last year, and I prioritize cleanliness and noise level over anything else. This hotel more than met my expectations. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. They handed me a small welcome gift (which was a nice touch) and were happy to provide me with a late checkout on the last day of my stay, and were able to provide me with several dining suggestions. The room itself was very clean, and the furniture and fixtures were in good repair, if not brand new. Although there was a great deal of road construction around the hotel, I didn't experience any discomfort or loud noises. If I needed to return to Surrey, New Westminster, or any of the other nearby communities, I would definitely look to book at this Best Western again.

Front desk Manager Aman was excellent! He was very helpful, courteous and attentive. He offered our boys some "goodie" snack bags when we arrived and he also provided us with water bottles for our drive home! The hot breakfast was adequate, it would have been nice to have bacon and sausages each morning with the scrambled eggs. They ran out of yogurt our first morning. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of shopping! It was great to have a fridge and microwave in our room, we warmed up some left overs from our restaurant meal, that was great.

The Queen suite is abit tight for space, not alot of extra space. The mattress on the hide-a-bed was quite hard, our son had a hard time falling asleep, might be time for a new mattress!

Out of all the years staying there for some reason, the room wasn’t like the other ones, this one seemed like it was just cleaned properly or the rooms just need some maintenance.

We had a great stay at Best Western King George Hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The room was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, which immediately put us at ease. The staff were friendly, respectful, and helpful without feeling rushed or dismissive. Housekeeping did a great job, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and reliable — exactly what you want when traveling. For the price point, this hotel delivers excellent value. It may not market itself as luxury, but it absolutely delivers where it matters most: cleanliness, comfort, and solid service. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable, well-kept hotel in Surrey.

It's not their fault and it's nitpicking. It's the construction out front makes it confusing to pull it. Miss the driveway on King George Hwy and have to go around the block to enter through the back way. The price was a little high for 2 days.

Quick weekend stay in Surrey, rooms are very clean staff is helpful I didn’t discover any issues during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in Surrey.

We had a great experience staying at this Best Western in Canada. The staff at the front desk Aarsh and Adhi were incredibly kind and helpful, especially since we were visiting from another country. They went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable and helped answer our questions. The room was clean, the stay was relaxing, and the service made a big difference. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Thank you 3-Sisters!

It would have been great if there wasnt an extra 200 charge on my card for a damage deposit, plus $ random 14.36 extra charge for what I do no know. I might change this review or update it, when I get that money back in my account. I totally undertstand the deposit, but this was the largest temporary hold of my trip, as all of the other properties released those and they went right back into my bank account. Makes it harder when you are coming to the end of your vacation and you had budgeted for a certaian amount. This meant I had to forgo some activities I had planned, but the stay was overall good.

Breakfast was great - very well looked after by the gal on staff who made sure everything was refilled promptly, kept checking with us to see if we needed anything else.

My stay was fantastic. The lobby, room, gym and breakfast areas were all very clean. ALL staff were polite, efficient and helpful. Muskaan and Daman at the front desk were courteous, hilarious, and helpful, . (and helped keep me on time). Breakfast was excellent. Fresh food, restocked even when its busy. Sarika was so kind and provided excellent customer service as well. I feel all staff went out of their way to make my stay better. I definiely recommend this hotel to one and all- I've had a regular room and another time a suite, both were perfect. The room -bathroom, bed and sitting area were all so clean. Everything was really quite perfect and I could totally relax.
