Beautiful building, very nice place and super food.

There is a problem in some off the rooms, the smell off mould is very strong, this much strong that you wake up in the night with heavy headache. We told them about it, so hopefully they find the reason. The service in the Chinese restaurant was ok, but we spent 2 hours in there waiting for the food. People who came after us got their meal before we did. Felt like we didn’t have any priority. But the food was great, when we finally got to order it and we got it on the table

Very attractive building with magnificent swimming pool. Staff are well-trained and all very helpful.

The set-up of the hotel is beautiful. Although not historical, the buildings look like a palace. Rooms are big and practical. Breakfast selection is huge abd very good. Overall a very good experience.

A Wonderful Stay – Truly Felt Like a Home Away from Home We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hari Mahal, Taj Jodhpur. What made our experience particularly special was the warmth and personal attention shown by the entire team. A special mention to Chef Ranjeet, Chef Laxman, Chef Mohar, Chef Kartar Jagpal, Gaje and Pawan, who went out of their way to prepare food for my children as per their requirements. Their patience, care and willingness to accommodate our requests made a big difference and was deeply appreciated. I would also like to appreciate Rahul from the Front Office, who was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Narendra from Housekeeping was also very attentive and ensured that everything was comfortable for us. It is not often that you come across a hotel where the staff makes you feel so genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hospitality here was warm and personal, and we truly felt like we were at home away from home. Thank you to the entire team at Hari Mahal for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would be very happy to visit again and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Really liked the ambience and hospitality, the staff members were very welcoming and co-operative. Food quality is also nice, taste wise and the services.

Horrible experience, Staff enters the room after the guest checks in and even when the guest is asleep, comes in the room without any prior permission and when asked about how can even it be possible that the guest is sleeping in the room and the staff enters the room, nobody is really bothered, no proper response about who came and who gave permission to enter, lot of paint smell was there in the room, SINCERE ADVICE, DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES OR YOUNG ONES UNATTENDED IN THE ROOM, AT ALL TIMES. Management is least bothered about the guests, any uncomfortable situation arises the management forwards the staff personnel to deal with the matter and least bothered about the guest’s feelings. Be careful if at all you visit this property. It’s been more than a week no single letter or a word of regret or apology from the management, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL UN FRIENDLY . Such a reputed mark but So very sad about the reality of the hotel.

Rooms are very well decorated and maintained! Service is very prompt. The staff is very well trained and friendly! Special mention of Narendra, Lokesh and Chenkanwar who helped us have a great birthday cake cutting at the poolside! Amazing experience with super cooperative staff and excellent food

The property is beautiful. The staff is extremely thoughtful and kind. The kitchen staff was wonderful and the food at both the kitchens was delicious. They also have a beautiful garment, textiles and handicraft store called Namo textiles and handicrafts, a must visit.

Taj HariMahal Jodhpur is situated right in center of city still is spaciously spread with Royal charm . Rooms are quite spacious and quite long and beautiful corridors which is enchanting. Hospitality is impeccable with much warmth .The Staff member I met Miss Sarita Thakur at their restaurant was very good in her job .She always made sure I was comfortable and she and such other staff members made it possible for me to enjoy my trip to fullest .Taj outstsnds other hotels because of their staff and warmth they shower on you . If you are in Jodhpur i recommend to stay here for experience of Joy and warmth and ofcourse Luxury goes without saying

The service staff at restaurant Mr Bishan singh Shekhawat, Mr Gaje, Chef Ranjeet and Bhoom, are such angels…we were there for 7 nights and while leaving we felt as if we were leaving our family!!! Stayed for only one night in the blue city, Jodhpur. What a nice hotel in the middle of a vibrant 1.5 mil inhabitants city. Visit the Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. The service was outstanding and the food as well try in the hotel restaurant the signature dishes Methi Murgh and Laal Maas. Big shout out to Mr. Gaje you did an outstanding job. Also he made a very nice special tea for our daughter who suffered from sore throat. Today it is going much faster with her. Now to the next Taj property in Udaipur. We can’t wait….

The property is well kept and preserved with utmost care And a class of royalty. I would like to specially mention about few persons who were the orchestrater of my this Experience and the workforce behind utmost guest satisfaction. At the start the reception my the tall gentlemen at the hotel arrival spot, I do not remember their name but there were Two of them on arrival and departure each time I made my move, their gestures and smiles were the perfect stepping And positivity boost my us. The check in was very smooth as the Duty Manager Mr Lokender was kind and courteous enough to ensure that I am Checked in comfortably and in a quicker time frame. Even during the stay whenever I visited the lobby area he was always Their to welcome you with a big smile. The other beautiful ladies of front desk , to name a few Ms Malti & Priyanjali during the day hours, they were very helpful And ever approachable , their sense of care and respect during my stay was phenomenal. My check out was processed By these two ladies, and they made is it memorable. I am so moved by their kind approach. The other members of front desk Ms Ragni and Mr Santosh were also very kind , though I had a less interaction but whenever I had it very very nice. My room was very well looked after by Mr Kuldeep and his team , I do not remember each name , but the I want to extend by kudos to Each member of housekeeping for a room maintenance in a prestine condition each time entered. None of my belongins were misplaced Of kept uncleaned. The Marwar Cafe - I must convey by sincere compliments to the team of Chef Sandeep and Chef Rajneet. A well curated and planned Menu for each day. My meals were well taken care off, the quality of food was one of the best I ever had till date, including a Very fine selection of fruits, I never had such sweet and flavorful papaya, and the way Dahi is kept in those small kulhads, it was too impressive Also the was fresh honey was kept its mesmerizing. The support staff to serve In Marwar, they were soo nice that I was mush in awe to Their level of involvement Mr Vijay , Ms Sarita & Ms Chen , these are the few names I remember, but all of them were very kind and much Professionally sound and well trained. The cutlery and crockery is too nice to mention. My fav time was morning walk in your lawn and area near poolside, so nicely kept garden and lawn that you dont feel like Missing even a single day going out. I must compliment the team of Arboriculture experts involved in the job. At last I would I like to mention that memorable impact which was imprinted on me of Taj Hari Mahal is due to Combined effort of Mrs Sachin, Chef Sandeep Chef Rajnit, Hospitality members, Front desk team of Malti and Proyanjali and Mr Vijay And all those whose name I forgot . Last but not the least the Santoor and Sitaar artists who were playing such a soulful Music for the guest , they were talented to the core. Please accept my compliments, the words I have written will always be short of the experince I have received at Taj Hari Mahal, Jodhpur . I would love to come back again and relive the moments .

We Had Come To Eat Dinner And We Asked For Spicy Noodles They Gave Us Plain Noodles Also We Had Asked Them For Maghreta pizza and they gave it with tomato’s on it They Were Being Rude And Treating us like Dogs We Had. Gone To The Chinese Restaurant I Ask Taj To Please Take Action Of This

Also, a big appreciation to Lokendra and the entire front office team for their professionalism, responsiveness, and guest-first approach. We faced an unexpected issue with the AC in our room, but the way the team handled it was exceptional. They acted swiftly and upgraded us to a beautiful suite, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. It’s this kind of thoughtful service that sets Taj apart. Travelling with family, comfort and service matter the most, and Taj Hari Mahal exceeded expectations on both. Thank you to the entire team for making our Jodhpur trip so special. This isn't our first time staying at this hotel. Every visit is a treat. Excellent apartments, excellent restaurant. The pool is the jewel of Jodhpur! The setting is perfect for peace and relaxation, much needed after a busy day. The staff plays a huge role in this. I'd like to thank the restaurant staff – Gaje, Jagpal, Pawan, Chef Mohar. Their work makes the dishes especially delicious. Thank you to Budhuram, the housekeeping staff. The pool attendant is always ready to help. The reception staff makes it clear from the very beginning that they will take care of us with any questions we may have and will do everything possible to ensure a comfortable stay.

We visited Jodhpur for a vacation and had a wonderful experience at Taj Hari mahal from check-in to checkout. Santosh ji and Malti ji made our check-in smooth and also shared helpful suggestions for local experiences. The hotel is located in a calm and pleasant neighborhood, and both the hotel and room ambience beautifully reflect the grandeur of Rajasthan. Balram ji and Anil ji made our stay very comfortable. A special mention to the Marwar Restaurant team: Pawan ji, Sarita ji, Gaje ji, Vikram ji, Jagpal ji, and Lakshman ji, who made our dinners truly memorable. Do try their Marwadi Thali. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.

Best comfortable stay, there were few issues such as loud noise outside the bedroom as some tourists guest decided to have big meeting with Drink, issue only happen this time and did gets resolved once asked the hotel manager, The hotel is very clean and friendly, I have regular visit and stay during my Rajasthan tour, I mainly thanks to kitchen staff and and manager Bhushan Singh ji and Lakshman ji, to fulfill my all request to made my visit to extra comfortable, house keeping staff Narendra and Devi Singh, their efforts to clean and keep the room look extra comfortable has add more relax touch, breakfast has many choices. Overall, Taj is best hotel and best staff and very clean.

I want to thank the gentleman who helped us check in and also arranged a wonderful surprise for my husband's birthday on such a short notice. Food has a lot of variety and impeccable taste. Mr. Jagatpal and Ms. Chen Kanwar from the Marwar restaurant ensured all our needs were met. I also want to extend my thanks Mr. Yuvraj who served me with the best decaf lattes. Breakfast was really nice with a good variety of food, and the dinner was also very enjoyable. A special thanks to the chef for personally checking on us and making sure everything was perfect. Excellent rooms!! Had a balcony too! Ceiling height was grand and the room was very spacious and luxurious in every way!! The lobby and the lawns and the large terrace and the gym - everything was magnificent, as good as any Taj I have ever visited (almost at par with Amarvilas)! The food was exceptional too.. excellent, fresh bakery items in breakfast (rarity these days!!). Wonderful live counter. Excellent service by Gaje Ji and Pawan Ji at restaurant. I had a five day stay and gosh everyone including Vikram Ji, Sarita Ji, Laxman Ji, Ravindra Ji, Bishan Ji and head Chef ranjit were absolutely amazing! The housekeeping staff was also great!!

Hari Mahal Hotel lives upto its reputation of being a gem of Taj in Jodhpur. A royal, heritage property situated in prime location yet gives the vibes which a palace should give. Beautiful facade, warm and inviting interior, very hospitable staff starting from the security at the main gate to hospitality whether at the bar or the restaurant. Very nice breakfast. Dosa batter and poori were so fluffy and light. Yum food. Limited spread but good quality. Special mention to Chef Ranjeet Rathore and our server Chen Kanwar who took care of us so well. Very sweet staff.
