The entrance parking n all is bit rushed in comparison of other things. But nothing is a deal breaker for your perfect stay.

Hospitable staff at Front Desk, F&B and Housekeeping. Location is very good. Good spread at Breakfast with delicious food. This pure vegetarian property would be great a choice at Jodhpur for tourists.

Would suggest for a ramp at the front gate.

É un hotel massimo 4 stelle, non certo 5! Secondo gli standard europei sarebbe un 3 stelle superiore. Abbastanza nuovo, buona colazione ma biancheria sporca e pulizia non ottimale, lunghe procedure in reception.

Staff behaviour was exemplary

Très confortable. Petit déjeuner très bon. Personnel vraiment aux petits soins. Piscine agréable. Accueil chaleureux.

La musique très fort au niveau de la piscine n'est pas nécessaire, mais ils l'ont gentiment baissé pour nous. Beaucoup de diffusion de parfum un peu trop fortes a mon gout. Mais cela reste des détails.

Shocked and horrified at that it was the only Novotel in the world that’s vegetarian . Lol we didn’t know that and wanted at least an egg at breakfast !!

Room maintenance and housekeeping. I was staying in Room No. 411. The hand held shower in the washroom was not working as the button to switch on the shower was missing, no maintenance. Second, washroom sink was choked. Third, moisturiser in the washroom was mixed with water, it was mire of water than a moisturiser, may be hotel management wanted to save money but it was shameful. Fourth, breakfast was horrible, no choices. My suggestion for the management is that increase room charges but stop cheap savings like this.

Novotel JODHPUR is pure veg hotel. All staff starting front desk to house keeping, all are very courteous. Restaurant staff is up-keep and helpful. Overall it was good stay for us.

It's the best Novotel that I have ever stayed. Everything's just perfect .

Room was cozy and we were provided additional bed for our kid . Mostly pleasant experience across facilities including dining. Very comfortable stay with kids. They made our day with special decor and cake for bday

Vegetarian cuisine can be made more continental with salad options and Asian broths

Clean and great hospitality from everyone. A special thanks to Mr Daman (front office manager)and his staff to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We got our room for early check in, and they managed some local money transfer from previous guesthouse. We had the buffet supper - wow 🤩 food was excellent and plentiful. We also had an early flight to Delhi and got our breakfast in a carry out bag. Very accommodating, highly recommend for a night in and out of Jodhpur.

No food service at pool

Breakfast was freshly made and so good! Most important is the service of the staff. I have been to novotel in other city, but this was by far my best service experience at a Novotel hotel! Restaurant staff was smiling and hospitable. Priyanka the manager, was so helpful. I forgot to carry my samples to the factory. It was only with Priyanka's assistance that my day was saved and I could finish my work as per the plan! Extremely grateful.

Hospitality is superb, individual attention to each customer and good food.

Timing of the pool and open air cafe could be extended. 8pm is too early.

Good stay, good staff, good food

All the housekeeping, in room dining, reception, and dining staff was excellent. On the front desk, Ms. Lovepreet, went out of her way to get me my room before check in time and her clear communication was very much appreciable.

Room to my door didn't have swinging latch lock and some dishes and bowls were chipped on the edges.
