Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Patricia was so welcoming on arrival and gave us helpful advice about places to visit and areas for restaurants. Hotel centrally located with good restaurants within walking distance. All areas of hotel were spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with wider range of foods available and lovely coffee.

One of our beds was a bit creaky, but otherwise no complaints. Would be helpful to have bigger bottles of water in the rooms.

The only issue we had was that we stayed in a standard double room last year and this year we upgraded to a superior double but we were given exactly the same room as the year before.

The property has been beautifully renovated and maintains its distinctive characteristics of open courtyards. The staff were excellent and the property was immaculately clean and provided all the services for a comfortable stay. We loved it and highly recommend the hotel.

Great location- downtown historic area right near La Setas. Beautiful historic building and we received a room upgrade with a huge balcony. Breakfast was great and Sevilla is beautiful.

It was modern , but old the modernisation of the property is top notch. Very clean the whole Place smelt amazing , staff lovely and helpful . Breakfast was excellent,great choices for everyone’s taste . Aircon in the bedroom was fab, lovely and dark and the bathroom and shower was fab . Location wise, fabulous for all the sites within walking distance, all in all would stay again without hesitation

An exceptional hotel with exemplary staff! You are made to feel you are the only guest and attention to detail, guest services are remarkable. In a world where tourism is fast pased this unique hotel in a gorgeous listed building puts the person at the core! Its an oasis of calm and asethetically beautiful. The light in the foyer lends itself to a quiet read or a morning coffee and the pool area intimate but cosy with a roof top view of Seville.

This hotel is in perfect location and provides the perfect Zen experience in the heart of Seville. Service and cleaning are exceptional and facilities such as the gym and rooftop pools are fantastic. Would definitely return to stay again.

Staff were extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and maps to help us navigate this wonderful city. Hotel was beautiful, rooftop area was relaxing, beautiful and amazing cocktails. Our room was spacious, air conditioning amazing, beds so comfortable, however our room didn't have window or balcony, think this was my mistake though when I booked, but wasn't issue as didn't want waste time in room as so much to explore in seville. Would definitely stay here again when I return.

The air conditioning was quite cold over night and difficult to adjust.

Every detail of the hotel was well thought out, and executed with style. The staff are very well trained professional, helpful and approachable.

The facilities, location but more importantly the staff were absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish they were more than happy to assist with any questions we asked. Rooms were clean and fresh.

We would like to offer our sincere thanks for what was, quite simply, a wonderful stay. We were so taken aback by everyone's kindness, and hospitaity, with nothing being seen as too much of a bother. We felt so well rested and relaxed after our holiday, and it was all the more special staying in such a historically significant venue. Special thanks also to Pedro V, and Patricia M, who helped us with facilitating an ‘odd request’ - providing the use of a Hoover so we could seal our vacuum-seal bags :)

Lovely choice of 2 small pools and rooftop terraces. Air con was fantastic along with the fast WiFi and brilliant service from staff. Constant restocking of water in the rooms and gym.

Great that there is a gym, but it’s very small and would probably only get 2 people in there.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I’m very satisfied with my experience. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and had everything we needed. The location is also excellent, close to everything and very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was amazing. It was well maintained, spotlessly clean and the bedrooms were spacious with everything you needed at hand. The rooftop terrace was great with sunloungers, two small plunge pools and a smart terrace bar. The staff were truly exceptional. Welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much for them. For example, I requested an iron and ironing board at reception and it was at my room before I got back!! To top off our amazing stay, the hotel sent a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to our room as a thank you for staying with them - totally unexpected but very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville.

I can't say enough about this lovely hotel and amazing staff, who came through brilliantly when I had a health crisis. First, the hotel: beautiful. Has a long history that makes it charming, but it's been updated so everything is modern and works well. PERFECTLY located - a block from the border of the historic Santa Cruz barrio and the Cathedral - so you are near, but get no noise or foot traffic. From the moment you walk in, it's welcoming - the lovely scent they have in the hotel really draws you in. Patricia was extremely helpful in settling us in, and recommending flamenco and restaurants. Our room was one of the bigger ones (I'd recommend springing for it - the hotel is really affordable and it's not much more). King-sized bed, very comfortable, and a terrace that is the size of my first NYC apartment. Amazing views. Two pools, with nice lounge beds nearby, and drinks service. This is where the amazing staff comes in: I slipped on the concrete steps and banged my head (which bled) and my arm. The staff was there right away - Olga, putting ice on my injuries, and Alfonso, calling the emergency room to get their guidance. They said I should come in. They walked us back to our room to help us, then Alfonso had me hold his arm while he walked us out to get a cab, making sure we got in. (The hospital, FWIW, was great.) Turned out no fractures or neurological damage, but I do have to wear a compression bandage on my arm. When we returned, it seemed everyone on the hotel staff knew - all asked about me, did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable, from bringing me ice to providing me with plastic bags to cover my bandage while I showered. And they sent us a bottle of cava and a fruit plate for our anniversary (a day later, as I was not back from the hospital until after 9). It was a scary time and the staff made it so much less so. I felt like I was with family. Many thanks to the entire staff - Alfonso, Patricia and Olga especially - for making sure that despite my mishap, I still had an amazing time. it's one of those hotels where you could spend half your day there and still have a great vacation. Next time we are in Sevilla, we will stay at this hotel.

We had a perfect family stay at Hotel Posada del Lucero in Seville! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The hotel has beautiful décor, and our room was comfortable, stylish and perfect for our family. The breakfast was excellent, with a fantastic choice of options to suit everyone. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional staff. The manager and the restaurant team were incredibly warm, helpful and accommodating. They genuinely went above and beyond for our family, even arranging extra food for us to take away for the children — such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. It’s these little touches and the genuine care from the staff that made our stay so special. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Seville and would highly recommend Hotel Posada del Lucero to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming and family-friendly hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

C'est un hôtel idéalement situé dans Séville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très belles. La literie très confortable. La chambre est équipée avec tous les produits de toilette à disposition. Il y a deux terrasses et deux piscines solarium extremement agréable dont une avec un bar. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. L hôtel est très beau alliant un mélange de moderne très classe sur de magnifiques fondations anciennes. Une mention spéciale pour Luis qui nous as parfaitement accueilli et qui a été aux petits soin pour nous. Souriant serviable et toujours à l'écoute. Merci aussi à la serveuse Olga et à tout le personnel. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Odaların pencereleri avluya bakıyordu, o nedenle etrafı görme ya da perdeleri açma imkanımız olmadı. Bir de bizim gittiğimiz dönemde otelin önündeki yol çalışması nedeniyle araç giriş çıkışı olamadı ve sabahları yol gürültüsü geliyordu.

Een prachtig hotel met een geweldige ligging. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij, wat ons verblijf extra bijzonder maakte. Het hotel was schoon en rustig, precies wat we nodig hadden. Mijn dochter en ik hebben hier met veel plezier verbleven. Vooral de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel hebben ervoor gezorgd dat we ons echt welkom voelden. We komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug!

It exceeded our expectations! Everyone at the hotel was so kind, going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. And genuinely being nice. The rooms are really spacious and the pool on the rooftop was great for the hot weather. Can’t recommend enough!

Excellent location & great hotel with friendly helpful staff

From walking in to leaving, this place was amazing. The staff were helpful throughout our stay. The building itself was stunning and you can really see how the old architecture has been woven into the modern design. Room was lovely too: clean and spacious with an amazing view from the terrace (we had it while the solar eclipse was happening). Overall, a great stay and we would definitely return.

It was an exceptional, beautiful building, beautiful rooms. Extremely spacious and also loved the big shower. The roof terrace with the 2 pools and pool bar was great. Electric went off for 1 hour and was given a complimentary bottle of champagne.

Everything about this place was excellent. The staff made us feel welcome, and they were very attentive and helped us throughout our stay. The patio was gorgeous, with beautiful lighting, and it smelled lovely every time we entered. The rooms were clean, and the beds super comfy. The location was wonderful. It was easy to walk to interesting sites, restaurants, bars, etc.

En general todo, estaba muy limpio y la atención fue excelente.

A mejorar un poco de “señalización” para la piscina y hubo mucho ruido a la hora de la siesta por parte de las limpiadoras, pero nada grave. Estuvimos muy a gusto y repetiremos sin duda.

Location was a 2 minute walk from la setas. There was a taxi rank one minute away All attractions within walking distance Rooms were huge and so cool in the sweltering heat. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely great choice

De accomodatie was zeer centraal gelegen nabij de Metropol Parasol. Daarnaast is het een prachtig en superschoon hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kortom, en dat doen we niet vaak, dit hotel is een dikke 10 ! Parkeren in de nabije omgeving mogelijk ( Escuelar del Pías ) en vraag bij het inchecken om een discount. Je ontvangt dan een voucher voor 20 % korting.

There is absolutely nothing I didn’t love about this hotel! The location is perfect, the property is full of charm, and the staff was phenomenal—warm, attentive, and thoughtful, with so many little touches that made us feel genuinely welcomed. They truly exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Seville incredibly special. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

À Proximité des attractions essentielles et très calme. Un personnel très à l écoute tout en restant discret. Un buffet de petit déjeuner très bien fourni. Ayant réservé 2 chambres doubles nous avons reçus 2 bouteilles de vin pétillant comme geste de bien venue ! Et le cadre est très accueillant dans un batiment ancien très agréablement rénové dans une style très épuré.

Beautiful hotel, always smelt gorgeous and was so clean! The staff were friendly & even gave us a surprise of prosecco one evening! Close to the town - a 5 minute walk to the setas and to the cathedral around 20 mins. The pool was small but easy to access and quiet, and we always got space on the sunbeds which was amazing in the afternoon when it got hotter. Could not recommend enough!

The hotel is located close to a nearby church where the bells ring every hour so if this is something that will keep you up, i would avoid. We didn’t mind and it didn’t affect us sleeping at all.
