The location is very good. You have lots of restaurants and bars around. Plus the market.

The cleanup was not very good. Lots of mold in the shower. It doesn’t have closets, and the bedroom is very in close.

Location was great. Id been concerned it may be noisy due to it’s proximity to setas but I had a room out the back and it was silent! My room was split level, a few stairs between the bathroom and main bed area. It was very spacious and comfortable but do mention on booking if you have any disabilities or restrictions. The staff were very kind and helpful. I didn’t get the breakfast as there were so many options locally.

The pool/rooftop bar area was great but the sunbathing area was so tiny, all the beds were on top of each other. I did manage to get a bed each time I wanted one but it was either in full shade or full sun. Although I was grateful to have a pool in 39c heat!! Also yet again a hotel that has a completely clear shower screen door where those in the bedroom can see everything! Seriously what’s wrong with these designers?! Many people who book twin rooms are friends, not necessarily couples!

Had water left in room and turn down first night then nothing for other two nights which we felt odd! If you are going to do this you need to for all nights we felt.

Good location right in the centre with a view of setas! Room was spacious, shower was amazing, bed was huge. Staff are all so lovely. Rooftop was amazing!

Top Lage, wunderschönes Hotel mit einem grossen Zimmer, es hat uns so gut gefallen dass wir sogar noch 1 Nacht verlängert haben:) Personal sowie Rooftop und Bar war auch top!!

Wir haben das Parkhaus genutzt, welches das Hotel uns empfohlen hat und dies auch im Hotel gleich bezahlt, als wir dann eine Nacht verlängert haben bekamen wir einen neuen QR Code, nur hat dieser leider nicht funktioniert und wir konnten nicht aus der Garage fahren. Als wir zurück zum Hotel liefen gab uns der Mann von der Reception einen neuen Code und meinte das ginge mit diesem sicher… auch wenn immer noch das Datum vom Vortag stand, natürlich ging es wieder nicht was ziemlich mühsam war da wir somit ca mehr als 1 Stunde damit beschäftigt waren aus dieser Garage zu kommen…Schlussendlich konnten die Angestellten der Garage das Hotel anrufen und es klären..ansonsten alles top (evt gibt es günstigere Alternativen als das empfohlene Parkhaus vom Hotel)

A beautiful hotel that felt like the best kept secret in Seville. The design of the hotel is beautiful and there was always space around the pool area. Such a wonderful place to spend your time relaxing.

Fantastic hotel, well situated in the centre. Clean, helpful staff, comfy beds, smooth airco, great shower. Small pool on the roof great for cooling down after a day in town, nice rooftop bar. Tasty breakfast. Will come back when visiting Sevilla. And recommend to friends.

The woman at reception was so genuinely welcoming and helpful, so sorry did not recall her name but she was mentoring a new younger member of staff who was also lovely. Loved the location, the room, the rooftop pool which was a spacious area and well organised compared to others I have experienced.

Nothing really, maybe the group of people who took over the actual plunge pool with their drinks and loudness and a president with a surname begining with T but hardly a reflection on the hotel!

Boutique style hotel which was lovely, very good location for walking around Seville, nice decor in room.

Walls are paper-thin. Could hear one guest singing when I walked past his room & another couple being intimate at 1am which woke me up.

La chambre que j’occupais 311 merite un bon coup de rafraîchissement. Elle n’est pas pratique du tout il n’y a pas de rangement la salle de bain n’est pas bonne non plus il manque une brosse pour les toilettes il manque aussi des portes serviettes . le bac à douche etait bouchée également …. La piscine n’ouvre qu’à partir de 12h donc impossible à utiliser le matin . La terrasse ferme aussi très tôt vers 21h donc impossible de se mettre à la fraîche le soir . En clair on ne peux pas vraiment profiter de toutes les options de l’hôtel comme on veux c’est dommage car sinon le reste est bien .

Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir das überaus freundliche Personal, das auch all unsere Sonderwünsche perfekt erfüllt hat. Eine volle Empfehlung für Sevilla – wir kommen gerne wieder!

La piscine petite

Very good location, with everything within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the bed was very cozy. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional customer service. The hotel also had a lovely scent throughout, which made the overall atmosphere even more pleasant. It was a nice touch that toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided. There was also a “For Him” kit, which was a thoughtful addition. I would suggest offering a similar “For Her” kit as well, with a few useful essentials such as a mini nail file, a shower cap, cotton pads, cotton buds, a hair tie, and perhaps a makeup remover wipe.

The only downside was that it could sometimes be difficult to find an available sunbed by the pool, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was in a great location , it was exceptionally clean and the staff were so kind and helpful & gave us great recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. The room was also really beautiful - loved everything about the hotel and would definitely go back .

The hotel lobby and reception were impressive, and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional—exactly the standard one would expect from a four-star hotel. Their warm and attentive service created an excellent first impression

Unfortunately, the room itself fell far below expectations. It overlooked a derelict rooftop covered in rubbish, a particularly disappointing view given the hotel’s claims of offering iconic views of Seville and the Metropol Parasol (“Las Setas de Sevilla”). The stark contrast between the hotel’s advertised appeal and the reality from our room was difficult to overlook. Access to the room was also inconvenient and unexpected. After taking the lift to the third floor, we had to navigate a further three flights of stairs to reach our room. This was tiring and impractical, especially for a hotel presenting itself as a four-star property, and there was no clear indication that the room required this additional access. The rooftop pool area was equally disappointing. It felt cramped and uninviting, with very limited loungers available and much of the space taken up by bar and restaurant seating. As a result, there was little opportunity to relax comfortably by the pool during the hot day.

L’accueil est super, aussi bien à la réception qu’au bar du rooftop. Emplacement bon. Chambre spacieuse avec des affaires de toilettes à disposition. Passage des personnels de chambre chaque jour et de manière discrète.

Great location, rooms were a good size & the beds were so comfortable.

The housekeeping was good but they didn’t replace our dirty flannels with clean ones. That’s just nitpicking if I’m being honest.

The location is great, the rooftop bar is even better, and that's the end of the list.

There was no hot water in our shower the first morning and there were centipedes in our room. The staff didn't offer a different room for us and didn't take us seriously even though we showed the front desk photos of the bugs. They also attempted to overcharge us for their laundry services. And when I brought the receipt down to the front desk, an apology was never given, however they did correct the amount. It still felt like a scam to me though.

Location was superb- rooftop bar to view the eclipse was such a bonus. Really central for eeverything- the cathedral, places to drink and eat. Everyone we met who worked at the hotel was lovely especially the breakfast man who always supplied my jug of cold milk with a smile. The rooftop pool was small but excellent for a cool down and a chat with other travellers. The room was beautifully air conditioned and roomy and we felt very looked after - cleanliness and efficiency were other exceptional attributes. Breakfast was unhurried and the choice was wide- the fruit was my highlight. Well done to the whole team there - I would certainly recommend this place and stunning Seville to others.

The sink drained a little slowly - the only tiny negative.

Brilliant stay at one of the nicest 4 star hotels that we have stayed at. All staff were very helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The rooftop pool was an absolute bonus during the heatwave, as were the cocktails! The breakfasts were superb, plenty of variety and fresh produce.

The location was fantastic, only a short walk to the cathedral area , plenty of eateries and bars... the hotel staff from reception to the cleaners were attentive and polite. The roof top terrace bar and swimming pool was fantastic a great to chill out after a morning of sight seeing. superb team throughout

Close to the city

Wonderful location which allows you to access the key sights of Seville within 10-15 minutes walk. The room was spacious, spotless and the staff were always accommodating. The roof pool top and loungers were a treat to enjoy after a day of sightseeing.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. All the staff were kind, helpful & welcoming. They made sure all the guests felt welcome & they care about the small details at this hotel. They go the extra mile, by providing you with a city map, restaurant recommendations - to the little things like filling water in the nespresso coffee machines for you. We had a wonderful stay, and Casa de Indias is in a great location, located next to the Las Setas - it’s in central location to restaurants, cafes and the old city of Seville

Really nice location, easy to walk to the local sites of interest. When we arrived the hotel team told us we could have a free upgrade on our room which was great. The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were always very welcoming and helpful throughout.

One of the absolute best locations for a hotel in Seville! You’re so close to everything! The view was phenomenal and the staff were very friendly!

When we arrived the receptionest lady, circled the main historical sights on the map, and told us about them. Our room was meticulously cleaned every day, and we received fresh, white towels. Encarni hung our hand- washed clothes on hangers. Thank you!

We were upgraded to a fabulous room overlooking the Setas de Sevilla. Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful, and we loved the rooftop pool.

The shower overflowed through the door, causing a bit of a puddle in the main bathroom.

What a lovely hotel, in a great location which enables you to explore the main attractions on foot. Staff cannot do enough to help you, room very comfortable. Roof top bar is a fantastic place to sit and enjoy the evening.

Nothing! Worth noting that whilst there are balcony's these are very small (standing room only). We didn't find this an issue, the roof top bar was a lovely place to unwind.
